Wow! This has by far been the best dealership i ever came across. I was extremely nervous walking in because of course buying a vehicle is a big decision. However this very funny guy greeted me with the nicest Hello. His name is IRA!! When i tell you from the moment i stepped foot in the door until the time i left he made sure i was comfortable. He is very funny as well i can tell he knew i was nervous. He wasn't aggressive or even trying to put me in any car. He asked me questions and listened to what i had to say. Thank you Ira so much i will send everyone your way. When they say you buy a car from a dealership you like that is so true!!! I am so happy!!!!

The representatives were very easy going and quick with communication and service. The best part? My car was in and out the door within the time they estimated it to be ready. They both set and meet the expectation. Very reasonably priced for service as well. You can't ask for more than that. Thank you Napoli Kia!

My sons car recently had the motor seize on a 2013 Kia Optima (74,000 miles). We had purchased the vehicle from a dealer 3rd hand. We looked online and found out that Kia had a recall on the motor and had extended the warranty. We called Kia of Milford and was asked to have the car towed to them. They checked the VIN # Prior to tow and said it was covered as long as it wasn't caused by neglected maintenance. We dealt with a young gentleman named Mike from start to finish. His professional attitude and service was above and beyond. They verified it was covered, provided my son with a Rental car, and ordered the motor. We had his car back in 10 days with new motor and a sigh of relief. It cost us nothing. Hats off to Kia of Milford. Very satisfied.
