Everyone was attentive and made getting my car serviced very easy. The service workers kept me up-to-date as far as how the service was going. Loved the video they sent me showing how my car was being serviced. I was unable to speak to anyone since I picked my car up after work hours, therefore I did not get an overall view of any issues with my car. Nothing was written on the paperwork so I’m assuming everything was good until I get to speak To someone. Overall very good service.

I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my used car from Nazareth Ford it really was a 5 star experience. They took great care of me, worked with me around every turn and really made it as easy as possible for me since I am an out of state customer.. The only reason there isn't 5 stars is the first salesman I dealt with would tell me he would call me back and wouldn't make good on that promise. With that being said I drove 8 hours to their dealership to purchase my vehicle and it was very worth it.. I would absolutely recommend Nazareth Ford to anyone.

Excellent customer service from the check in to the check out, I found the wait time was long but then again I was late for my appointment and didn't ask if that was why I had to wait so long. Also enjoyed the video they sent me of my truck on the lift getting all checked out as well as the walk around to show me how everything looks underneath and what condition everything is in.. Salesmen were great but service left something to be desired. I'm looking for a new dealership that can fix my truck and when I do that is where I will be buying my cars from now on. No need to contact you as Koch 33 took care of me, they fixed my truck quickly and now it drives like the new truck that it is again. Also this wasn't the first time I had issues with your service side of the dealership, last time the owner made things right but that isn't how I want to do business.

Visited this Ford dealer traveling almost 3 hours from NY., ( Oct. 1st. 2016) after days of back and forth on phone and e-mails to trade my 2013 Fusion for a cpo 2016 Fusion they have for sale. Worse experience ever! Terrible sale people who are scam artists, incompetent service dept & awful business in general! My in-laws had done business w/ the Daubs when they were there. I was hoping for the same positive experience. I was completely wrong! I had sales people provide wrong information on the vehicle and poor car service. After reading of some of the negative reviews on service, Im suspicious about what has been done or not been done to my vehicle when it has been serviced. Seems like they conjure up many things and knick knacks when the vehicle is in the back being toyed with. I dont appreciate being ripped off due to their salesman making mistakes which cost me financially. Just b/c sales is down, don't scam us who regret purchasing a vehicle from your dealership off.

In addition we used their Service Department on a regular basis. YOU WIL NOT BE TREATED ANY BETTER OR GET A BETTER DEAL ANYWHERE ELSE! No pressure dealership with excellent sales & service people. I took my 2014 Focus in due to several problems. I purchased the car from a used car lot and had some regrets. I was a bit reluctant to take it to a dealer because in the past I have had some unpleasant experiences. This model is known to have problems, so I hoped that at least they would know what to expect. The whole process, from scheduling the appointment to picking up the car was super easy and pleasant. They ended up replacing the clutch, and I have to admit I expected them to avoid that repair, knowing it would cost them money since the car is still under warranty. Now I have a smooth-driving car, and I will not hesitate to use Nazareth Ford again should the car need service.

They lied to me about an extended warranty on my Chrysler Sebring when they were Brown Daub Ford. And when I reported it to the BBB and Attorney General, Mike Strauser verbally attacked me and made false statements and accusations against me. I would never purchase another car from this dealership.

So I was looking to trade in my 2015 F150 platinum on a new mustang GT. Now I live about 2 hours from this dealer but they had one in stock with the options I wanted. I spoke back and forth with them via email and asked them several times if they can give me a close appraisal on my trade without having to drive 4 hours round trip. I was told no that is not possible but they reassured me that they beat auto-trader trade in value by 20%. I once again said ok so you are saying that it is worth this much prior to coming in and granted everything is as described the price will be close correct? Once again was told to come in and I won't be disappointed.Long story short the instant cash offer from auto trader (You drive your car to any dealer that participates with them and they hand you the cash for your vehicle) was $1,000 higher than the "best price" they could do on a trade. Now that cash offer is far less than the trade in value and much less than the 20% premium they hounded me about over and over. The best part was that I had to "drive in" for the appraisal yet I parked my vehicle outside the showroom floor and not one person even inspected it. The sales man sat in the office of the appraiser and they never left. So tell me why couldn't you have given me a garbage offer on my truck over the internet since you didn't even bother to get up and look at my truck?I will never deal with these people again nor recommend them to anyone I know. So many better dealers out there to deal with like Koons in MD or Preston auto group which are fair and willing to work with you not just lie to get you in the dealership to try to sell you a car.

