Michael explained well the service that I was going to get that day. The only thing I feel a little uncountable was they ask me to leave for the next day because they did not have the part available. So I left the car until next day and the part did not arrive. I pick up my car the the part no fix. It was under warranty. So they said they will call me when the part arrive.

In my opinion Sam Haddad should be removed from your team. I came to dealership with all the expectations of buying a car. Within the time of our dealing he did not respond to my phone calls, never came back with a counter offer for my trade. He was simple ignorant. He will probable blame me and say I was just another tire kicker. This is a lie. I am a person with good credit and the money to buy anything you have on your lot. I went into Napleton's Volkswagen with a pre approved letter and after repeatedly telling Atef Basta I did not want him to run my credit to look for different loans, he verbally agreed. Well he lied! I should've known when he had me waiting for roughly 30-45 minutes he was doing the complete opposite. Not only did he run my credit and give my personal information to 5 different companies, even though he gave me his word he would abide by our agreement, but he wasn't even professional enough to return my call after multiple attempts to reach him. One time I called and the receptionist, Collette, said he was in a meeting with the GM and five minutes later I got call from Dewayne saying he had gone home. I of course ended up getting a loan with who I got my approval through but didn't find out I had been lied to or the security of my personal information had been compromised until I got denial letters in the mail from companies I'd never heard of. I will never do business with them again because one thing a company has is their word and theirs is shot to xxxx. Dishonest people you can't trust. I was also advised the gentleman's name was Sanjay who assisted me, but I know for sure the person I actually worked with was Atef Basta.

Bought a used car vehicle 2015 Mazda6 in January 2016. There is a thick film buildup around the edges of the windshield coming from windshield fluid. It can be distracting at times. Car is still using same fluid I bought it with. Took the car to a Mazda service auto service center closer to me, serviceman said I need to take it back to where I got the vehicle from because it needs to be taken care of. Will continue to to call Napleton VW to speak with someone and schedule an appt to bring the car in. I hope they do the right thing. I have 2 children with great credit looking to buy a car. I will return to this site after my car is fixed and enter an update.

One of my new tires from Napletons developed an annoying slow leak and I had to get it fixed in a hurry. Enter one Christian Cortez, the service manager, and he had my problematic tire repaired [ nail removed ] and plugged in 15 minutes. I have always found the service and friendly reception excellent and that on top of having purchased a VW Jetta from this dealership which has been a top vehicle.

Saw Jetta online for good price, called dealership to verify both the price and the availability, was told whatever is online will be honored. I printed info and went to dealership and met the person I talked to on phone then met salesman Vincent. Vincent put paperwork in his pocket and we test drove car. When we returned, Vincent went into the "office" to show manager the paperwork. Vincent comes out of office with Joe, the floor manager, who says he thinks a mistake was made and did not think he could sale car at the price on paperwork-what am I looking to pay? Price on paperwork, of course. He goes back into the office a second time. Joe comes back with copy of paperwork from online with fine print highlighted stating if there is an error or omission, they are not responsible, the dealer will have to verify info. Explained to Joe that the fine print did not apply since I called and verified both price and availability with someone at the dealership before arriving. They then call to the office the original person I spoke with on the phone and proceed to yell at her about how to handle customers who call about a price check. Then Joe comes back a third time and says "We(meaning he and the manager on duty, Al) will not honor this price but I can make you the deal of a lifetime". I already had the deal of a lifetime on the paperwork he was holding(I guess) so why not just honor that one? I am very disappointed in a dealer who advertises they have been in business since 1931 but would not honor their own advertised price. By the way, the car is still online as of today listed at the price I had when I walked into the dealer a day ago.

I have purchased 5 VW's from her and here and have referred 6 people to her. She has always risen to the challenge and found solutions for my car needs as well as those of my friends. She was able to procure for me the car I wanted and deliver a very fair deal for my trade and a very fair price for my new purchase. Service has always been 5 stars as well and for those of you who have had a "bad" experience here I have to ask how? They have always been super kind and courteous and reasonable. I may not have always received what I thought I wanted but I have always received exactly what I needed and was reasonable. They have always listened to my concerns and investigated thoroughly any issues I have had with my VW's. Which have been very few. Sure the place is a little "run down" but I think of it as character. Fancy new buildings mean fancy new overhead. It is always spotless and clean. If they do not have the vehicle on the lot they will find it and deliver for you. All you have to do is ask... and be nice, nice always helps. Matt was there to help me with my car without an appointment on a Monday around 1:00 pm. On my way out around 11:00 am to start my Passat I found the car would not start, called AAA and they confirmed that the battery was dead. I called Napleton VW and spoke to Matt. He listened to everything I said regarding the car, and got me in to service right away. He also noticed as he met me in front of the Service Dept. that I had a front headlight out and added that to my service order. The VW battery was covered under the 2 year warranty, so I left a very happy customer with a bill of around $44.00.

The people. Repairs were made in a timely manor and communication was kept open in regards to where they were in the process thanks to Mike and Reshawd in the office. Also, the actual work completed was high quality. The paint job and all the body work done was top notch in the collision center. The guys that worked on my car were true professionals and it showed. Well worth towing my car up to Sanford even though I live near the Orlando convention center.

We wanted to purchase a used Mini Cooper for my son to drive to college. We searched our local area of Jacksonville and couldn't find the right vehicle for the right price. We expanded the search via the internet and found the perfect car at Napleton's in Sanford. I contacted the dealership who connected me with Atef Basta, the best salesman I have had the pleasure to work with. Atef took care of everything for us, from doing a "real" test drive on the car to ensuring all maintenance and paperwork were completed prior to our arranged pick up time. We corresponded by email, phone and text throughout the four days prior to delivery, so I always felt confident that Atef had everything under control. The car was a surprise for my son. Atef arranged to not only put a sign on the car for my son, but also decorated it with balloons and a big bow so that when we arrived at the dealership for the first time, we were greeted by our new car all decked out and ready to roll. He went above and beyond to make this car buying experience exceptional. I recommend the professionalism of the dealership and of Atef Basta to anyone who is in the market for a car. He earned our trust and we would love to purchase our next vehicle from him. I will recommend all my friends and family to Gio for many years to come!I just wished that Gio could handle the finance side as well since I left the finance room feeling like I was rushed into signing the papers with NO explainations at all. Even when I would ask specific questions, all I got was a run around answer. I understand that it was close to end of business day but there was no need to take short cuts to destroy a customer's experience. I didn't feel like a customer at all let alone a valued customer.But besides that nightmare.....EVERYTHING else was PERFECT! First of all... the negative reviews all involve calling the dealership... you can't negotiate cars over the phone. You can't expect to get something for nothing. Walked in and was immediately greeted by friendly staff, many of whom are military veterans. Another customer was having her vehicle serviced and raved about how wonderful they are in general and when compared to East Orlando VW and from what I saw so far, she was right. The staff are friendly. I purchased with East Orlando last year and they were not nearly as friendly or useful in the process. I hate the process of buying cars so much, I can't even describe how much I hate negotiating price and waiting forever to get into the finance office. It was, however, really quick and painless when comparing to most other dealerships. They have a cool coffee machine. Definitely recommend.

