Went to National Auto Plaza to look at the trucks. Definitely the cleanest trucks I’ve found in the valley. Paul, the salesman there, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got into the right truck. He was able to help me get to a monthly payment that was fair and with in my budget. Very kind and transparent. If you ever go to the Sandy location, ask for Paul. He is the best!

I used to hate car shopping, I saw it as a stressful event. But at NAP it was stress free and exciting. I got a good deal on the perfect car for me. I think the main reason I enjoyed my experience was because of the sales rep Seth who helped me that day. He made me feel comfortable, didn’t pressure me to make any hasty decisions, and we found exactly what I needed and wanted. I would highly recommend checking this place out and if you want a guaranteed pleasant experience, ask for Seth.

Paul was the best salesman I’ve dealt with by far!! I’ve been looking for a reliable car for a while now. Every salesman I spoke to just wanted the commission and could care less about what I wanted. Paul is a great listener who really cares about what’s best for his customers. He was able to help be find exactly what I was looking for. You’ve definitely got a customer for life.

I had a great experience at this dealership, Seth made sure that we were comfortable and kept us updated through the whole process, and he got me into my dream vehicle without the pesky high pressure sales, he let us take our time to decide on this important purchase and did not partake in any high pressure sales techniques while also giving us full disclosure and advice on our unique situation and helped us get the best deal we could with a less than desirable trade in and he was very flexible answering all my wife’s questions and working the financing to be as much in our favor as possible! I highly recommend this dealership they have a wide selection of vehicles to choose from if you are indecisive like I am and can’t narrow down to a single vehicle

Overall this was a bad buying experience. I felt pressured by the sales person, I had a concern about something on the car and the sales rep said the service dept. would be too busy to talk to me. I later talked to them and found the expense to fix the issue could be quite expensive so I asked to reverse the sale and they said that was not an option. Within 20 minutes of signing the papers they would not refund my money and cancel the deal. I was also told to come back later that afternoon to correct the paperwork and when I arrived everyone had gone home that could help me even though they knew what time I would be back. I spend the better part of my day to buy this car that should have taken less than an hour. I would not recommend them as a dealer to buy from.