I have leased 3 vehicles from Nazerath Ford in the past, including my current lease. This time when a real problem occurred it sounded like they didn't want to help me. No rentals available for me. Isn't that a standard part of a lease?? Or am I wrong. When I called back my calls were ignored UNTIL I called from a new number! What a coincidence if you ask me. I have never been treated so rudely by this dealership. I didn't think I was a raging yelling customer, just one that wanted their car fixed! It's part of the warranty ! Will not return.

I had a great experience at Nazareth Ford. I had been searching for a used Ford Expedition for months and could not find the color combination that I wanted with navigation and a moonroof. I looked on their lot and found one close to what I wanted and was about to settle on it but it just wasn't what I wanted. I spoke with Jay Charlie who said he could try and help me find what I was looking for. He asked me for my specifics and said he was going to an off lease auction and asked if I could hold on for a few days while he looked. The next afternoon I got a call from Brad H. who was helping him and he found the one that I was looking for!! White with black leather, the moonroof and navigation. Bonus for me because it also had a DVD system! The price was great, it was in great condition and most importantly when I write the check out each month for my payment I'm doing it for a truck that I truly love. This dealership went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and I would recommend everyone to give them a try. So many other places tried to push what they had on me and this was the only place that really worked hard for me. Thank you so much to Jay, Brad H and Mike S the finance guy who also beat my credit union's interest rate. Overall I was blown away!

I was looking at cars at other dealers and found Nazareth Ford , Salesman Pete made my wife and I comfortable and made us feel like they wanted to do business. Other dealers seem to have lost the customer along the way and made us feel like we were just someone that came in to look and not wanting to deal. Pete Scherb is an awesome salesman and I would deal with him again on a vehicle. I looked at a couple of different Ford edge models and Pete did not get tired of answering questions from my wife or myself. When it came time to deal on the vehicle that we were in pursuit to buy , Pete was working hard for us to get the best deal we could get and it took a period of 3 different times for us to come to an agreement on price and Pete stayed with on the deal the whole time for the two week period to make the right deal that we were looking for. kudos to the team members at Nazareth Ford. my wife and I enjoyed our experience at the dealership, from sales to management, to the cashier, also bought some mudflaps and a bug shield from the parts department. I found Nazareth Ford to be the easiest dealer I dealt with. While shopping, I looked at 3 other dealerships. Nazareth Ford was the only one that gave me the real details upfront. I went in to all the dealers the same way. I told them exactly what I wanted, which vehicle, $0 out of pocket. All others gave me prices with money down. Nazareth Ford worked up exactly as I asked. They were the only ones that listened to what I wanted, not how they wanted to present it. I would recommend them.

I had an actual appointment time (9 AM). There was only one line going into the garage and after I got in it I decided that it was the Quick Lane and that wasn't the lane I wanted to be in, but thought it would get sorted out when they got the paperwork from the Service Rep. When I made the appt. I was told it would take about one hour. I was there over two hours and think it was because I had to wait for some Quick Lane people to get taken care of. That is why I made an appointment. I wanted to have a specific time. This has never happened to me before. To me, Quick Lane means oil change or tire rotation, not a 20,000 mile checkup which is what I was there for. I was not happy about that experience.

Brought in my 2011 escape that I bought from Nazareth ford in 2011 the wrench and engine lights both came on and I spoke with Chris Hardy and he immediately put my mind at ease but also got me in ASAP . The customer service was commendable and Chris listened to my concerns and validated them. I live in Dingmans ferry and work in Stroudsburg and there is a ford dealership in Stroudsburg which I will NEVER go to because of their customer service I would rather drive a 1/2 hour out of my way just for the professionalism and respect that I am given by your service team. I love Nazareth Ford. I had such a negative experience with my neighborhood Ford dealership that I was going to leave Ford for good. But I brought my lease back to your dealership, met with the best salesman and manager I ever met who worked tirelessly to help me in my current situation and put me in an amazing vehicle that I never thought I would be able to afford. Had to get a fuel pump last year and now, after repairs, fuel guage does not work. Would have to remove fuel tanks again to check/repair. Very expensive $$$$$. My wife will live with it. It was my first experience with your service department, and was pleasantly surprised by the organized and friendly staff. After being greeted by the attendant, I was directed to a service associate who alerted me to two new recalls for reprogramming on my vehicle (which was obviously performed). This being the first service done on my new vehicle, the oil change was n/c and only paid for tire rotation. The folks at Nazareth Ford were great to deal with when purchasing my car and now have impressed me on the service end. Other Ford dealerships in the Lehigh Valley could learn a thing or two from you folks.