My young son was trying to establish himself in the credit world & in need of a new truck. After having the truck for almost a month, he was told to bring it back. He was told the truck had to many miles for financing but they were more than happy to take another $1000 to add to the down payment already made. This would have been great information to have before he drove off the lot & had the vehicle for a month. I think this is very bad business! To say my son was heart broken & disappointed is an under statement. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

We would like to take a moment and a few lines, to express our appreciation to Scott Stroud who is acting sales manager at Napleton's Volkswagen of Sanford over the holidays. I was looking to buy my wide (Maureen) a new 2015 VW Passat and had inquired at three other dealerships, I decided to as well call Napleton's VW. We knew the model (SE), color and options we desired, so it was finding the car and a fair price. I called and asked for the sales manager, they put my call to Scott Stroud. Scott was highly professional, very courteous and interested in not just the possible sale, but my wife's high weekly driving mileage. Scott took the time to calculate and explain the advantageous of my wife having the TDI over the gas TSI version to accommodate her driving cost and needs. Scott called us back with a price he could sell us the 2015 Passat and it better than two other prices quotes for the same car! Maureen loves the car and within one week had 926 miles on the car, we are very appreciative of Scott's advice in recommending the TDI Passat. This dealership was not honest with me. They agreed on a price over the phone. I was straight forward and clear that what we agreed upon was the limit. I was assured it would work. I drove 4 1/2 hours and found out they would not honor their word. They gave me all kinds of excuses. I stood firm. After leaving, my daughter went on cars.com to find out they lowered the price of the car. I called the manager and inquired about it. His name was Dewayne. He had the nerve to tell me he told me that. I questioned him on several issues and he fumbled for an answer. This is not the way to do business.

I was horrified the first time I walked into this dealership, after the conversion from Aristocrat. Anyone who bought a car from Aristocrat knew it as the BEST dealership - the best employees, service staff, etc. It was laid back, comfortable and had that family-owned feel. After being converted to Napleton, all of the wonderful sales and service staff left. It is truly a disappointment after working with Aristocrat to purchase THREE vehicles. I was so turned away by this dealership that I ended my lease 8 months early to get away from VW. The last time i serviced my vehicled, there was a female employee wearing a suit, SCREAMING and using profanity openly toward other employees, and directly in front of children who were in the service waiting area. Another employee shrugged it off as being "normal." What an unprofessional and unpleasant place. DO NOT use this dealership. They have gone from nice and welcoming to dirty vultures who will make you feel uncomfortable the minute you get out of your car.

The customer service was amazing. I felt like the representative was trying to get me a fair deal and actually cared about me. Usually dealers just want to sell you are but with chisara she wanted to get you car because it was the perfect match for me and my needs. I called and explained my WHOLE situation. I did NOT want to drive from downtown Orlando to be told a deal could NOT be worked out. I went, and of course, the sale could NOT be done. Say EVERYTHING from the beginning. It's annoying to drive to a place and be embarrased by one trying to explain financial situations. I made an appointment, showed up one day late (my mistake), was told nothing could be done, then called twice after. Really?!

I contacted Napleton VW of Sanford to negotiate purchase of one of two Jetta's (sportwagen or sedan). At beginning of conversations I stressed that I was not interested in wasting their time or mine if we could not come to terms based upon the amount of money I was willing to spend for either of the two end of season vehicles I had selected and that I had not problem in keeping my current vehicle as there is nothing wrong with it aside from the fact that I am not as fond of it as a previously owned like vehicle. I would have been trading in my 2 year old vehicle that is in excellent condition. When all was said and done they insulted me by offering a vehicle that was a complete downgrade in features (a basic model) from the vehicle I own and was NOT one of the vehicles I initially contacted them about. I would not recommend or do business with this dealership. They obviously have an issue in listening to and respecting the customers directives/wishes.

I got a 2014 VW and gave the dealership 10 days to prep and clean the car. When I went in to pick up the car, it was not waxed or cleaned. Had the clean up people wax the car and they only waxed the roof,trunk and not the sides or anyplace on the car. The windows on the inside were full of dirt, you could see the sales sticker marks and was just dirty. The clean up crew are sub contractors to the dealership and just did not do the work to clean the car. **the car has been in to waxed 3 times and I do not know what kind of wax they put on the car but is not right.and when it rains, the wax comes off. They must use cheap liqued wax. The car was deliered to me with stone dings in the paint and had asked to have that fixed That was not done. Today they told me that was not going to happen or fix it, even that it was done before I picked up the car.. The car was given to me with the paper work and no one had time to show me anything about the car.. I had to go to Mark in Service and he took the time and showed me about the car, not the sales dept. Left messages to have managment to call me and that did not happpen. 6 messages.and 3 times to stop by to talk to Nestor who is very busy. Managment has been very busy this pass many 4 weeks that I have left the calls, The dealership needs an asstent person who can get new car problems taken care of..you do not have to wait for anything to get done in the sales department. The saled department has to remember that the referals and new sales come from Happy Customers The dealership is growing, but needs to take care of customers who buys a car. How can I tell any one to buy a car and no one care. Meeting today again with the sales dept, not the first time I have fix this,, so we will see if they will get my new car taken care of.

It's hard to put into words how bad my experience was. I've dealt with Aristocrat Volkswagen many times, and they were always great. Unfortunately, it looks like the Napleton brand has ruined what Aristocrat spent years building. Long story short, I go in to apply for a vehicle, and I was told I would not find out until the next day if I was approved or not - OK, not a problem. I put some money down to hold the vehicle until I find out if I get approved or not. Well, about 14 days later I was told I was not approved. Not a big deal, I understand why I was not approved, but why did I have to call them every day for 14 days to be told no? Every time I called back, I was told ''hang on one second, I'll call you right back and let you know''. I never received that promised call back, not even once. Every other dealership I went to gave me a yes or no answer within a day. So moving on, I wanted a refund for my holding deposit. It took them over a month to cut me a refund check, and even worse, then sent it to my mothers address, in my mothers name, who had absolutely NOTHING to do with my loan. My mother was not on my application, my mother was not present during me filling out the application, and my mother did not give them the deposit. So not only did I have to suffer a month of excuses such as 'the person who signs checks isn't here today' or 'we mailed out the check, I'm not sure why it wasn't delivered yet', they finally mail it out with the wrong name and address, and now my mother has to deal with all this as well. I understand mistakes happen, but the way they play their childish games makes me never want to step foot in their dealership again. I wouldn't go back to Napleton even if they were giving out free cars.

I burnt my finger pushing the starting button then attempted to turn on the window washer with the near melted handle and it broke lose. They ordered the part and replaced it. Thank you.

