i am paying off my third car from nationwide I went in today to pay and asked if I can change my due date to the 1st of the month because im on disability and im paid once a month I have all my receipts 11 to be exact well of course the answer is no I mean come on im asking for one damn week then I asked that the txt messageing to be stopped and of course the answer is no im 44 years old I don't need a babysitter I will say I am happy with my car but customer service in this place sucks so this will be my last car from this place andi will not recommend anyone else buy a car from here

Very poor customer service, I was rushed off the phone today when I called and before I could say bye they line was disconnected, I would not recomend at all!!
