Shortly after taking delivery of my 2016 E-350 in September, I stopped in for a minor service-related issue that Jonathan Karimi quickly resolved. Since then Jonathan has followed up multiple times to check on my satisfaction with my new car which I greatly appreciated. Ron is there to welcome you pleasantly, making sure that Customer is the Foremost priority in the Business.During this visit I had issued with my tire pressure, he took time to listen my concern, and very quickly calibrated the Air pressure in the tire and also invited me to explain how the tire pressure and maintenance works for my future usage. The light went on indicating tire pressure was low. I was driving in the area of New Country (Mercedes) and I stopped by unannounced. Greeting me was Ron Chwalek. I told him the situation and he immediately jumped on to it. All four tires needed attention. He then explained for winter what I needed to do to keep tire pressure stable. I expected him to write up a bill, afterall, he spent about 20 minutes on my car. No. It was gratis. Super service from Ron. The people at New Country are terrific.

As I was driving into work this morning I noticed that my tire light was on and my tire pressure in all four tires was different... I stopped into New Country Motors- Mercedes in Hartford to the service department. I was greeted by Ron Chwalek and my car tires were examined and fixed without wait. Ron explained to me how to read the tire gauge and the importance of adding air every four months to maintain desired pressure. I always go away a satisfied customer, not matter how small the problem is for me. Today, I went in to learn how to continue to pair my cell phone with my 2007 Mercedes. I called to have my cell phone paired with my 09 S550 and Ron Chwalek called me back right away. I stopped in and within a few moments he had my phone paired and working correctly. I drove right in, he helped me out and within less than 5 minutes I was back on the road. The service advisors are great. And for simple drive in things like tire gauge lights, etc. no on is better than Ron Chwalek. SO personable, professional and accommodating. While you can buy a car anywhere, its the people that make you come back for service and future purchases. Kudos to Ron for being one of those people.

I was visiting in the area from New Jersey and had an issue with my tire pressure. I drove into the dealership and Ron C assisted me immediately and showed me what he was doing and how long the adjustment would last. I was in and out in under 7 minutes. I was starting out on a 250 mile trek and felt much more secure.

I have been bringing my 2008 C300 to this location since 01/28/2013 at which time I met with Brenda Sostre in the Service Department. Although I could take my car anywhere to be service I continue to come ONLY to New Country because I know that Brenda will take care of my car as if it was her own. Brenda is so trusting and warm and makes the wait time not seem so long because she keeps you informed as to what is going on. Twice I was afforded a Courtesy Car because of Brenda and her not wanting me to be without a car while my car had to stay at the repair shop. Brenda is very knowledgeable about what needs to take place with my car and makes the necessary suggestions in order to ensure that my car will continue to last me for years and yearsIt would be nice if there was a soda machine in the waiting area for those that do not consume coffee or tea. Thanks to Brenda on one of my visits, she took me to the employee break-room where I was able to obtain a soda to enjoy during my wait time.Brenda always closes her sale with a smile and a hug.