Got a lemon of a brand-new Fiesta from this dealership. Back-and-forth to the service department many times and they say its fine, when it is not! The transmission makes funny noises when it switches , rain water leaked into the floor area near the speaker on one side so sometimes that speaker works and sometimes not . The plug where you charge your MP3 player never worked -had it replaced and it still does not work-the brakes have been screeching since day one. It is embarrassing to stop the car! They keep saying the brakes look fine. Recently they said adjusting them would help and charged me $100 and they are screeching still! I asked for a refund because they did not fix my problem and someone in the service department told me No- that we should have denied the request for adjustment before hand . How were we supposed to know that it was not going to do anything for the screeching brakes ? I wanted my screeching brakes to stop! That's what I asked for and I did not get it ! I did not want an adjustment that did nothing for the screeching brakes! I then opened a complaint with the credit card company and whoever deals with these CC disputes from Nazareth LIED to the credit card company and said that I never complained about my brakes after they adjusted them!! So the Credit card company closed the dispute in their favor for his LIE-then I contacted corporate- whose email told me they are going to have Nazareth contact me ?! I get nowhere with Nazareth service department! They Lost a customer over $100. I bought two brand-new cars from them and will never go back ! Update: They sent me a goodwill refund for $100. It took leaving this review here-to get things moving!

If I recommend anybody for service, I will definitely tell them to ask for Ralph Nittoli and his team. I had a bad experience (and expensive) with another team over a year ago and did not return for service since then. However, this time I needed to have service done by a dealer, and I was very hesitant to return. I explained this to Ralph, and he made sure I knew the cost up front and the wait time involved before my appointment. During the repair process, there was an additional part necessary to complete the repair. Ralph took me back to the mechanic, who showed me the problem and explained what needed to be done. Next,Ralph gave me a firm price for the total work and left the decision up to me. Also, he and the mechanic didn't try to up-sell me, because if that would have happened, I would have left. I feel that Ralph and the mechanic were both very professional, and I feel that I was treated honestly and fairly.

This was our 2nd car we purchased this year. when we came in to look for our 2nd vehicle, the salesman we used the 1st time was on vacation, so we had another salesman. He did not show us the Carfax report, even though we asked, until we made a deal. Carfax showed 3 previous accidents. we acknowledged that there were some cosmetic and dent issues, and we were assured by Rich (our salesman) that most of these would be addressed before we picked up the car and the remaining issues we would make an appointment. We picked up the car and the seats were still stained, and Jason insisted that they were cleaned (Yeah Right). Rich said the part we were waiting for was already ordered and we will be contacted by Nazareth Ford the next week. the week past and we came in to see our prior salesman, Pete Tombrakos. He listened to our issues and concerns, and that same day we left our Escape there and were given a loaner car to use. Finally the parts were ordered, the dent was worked on, the seats were cleaned, we finally had the issues addressed and completed.

I was required to drive to the dealership on three separate occasions due to sales not properly reviewing the paper work with my financing. I ask the finance person to handle the paperwork on the third visit, he refused and said he was too busy. You would think on the third visit he would accommodate my request, especially since I live an hour away. I won't be visiting Nazareth Ford again.