I have been coming to this dealership for 9 years. I keep coming back not only because of the brand, but because of the people and the excellent service. There was a recent change in ownership and to be honest, I was a bit nervous that I would not receive the same service that I had in the past. My new sales associate, Olawale (Wally) not only met, but exceeded my expectations. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He made the car buying experience fun, which it should be. I told him what I was looking for and he delivered. I also had the opportunity to work with Chi Chan and Adam Hopper. Both were extremely professional and fun to deal with.Overall, the car buying experience was stress free and fun. Had a vehicle breakdown on me in another city and needed to get a replacement vehicle immediately as it was the engine that failed. The replacement engine was going to cost more than the vehicle was worth. Billy Stewart took excellent care and time in getting me into a newer vehicle and at a payment I could afford. Mark Vogel in the service department took care of everything I needed himself with getting service completed on the vehicle. This dealership is a A+ company to deal with and would recommend them to anybody looking or needing a vehicle either new or used.

David Navarro was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I first met David several months ago when I test drove a Mini Cooper. While the car wasn't the right fit for me, David was very helpful and not pushy when I decided I wanted to keep looking. Several Months later I met David again to test drive a Mazda 3. I called ahead of the test drive and David had the car ready to go when I arrived, with a printed CarFax in hand. David does his research and is knowledgeable about the various used car models available in addition to the VW line. I loved the car and was ready to buy. This is usually the part of the buying process I dread, haggling over price and trade-in value. I had researched the car price before the test drive, and Napleton's asking price was already lower than the average retail price by over $1,000. I had expected to receive a low ball offer on my trade-in. To my surprise they offered me what I had hoped to get if I had sold the car on my own. I didn't have to haggle at all. I was getting the new car at a great price and receiving a fair value on my trade-in. This was the least stressful car I have purchased to date. David was friendly and professional, and makes the car buying process a smooth and easy experience. If you're in the market for a car, give David a call.

I entered the dealership a little nervous as a woman purchasing this car on my own and I had my 4 year old daughter with me. David greeted us both with a friendly smile and hello. He walked me through the process which was easy and surprisingly stress free. David is very knowledgeable about the product which he sells and very personable. He also was very patient. Reviews from others re: Dave, made me feel a little less leery.When I HAD to go in ( basics such as see the car, drive the car) what a pleasant surprise! What a super guy!! I did business with the body shop, Ron the body the body shop manager and his assistance were great, which made me interested to keep my business with Aristocrat VW. Then I met Collet she was great, she handled our requests very gracefully, she was very patient listing to my picky husband and even more patient with my little 4 years old. She took our cell number but never pushed me to buy, or made annoying calls asking about my decision like other annoying car sales do; she gave me time to think. I said in my review three years ago that I would be back to Aristocrat VW, and work with Colette again. We got that opportunity after an accident left us with a total loss on the Rabbit purchased at Aristocrat. Once again, Colette's no pressure and honest approach to helping us decide on the right car for us was wonderful. Not many dealerships around that you can walk into, sit down and have a conversation about what is right for you as buyer. Colette listened to us and helped us work thru the pros and cons and make a decision based on what WE wanted with no pressure what so ever. I had low expectations with getting out of a vehicle I was upside down on. I had come in looking to buy a used vehicle with 0 money down but quickly found that this was not going to be possible or I would end up in another vehicle that would be upside down. David Navarro was not pushy and understood the type of vehicle I was trying to get into. The Manage, Kenny, also tried his best to make the numbers work but in the end the banks still needed money down so they could roll my negative equity into the loan. Kenny and David then carefully educated me about leasing a vehicle and were not pushy. They were very patient and left no stone unturned to get me the deal that I wanted and that I was comfortable with. I left with a brand new lease and peace of mind.

The service was excellent! All of the staff greeted me with a welcoming smile as soon as I arrived, asking if I needed any help. The vehicle I wanted to look at was ready to go for a test drive upon arrival along with some freshly baked cookies (YUM!). The financial manager actually came in and sat down with the salesman, Dave, and I during the process rather than sitting in a back office (pointing fingers at staff and making over $100k/yr not doing much more on a personal, customer level). Throughout the process, the dealership was timely, professional and amicable. I highly recommend going to Aristocrat.

I contacted Aristocrat VW to attempt to correct a recent bad deal at two other local dealers, including one at another local VW dealer that was unable to retain me as a customer. I wasn't sure how this was going to work out... so we started looking at cars. First CPO, then new, then my trade. In a rather reasonable amount of time on Jan 2nd between Michele and Eddie put together a great deal for a new car, that that not only gained a new customer, but put the other dealer to shame.I felt so good about dealing with them and the deal they put together for me, that I asked about refinancing my other VW. Long story short, not only did a get a great refinancing on my new car, but I also ended up with a newer CPO Tiguan to replace my other older VW with a lower payment. David and Colette were both very helpful. We went in hoping to trade in both our old cars for two new TDI cars. David helped up decide on whether we should get two Bugs or maybe a Bug and Jetta. He let us look at both cars and explained the differences and the benefits of having one two door car and one four door car. We ended up with one of each and he even found a Bug in the color I wanted in Tampa so I would not have to wait until the end of January before I could get my car. My husband went home that day with his Jetta and two days later I got to pick up mine. The Dealership was very accommodating because I wanted to wait until my husband had off to come get my Bug. David also sat with each one of us and walked us through how to work all the controls on our new cars. He even set up our radios and Bluetooth. I have always enjoyed working with Aristocrat Volkswagen. We have bought four cars from them and will continue to go to them for all our car concerns.

He had a big red bow on it waiting for her. I think he was just as excited about it as we were!!! There were no surprise fees or tricks like you see with other dealerships. Super honest! This was the 3rd vw dealership we tried. The first one wouldn't even acknowledge my daughter and me, and the second one was very dishonest. He would have let me drive anything on the lot if I needed to see it, and he could very quickly produce pricing for any hairbrained idea I threw at him -- always shooting me back a low, fair price and not fooling around with nonsense.I see he goes by the name "The Car Guy" and it's rightly earned -- David Navarro knows his cars, top-to-bottom. I began as an internet customer by making an inquiry on a specific vehicle. David Navarro's responses to me were timely and appropriate. Contact between myself and the dealership was either through phone or e-mail. I was not nagged, but when I had questions, they were answered in an appropriate timeframe. I asked for a selling price and was given what I thought was a very competitive one, based on my calculations in terms what is an reasonable profit for the dealer to make. Once at the dealership, I test drove the car and was able to get another $200 off the sales price. Overall, it was the least irritating of auto buying experiences that I have had in a long time.

