Nick at Nass Auto Sales was a pleasure to deal with. I live 4 hours away and he held a truck for me for 2 day (with a deposit) which the deposit was returned upon arrival of the dealership. The atmosphere was no pressure yet informative. Very pleased with my purchase received a beautiful new ram 1500 and couldn't be happier.

Nick and family were Awesome! First I found the car I wanted on line on a Friday morning and headed out to drive to go see it. I immediately got stuck on I-10 for a car fire that closed both lanes and I could not get off the highway. I called Nick and he said he would have someone stay late to show the car. I finally got out of traffic at 4:15 PM and headed his way. I called and Nick was already headed out of town camping with his family, and I told him my car had just quit running while stuck in traffic for several hour. Nick offered to turn around and go back to his business to show me the car and process the paperwork to allow the loan to process and get the car earlier than I would have if he had not brought his entire family back from starting off on his camping trip. I liked the car and filled out the paperwork that night. Nick helped me get the loan paperwork through my bank quicker. He gave me a better price than advertised and the total price (including taxes at 8.7%,) was only slightly above initial asking price. There were no hidden dealer fees or add-ons AT ALL. He kept checking on it and notified me as soon as the money was available. I went today and picked it up. The car was used and did not have floor mats. When I asked about them, he stated the car didn't come with them when he bought it (it was used). He offered to get them for me at a 30% discount at a local Nissan dealer. He even called and ordered them for me and told them to leave them at will call for me. The licensing and titling was a breeze at a 3rd party DMV place right around the corner that he recommended. The car is great, I really love it. Nick is a great and honest person. Give him a try, you will be happy you did.

My son had paid $1000 to these people to hold a car and they said if he wasn’t approved his money would be refunded... He was not approved, otherwise he’d have the car, but they still won’t refund his $1000! Bunch of crooks! We will be filing complaints with consumer affairs as well as the BBB!
