Cidilia was very attentive and answered all my questions. She also printed multiple pieces of information regarding the car which was very helpful. She needs a printer near her desk as she kept walking away to get the printouts. Followed up without harassing me and continued to work together until a deal was made.Very friendly and personable experience, the way buying a car should be.

I hate buying cars and the whole process. I purchased a car from New Country about 5 years ago and did not have a positive experience. I went in this time with the thought that if things hadn't changed they would never get my business again. There has been a lot of turnover and the changes are all positives ones. Cidalia and Jared both took the time to listen to my concerns about my prior experiences and assured me this time around would be different. Every employee I met from delivery specialist to the sales to the General Manager was friendly and professional. The first time I was there I was made to feel like I didn't belong. This was certainly not the case now. This experience was more than just buying a car and a transaction taking place. The staff was welcoming and treated me like much more than a deal they just made.

When my wife and I drove on the lot, we were greeted immediately by Cidalia Millham. She was friendly, patient and great to work with. We told her what we had in mind and she pointed to a 2012 RX 350 which she felt would be perfect for us. We drove it and really liked it...especially my wife. So we made an appointment for the following Saturday to have them look at the 2009 Nissan Altima we planned to trade-in and hopefully make a deal. I returned for the appointment without my wife but we had decided in advance the most we would pay for the car...with or without a trade. Due to the history on the Nissan (3 accidents), we could not agree on the trade in value. That was the first challenge that Cidalia navigated very well. We were a cash buyer so I told her the most I was willing to pay for the car. She reviewed it with the manager and came back to me with a lesser discount than I hoped for. We discussed it some more and she went back to the manager who provided an additional discount but the discounted price was still more than I wanted to pay. So... I told her that I needed to pass on the car. She said please don't leave and got up one more time and met with the manager. She returned with General Manager Jared Wilson. He sat down with us and explained further why it was not possible to reduce the price to what I desired. I was impressed with Jared as well and after about 15 minutes, and without any further discount, I agreed to buy the car. Even though it was a little more than I wanted to spend, I was convinced I purchased the car at the best possible price I could. We are very happy with our purchase and experience at New Country and we actually believe that Cidalia was more excited for us than we were for ourselves.

I purchased a previously loved 08 Lexus RX 400 h-ybrid out of state. We use New Country of Latham NY for all its maintenance and service if needed. The entire team is nice, professional, fast, and accommodates your needs as best they can. The waiting room is comfortable, up scale, has nice amenities like TV, coffee, etc... It is almost pleasure to pay, ( considering the top quality the service department provides )

This was my 2nd purchase of a Lexus GS-350 from New Country Lexus of Latham. I seriously considered other options because I live in another State but kept coming back because of the staff and how I was treated as a customer. Of course, I like the car! We went to look at cars thinking that we might need to replace an 8-year old Mercedes within the next 12 months. Eric greeted us warmly while we were walking the lot. He handed us his card, and offered to provide assistance. To avoid unreasonable expectations and not waste his time, we explained our intentions. As we continued to look around, he asked a few pertinent questions about the kind of vehicle we needed and we explained a few key specifications. He mentioned a low-mileage, pre-owned car that matched our specifications and offered to show it to us. When we saw the condition we became very interested. He efficiently arranged a test drive. An hour later we signed a sales contract. Based on research that we later performed online, we got a great deal!Since we were in the middle of refinancing our house and had not planned to purchase a car that weekend (or season!), our credit was temporarily frozen. Lee explained a few financing options that were available through the dealership and gave his contact information. Lee was very patient as it took several weeks to complete our mortgage refinance due to paperwork delays at Key Bank.The pickup was just as easy. We signed a few documents and were then passed to Cory who explained the technology and helped setup navigation, communication, and other customizations. Everyone we met was clear about their role in the process and seemed competent in that role. The people seem to genuinely like their jobs and are cheerful, but are serious about their work. What a nice group of people! What a pleasant overall experience!

This is the 4th vehicle that we have leased fro New Country Lexus and overall we're very pleased with the service. Our salesperson was Cidalia and she was helpful and informative. We did have some minor end of lease issues with the return and inspection of our previous vehicle, but these issues were addressed and resolved by the GM Jerod. The dealership has now outsourced the service appointment reservation system so there can be some let hand/ right hand problems; but overall the dealership is very satisfactory and I would both continue to lease her and recommend the dealership to other prospective clients.

