Update: New Century BMW continues to impress with their service leads. My usual Service Rep, Eric Ho was out for the month and I was assigned Pamela Chen. She was friendly, easy to talk to and explain the issues with my car, and she had her team do extra checks after hearing that I had just come back from two lengthy trips. It was a pleasure working with her. My X2 continues to purr along. Thanks New Century BMW. After working with Eric Ho at New Century BMW I’ve found a new level comfort entrusting them with handling any issue with my cars. Eric and his group have been responsive, courteous and professional. The work is done in a timely fashion and they provide transportation to and from their locations while service is being done.

Our sales Associate Elvis was very informative and helpful throughout the purchase of our vehicle. He provided a great experience, no haggling and straight to business. He was able to help us meet our expectations. I would highly recommend Elvis to anyone looking for a new or used bmw. As a matter of fact the whole staff was great and treated us like family. Elvis greeted mw after our phone conversation on a specific vehicle I spotted on the website. He had prepared all the information I requested, upon my arrival and gave me full details of the vehicle. We went right in negotiation and the process was an extremely pleasant with no hassle. Elvis was courteous and professional and at the same time very reasonable and even flexible. The whole process went very smooth and professional. Elvis made my car buying experience enjoyable with his well around personality accompanied with his sincere care to his client. Service advisor Pamela Chen was wonderful to work with. She was so helpful, kind and attentive. I was not in a good mood but she made me so happy with her above and beyond service that it turned my mood around completely. She did all the thinking and even thought about things that would benefit me that I didn’t even know about.