While shopping for my 2013 VW CC White R-Line, the dealers in Miami would keep stalling stating that there was no more white models and wanted me to compromise on the color so they can make the sale. They spent 3 days negotiating price with me just to tell me they could not provide a white model without charging a ridiculous transportation fee.So on the way home, I phoned into Aristocrat VW in Sanford, FL just 30 minutes before they closed. David Navarro was kind enough to physically check if the keys for the white CC R-Line where still available. After confirming the car I wanted was still available I offered my buying price, they accepted and the rest is history. David's professional and friendly demeanor left me at peace with my decision to buy a car more than 300 miles away from home. The next morning I was diving from Miami to Sanford, FL with a smile on my face.But their great service did not stop there. They knew I drove in from far so they had most of the paperwork ready when I arrived. I was driving out of the dealer and back home in my brand new white 2013 VW CC R-Line by noon.I've never had such a great experience buying a car in my life. Dave got back to me right away and suggested a new 2013 on their lot with the same features that ended up costing (with VW incentives) the same as the used car. Because I live two hours from the dealership, I did not want to waste time traveling unnecessarily. We did our research and knew what car we wanted before I contacted Aristocrat. I submitted a request for a price on a car we saw on line and David called us back promptly. He was courteous and helpful. We completed negotiations over the phone. We had taken our Trade to CarMax prior to visiting Aristocrat and had a written commitment from them for what they would pay us for our car.1st offer from Aristocrat's Used Car Manager came in $500 lower than what CarMax had offered us the day before. My husband said no, you either match the offer we have in writing or we won't sell you our car. You'll make thousands reselling it. Their Used Car Manager decided to play hard ball so his 2nd offer was $300 lower. My husband told David, the Used Car Manager had 5 minutes to make this right. It took David, his Manager and the Dealership's General Manager to convince the Used Card Manager to give us the amount we deserved for our Trade.David apologized for the Used Car Manager's behavior. David was so professional. If we were just rating him, our Overall Experience would have been GREAT but their Used Car Manager soured our experience. If it weren't for David our rating would have been much lower than GOOD.

We called ahead to check on the vehicle and David Navarro (sales agent) had the vehicle out front, ready and running when we arrived. David was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging, but not overwhelming or pushy. He was interested in us as individuals, and was very straightforward about the vehicle. When we went to purchase the vehicle, David discovered that the battery was weak and they had a new battery in the vehicle before we arrived. The vehicle was clean and prepped well. David had prepared the paperwork in advance which significantly reduced our time commitment to make the purchase. I either visited or was in contact with all Volkswagen dealers in the state of Florida in search of the best Certified 2010 VW Jetta I could find. I was a cash customer and could act quickly on a vehicle, or wait it out for the perfect opportunity. David Navarro and his staff came up with the right car at the right price!! Ernie was very friendly and helpful. He answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about not only the car, but history of the brand and various engine types. Any button on the car I was unfamiliar with, he explained it's function and gave us a demonstration. The test drive was comfortable, and a good distance. I got a good feel for the car and was able to xxxxx it's visibility and blind spots. I had done a lot of research online before coming here. I looked at the supply of no less than a dozen dealerships, so I drove in with two specific cars in mind. That made the whole process easier for both of us. I wasn't so much looking for a car as I was seeing if the one I wanted already met my standards. In fact, not only was the car what I wanted, it had two extra things I didn't expect: a sunroof, and alloy wheels! It was perfect!! During the signing, the showroom was cool, relaxing and quiet. Ernie offered us water right off the bat, which was good, because it's August in Florida and outside was miserably hot. They made fresh chocolate chip cookies, so not only were they delicious ( I had two) but the whole place smelled great!

Its going to be hard for me to write a comprehensive review, folks. Why? Because it's more of the same from these guys: Aristocrat was the easiest, most stress-free car purchasing experience I've ever had (and I've owned a fair share of new vehicles, three to be exact). From the time I sent the dealership an e-mail indicating interest in a GTI to the moment I drove off the lot, I was treated with nothing but respect and integrity. I arrived at 0900 sharp just as the sales team was arriving, and from the first moment on David was with me every step of the way and through every piece of documentation and every question.He had all of his paperwork prepared. He had the vehicle detailed, clean, and ready for a test drive. He had my trade-in appraised in a timely manner. Most of all, the sale brokered between myself and Aristocrat was the best kind of deal you can have in the auto industry: A FAIR ONE! They never tried to include bogus fees or charges; David was able to explain each and every item on the sales listing promptly and confidently, and he never ONCE shied away from the misunderstood 'dealership fee.' He seemed to genuinely care that purchasing a vehicle is a huge financial event, but also one that should be as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.I spent roughly three-and-a-half hours in the dealership, which is pretty short compared to previous purchases. Most of the wait was due to meticulous review of all forms requiring a signature. Aristocrat seems to favor the 'do it once, do it right' philosophy, and only two documents needed to be adjusted. The whole process, from pen-on-paper to keys-in-hand, was maybe 15 minutes.I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a VW.I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them again.If you want a new Vee Dub, go to these guys first. My husband & I had been looking into buying a Volkswagen Jetta TDI for him to commute back & forth to work. We spent 3 hours at a David Maus Volkswagen dealer in Orlando, we had found a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta TDI with 20,000 miles that was listed for $23,500. We were in the process of trying to negotiate or playing what I like to call " The RED PEN GAME" going back & forth between our salesman & the finance manager until the finance manager finally came out to speak to us in person. He told us our offer was "Ridiculous"!! & proceeded to tell us that they could not come down in price on the TDI since they are really hot right now. I told him that I found a 2012 used VW TDI at Aristocrat VW in Sanford that was identical to the car we were interested in buying from them that only had 10,000 miles & asking price was $23,900. He tried to argue that the extra miles do not matter on a VW TDI & told me that they were not desperate to sell a car.... so on that rude note we told them that we were not desperate to buy a car either!!! We finally had enough & we ended up leaving on a bad note (we were never even offered water during the entire 3 hours we were there). My husband had to go back to work & decided to give up looking but I was determined to keep looking for a VW TDI for my husband. I called Aristocrat VW in Sanford & was greeted by David Navarro on the phone, I told him that I was interested in the used 2012 VW TDI that he had on his lot & to please get the vehicle ready for a test drive and that I would be there shortly. Once I arrived he had the vehicle ready & greeted me outside to go for a test drive. He was so helpful & did not haggle with me & used fact based selling to provide me with the information I needed to decide on a vehicle. I ended up test driving 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI which had just so happened to be reduced in price as old inventory from $25,000 to $21,500 which was comparable in price to the used 2012 VW TDI that I originally came in to test drive... Long story short I decided to go with the 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI!!! Everyone on the staff was so friendly & helpful at the dealership!!! We were offered cookies, popcorn & something to drink!!! I was also impressed with the detail job they did on our new car, the detailer spent over 3 hours on our new car & did a showroom finish!!! By the time my husband got off of work he was surprised to arrive at the dealership with his new car waiting for him, the car was immaculate, all the required paperwork had been prepared only awaiting his signature & my husband could not of asked for a better end to a stressful day!!! I told David Navarro that this was my husbands first brand new car, he went the extra mile & gave us both a T-shirt to make the occasion even more special!!! He took the time to show us hands on how to use all the features in our new car & how to operate for more efficiency. And if that wasn't good enough David Navarro even called us back in the next day since they got us an even lower rate on our loan, we went from a 3.49% down to a 2.99% interest rate!!! I mean... WOW!!! In what world does that happen!!!Our overall experience was fantastic, from the customer service, the detail work on our new car, the friendly down to earth environment and the great price on our new 2013 Volkswagen Jetta TDI!!! It was a wonderful overall experience!!! I will absolutely recommend Aristocrat Volkswagen in Sanford to all my friends & family!!! I walked into this dealership on the recommendation of a friend looking for a used Volkswagen Jetta diesel . I was greeted by David Navarro after looking at several cars on the lot. He explained that he had two used ones on the lot and ask if I wanted to drive one . I chose a 2011 Jetta diesel. David took the time to explain all the controls before the drive . After the drive he had my car appraised and we sat down to talk about terms. David explained what the payments would be but also figured the payments on a new 2013 Jetta diesel . there was only a few dollars difference so I purchased the new one. David Navarro was the most knowledgeable, friendly and professional car sales person that I have ever dealt with and that is saying something since I am 66 years old and have bought many cars. There was never any pressure to buy. David made me feel right at home from the start. Aristocrat Volkswagen and David Navarro worked hard to make the deal happen. Let me start out by saying David Navarro in sales was exceptional! Not only did he help with the sale of the car but throughout my worst experience with this dealership when dealing with the service department. I have absolutely no complains about him. I leased my Jetta on 6/22/13. At that time my vehicle had 11 miles on it. That same night I had to return my vehicle as they found a defective piece in the engine. I pickup my car4 days later. I contacted the service department 2 days later to complain about an alignment issue as well as the certain button functions inside the vehicle. I could not drop my vehicle until July 16 as I was going on vacation for 2 weeks. I dropped off my vehicle the morning of July 16 and spoke with Glenn (service advisor) who was totally useless. I received a call within 45 minutes from Robert (service manager who was filling in that day from the East Orlando dealership) stating that nothing was wrong with my vehicle. I picked up my car on July 17.... On July 19 I noticed ants coming out of the air conditioning vents and was mortified. I contacted the service department again for this issue and dropped my vehicle off on July 20 with Jamie (service advisor). My car had been sitting on the lot for 5 days and no one and I mean no one called me to give me a status on my vehicle until I called Jamie (service advisor) on July 25 to see what was going on with my car. I am extremely disgusted with the service department as they have no consideration for the customer. This dealership has had my car 3 times in their service department within a month and its a brand new vehicle. Unfortunately, I will never ever return to this dealership for business and will never recommend them to anyone else......