First let me say that this is my fourth Lexus and I have always dealt with a dealership in Wilkes Bare, PA and they are meticulous so I thought this place would be the same. My vehicle needed a timing belt service and I decided that a Lexus dealer would know the vehicle and I would receive Lexus service. I was wrong. I should have taken it to my trustworthy local mechanic and I WOULD HAVE BEEN MUCH HAPPIER. Advisor was okay, maintenance / repair not so much. Received a call from the Service Advisor a couple of hours into the appointment and he informed me that the battery was bad and the battery terminals were so badly corroded that the mechanic was afraid to touch them. He quoted three hundred dollars and change for a new battery and terminals. Not new cables....just terminal ends and a battery. I declined this service because the battery is a Die Hard Gold and is only a year old. Took the vehicle back to Sears for a replacement battery and they cleaned the terminals and let me know there is nothing wrong with the battery or the terminals. By the way, the battery check and terminals cleaning was free. After picking up the vehicle and paying my $1600 and change for a timing belt and a couple of new keys, I heard a rattling noise coming from under the hood on my way home. Got home and checked under the hood and ALL of the engine cover hold down retainers were missing. This was upsetting as I had installed ALL new hold down hardware three months prior to this service being performed. Looked a bit further and found the coolant reservoir was completely empty and the coolant level in the radiator was also low. Also one of the hoses that was removed during the service was only halfway installed. Called to let them know what I found and the service advisor (a different person than the guy I originally dealt with) pretty much spoke over me and informed me that I needed to bring the vehicle back ( over 60 miles each way). I told him I lived a long ways from the dealership and asked him if it was going to be okay to drive the vehicle back with the coolant so low and he said "it shouldn't be a problem"???? At any rate, I filled the radiator, drove the vehicle back and they made the corrections while I waited. Looked under the hood and all seemed fine but a when I got home and looked a little closer they had installed two metal nuts on one of the engine covers which is again upsetting as I had paid $14 a few months previous for the two correct plastic "Genuine Lexus" hold down devices I know this seems picky but if you bring in a Lexus one would think they would get a Lexus back. The whole ordeal has left a poor taste in my mouth for this particular dealership's service department. Won't be going back there for ANYTHING.

We live in VT but stopped at the Latham Lexus dealer since it is the closest to us and convenient to Malta and Albany businesses. I truly was NOT expecting to get a car (it is a Christmas gift!), but....Cidalia Millham spent a LOT of time showing us the various Lexus models and test driving with us the 350ES and the 300h ES. Having previously owned a Prius we had a lot of questions about the hybrid, and she could answer all of them to our satisfaction. I loved the 300h, especially with all the safety features, the blind spot detection warnings, and excellent rear visibility, but wanted a car in RED. I LOVED the idea of once again having a smart key! Cidalia hunted around for us and found a 300h in Matador Red Mica with all the features we wanted at (for Lexus!) an excellent price. She was very responsive to any questions and to handling as much of the transaction as possible by email and phone. Before we made the second trip to Latham she made sure all the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed. When we arrived on the delivery date she and the rest of the dealership staff were ready to make sure we were familiarized with the car and ready to go. She promised to follow up in a couple of days, which she did--apparently one feature we were wondering about (the lane change detection) is on the car, but we just needed to figure out how to turn it on. She researched this for us, and got back to us right away with this information. It has been a pleasure working with her.