Let me start that when I was initially going to buy a Sprinter for our business I was hassled, pushed and relentlessly contacted by other Mercedes dealerships. I had the pleasure to deal with Dan Sullivan of New Country and he understood we're in business and businesses buy vehicles. He provided in-depth information and had the most knowledge about Sprinters and he never pushed us once. After dealing with so many dealerships we were so happy with his professionalism we decided to move forward with him and we actually ended up driving away with a 4x4 Sprinter at a very comfortable price. He did everything including setting up complex logistics to get the Sprinter we wanted. Fast forward 1700 miles later. The Sprinter's transfer case locked up when driving down the road we had a previous issues engaging and disengaging the 4x4. At 8 pm Dan answered his email and told us who to call. That evening our Sprinter was put on a flatbed and brought directly up to new country the very next morning they took a look at it almost first thing and they have found there was a defective transfer case and internal gearing problems they order a new transfer case and believe it or not they had it swapped out and the truck ready the very next day! They have the van done one day early than what they initially told us I would incredibly grateful because they know this truck is what we used to make money for our business. I couldn't be happier with the sales staff the customer service and the technicians at new country they have rightfully earned our business as a company and being a business owner myself I appreciate true customer service as we do the same for our customers as well. The customer service staff at New Country Mercedes Benz of Hartford is top notch. I have worked with Mohammed Salem and Bijal Upadhyay. Bijal is extremely knowledgeable of the computer and electronics in the car with regards to the somewhat complex navigation system and other convenience functions of the car. She definitely will make sure that any questions you have with regard to the operation of the vehicle are resolved. My husband and I had really the best experience and excellent customer service since we arrived to New Country Mercedes-Benz. We are completely satisfied specifically with the salesman Dean DiBella, and the product concierge Bijal Upadhyay. Dean was awesome and great. He did everything he could to make sure we were not only happy with C300 4MATIC but that was exactly what we wanted. At any point, we never did feel pressured to buy. In fact, it was quite opposite. Whole purchase was within 2 hours! He was so welcoming and professional. Generally, car buying is stressful but Dean and his manager made it very easy for us. He made sure that our car would be delivered to our home. At the end, we want to thank Bijal Upadhyay who delivered the car at home on time and explained us how the car works. Bijal had explained vividly all about the luxury car (c-class Mercedes) and took time to make us understand. She also made sure that I am driving comfortably and know all about this luxury car. I had a warranty issue with a 2013 C 300. I was helped by Sammy Cruz who was knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. I had the work done (seems to be fine now) and had the 30,000 mile servicing done, as well. New Country isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for, and they gave great customer service.

I was having a difficult time paring my new iphone to my C300 so I stopped at New Country Mercedes in Hartford on my way home from work on Wed, 3/30/2016. Ron immediately came over to help me. As always, I found the total experience of using NC service to be exceptionally fine. Politeness, information and step by step assistance through the process was outstanding. This latest visit was to respond to the recent recall for my C-300 sedan. Sam, my service advisor . was pleasant and helpful. I would like to commend the new process of triaging service. The woman who set up the initial appointment was able to save time and frustration by pointing me in the right direction and making sure I got the right technical assistance. This is customer friendly and reassuring - Keep IT! A couple of services could be fine tuned: The line at the payment window is still long and can clog the hallway. I have noted this before but no one seems to care bout that one. The turnover in service advisors seems to be rapid. Each time I go in there are new people and when the triage woman asked if I had a particular person in mind for advisor, none of those I had my last visit was still there...Finally, the recall repair was effected ahead of time so I didn't really need the courtesy car offered - a win/win. The only negative was that they must have shut down the electrical system to do the work but when they turned it back on they failed to reset the time date stamp and several settings back to automatic. This is minor compared to the overall high quality I experienced in every area of customer service. But you have spoiled me and I want to be sure this oversight is corrected. (with new people learning the job it takes a while to learn to cover all the bases). This is outstanding service!!!! Keep up the good work.

After arriving at a very busy time at the service department in the middle of the afternoon without an appointment to have a headlamp replaced, I was immediately helped by Ron in the service area. He informed Brenda, my long time service tech who advised that the matter would be addressed at once. After about 15 minutes in the comfort of the waiting area, my ML350 was ready. I requested a car wash which was promptly provided. Both Ron and Brenda were a pleasure to deal with. Overall a prompt and pleasant experience!

Sadly, I totaled my 2012 ML350, and needed to replace it immediately. I called Nelson Daswani, who has sold cars to my husband and myself over many years. He was able to get me in another ML quickly. He also went to the body shop where my old car had been towed, to retrieve the cargo liner and cargo fence and install both in the new car. It is not often one can use the word compassion with an automobile salesman, but that is exactly the word I can use for Mr. Daswani. He knew my accident had been traumatic, and he guided me through the new purchase gently and with care. I knew I could trust him completely to put me in a comparable car to the one I had lost. But I also knew he was looking to keep me safe. Todd was great in explaining why I should think hard about availing myself of the loan options. He explained everything to me and I came away understanding the benefits. Finally, Ms. Upadhyay sat in the car with me, going over all the instruments and controls. She waited patiently while we set up Sirius -- closing out the contract on my old car, and setting it up for the new one. All in all, the very difficult loss of my former car, turned into a very smooth transition to a new one due to the professional and COMPASSIONATE treatment by each member of your staff with whom I dealt. This dealer has poor customer service skills and poorly trained staff. My new car was due for its yearly service which I pay with my lease- and not only do they could not service my car on the weekend they were trying to give me a loaner from enterprise not equivalent to my luxury car. I called the Mercedes Dealer in Greenwich CT at 5pm Friday and was seen by 10am Saturday received a loaner of same equivalence as mine and their concierge met with me to go over the features of my car- something that was poorly done in Hartford. I will always go to Greenwich for all my future needs for my Mercedes-Benz.