Joe was great. The complete opposite of the stereotypical pushy car salesmen. He immediately recognized that I had been researching GTI's for several months and quietly let me explore during the test drive, every so often offering insight. We visited a nearby dealership for a test drive of a different make and were immediately grossed out by how the pushy desperation of the salesmen and then his intimidating manager tried to sell us something we obviously were not interested in. The entire process at Aristocrat was seamless and easy. I recommend anyone interested in a VW visit here first. They also had the greatest selection of manual transmission GTI's within 50 miles.

I walked into the dealership on a Saturday just to scope some cars not yet ready to buy. I wound up running into him. He walked me through the lot and carefully listened to what I was looking for. Not once did he pressure me to buy a car, but simply listened to me and politely accommodated me. I came in on another Saturday and we ran into each other again. This time I was more certain of buying a car. He was a wonderful sales man because he catered to the what I was looking for. We test drove a car, made a list of several to look at, and browsed the lot several times in the brutal heat. With everything he did he did not complain and did not pressure me. He was also very personable and was easy to relate to. When I decided to buy a car that I liked, he did what he could to accommodate me and was extremely honest, which is very hard to find at dealerships these days. He was a very humble salesman because after he pulled the paperwork for the car he even asked if I would like to come again the next day so I would have some time to think about my decision. That is great customer care that not many would offer. He definitely cared about his customer and maintaining satisfaction.

The whole experience was great! The truck, a Chevy S10 5 speed, was just what I was looking for. David Navarro was very personable and polite. He answered all our questions and did not pressure us at all. He was very honest with regard to the cost of the vehicle and it's condition. We did end up bringing the truck back to the dealership within an hour for a copule of problems. David asked no questions and handled it all. I bought a CPO vehicle from this dealer, at the time of purchase a Due Bill was made for some issues including cleaning. I took delivery of the car and returned another day to have some work done and to have it cleaned. After waiting for a really long time (3 hours +/-) the car was returned I was told it needed some parts and that it was clean. I took one look at it and knew the carpets had never been touched. I asked about cleaning and was told I could pay for them to be cleaned and come back another day and that I would be contacted. To this day 5 weeks later I have never been contacted. Never been offered anything from this dealer. I have been in contact with VWOA to force the car to be cleaned, to get floor mats under the CPO, to inform them some items were not new that are on the paper work as being new. Now VWOA has been nice, but I have owned this car for 44 days and have been able to drive it for 25 days. The missing days are because it was in and out of two dealers. Upon investigation, I found there were deceptive and possible fraudulent sales practices, not because of actions by the sales staff but because of the lack of care,effort, passion, etc of the service technician that inspected the car. Make sure you cross your T's and dot your I's when buying or having service done here.

As several others have stated, the games, scams, bait and switch, appallingly poor customer service issues that you have experienced will not happen here. My wife and I moved here from another state and things just happen differently here. IE price of car - total for trade then figuring sales tax from that (20,000-10,000=10,000 10,000x1.06=10,600) and the fact that you pay the dealer for your plate and you can wrap that up into the loan. I have never experienced this before and they walked me through it, slowed down and explained or speed up when I was completely understanding. Our Routan which we know is a Chrysler product is exactly what we were looking for. These things sell fast I have pasted up about 6 in the last few months. I was able to get this one because of the flexibility of this dealer. They let me put a deposit on the car to hold it. Mean while my wife gave birth to our second son. and they were flexible with her having to care for the two boys while I looked the car over, we test drove it, went to eat and came back and signed everything. We had to play switch a roo with the kids as we were needed to sign or ask questions. The questions we had were answered quickly,honestly and sincerely. I felt really bad about keeping Michele past closing, it takes way more time to do the simple things in life with kids but she was understanding and I was trying to hurry. A+++++++++ experience with this dealer. They beat my pre-approved rate by 0.5% and got the entire loan bought. THANKS AGAIN!