For one of the largest financial commitments ive ever made, this has been BY FAR the WORST experience EVER. And I LOVE my truck....so this has just been my experience with this dealership, and the fact they are far from professional. So to start, salesmen gave price etc, and I told him I didn't have title in hand, told no problem just xtra form, we agreed. signed initial paperwork. Told me truck had to be INSPECTED (some "point" inspection, fluids brakes etc) and detailed, then ready for p/u. THREE times I came to dealership and it was always something, hadn't been inspected, finance hadn't had a chance someone quit today...so on and so on. so after SEVEN days they said come after work to pick up. OK GREAT! get to dealership, hadn't even been put thru yet! At this point they had already removed my jeep from my insurance and added GMC. Finance pushed through (at added 100 a month from original price) but at this point the insurance ETC was switched and my 4 year old was exhausted. THEN they come out and say oh you don't have a title sorry we cant do this, so we battled as they already switched my insurance info, some new policy of theres started 3 days prior to p/u, but since deal started 7 days ago and I told them, they let me take truck home. So 4 days later I call as it squeeks, mechanic informs me TRUCK WAS NEVER IN FOR SERVICE!!! just detailed. So went to other dealership for check, breaks had been down to rotors and oil was at 21% (When I called to ask they rudely said " Its not a preowned Lexus".....well you said it would be checked and serviced prior to me getting it, and im sorry my 30k investment wasn't large enough for you) . I was Irate but just let it go, as I couldn't handle anymore nonsense. Fast forward THREE WEEKS I getting a letter from insurance, when the dealership switched my jeep for my truck, then said I couldn't initially take it home, they put the jeep back on...then NEVER PUT THE GMC on when I did, in fact take it home. so I had been driving for 3 weeks with an uninsuranced truck!!! So another 2 weeks goes by, I get a letter from DMV my Jeep is still registered not the new truck!! no im livid!! and my temporary has expired....without a call or word from dealership!! So I keep calling them, to be told oh no its here BUT YOU HAVE TO CALL AND PAY ANOTHER FEE??? First of all, why wouldn't you call me, why am I reaching out to you...second I have my contract in front of me...it clearly says 21$ for inspection and 67 for new registration....salesmen responds a while latter...sorry you did actually pay. I finally get my mail Saturday...and guess what!! this reg expires in 20 days!! I called DMV they said if they did a transfer its 10$ and would be on schedule with last car, however the 67$ I paid should've renewed for 2 years. Im sick im tired and I need someone else involved. I have the contract, as well as every email with insurance etc, and every text message from dealership to prove the above. Contacted BBB as well. Maybe as many complaints as possible until this is fixed will get them to respond to me and fix this! There is ZERO excuse for this kind of treatment and service. All I wanted was paperwork in order, and the car to be in working road safe condition. I recieved my final settlement and I can hands down say, my partner will no longer be getting the NX he really wanted, but we will be going to Langdan AUDI for all future luxury busisness

When I bought my NX200t this spring, I was somewhat daunted by the knowledge of the digital age needed to get the most of all the capabilities built into the car. I'm also new to the I phone, something that had been recommended to me by my salesman, in order to take the greatest advantage of the car's features. I use the I phone to play Pandora in the car, and also use an I pod as a music source. The dilemma was that even though both were properly connected to the vehicle, the can would only recognize one of them. During my previous New Country visit, one of the customer reps quickly showed me how to address that problem. It worked for a short time, and then I was back to the former problem. Since I didn't know how the customer rep achieved the fix, I couldn't replicate it. This week I was again at NC and posed the issue to a different customer rep, P.J. Yando. He said that the best way to resolve the problem was to involve one of the tech reps. He introduced me to Corey Sheehan, who spent considerable time showing me the nature of the problem, and helping me understand it, so that I could prevent the issue it in the future. Kudos to both P.J. and Corey" P.J. for knowing that tech help was needed; and Corey for his thorough explanation of what caused the problem and how to address it in the future. Both of them also went out of their ways to let me know that they were more than willing to help in the future should other problems arise. As a former teacher, I give them both A+. When I picked up the car it was wet because they drove the car to service center from out site while it was raining. The cars interior was not even polished, mates were not shampooed, dashboards were not cleaned, and not car freshener inside. Outside of the car was not buffed or, clean properly, no towel dry. Next day, I took it back, but the manager was rude and defensive, and kept telling me for $149.99 + tax = $160, that is the service they offer and did not take it bake for rework. I am very disappointed, this is not a detailing service; I could have gotten better carwash from any professional car wash service.

Wanted to have a RES+ Remote start which can be operated with the phone or key fob installed on our RX350. Spoke with Joe Moran who called me back when he said he would and advised me that it was available and he set the appointment.We showed up for the appointment and our service writer Sid said it was going to take about 2 hours to install. He gaves us a loaner car and we left. About 90 mins. later I got a call from Sid who told me not to rush back as it was going to take a little longer than the 2 hrs. and that he would call when the car was done. About 45 mins. later Sid called and told us the car was done. Upon returning we were having an issue connecting the phones to the remote start in the vehicle. Sid took the time to contact Lexus. He then went on line and got us registered with Lexus so we could link the phones to the remote starter. We feel they went above and beyond what they are required to do and we were very pleased with the excellent service.