So one would think it would be easy to add power steering fluid to a mercedes, correct? Well not exactly, but alas new country once again saved the day. Service Department at New Country has always been good, but this time they went above and beyond. So after realizing I needed power steering fluid I did an online search and found a plethora of info which led me to a specific product. But of course none of the ususal parts store carried it so off to new country I went. I pulled in told the attendant Ron this and out came a tech, maybe 10 minutes, named Mike N.. He gave me the correct info and topped it off with the correct product. No cost! He even gave me the rest of the bottle! Needless to say the info online was inaccurate! Also glad to see that Mike Conlon is the new service manager. Congrats Mike! Sincerely, Dave Parker

Once again, I received excellent service from Ron when I arrived at New Country Mercedes-Benz with an air pressure problem in a new tire that I had purchased two weeks ago. The original replacement process was accomplished in about an hour on a busy day for the service department. Today's service took about twenty minutes. Ron was exceptionally patient and knowledgeable about the problem. Once he had checked the air pressure in all four tires, he reset the tire pressure monitor system and clearly explained that if the tire pressure problem occurred within four months, I should bring the car back for a thorough service examination. Ron is an ideal person to greet incoming drivers at your service department.

I live in Delaware so my husband and I are taking a train back up near his home town to buy another car from new country motors. 2 hours sitting in waiting room and when I finally go up to service counter they tell me they are just starting the tire swap now the tire has been losing air since I bought it. The people paying for services today are priority I guess I would recommend not using this dealership due to my experiences today and so so service buying my new vehicle

I had my tires checked this morning. Ron did an awesome job explaining why the tires need to be checked every 4months. That was pretty new to me. MB New Country in Hartford offers a free service to stop in any time and have your tire pressure checked--fabulous! They have the appropriate and high quality gauges that you won't find at your local gas station. They also take the time to show you the appropriate pressure (on the fuel filler door, not the tire or the B pillar). Someone was ahead of me in line getting the exact same thing done. We were both serviced super fast. Ron was great--topped off the pressure and made sure the tire pressure monitor was calibrated. Alex was great too! Came out to talk a little about pressure and when I wondered aloud how old my tires were, he went to the trouble to reposition the vehicle and take a pic of the inside tire wall--found out my tires were relatively new and not as old as I thought. A++++ service Ron & Alex!!!

I purchased a 2013 pre certified 350 C in May of 2015, in Dec. 2015 I brought the car in because there was black soot all over my front rims, the service center told me I needed new breaks and roaters and charged me $700. , even though I had only put on 3,000 miles since the purchase of the car. I asked for a discount of some sort this seems not right to me, they told me there was nothing else they could do for me, plus I would like to add this is my 2nd car purchased from them.Not happy with them at all would not recommend them to anyone and would not go back thereBrenda Della Rocca

Horrible experience. They are extremely unprofessional with time management and sent me the shuttle very late. I was stuck at my work with no car for more than one hour. Shuttle came past 6pm.Also I went for the problem of a pull in my car. They did an alignment (not sure if that was the problem and its their responsibility to find if it was or not) and charged me. The problem was not fixed, the car had the same problem. When I tried to contact them, they just justify themselves. I paid for nothing.I am sure if I went to any other service center, they would be honest to tell me the real problem and wouldn't charge me dishonestly. I advice you to find a other place. My experiences with other places are much better.Also in the past, they had tried to charge me thousands to replace catalytic converter while my car was eligible for the catalytic converter under the EPA federal law. I did replace it for free, but if I did not do the research about the warranty, they would have charged me the money.Believe me, I have done a lot of servicing with this place and spend several thousands there. I now go to other independent repair shop and they do a much better job and above all they dont charge me blindly and are honest. The new country seems not to listen and understand the problem the customer states and always eager to just suck off money from you.

