The reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because of the treatment they give you once you've bought the vehicle and how they treat you when you need it taken care of while still under their warranty. I purchased full price did not finance. While I was there for the purchase of course all good very polite and very professional.as soon as we took the car back due to sound coming from front of vehicle it was hell. they acted like we were bothering, they treated us like they did not care, we were sent to the shop next door and they had us on a back and forth just to get car in shop.when they finally did the car needed over 900$ in repairs, once finished I asked for the invoice and they refused to give me one and stated that I needed to go back to dealer to get one.They spoke to us as if what they had just done to the car didn't need to be fixed & paid for by dealership THAT THEY DID US A FAVOR!!! We go back to dealer once again, a few days after due to a valve on left front tire and that was another issue, to the point a staff member stated that he didn't have to do this meaning fix the tire. They are very unprofessional and rude. When they should be providing a better care of customer not only during purchase but also while still under their WARRANTY. I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND.
