I had a great experience at this Lexus. Someone hit my car and I needed to get some body work done. Ricardo from services was super helpful and kind. Anytime I’d call in, he was patient with me and really made my experience pleasant. He followed up with me frequently until my car was ready to be picked up. He even suggested Id get a particular wax to make my car shine more! He followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was done- I appreciated all of that that. Above and beyond by far. Lexus of Great Neck was worth the drive from Brooklyn.

My husband, Michael and I leased our new ES350 at New Country Lexus two weeks ago. The staff was very knowledgeable and efficient. Rob, our VIP Sales Concierge, found us the exact car we wanted! Jared, the technology expert, sat with us and explained all the car's amenities. Joe, the business manager, made the leasing process so easy. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to lease or buy a Lexus.

Had a great experience at the Great Neck location. My first Lexus. Marcello was fabulous. Very knowledgeable, patient and the nicest person. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I wasn’t sure what color car I wanted. Changed my mind a few times but every time I called Marcello, he was willing to work with me. Great guy!!!

They always take great care of my vehicle. I trust their mechanics and the service is always excellent. They keep a video entry of the service to show exactly what kind of service they performed and also to show what services may be needed for future appointments. I depend on my vehicle to get me to work daily, so it's important to me that I trust who services my vehicle. I trust them.