I recently purchase a low mileage 2015 C Class. Mir Alvi was terrific. He delivered on everything that was promised during the sales process and beyond. If you ever make a purchase in the part sales department of this dealership be prepared to hear a robot recite the same phrase to you over and over again when you try to make a return for a part you don't need, "All sales are final for special ordered parts." Fortunately for me this lesson cost me only $40 because i managed to fix the spare part i had ordered but they refused to make the return even though my prior business with them has been for much more money. Don't make the mistake I did, buy parts ANYWHERE ELSE unless you enjoy headaches and no customer service. Most of the employees were very nice and I think the biggest problem is the New Country Sales Policy as well as the Sales Manager Dave who has no common sense and treats the people who pay his salary (consumers) like they are garbage. I understand he is in a though position but I will be making a formal complaint against him for giving the Mercedes Benz franchise a negative image and disenfranchising their customers.

Recently I purchased my third Mercedes from New Country Mercedes. Don Salierno has always been the sales professional that I have negotiated with. Alex Odornez in service has consistently provided me with exceptional service with my previous cars, so the decision to return to New Country was based on the excellent service and sales assistance that I had experienced. Don, as in the past, was very patient and had a comprehensive knowledge of the competitive vehicles I was considering. To his credit Don truly works as a client advocate. He is direct and honest and expressed his opinion with objectivity. I am not one to make a quick decision and I research pricing and reviews of the vehicle I was interested in. I had mentioned to Don in May that I had interest in a particular model and if he found a decent deal to call me. I heard from him this month and the deal went through. The after sale attention and the details of the closing process was made easy with the work Don did to complete all of the paperwork. I would not hesitate to recommend to any one in the market for a new or pre owned Mercedes to contact Don Salierno at New Country.

I recent found a vehicle that my wife really liked. I called a salesperson (heem, I think is his name). At first he was very eager to help. Once he found out I lived 600 miles away he just lost interest and I feel he just didn't care. I was already preapproved and ready to go. I was also willing to fly out and pick up the car. Then I spoke with Jarold (Suppose to be a Manager). He threw me some lines and said we can work it out and would get me all the numbers. So I said ok. Next day comes and no response and I tried to get ahold of Jarold to see what is going on. When I call the dealership it goes straight to Voicemail ( they screen phone calls) also I have never called a dealership and never been ignored like this place. They don't even have a receptionist and if they do then that person is about worthless. I finally get ahold of Heem and the vehicle said it had 6 miles on the website and heem tells me they told that this vehicle has 5000 miles. I was anger because they lie on their website. Since my wife wanted the vehicle we looked past that and still wanted it. I don't understand how a so called "High End Dealer" treats their customers like garabage. I drive a 60,000 Ram Truck and those dealerships at least treats you with some kind of respect. Apparently New Country doesn't want to sell their vehicles to bad. If you want me to buy from you "New Country" then you better treat me with respect and give me a better deal. If not then I'm sorry my money isn't good enough for you.

I recently purchased a 2010 Buick Lucerne CXL from New Country Motor Cars in Hartford, CT. Yes, you read that correctly, a Buick from a Mercedes Dealership. What an extremely positive experience from beginning to end working with Brad Epstine. My initial request via their website for additional information on the Buick before traveling North to Hartford was promptly provided by their vehicle packet program that fully documents the history of the Lucerne as well as numerous photos of the exterior and interior of the car. First class presentation all the way! Next came the initial visit to New Country Motors and a meeting with Brad to go over the car and take it out for an evaluation ride. I was hooked on this car after we concluded the run on I91 and a review of the presale servicing performed prior to putting it up for sale. I took delivery of the Lucerne shortly after and I am currently enjoying this fine car. I recently leased a GL450 and worked with Jenna Bemis. The experience and the car (it was our first MB) was so great, that I went back a month later and purchased a CPO ML350. The entire buying and leasing experience was consultative and helpful (not pressured!). I had the pleasure of working with two of the Finance Managers (Tim and Staci) and both were excellent. I feel like they found the best deal for me and valued my trade-ins with the market. Since the buying experience, I had two interactions with their service department and the EXCELLENT customer service continued. Peter and Sammy were professional, helpful, and valued my time. I did not buy my Mercedes at New Country, however, I will certainly consider them for my next purchase. I had a "key situation" in January while I was in Hartford working. Luckily I was able to get my car to New Country and the service I received was nothing short of Excellent! Sammy Cruz was my service advisor, and he took charge of the situation, and had it resolved to my satisfaction very quickly. Also, the staff and facilities are first class. I would highly recommend New Country, and will be back when I am ready for a new vehicle. Thank you, again, Sammy, for all your help!