I live 3 hours away from this dealership and worked out a deal via email, phone, and text with the sales person. Initially, there were no photos of this vehicle on the web, so I contacted the dealership to get their "e-price" along with some photos of the vehicle. Photos were sent. The vehicle was described as being black, all the pictures has a glade from the sun; however, one picture the lighting made the vehicle look green. The question was asked as to whether or not the vehicle was green or black - we were assured and reassured it was black. We worked out our deal and drove three hours from South Florida to go purchase the vehicle. As soon as we got out to the vehicle, we noticed immediately that the vehicle was green. Not only was the vehicle not the color we were told, but there were very noticeable scratches on the driver side near the roof, and a dent in the back drivers side. Most care dealerships would send detailed pictures of these areas and make them known ahead of time, especially for a customer driving 3 hours to make a deal. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I have had. Driving 6 hours and not having a new car because of negligence on the dealership's behalf. In addition to this, at the beginning of our negotiations with them, we were told we would not be paying a dealer fee; however, a dealer fee still has to be "applied" to the invoice. And note, that although their website states to contact them for their "internet price," it is the same price listed online and on the vehicle. I recognize this may just be one bad experience for this dealership, but please make sure you know all the details about your sale including any fees.

I started looking for a car for my daughter over a month ago and was getting so tired of the same old thing at the dealerships I visited. No clear answers and a lot of run around. While looking on line at new cars I happened upon Aristocrat Volkswagen and saw they had some great specials. I got lost going there, but when I found the dealership I was greeted by a friendly and non aggressive salesman. Typically when i drive up to a dealership I see about 5 salesman hanging around and it just makes me uneasy, wondering which one is mine. Anyhow, the experience at Aristocrat with Angel was so easy and up front, i started to compare the other dealerships I visited after to them, and they couldn't even come close. In the end I just purchased a new Jetta for my daughter and I feel like I got a great deal. Angel also walked through, step by step all the features of the car with my daughter. The whole process was made easy and I look forward to purchasing another car from them in the future!

I am stationed overseas and came back for just five days to visit my son and help him find a good used car. We've been disappointed at so many other dealerships over high prices, pushy/aggressive sales tactics, and poor customer service. After a very long day of car hunting in the Central Florida area we came across Aristocrat VW. I was surprised that I was able to look over the used cars without anyone shadowing me. When I was ready to ask questions I was introduced to Ms. Michele Chrzaszcz. She was warm, friendly, and very professional. Her attitude clearly demonstrated a sincere appreciation for her customers. As a veteran that has been serving overseas for 26 years, I felt the sincerity in her voice when she thanked me for my service. When I explained that I just didn't have enough to pay the price on the car we selected, Michele and the dealership worked with me to make the purchase possible. The entire purchase transaction was very smooth and precise. All of my concerns and questions were addressed quickly and well beyond my expectations. While in Aristocrat, I was very observant of the atmosphere in their work areas. It was very clean and comfortable. The showroom lacked the "new car smell" that we all know to well. Instead, it had the welcoming aroma of fresh baked cookies which were placed on the information counter for all to enjoy. This is the kind of place where you just feel good about being there. My overall experiences in this facility was far better than any other I've been in during my quest for "the perfect used car". Aside from getting a great deal, I had the pleasure of making a few friends. I found the owner, Mr. Larry Bishop to be a very down to earth, family friendly business man. I found a 2013 Tiguan on Cars.com and had to call since the price was below invoice. I received a prompt e-mail stating the price was in fact what was listed and it was automatic not manual. They honored the price even though I requested a different color. I was informed when my vehicle came in and set up a transaction date. They purchased my 09 Tiguan, transferred the docs and I was out the door in roughly an hour. No pressure sales, only a casual friendly environment. Marina Jovic handled my transaction. We have been looking for a car for a while and none of the cars or dealerships felt "right" until we discovered the VW Eos! Then came the job of negotiating for the car and the trade-in of our old car. We started the process at a dealership closer to where we live (no named but it was east of Sanford) and we did not have a satisfactory experience. So we called Aristocrat and talked to Michele Chrzaszcz and felt very comfortable with her. We made the trip to Sanford and are so glad we did! We liked the casual, friendly atmosphere at Aristocrat, something you can only find in a family run business. Michele got right down to business; no bait and switch techniques we experienced at other places. She told up right up front what the costs would be and gave us what we asked for in trade-in. We saved thousands of dollars and did not have to go through the uncomfortable games of other dealerships. We decided to lease and she explained it clearly and accurately. She also really knows her cars.... knowing what each button and gadget does on the car. When I called a few days after delivery of the car she cheerfully answered some additional technical questions I had. I would highly recommend a visit to Aristocrat! Ask for Michele!

Went in to buy a used vehicle in the lower price range:: They had several on the lot and after looking at them decided to test drive a couple. Michele checked in with the service manager and found that one vehicle was not worth salt. She informed me that the car had many issues and after that took it off the for sale lot. I really appreciated this because the vehicle needed is going to transport a couple of young children. I don't know if many sales people would ever dream of doing such but Michelle informed me that theirs is a family owned business and values each and every customer no matter what they might be spending on a vehicle. I have a VW dealership within 20 min of my home but drove 3 hours round trip (twice in one weekend) to do this deal with Aristocrat due to almost feeling "at home" when walking into their place. If in the market for a VW, in the Orlando area, I would highly recommend skipping the dealer that is always on TV and going to Aristocrat where they spend their "TV Time" working to make customers happy.

We said we think our old cell phones didn't have Bluetooth. In a few minutes she had Bluetooth set up!! Amazing! And a air conditioned service bay,cookies and popcorn! WOW! This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. We didn't have an appointment, but were very fortunate to have Buddy Jerome as our salesperson. Buddy was extremely thorough throughout the whole transaction. He understood what were were looking for, didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, showed us several models of VWs, accompanied us on a short test drive, and continued to show us different models of what we were interested in after we returned. We found one model, a Jetta SEL, that interested us and Buddy let us take that car to lunch. After talking over our options at lunch, we returned, asked for a slightly higher trade-in price than originally offered, and it was accepted.Buddy was very thorough in completing the necessary paperwork, completely explaining everything I signed. He accompanied us to the Jetta and thoroughly covered all of the car's many features, including setting up Bluetooth on my cell phone. I am extremely happy with the 2012 Jetta I purchased.I would highly recommend Buddy Jerome as an extremely qualified salesperson for any transaction you might consider at Aristocrat Volkswagen. He's friendly, patient, a very good listener, and not at all pushy as you might have experienced in other dealerships. Aristocrat Volkswagen is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I live in New Jersey and I drove down to Florida because Aristocrat gave me the best deal on my new Toureg TDI Lux and best deal for my trade in. No haggling over price, which was great. Michele Chrzaszcz, my salesperson was wonderful to deal with from the start. She responded to my internet price request for the Toureg. I dealt with her over the phone, email and texting, she tried to help me in any way. No pressure whatsoever. Answered any questions I had, dealt with NJ dmv, helped me with hotel and had everything ready for me when I arrived on Sunday, her day off. It was worth the 2000 mile round trip. I would recommend them to anyone. And the car is great. I got over 30mpg on the way home, which was one reason I bought it. Wish we had a dealership like Aristocrat in New Jersey. Went to dealer to look at advertised used Jetta sportwagon TDI. Met Duane who was very friendly and well informed. Gave us all information with no pressure. After voicing some concerns witht the used vehicle, he said taht they were willing to deal and that he might be able to come close to our target payment with a new vehicle. We drove a vehicle to see if we liked it and then sat down to talk. The numbers he gave us even at first were straight-up with no "games". He was able to get to our target payment, so we bought the car.Duane was very friendly, personable, well informed, honest, no pressure and did not try to "play games". He and I were both realistic and up front from the begining, and we appreciated that. We were expecting to test drive other makes and models, but our experience with Duane was so good that we bought a car then and there from him!

