I found the car I ended up buying from National City Auto Center while searching online. I liked the fact that NCAC had multiple pictures of their vehicles, as well as having a Carfax report on the vehicle I purchased. There was no high pressure sales and Rene Lopez was courteous and patient working on a deal. I ended up with a great deal on the car I wanted. The process at National City Auto Center is smooth and professional, these gentlemen are very friendly and helpful for the individual needs. They don't try to over sale or give high pressure sales tactics, what they do is provide a comfortable environment for the sales process. They have very nice vehicles here so it's hard not to like more than one! Hi my name is Iyana, I came in this Sunday May 24th, 2015 and i was treated with the utmost respect and hospitality. All the guys we're all so awesome Mike, Renee, and Don and the finance guy i can't remember his name. My salesman was Mike and from the gate he promised to get me the best deal and a car within my budget. I went to look at an F250 at 530 at night it was dark already told then I would like to see the truck day light and take it for a test drive then. They had the truck pulled out and ready to drive when they opened. The truck had some damage on it from happening at the dealer but fixed it no questions asked. I loved the truck and bought it that day. When I got the truck home I noticed a leak gave them a call and they told me to bring it in and took care of it again no questions asked. They had work done to the truck and give me the paperwork on the work. I have always been skeptical of the dealers of this style these guys were there to help me out. I been given the run around on at other dealers. They told me they give it straight and to the point. Told me what they thought they would take on my trade in. I really appreciated their approach of doing business. If I'm in the search of a used car I will definitely go back.

I came in, saw 2 vehicles and actually got my dream car out of the second. Rudy was courteous, easily approachable and didn't have that "car salesman" pitch or attitude like I was some sort of prey or something. He was very much to the point, was very customer oriented and made me feel like both parties benefited as much as possible without either feeling like they got duped. This has probably got to be the best sales experience I've ever had in my life. Thank you National City Auto Center. Definitely going to be referring people over here again. Mike closed out the deal and super cool and easy to talk to. Was knowledgeable and actually got me a better deal for payments than my bank was willing to give me. I can't think of anything better to say about this place. Awesome doesn't even cut it.

I was shopping for a new or a used car if it was in great shape. I had been to 6 other dealerships. when I arrived at national city auto center I was greeted with a smile and not pressured about cars . I was told to feel free to look around and if I see something I like let them know.., I thought great and soon I saw a car I loved it was more than I thought I could spend as my bank told me how much I was approved for ... any long story short I saw my dream car and the salesman at national city auto knew I really wanted it .. he got it for me same money down same monthly payment and im sooo happy.. and it was fast I was told they apppreciated my business.. I appreciate their business and fact im a woman and was treat with such professionalism and respect.. They advertise a large number of vehicles that they don't even have. They sell vehicles and don't take them off the site in an effort to bring people in.. Even if they say they have it, good luck.. they will say they are mistaken when you get there. It's all a ploy..

Fiirst and foremost, it's a used car lot. I do like my car but two days after getting it the check engine light came on. Looked at thier site n they still had the car on it. The pics showed things the car is missing. To this day,over a month later they're still advertising the car i bought. My expereince was what should be expected so i cant complain. If you want something perfect buy brand new. Good thing is i've been working on cars since i was a kid. Depending what i want i would probably go back in the future, just a little more thoughtfull in my decision.

It is a pleasure to be able to give a review of an auto dealer that concluded in a pleasurable experience. This is the case with National City Auto Center. From the moment we stepped on the lot, there was a no-pressure atmosphere with an introduction, and allowance to browse with no constant interruptions from staff. When the selection was made for a 2005 BMW X5, the service flow was awesome. Very friendly staff assisted us in the test drive and answering all questions that were asked. Any questions that were not immediately known, were assured to be given an answer later, and that did indeed happen!As we did homework ourselves to verify the information background on the vehicle, we found that all of the information we researched matched the info given by the dealership. That was comforting because it showed consistency. Carfax, DMV, and insurance information was provided. Many of the vehicles that we looked at on the lot were low milage vehicles with a very good warranty plan to accompany the investment. I not only would recommend this dealership to my friends, but, have no problems returning for another purchase. I write this review for my sister, Chris A.

Awesome place, these people do not have the "foot in the door" phenomenon as many car dealers have. I believe I was talking to Ed, possibly the best dealer there is, He used every ability to come to a deal that I was able to accept. Ed was able to fulfill my requests with his ability, consulting his superiors as much as he can and most of all he seemed like a friend showing us a car rather then selling it. Some of the cons, The car that I ended up getting was not fully up to service, such as late monthly maintainence and there was a dead bulb somewhere of which the onboard computer noticed me. About a $20 fix and slightly understandable since it was just a car on a lot. Also from the dealers that I had shopped around before their cars are not as clean and they do know the cars but they just don't know every fine detail about it of which a quick read in the owners manual that I found online. At the end of the day, do your research and know what to look for in a used car, a quick read of the car you want and you'll be an informed buyer. At the end of the day, just do your research and know what car you want before coming.

Immediately when i walked into the dealership for the first time, it felt like i was walking into a big family gathering. Every person i talked to made me feel like i was meant to be there. They answered all my questions (no matter how dumb), they showed me everything i would need to know, and they helped fight for me to get financed, since, let's just say, i don't have the best credit around. Feeling comfortable in a sales environment is the most important thing for me when purchasing anything, and they made me feel at home. My experience with National City Auto Center was great! Everyone from the Sales to financing were a pleasure to deal with. Rene with sales was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all of my questions. He took the time to test drive every car I was interested in. He found a way to finance the exact car that I wanted inspite of my less than desirable credit without making me feel emabarrassed about my credit history. I left the dealership happy and confident that I had been given the best deal possible for the car that I wanted without any pressure from the dealer. I would without a doubt recommend National City Auto Center.