I purchase a new vehicle every 12 to 18 months. More often than not over the internet. I have a large Mercedes Dealer 5 minutes from my home. We can never get together on price. I came across New Country Motors. Contacted the General sales manger, Tim Michael, He told me the truth, no games. Honest fourth right. I traded my 2011 E350 for a 2014 E350. I drove for almost 20 hours through the record snowfall for this car. I then met Abu, my salesman. He was incredible. Everything was in order, answered all of my questions, polite, professional. I highly recommend him. I purchased my first Mercedes when I was 37, (a new E420 in 1999), I have never experienced the level of service as I did from the mangers, the sales person, to the detail department! (Jose). As in every corporation, attitudes, business philosophies etc. begin at the top (dealer principal) and works its way though the ranks. The net result is, doing business the right way, with respect, integrity, and exceeding the customers expectations. THE WOW FACTOR.

Just purchased a 2013 C300 and for the first time in my car buying experience the process was excellent from start to finish. I was recommended to new country and Cherif by another satisfied customer. Cherif was very professional, personable and patient. He allowed me to look at test drive several cars and gave me his undivided professional attention until I found the car that caught my attention. He did not pressure me to making any decision and was straight up and honest throughout the whole process, he also worked on getting me a satisfied trade on my old car. The second half of the process was also excellent, business manager Jerrold Winful was also very professional and patient. Made sure I understood and was comfortable with the entire financial process. I visited the dealer several days after my purchase and both gentleman maintained that same,personable and professional attitude I experienced with them during my purchase. That leads me to conclude that these gentleman are in the business of providing excellent customer service and satisfaction and not just another sale. I will be returning to see them when I am ready for my next C300.

I worked with salesperson, Cherif Diouf He has listening skills and is not trying to just sell you a car. I appreciated his working within a budget. He wasn't the typical salesperson from other dealerships--and I did shop around! I recommend New Country Mercedes Benz and in particular Cherif to work with. I doubt you'll be disappointed with the experience and you'll get excellent service.

On 10/8/14 I made an appointment to have a problem with my soft top not opening properly with Alex in the service department for 10/10/14 at 9:00 am. When I arrived at the service desk there was no appointment scheduled for me. After a few minutes, I was told that i would be taken care of. When I got my car back there was greasy hand prints all over the steering wheel and on the door panel. I called over the the person in the staging area and showed him and his comment was " that's why they call them grease monkeys",he cleaned off the grease and I drove away very disappointed.