Bought used Ford Explorer, Sales person, Pete, really made us feel good about the deal.they kept car to prep, and check out. Picked up 2013 Explorer," Big Red" as we named it. All these Incidents happened in less than 3 weeks time.That weekend, 2nd week of having Explorer. We drove on rt 426, a car almost drove right into us, we tried to stop Explorer kept going, didn't stop at all. Thankfully My husband a Defensive Driver was able to prevent major accident in not ramming into a tractor trailer. That was #1. He took Explorer back telling Pete, Sales person what had happened, also letting Pete, know, that the brakes in front, possibly back also may not be working too. (Now mind you my husband is a Drives for a living in the Plumbing Industry.) Husband, gets call from Pete, telling my husband, they fixed the brakes in the front.. My husband again said to Pete, ( sales person) that they needed to also fix the back. Pete's reply was, " well they found that the back brakes are good) hubby,picks up car. Again, that weekend we take same road towards King of Prussia. on Hwy 422w, we see that all cars are suddenly stopping, Then realize a car is completely turned over, we had to make a sudden fast hard stop, NO STOPPING again!! My neck whipped, But again my husband didn't hit anyone or anything. Mind you all kinds of people were running towards the turned over car to help the people inside. So It was very fortunate AGAIN!! that we didn't get really hurt or get into a Major accident. Thank God for my husbands great driving. We took car to get fully checked at our own place that we frequent for car services. they themselves couldn't believe the damage on front back brakes, "rotors completely worn out," major corrosion on brakes, front and back.I had to go ck. my neck out, cause in having to slam on brakes my neck went forward and back. That's how my husband had to put brakes in order to prevent another accident. But we wanted to settle this in an Integrity fashion. So Husband takes car back to Nazareth Ford, explains to Pete, the sales person, Exactly what our Service people found, even showed him the pictures from my husbands IPAD. Sure they showed it to Service Manager in Naz. ford, they Immediately went to pick up Explorer from our service people to bring back to Naz. Ford. In speaking with the Owner of Nazareth Ford, he himself assured my husband that Nazareth Ford will make it right. Well!!!, now in not Trusting the Fact that they, Nazareth Ford Service people Lied, by saying they fixed the brakes, Pete, sales person, never provided Service papers, to my husband, to show proof, they actually did fix the brakes. All deceits. Be ware of Wolves in Sheeps clothing, especially in the Used car bus.

I actually went to Fred Beans Ford first as they are closer to my home. They were not very friendly and I did not get acknowledged for quite some time. When I was finally asked what I wanted I was told it would be at least an hour before I could get my truck in which surprised me as there was only 1 person in the waiting room. At Nazarath, I drove right in, protected from the rain and was greeted immediately. My truck was serviced and I was completed in a short time. 2015 Escape. Pete Tombrakos was our salesman. We used Pete in 2008 to lease a Edge and then went back to him in 2011 to buy it out. Rebecca and the sales manager were very helpful in understanding the situation and did everything I needed. It was an absolute pleasure working with Tom Gasper. I have been bringing my vehicles to Nazareth Ford for years and they are always wonderful. Sure, sometimes they call with an unexpected cost, but at least you know that your car is being thoroughly checked out. A small price to pay for safety. I have a vehicle in there today for service which unfortunatley I did not purchase there, but the service where I did buy it does not measure up or come close to Nazareth's. The staff is always friendly and if an emergency comes up they do their best to get it corrected as soon as possible. I will be a customer forever.

Generally speaking it was a good experience. Friendly and courteous people all trying to help. However, everything is happening at a very fast pace. For example tons of paper work to sign but no time to read, brief inspection of vehicle but not enough time to take a closer look. Because of this fast pace things get missed. Now that I have had a chance to look my vehicle over more carefully, I see things that were missed and I will have to go back and get these minor details corrected. I am sure this will also be handled in a very professional manner. This is not Nazereth Fords fault or my fault it is just the nature of the beast. I am looking forward to a long and friendly future with Nazereth Ford. Your staff was very helpful.

My husband and i heard a radio ad for your business and we were in the market for a car so we decided to come look. Upon walking in not one person greeted us and one salesperson even cut right in front of me while i was walking to the reception desk. I was told that i had a VIP appt thru texting and when we got there, there was nothing VIP about it. The receptionist said so and so was up and she paged him. After all of that it got better because our salesguy was good but then came your next opportunity... When the guy comes over to explain the tire protection, extra warranties, security guard and gap insurance he should be more clear as to how much each individual thing is and what it will do to your payment. I understood that the gap insurance was going to make my payment go up a little but he made it sound like everything else was because it was a brand new car and that this was the warranty that came with the car.

My problem is the truck pulling to the right. I showed the tech how it did it on a test drive, he saw it first-hand, yet said there was no problem that they could see. My service writer Chris is going to look into it with his team. Quality of repairs gets 5 stars even though a problem wasn't found... The explained work performed checking for a problem exceeded expectations.