Having had such a great experience with my first Lexus and their service, I decide to buy a second, new car from them, even though it was a 3 hr drive to them. There aren't any closer to me and Lexus is a beautiful car. This second time the service came with no explanations of $300 dollars worth of service in a half hour time. The "guy was on lunch" that check me in and the service manager was gone for the day. On top of that, my rust spot that needed fixing after 1 year of age, and I had bought the special paint warranty for $700, I was going to need to rent my own car, and pay for it. But don't worry we will reimburse you.. Well, it's been 2 months, 6 phone calls and no money yet. Severely disappointed in Lexus at Latham, NY.

I stopped into New Country Lexus in Latham without an appointment to see if they could diagnose my 'low tire' alert on my 2007 IS250. I had never stepped foot in this dealership but had recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus down the road. As prior SUV lessees (2 Mercedes, 2 Acura, 1 Infinity, 1 Jeep Grand Cherokee), we decided to really do our research this time and purchase instead of lease a vehicle. The Lexus RX 350 was absolutely the "best" vehicle in its class without question. Today we picked up the new RX, and all we can say is that it is by far the most luxurious, high-end SUV that we have had the privilege to drive. Thank you, Angel Castro, and the rest of the team at New Country Lexus in encouraging us with this purchase and educating us in the fine nuances of the RX. We had a tutorial with Angel before driving away - it is loaded with amenities, such as leather interior instead of pleather like the Mercedes, every communication detail such as the navigation system is finely tuned and capable of providing on-line support for every gadget we could consider using or purchasing, and the vehicle's on-road handling totally blew the competition away. As a somewhat unexpected bonus in such a luxury vehicle, it even uses regular gas. We are SOLD on the obvious high quality and attention to detail of the Lexus and look forward to another car purchase in the future. I recently bought my first Lexus here. In the beginning, I found the dealers to be aloof. But, their tech guy, Bill Bradley, gave me a thoroughly informed orientation to the RX 350, answered questions honestly, in a very soft-sell manner. He was attentive to phone calls, and alerted me when the car I was looking for came into the shop - well before it was listed - sweet. When it came to negotiating, Rick Williams filled in for Bill, and wasted no time in getting me what I consider (after a fair amount of research) to be a very good deal. Follow up and delivery was good, with a small glitch requiring a quick return visit to their service department.

Our experience with NC Lexus was a bit frustrating. The young salesman was terrific but the sales manager and business office frustrating. A couple of deals set up by salesman for us was sold out by another. And the business office is closed Friday and Saturday! Also dealer was given 5 days to get the car we agreed to purchase ready for appointed pickup was only started after we arrived-so all seemed rushed. After purchasing four Avalon's I thought I would consider a Lexus. I was greeted by sales consultant Brandon LeFevre, I told him I was interested in a car that was similar in size to the Avalon. He showed me the ES350, explained all the features and demonstrated how they functioned before taking me on a test drive. I was impressed with his familiarity with the car's features and options available, but most impressed when he pointed out that the ES350 is priced near the Avalon I was driving. I told Brandon the color and equipment I would consider. Although the dealership did not have one in inventory Brandon kept me informed of all new ES350's due for arrival. Negotiating the deal was a very pleasant experience, everyone I spoke with at the dealership was very professional and at the same time made you feel like your more than just a customer. We have been looking for a used Lexus RX 350 for about 6 months. Our search was not limited to local dealers (75 miles). We have shopped in the metro NY - NJ area, PA, MD and DC areas as well. New Country of Latham happened to have several 2012 low mileage vehicles that they used as loaners become available. We made the 75 mile drive up there on a Saturday afternoon and as luck would have it, we were introduced to Talas Rogers. We immediately developed a good relationship as he was very friendly and casual in his sales approach. When we explained what we were looking for, he presented us with the vehicle choices he had available that met our interests and explained each of their differences. During the test drive he explained the vehicle's unique features as well as pointing any scratches that were on the car. He was honest and straight forward in every way and helped us get what we feel was a very fair price for the car. The delivery process went very smoothly and we left the dealership very pleased with the over-all experience. I purchased the car from sales person Talas Rogers. He was personable and very informed with the product. I felt he was an advocate for the buyer and the dealership was very accomodating. Lee. the finance rep was also helpful and effecient in completing his responsibilities. I have purchased a few vehicles form this dealership and feel that they always present options to meet my needs. On a negative note, the customer parking is not user friendly..

I purchased a certified preowned Lexus Rx350. The car was in perfect condition and customer service was great. I worked with Talas Rogers who was more than helpful throughout the buying process and even afterwards when I had a few questions. A+ all around!