Last week I purchased a 2012 S550 from New Country. Over the years I have purchased many cars, foreign and domestic, but until now I have NEVER been motivated to take the time and effort to seek out a way to tell others about a positive buying experience. But this process was a surprisingly pleasant experience in every way. The two people I worked with were Mark Hoch, the GM, and salesperson Don Salierno. I worked with about 10 dealerships as I searched for the perfect car, and here are some specific things that separated New Country from other MB dealerships: - Responsiveness: from the very beginning Mark and Don were responsive to my questions, and I got multiple email and text updates almost every day, including nights and weekends. By comparison, I didn't hear back from some salespeople at other dealerships for days. I am still getting emails from a few of them asking me if I'm ready to buy, and saying how disappointed they are when I tell them that I bought elsewhere! Where were they when I told them I was ready to buy a car?! - Flexibility: Mark and Don were willing to work with me to agree on a purchase price that would fit within my budget. At some of the other MB dealerships I was working with, they actually told me "we never negotiate---we don't have to. Take it or leave it." - Exceeding expectations: The car I was initially interested in at New Country was sold before I made contact with Mark and Don. Mark listened to what I was looking for, and within 2 days found a car that met and actually exceeded all my requirements. He shipped it to his dealership, and certified it as a CPO. In contrast, NO other MB dealer offered to do this (although they ALL have the same vehicle search capabilities that Mark does.) - Integrity: the price was right, the car was perfect, CPO financing with a good interest rate was all lined up. As I flew into Hartford to sign the deal and pick up the car, I couldn't help but think that it was almost too good to be true, and wonder what 11th hour gotcha would pop up.(One of the other MB dealers I was working with had quoted me a car with 27,000 miles, but when I took a close look at the Carfax report it said the car had 45,000!) No need for concern. The contract was exactly as we had agreed, and the car was prepped and ready to go. Customer Focus: Don was great to work with. He has a relaxed and friendly manner, and a good sense of humor. I never felt any pressure to make a decision. In fact, just the opposite: he assured me that I had no obligation to buy the car they found for me, and that they would be able to sell it to someone else if I decided not to buy it. He took a lot of time to teach me about all the key features of the car. And Don even picked me up at the hotel and drove me to the dealership to get the car. Professionalism: as a business owner, I appreciate being able to work with true professionals with integrity. Don and Mark embody that attitude. They did exactly what they said they would do every step of the way, and they always met or exceeded my expectations. You can't ask for more than that from a business arrangement. I strongly recommend this dealership and their staff to anyone considering a MB, and have no problem attaching my name with this review. Thanks again, Don and Mark, for finding me such a great car! I have had many negative experiences buying cars since I moved to CT in 1990. I buy mostly used cars, and you usually get 2nd class treatment when you aren't buying the newest and shiniest or the most expensive. Thanks to Don Salierno, I got treated the same as if I was buying an AMG! I'm not the easiest car buyer to please, because I used to be a service manager, years ago, in a few car dealerships in central Pennsylvania. It took many months of looking to find exactly what I was looking for, but Don came through with flying colors. After finding a car that met all my strict requirements, he made the deal seamless from decision to driving home my Mars Red C300 Sports 4Matic. Hundreds of dollars under book value, and even helped make up the difference in my trade, which had some problems since I bought it from a less than honest used car man in Berlin. Now every time I get behind the wheel, I get a happy feeling, knowing how well I was treated, and we're planning on passing my car down, and trading in my Wife's and Son's cars on either newer cars for me, or for them. I finally found my honest car dealership in CT!! Thanks to Mr. Hoch and his crew, I'm now a New Country customer!

I purchased a C-300 just over 3 years ago for myself and then bought a GLK-350 for my wife 2 years ago both with the understanding & promise we could have our cars washed at our dealer for as long as we owned our vehicles. We have been using this service regularly. Today when I went in for a wash before meeting with a client, I was told there would be no more washes ! This breaks a promise ! Since we are both in business we need our cars to look their best. This has happened before but after a short while the washes were reinstated ! We hope that is the case this time. It would be the right thing to do ... a perk that separates Mercedes from other dealers and would continue what your competition has not taken away ! Peter G.

I was told by service consultant Jason Lewis when I picked up the car, which took much longer than I was led to believe it would, that it was a loose connection and it was resolved. Once I got home, I noticed the check engine light was still on. I returned to the dealer and after the service advisor talked to the mechanic, was told it needed parts they did not have, and they'd let me know when they were in. That was seven weeks ago and I have not had a call. What's more, when I looked at the service receipt later on, it said the front springs were broken. The service advisor never mentioned this, nor did they repair or schedule further work. All in all, a useless expensive trip leaving more unanswered questions than when I went in. This is not the first time I've had problems with their service, as I have had previous complaints that were not fixed in one visit. I don't think I will be returning for future service.

I was looking for a first car for my daughter. I had seen a vehicle on their used car section of their very extensive pre-owned inventory. I was put in contact with salesman Silvio Sciarra. He was very courteous, professional and accommodating. We made an appointment for me to see the car the following day. When I went in to meet Silvio, i was surprised at how knowledgeable he was on this vehichle because this was not a Mercedes. Silvio always gave me second to none treatment that made me feel like I WAS buying a Mercedes. The used car process was a one price system and the car was a VERY good price It was the best price in 30 miles of the dealership for comparisons of the same car! Silvio and used car manager Scott Carrington made the final process of understanding the contract and making it no nonsense. I recently returned to New Country to purchase another C class.It was a seamless transition.My test drive was arranged in minutes . Bought a 2011 C300 about a year ago. 6 months left on warranty and noticed one brake pad wearing faster than normal. Also a check engine light came on. New Country replaced a thermostat, flushed cooling system, replaced two brake pads and a caliper, all under the warranty while I drove a very nice loaner car. The service operation is extremely smooth and efficient. I was very impressed.