My salesperson, Gerald, was who I had on my last lease. I told him what I wanted and discussed how much I wanted to pay on the phone. He located the Ford Escape titanium on the lot and worked with the finance officer and owner to meet my needs very quickly. My family has leased or bought many vehicles from Nazareth Ford going back to the 1980's. I arranged to come in the next day to do the paper work and pick up the Escape. I had told Gerald that I needed to get in and out quickly. I was in and out in one and a half hours. He fully explained all the new features that were different then my 2012 Escape. I purchased a new Escape and traded in my 2011 Edge. Everything ended up where I expected it to be, after going through the typical negotiation process. All sales and staff did their jobs well and I was left feeling that we were all satisfied with the outcome.Unfortunately this "negotiation process" seems to be necessary. I find this unfortunate. In the past I purchased three Saturn vehicles. A major reason for this was that they did not negotiate. It made it a lot simpler. I realize that the dealership needs to make a profit. I expect this profit to be that which comes with the base vehicle. That is why I usually order a base model before any shipments arrive and pay sticker price. I have to do this because the dealership never orders one for their lot. The "wiggle room" on the price comes from the difference between the options' sticker price and the dealer's cost for those options, which can vary between 25%-75%, depending on the option. This gives the salesperson a figure to work with. He can apply it wherever he determines the customer wants to see it, high value for their trade-in or a reduction in the sticker price. I realize it's a game that will not go away.Nazareth Ford has made improvements. The customer feels like a customer and is treated well. The staff is very professional. The atmosphere is good. And "sleazy" does not apply to its salespeople. So, keep up the good work and I will be back for more.

My husband and I bought a 2009 Ford Edge SUV a few days ago. Paul was our salesman and was very friendly and bent over backwards for us to make sure we got the perfect vehicle for our family. Paul and Mike were very friendly to my son and made sure he was happy. Mike made sure the vehicle I wanted fit our budget and gave us a great value for my trade in. The only complaint I have is that I was on a time limit with having to leave by a certain time to get my other son off of the school bus and my hubby and I had to get pushy, so we could get our son on time. If you have school aged children make sure you get a babysitter because the vehicle buying process took most of the day. I live 45 minutes away and preferred to not drive back. Paul made sure we got out on time. Thank you Paul. I recommend this dealership and love my SUV.

Had my car towed in due to broken brake line/loss of braking ability. I called ahead to advise that I would be having my car brought in. I appreciated that I was fit in at last minute and I am very happy that not only was the line fixed but It was also identified that the other brake lines were also cracking as well, so I had them fixed while it was there to save time and avoid another scary incident. I did have some trouble getting a rental car. We sat for quite a long time until they came to get us. It would have been nice if the service manager would have offered us a ride but I know that the issues with Enterprise are out of your control. My father was a retired brown daub employee so I've always brought my cars there for maintenance.

I felt I had a very good experience buying my new vehicle at Nazareth Ford..or at least as good as a car buying experience can be, as it is a stressful endeavor. LOL! I thought that Dan Roman and Mike Strauser did a good job as salesperson and finance man. All my questions were answered and I received a good deal of service and patience during my interactions with them. I prefer this to they typical hard-sell situations that I have experienced elsewhere. They were both understanding with my needs and bargaining and they did pushed back...but not too hard. :-)I really like my new Escape...it is soo teched out that it is taking me a while to learn everything, but it is a fun process and there it a lot of support by phone for Sync...etc.. where I have actually immediately gotten friendly happy people to help me thru the menus, etc. Overall it has been a good experience. I have not bought a car made in the USA for a very long time, but this experience has bolstered my confidence in America and the Ford Motor Company. So far so good!!!!!!

The service was Good. I was asked when I arrived for service if I wanted my car washed when they were done . I said yes that would be great all the snow,salt etc. They told me my car was done and where to find it. I got to my car... Still dirty:( Don't offer to wash the car and drop the ball.

2014 Focus came in for first 3k mile oil change check-up, complain about terrible gas mileage, customer service said updated computer/trans software and ride home mileage looks much better, time will tell, also complained of tranny vibration that still seems to be a problem, feels like u hit rumble strips on highway sides at times

This time, my Sable had a recall. Took it in, service was completed and the car was washed - all for free. Painless and relaxing atmosphere! I've been bringing my car here for service for years. I always receive excellent customer service from everyone there and they always effectively answer any questions. They have maintained my car wonderfully since I bought it in 2008!

took my van for inspection, and oil change. Was very good experience, Ralph was very nice and kind, he explained everything that needed to be done. Was very polite when at first I couldn't find my insurance card. Said I could have my agent fax it there. waited for some time, finally received it so they could proceed. I've been coming here for years since I bought it there. Service is always great. Was pleased with my experience.

I arrived to get my tires filled up due to slow leak. . I inquired at the service desk and was politely informed they could do it. I would certainly come back for more service. I was very pleased since I did not have an appointment and it was near closing time.