Aristocrat has always been a low-pressure dealership. The employees - both service and sales - are very personable and show a lot of pride in their work. I just purchased my second new car from them, today, following my first back in 2005 (~7 years ago). I requested a car and package that was fairly hard to come by, and after a few days of hunting and calling around they were able to track it down, bring it to the dealership, and even sell it to me for a great price. They are wonderful people and it was another great experience.

Aristocrat Volkswagen, of Sanford Florida was a pleasure to do business with. From the moment we stepped in the door we felt at ease. They even had free freshly baked cookies. The sales staff were very welcoming and greeted us as if we were friends instead of fresh meat walking in the door. They made the whole process of buying a car very easy. I simply told them what I was looking for and my budget and they exceeded my expectations by not trying to up sell me to a car I could not afford or preasuring me in anyway by doing the back in forth routine with the sales manager. They had the car I was looking for and even though it wasn't ready yet to sell yet as they were still inspecting it they still went out of their way to finish the oil change on it so we could take it for a test drive. Now that is service! They have a great team of staff all working together for the customer. Great job Aristocrat Volkswagen! When the time comes for me to purchase a newer car in the future I will be sure to go to Aristocrat Volkswagen of Sanford first.

Although I have been sold on the VW CC for about 8 months, I was taking my time to shop around. I made contact with every VW dealer in South and Central Florida and ended up walking away twice from a deal, mostly because I wasn't comfortable with the dealerships. And then - along came Michelle Chrzaszcz at Aristocrat VW in Sanford - my search was over. From our first phone conversation - I immediately felt comfortable with Michelle - when we finally met (after a 170 mile drive one way) I felt like I had known her for years! The rapport we had, was truly one of a kind, but I'm convinced - due to Michelle's personality, most, if not all customers feel that way. Michelle is so personable, extremely knowledgable, and professional. At some dealerships I visited, I was more educated and knowledgable about the vehicle than the sales person, - which really annoys me.When I went to Aristocrat VW - by myself (female) - I felt absolutely comfortable (unlike at other dealerships where I could not wait to make my exit), not pressured, and totally stress free. I love my new car, and so does everyone else, although I had planned to sell my old car on my own for maximum profit - I ended up trading it in at the dealership for a decent price (had some equity).I can honestly say - it was the best, most stress free, and fun car buying experience I've ever had!The reason I rate Aristocrat so high and why will recommend them to all of my friends here in S. I was looking for a vehicle that would fit into my budget and overall lifestyle. I had been to all of the Volkswagen dealerships in Orlando and felt pressured and harassed. I stopped at Aristocrat on my way home from a trip and began working with Tom Thueson. He showed me several cars, but I did not love any of the choices and he did not try to convince me otherwise (which was refreshing). At this point I told Tom exactly what I was looking for and he told me that he would contact me when something came in that I would love. A few days later he gave me a call and I drove back to check it out. He was right, I loved the car and it was less than my budgeted amount! I have bought three cars and this was by far the most stress-free buying experiences that I have ever had.

I shopped at several dealers for a new or used car. After driving across the state and back, dealing with rude sales managers (at other stores), having vehicles sold while I was negotiating pricing and having the F&I managers send me around the world for their financing I HAD to buy a car.I called Aristocrat, the salesperson who sold us a VW a few years ago came in on her day off and sold me a great car at a great price with great service. My wife is a loyal customer for few years of other Volkswagen dealer and I went to this Aristocrat Volkswagen because I interested in a particular CC lux plus 2012. The sales person was very nice but at the end of the deal when we agreed to a final payment and final numbers they try to change my payments numbers after long waiting. My credit is high score,I have a good income and I am a repeat customer to volkswagen. I am really dissapointed with this kind of sales strategy. They just want go up $25 more per month to my payments but I went very upset not for $25, is just because why tell me thousand of reasons to go to this far away dealer and make me spend around 4 hours there to do nothing. I can't believed this dealer spend thousands of dollars in advertising to end and let die a deal for a $25 more per month which is a $1800 in total in the 72 months period which is nothing comparing the potential customer and actual business I was doing including future referrals and more business. I really wonder how this people do business because no make sense what they do after spend the time of a sales person and mine. My wife told me from the beginning go to the other volkswagen dealer and really have to tell she really is right and have the reason. She doing business with other dealer from few years ago and all transaction has been smooth and not this kind of ridiculous situations. I pretty sure other dealer will be happy to do 3rd business in less than 2 years with us. Sure he appreciate the value of repeat customers more than Aristocrat Volkswagen. They change numbers and later tell was a mistake, ok, then change numbers again after 2 days and they tell is other mistake. Not sure if someone not doing the right work or is the trick to catch customers. How a dealer make mistakes so easy when they do that all the time? Not sure if is true or not but make me think is a trick used by some dealers. I express my dissapointed of another change of numbers in dealer with lady at closing and sales person but I was tire and I really want the car, so I just signed all papers after no one tell anything about it. In other issue this people need learn how to treat customer specially by phone because manager yelled at me and I hang up the phone. The manager only was contact me for ask to remove this review and not really follow up the deal. I never meet personally a manager and I went 2 times to the dealer. First time I went for 4 hours and second time around 1 hour to pick up car and never a sales manager approach me to even tell thanks for the business (i don't even know them personally). But they are good in response reviews. I think many negative reviews has been removed by customers after persistence of this manager, because is good doing that (very aggresive). About the owner, I sent an email 12/30/2011 about the manager style and all this awful experience and I was expecting a response from him but never response to me, I beleived is the style this owner approved and consent to managers handle business. Very sad situation but I can't change this mismanagement. And Yes, the refund offered in 12/31/2011 was sent 1/13/2012 by the stamp, and received 1/14/2012 for $280.80 which is the amount not supposed to be charged at last minuted that second day when I went to sign. Thanks for that but understand money can't buy opinion of people experience and less when a customer has been yelled by a supposed experienced manager. Hope this is clear now.