I have just purchased a new 2013 Lexus RX350 and am ABSOLUTELY delighted with the vehicle. I have driven various 4-door sedans in the last 30 years and decided to change to a crossover vehicle. I looked at the comparable Audi and Acura vehicles but decided on the Lexus due to style, comfort and cargo space. Talas Rogers was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me to understand all the features, safety factors and the overall service from New Country Lexus. The buying experience was great! No real sales pressure. My wife and I just attended a Lexus event hosted by New Country Lexus where the senior leadership team was introduced; they covered many of the technical items found in new Lexus vehicles and answered everyone's questions. Food and drinks were served and there was time for mini sessions one-on-one for all the new customers. I met Ray Skiba at this event and he could not have been more outgoing or helpful. Ray emphasized that he wanted all Lexus customers to know that service of any kind is available to all of us. The service dept. will provide loaner vehicles, top off your fluids and wash your car. I have not needed service yet but am delighted to know how serious Ray Skiba and New Country are about "killing the customer" with service! I would recommend Talas Rogers to all my friends and would DEFINITELY recommend New Country as the place to go to get a good deal on a new Lexus along with a commitment for OUTSTANDING SERVICE !! Thank you Ray, Talas and New Country!

BOUGHT A 2011 TOYOTA HIGHLANDER THAT WAS TRADED IN. THE VEHICLE WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT, NEEDED TIRES AND THE SALES DEPARTMENT HAD NO PROBLEM PUTTING THEM ON FOR ME. MY SALESMAN BRANDON LEFEVRE WAS GREAT. NO PRESSURE AT ALL, VERY ACCOMODATING. SALES MANAGER NICK WAS VERY HELPFUL AT TIME OF DELIVERY. THIS WAS MY FIRST CAR I BOUGHT FROM NEW COUNTRY LEXUS, I WOULD DEF RETURN.

There are many Lexus dealerships to choose from in the area and out of chance I chose this one because they had the car I was interested in buying. It turns out, my choice was an excellent one. I had the pleasure of working with Eric Roy throughout my purchasing process and he was wonderful on all levels. All of my questions were answered and requests were taken care of. He helped me get into the car that I wanted at a price that worked very well for me. Beyond Eric's fantastic service, everyone else I had the pleasure of talking to or working with during my process of buying my car were amazing. The finance managers, who people generally dread talking to, were funny and helpful. I didn't feel like optional things were being forced on me either. Of course suggestions were made on optional coverage, but that's how it goes. everyone has a job to do. Overall this dealership is wonderful. The facility is gorgeous and the staff who work here only complement it that much better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to buy a Lexus or even a used car they may have on their lot.

Lexus dealerships normally have a certain standard of excellence. I assure you that this one does not. In fact, the body shop services many different types of cars and lacks the experience to work on a Lexus. They left numerous parts damaged and when I found out and noticed it, they denied that it was their fault, claiming in the weeks that I had it "anything could have happened",. I took it to another dealership with Master Lexus Service Mechanics and they confirmed what I found...shoddy service, cover ups, over-charges and a serious lack of excellence in workmanship.After denying any responsibility or offering any resolution, they offered to have me pay for a diagnostic and fix any mistakes at regular rates. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. They denied that it was their responsibility and offered me to fix the car at regular rates. My response was, I don't think you will be touching my car again. Arrogance, lies and inexperienced body shop mechanics work here and if you are smart you will take your business elsewhere.A Lexus dealership with a used car sales mentality.

Two days ago, my husband and I had the pleasure of leasing a beautiful new Lexus RX350 from New Country Lexus and we have nothing but good things to say! This is our second Lexus that we are leasing from this dealership. We own ES350 and we had only great experience with New Country. So we decided that we would go back there to lease our second car. Our salesperson was Jashaad. Friendly, attentive and caring, working with him was very quick, smooth and pleasant. We also would like to mention the general manager, Eric Rosen. He is honest, sincere and doesn't just care for the sale, but for the customer.. From dealing with the staff at New Country Lexus , now we become a Lexus-only drivers. Thanks again! If your looking for a Lexus, there's no better place to go.

Great Customer Service. If there is a problem, they're good about working out a resolution that is satisfactory. This dealership is very committed to maintaining a good experience for the customer. Pricing is higher than you might see elsewhere though.
