From the moment we walked in we felt very welcome. It was a very relaxed but attentive atmosphere. Exactly what is needs to make a big monetary decision. Robert was our salesman and he stayed king after closing to make sure we had all our questions answered and was helpful in guiding us to our next step toward purchase. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. He understood what we were looking for any guided us directly. The sales manager was super down to earth and very personable. We were able to get our deal done without waiting for hours on the back and forth. The business manager (finance) was so absolutely sweet. His very relaxed demeanor was nice during this big purchase. He put us right at ease and thoroughly explained all the warranty options, interest rate, and payment options. If they ever loses these folks it would be a sad day. This was by far the absolute best and seamless auto purchase we have ever made. I have already sung your praises and will continue to do so! Thank you for my awesome highlander!!!

Henry Moore was very informative and honest. Anything he wasn't sure of, he took the time to ask. It was great talking to him. Much different than the average vehicle salesperson conversation.

Have purchased 3 NEW cars here was provided great service for the first two vehicles, my last car I purchased with them they finessed their way into selling me warranty without my knowing. Handed me the booklet and said it comes with all the new cars NEVER TOLD ME I WAS PURCHASING ANY KIND OF WARRANTY. I know cause in the other two cars purchased I declined warranty for both. Now I took my car back to the service and used one of the warranties I purchased for a tire replacement. Tire was plugged for the leak until tire came in.Ordered the tire, came back waited 1 hour for them to “replace” the tire, just to realize a months later they NEVER replaced my tire. Tire still had a plug. Never taken my car to be serviced anywhere besides here only I drive my car, only I take it to be serviced so I know exactly what has been repaired and done to the car. Service department tells me they see where a tire was ordered and when I came in to get it replaced. States they replaced the tire and they don’t understand why they wouldn’t replace the tire. But again I’ve never taken my car to be plugged except the one time they did it. My tire still has a plug so OBVIOUSLY was never replaced. Absolutely terrible service all around, in the service and sketchy sales men.
