I had been searching for a used regular cab pickup with an 8 bed for several months. I prefer dealing with private sellers, but I was looking for something which amazingly has become rather hard to find. After looking at several misrepresented and/or overpriced pickups, I saw Nemahau Motors add for a 2012 Sierra on cars.com. It appeared to be what I was looking for, but Seneca was about 200 miles away. I started communicating with a salesman named Adam. I received timely responses to my questions. He also offered to provide me with the name of the previous owner. Well, of course! I didnt know dealers did this and I admit I was skeptical. I called the gentleman and we had a lengthily conversation. Everything sounded legitimate and his answers were what I wanted to hear. I contacted Adam and told him Id be there in a couple of days. He agreed to contact me if the status of the truck changed. To make a long story short: I found the truck to be exactly as represented. Adam came across as a decent, clean-cut young man. And the dealership in general was friendly, clean and seemed well organized. Pickups in general have become ridiculously expensive, and I wont claim I got a steal at Nemahau Motors, but I feel their price was better than other offerings Ive seen in this part of the country. Ive had the truck for a couple of months now and its performing as it should. Im very pleased with my experience with Nemahau Motors.

The service department doesn't care about their customers. At least that is the feeling that I get from them every time I have used them to service my vehicle. They don't return calls when they say they will. They loan out dirty vehicles with no gas in them when they have your car in the shop. I have had my vehicle in their shop several times and they still cannot diagnose the issue. I will be finding someone else to service my vehicle in the future.

Where do I begin...?? I live in Colorado Springs..and saw a vehicle on their list - that i was looking for...After a fast chat on the phone with the SALES PERSONNEL..I had the vehicle on "hold" until I could get it picked up.... I drove straight out there....and closed the deal on the vehicle - loaded it up and headed home -- got home all within a 24 hour period. I have nothing but praise for these people... The went out of their way to assist in the bank transfer of money to them... I am delighted and honored to have met and dealt with these folks...especially Dale was outstanding...my thanks to all.....

Great purchase, very good service and a fair price. Although we have had some issues with the vehicle, the included warranty covered all issues so that was great! They even met us at the airport with the vehicle and in 10 minutes the sale was completed. Would recommend this team.