My car was serviced at New Country Motors, they were very professional from the start to the finish. I was greeted by Brenda who up dated my info., and prepared a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around. I requested James Morrison because he is one of New Countries top notch mechanics. He goes over my car with care and informs me as to what is going on w/my car and potential future concerns. When leaving Ivette Cintron explained the work and fees that was charged in a very professional manner. Over all my experience with New Country was great.

Attention, promptness and courtesy characterized my visit to Mercedes Benz dealer in Hartford for service. The hour-long wait went by very fast and I was quite comfortable and entertained in the revamped service waiting area. Thankfully the repair this time wasn't too bad, for a 10-year old Mercedes ML350. Brenda was great, very attentive and I will ask for her as service consultant for my next visit.

Saw a previous review regarding a business owner who was treated less than professionally as a customer which mirrored my experience at New Country, so I felt it was appropriate to validate that the same experience happened to me. I own a business an am very in-tune with making sure the customer has a positive and professional experience. My experience at New Country gave me the feeling that I was wasting their time and the sales team literally ignored me upon my first visit to their Sales Dept. and my first time at a Mercedes Dealership. I Don't ever want to go back to New Country again no matter how good of a deal, because I left with just a plain bad taste in my mouth. Rude salesperson and an unprofessional attitude. Unbelievable that this dealership is in business!

Go see Mirella Cristache & Brenda at New country Mercedes -Benz!!!!! I was in the showroom picking up one of my partners from service and he introduced me to Mirella saying that's who I have to go see next time I am in the market for a new or pre owned Mercedes. He had talked about her in the past and I was looking forward meeting her. Did not want to take up a lot of her time since I had just leased a new car recently but she was very happy to show me around and introduce me to the Mercedes -Benz line up. My friend who I had picked up from service has purchased over 10 New Mercedes -Benz from her and now I know why !! Great attitude , not pushy and a joy to be around !!! She said that she is not in the car business but the business of servicing clients and making sure they are happy and satisfied !! World Class Service!!! I just bought my C300 in the summer and went to this dealership for service. They got me in quickly and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Jason was my customer service "expert" and he was kind, personable and very helpful. He called me to keep me informed of what was happening and my car was ready exactly when they said it would be! I would recommend this dealership to everyone especially if you have had previous negative experiences at a dealership- this one will change how you feel!!

They are nothing more than con men. Dishonest through and through. They actually had the gall to email inflated figures from Kelly Blue book to show that they had discounted their overpriced vehicle by thousands. When I called them on it and gave them actual numbers, instead of fixing their deceptive advertising and apologizing, they went on the defensive and immediately shot back the car was sold-only to show back up on their wed page the following week. They are just the epitome of dishonest used car salesmen. Go somewhere else. They are waiting for the sucker. If you do your homework on the car they want nothing to do with you. They are trolling for the unsuspecting sucker that will take them at their word.

We did not buy our Mercedes from New Country, but we were having some steering wheel problems. I went on line and chose New Country because of the great reviews they received. Well this one is to be added to the great ones. The problem was in the steering column which was not able to be repaired so a new steering column was ordered and replaced in a matter of a few days. The whole experience was great. The staff was professional, and treated me like a valued customer. The facility was beautiful and very clean. Thank you all for the great service and making my Mercedes whole again. I would recommend you to any Mercedes owner who was in need of service.