I was looking for a low mileage nice priced used Chevy Silverado and I found one through autotrader.com that was at Aristocrat Volkswagen. A 2007 Chevy Silverado LTZ with only 34,000 miles. I sent them an email to get more information on the truck. Michele emailed me back very promptly with all the information that I asked for. Since i'm in jacksonville I was weary about driving to Sanford for a truck. I was also weary because there was some inconsistancies of the aristocrat website and autotrader concerning the truck options. But michele assured me of the correct info. The truck was priced at an amazing price for the miles and options it had. I decided to take a chance and drove down there and I was more then happy when I saw the truck. It was as advertised and clean and in great condition. Michele worked with me in a friendly non pushy, no pressure manner to get the price down a little lower. Also, for my trade in I had already brought my truck to carmax to get it evaluated, and what Carmax had offered me was exactly the 1st offer aristocrat gave me. With a little negotiating Aristrocrat gave me a second offer that was a little higher than carmax. not much but a few hundred dollars helps. Michele was very helpful and pleasant and I would recommend if you are in that area or are willing to drive that far. I love my new truck!

I drove 1 1/2 hrs out of town [Ocala] to deal with your dealership because of your internet sales person Colette. She stayed with me , alaways answered my concerns and did not fluf me off as 4 other dealerships internet sales persons did. While two of the other dealerships offered the same deal they did not have the information and or helpfulness Colette gave me. I arrived at your dealership; Colette greeted me; the paper work was already done and was to the exact amount she told me, I wrote a check for the car, went outside and she showed us everything about the car.. We spent more time in the vehicle than in the office. I've bought several new cars and this was without a doubt the most plesant and informative new vehicle purshase I ever had. I have heard VW may put the TDI in the 2012 Passat. If so we we will probably buy that car as our second veh. and you can bet Colette will be our contact. This TDI Jetta is the best all around car I've had the pleasure to drive. Totally love it and want another one a little bigger and elegant. To Aristocrat VW inc. Aristocrat VW took my car on a trade-in after an accident. When the dealership didn't like the insurance appraisers findings, Aristocrat VW insisted on second evaluation.The second insurance appraiser agreed with the initial findings. In what appeared to be a child having a temper tantrum, Aristocrat VW wouldn't return phone calls or insurance paperwork. They didn't have a problem charging $50 per day for storage. Caught between Aristocrat VW and the insurance company I went to pick-up the car. To my astonishment Aristocrat told me it was not my car and refused to give me MY CAR. I had to threaten Aristocrat with contacting the police and filing a stolen car report before Aristocrat released my car to the insurance company.Not once did the dealership accept any responsibility. Instead they were rude and aloof.RUN AWAY from this dealer!

After spending several weeks researching for cars for our college bound daughter we finally decided on Volkswagens, we then set out visiting the local Volkswagen dealers and stopped in at Aristocrat VW in Sanford, Florida where we were met by Mark Kendall, after explaining to him what we were looking for, options, colors etc, he showed us three different vehicles that met our criteria but no that of our daughter, We left that day feeling discouraged at not finding the car we were looking foronly to get a phone call two or three days later from Mark telling us about a vehicle that had just been traded in and that he felt it was what we and our daughter was looking for. My wife and daughter went to see the car and it was exactly as Mark described it, the transaction in buying the Volkswagen Jetta was amazing, Mark assured us that the process would be like no other we had experienced and he was correct, he explained in detail every part of the process and warranty and went as far as getting the address and number for the local dealer where our daughter will be attending college to have a contact person set up for her away from home. We are now a four car family and while they are not all Volkswagens our dealership will be Aristocrat Volkswagen for our next purchase and Mark Kendall the person we will go to see for the next purchase.

Colette was one of the best sales people I have ever had the chance to work a deal with. She was extremely knowledgeable of the car that we were looking at. Her approach was to listen to our questions and give us straight forward answers. She was never ever pushy, and very laid back and honest. These traits in sales are hard to teach and Colette knows what she is doing. She knows her cars and knows her deals. Firm, honest and no BS. We will be back to Aristocrat VW for our next car. They are the dealership that Orlando needs, and I cannot wait for them to open their new location that will be closer to town.

I bought my car from this dealership and that experience was uneventful, however, i have had several problems covered under warranty and dealing with their service department has turned into a nightmare. The employees are rude, unhelpful and unapologetic. Furthermore, when i pointed out the issues i was having with the staff to the service manager i was informed by him that they had a "prefect system" and gave me the same attitude reflected by his staff. Proves poor management results in poor performance by entire staff. Stay away from this place unless you enjoy being treated like your business is a problem.

After dealing with the both of David Maus's stores in Orlando... and felling like I was being misled on a number of different things, I felt I needed to continue shopping for an honest VW dealer if there was such a thing. I had expressed to one of my fellow employees that the process was getting alittle frustrating and he suggested Aristocrat. Only being in town for a short period I was not aware of them. So I took a trip to Sanford(20 miles from my house, ugggh). The nice thing once I got there I was not pounded on by a flock of salespeople like at the other VW stores. Dave Wallace greeted me like a real person, not a fake. He seemed genuine in his concern for me, but these things can rapidly change I know but... thru the whole his colors never changed, I was even alittle arogant and a bit of an Axx and he held his composure. The atomosphere there was like I was in a different world, the smell of cookies and also I was there on a day that they do a BBQ for there customers, come to find out they do this every month. They were swift in making a price work for me and I diceided to make the purchase right then. I asked Dave when I was going to see the Finance guy and he laughed, apparently the Salesperson is the only person who deals with the customer from beginning to end, WOW that was a relief! It's enough pressure on myself simply just spending that kind of $ and also to have a Finance guy try to strong arm me to spend more. KUDOS to Aristocrat VW for being as advertised!JCR, Orlando, FL

i've used this vw dealer a few times for service on my tdi. they have always done an excellent job. i used the repair shop a few times for damage when a car abcked into my tdi in a parking lot. they sat with me and discussed the options for cheapeneing up the fixes, what they thought was best, and options on time frame i could work with. the seond time was from some jerk slamming their door into mine in a parking lot and putitng very nasty dent and paint damage. they remembered who i was and took care of me again. very professional and the only vw dealer in orlando with a full functioning body shop on site, at least at the time i had to take it for repairs. i also used them for new tires on my tdi. they didn't have had the ones i wanted in stock, but offered to get them by that afternoon. i priced shopped ahead of time with tire rack and various other independents. they were very competitive with those places. i wouldn't hesitate to buy a new car there. i didn't work with their sales people or finance, so i can't comment on that process or new/used car pricing, but i have used their service people and that is half the package with a dealership. finding a good honest crew of qualified service techs.

I took my car to this dealership with three problems: a rattle in my steering column, a tail light that only worked sometimes, and the fact that my car lost power while driving and then wouldn't start. Aristocrat replaced my battery, replaced a bearing in my steering column, and told me that my taillight was fine, all for a cost of $540.00. Two days later I was pulled over by the police for having a burnt out taillight (the one they told me was fine). Two weeks later, my car died while I was driving it with my infant son in the back. When I called the service department about it, they were not only not sympathetic, but said it wasn't their fault that my alternator was the problem and they didn't catch it the first time. Another two weeks has passed and the rattle is now back in my steering column! Exactly what did they do to earn the $540.00 that I paid them? I replaced my lightbulb and also replaced my own alternator because the "experts" couldn't find anything wrong. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone!