The thermostat stuck on my 2010 Explorer on the eve of a big snowstorm. Ralph got me in the next morning and I was soon on my way. Excellent service!As a newcomer to the Nazareth area, it was great to know that I had found a Ford dealer with the same high level of service that I had experienced back in St. Louis. This was the second time we've dealt with this dealership and the 2nd time the paperwork took an excessive amount of time to process. This time was well beyond 2 hours. The attempted sale of an extended warranty was presented not as a additional sale but as part of the lease agreement. Only when questioned did it come out that this was going to be an additional cost. The service center would not provide a cost for service intervals. I was told by the salesperson that the manager would get me the information, but more than a month has passed and no word from manager. Sales person was just OK.

I went to the dealership just expecting to browse the inventory; however, ending up driving home a great new Ford Fusion. Everyone at the dealership was helpful to work with my time contraints associated with family constraints. Very friendly and great experience overall.

I was in the market for a used pickup and searched locally for a good deal with no luck. I found a truck on a online vehicle site for sale, it was a little far from where I live but I thought I'd give it a try. The people at Nazareth Ford made me feel like I've been dealing with forever. Thomas Gasper the salesman I delt with was friendly, professional and easy to talk to no BS. I traded my Chevy Silverado in on a newer Silverado at a Ford dealership, they gave me the same attention as if I was buying a new Ford. My 83 year old mother scheduled to have her 2003 Mercury Sable idler pulley replaced. Mike reported that the belt had too much dressing on it and so they cleaned it and it is fine now. $50 please. Mom took it literally a couple miles down the road and the idler bearing was squealing again. So she returned. Mike now says it the cam shaft synchronizer. Hes done lots of them at the tune of $500. Now Ive personally owner four of these cars and have had to replace the idler pulley on two of them. This is now the third. Each time I WD40ed the pulley bearing to determine the source of the noise. Now not only was BD unable to determine that it was oil in the belt they still could not determine the pulley bearing was the source of the noise. Instead they wanted to milk the old lady! Now being a mechanic and one with a fair sense of play, I called Mike personally to review what I had found, my methods and experience. Now naturally he knew better and was not willing to look at the car again as he knew it was the cam shaft synchronizer. Shame on you BD!

No delays in getting my truck in for repairs and Chris was good to work this - he was friendly and informative, and tried to work w/ me on the pricing of repairs. I purchased my truck at a different dealership, but I certainly recommend this dealership for service.

Overall I had a very good experience here. We had an extended test drive, which was wonderful because it really let me get a feel for the car. The salesman was upfront about everything and didn't put any pressure on purchasing the car, just on showing what a great vehicle it was. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk with, which is wonderful when making such a big purchase. I felt very at ease and that I was getting my money's worth.

Purchased a 2007 used vehicle with only 26k miles from them and the vehicle has been in the shop for over two weeks since we've had it for less the last 45 days. It has had over half dozen parts (Including and New rear transmission) replaced. We traded in a vehicle with no issues and got a headache. Luckily the vehicle still was under factory warranty for an additional 90 days. Rep's at Brown Daub are horrible when it comes to service after the sale. They pretty much told me "hey it's covered under warranty" why the concern? They also said vehicles go through a "shake down period" like this. They are totally unprofessional and lack customer service skills, from the general manager down. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today is 2/27/2010 and i just had the worst car buying Experience iv ever had. I had found a ford f150 on there website, so i called in and spoke with a lady by the name of Laura who said she was a sales person and was capable of closing deals, so we proceeded to the next step of getting pre-approved for that truck, prior to me going in to the dealership, because i lived over 2 hours away. Approval, Laura said so we just need now to come in and finalize the paper work, so i asked what time they close, and she said 6pm on a Saturday, and it was already 3pm, but she assured me that we had plenty of time to make it in to the dealership and finish things up. So i make the 2 1/2 hour trip, and along the way around 4:45pm i called Laura just to give her my ETA (estimated time of arrival) at that point and she said great see you when you get her, I get there around 5:15pm only to find out, Laura left at 5pm and the truck is sold to some people that came in while i was on my way there. And the best part of it all is when Mr Daub said and i quote "It happens all the time" not sorry for any confusion or misunderstanding nothing. The guy showed no leadership or care for customer relations. So in all this may be a bad experience with a ford dealer, but its better i never ended up spending my money with a careless ford dealer like BROWN DAUB FORD at 4067 Jandy Blvd Nazareth, PA18064