I just bought a late model CPO E Class mercedes at New Country Motors. The professionalism of my sales consultant (Don Salierno) along with the rest of the sales staff made this a stress-free experience. I appreciated Don's friendliness and quick follow through. I had an email from him before I got home after my first visit. He was also quick to respond to follow up inquiries. I visited new country because my current lease is due this year. I live very close but last time I did not like the experience so I leased from Fairfield . I figured I should stop by and see what they have in inventory and did not want to talk to a sales person . Mirela approached me with a big smile and asked how she can help. She was very plesant and bubbly so she talked me into giving new country another opportunity. Mirela told me they have a new GM and that things have drastically changed . I ended up leaving that day and she texted me later that night saying thanks for coming in . She asked when I can come back for a test drive and i was busy with work so she offered to bring the car to me !!!!I was blown away !!! She has excellent follow up and always picks up her cell when I call !! Cheerful laugh and positive personality make the experience fun... not what I expected walking in .Go see Mirela and you will too be blown away ! Just bought my first Mercedes and it was the best car buying experience ever. Cherif Diouf was our sales rep and he did an outstanding job helping us through the process. From the beginning he was knowledgeable,patient and willing to take the time to make sure that we were making the right choice. He was very understanding to our needs and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable with our decision. His favorite words were, "take all the time you need." His experience helped him choose the options that would be right for us. I have never felt so relaxed with such a major purchase. In the past when purchasing a new vehicle, I would always leave when it came time to negotiate. This time I stayed because Cherif made it so comfortable. From the beginning, he was so helpful in choosing the right vehicle for me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing options that were specific to me. He spent endless time making sure that I felt comfortable with my choices. It is so nice not to feel rushed. It's so nice when someone cares enough about you when you are making a big decision. Purchased my first Mercedes at New Country 10 years ago after a year of looking for the right pre owned car and price, mileage, year were the best available at the time. They were easy to work with and provided a great car buying experience. Since driving through Hartford is not my idea of convenient I had it serviced elsewhere and have not been back to their dealership until now. We started looking online at pre owned Mercedes this fall, focusing on C300's since many of the 2010/2011 models were coming off lease and after owning a rear wheel drive the C300's all wheel drive was just what we needed living in New England. We decided that the 2010 was the best value for our budget if we could find one with lower mileage and priced below 25k. We found tons of inventory at first and New Country always beat the competitors sites on pricing so as new year approached and inventory dwindled we decided to take the leap and purchase one. Choices were limited and most were over 25K and had mileage over 40,000. In addition, most available inventory were sport models and lacked the packages we wanted IE: luxury ride, navigation, voice command, etc. Then we looked at New Country's site. They had just the car we were looking for with only 27K in mileage, fresh off a lease with all the packages we wanted. They were having an end of year sale event and the pricing was the best out there (we verified by researching online). In addition Mercedes was offering 1.99% financing and picking up the first two payments! We drove in without an appointment and were greeted by one of the sales managers, Christy who was friendly and professional. Even though it was a Saturday and the showroom was extremely busy with customers, she assured us that a salesperson would be available in a few minutes. Christy brought us to their customer lounge area offering us beverages and snacks while we waited. The wait was short, within 3 minutes she was back and introduced us to Don Salierno as our sales rep. Don is great! A real professional knowledgable, helpful and down to earth with a great sense of humor. He was patient in answering our questions and worked hard to provide everything we were asking for. We loved the car and decided to purchase. The vehicle was not certified and Don provided us the financial scenarios of getting it certified or not. With the low financing being offered along with the fair trade they offered, the certification was a no brainer and we're glad we did it. Don informed us that since it was Saturday they needed time to get it certified since it involves going through everything on the car. He said it would be ready Monday but we chose Tuesday morning to pick it up. Tuesday morning came and Don called to let us know that they were running behind and afternoon would be better. When we picked up the car we found out why, during the certification process they found a leak in the transfer case (an $800 repair!) and the battery didn't meet the standards. Because Don helped us in making the right decision in getting the car certified we saved almost a thousand dollars in repairs (half the cert cost right back) and the car is now perfect! Don then walked us through the car's features helping to set up our phones, start satellite radio trial and overall make us comfortable with our purchase. We never felt rushed and truly enjoyed working with Don and jarrod the business manager who was fantastic. Being value/price driven consumers it's our nature to shop around but New Country and Don keep us coming back. I'm sure we'll be buying our next car there so don't retire anytime soon!

We came along way to get to New Country from Southampton NY to buy a Certified Pre Owned 2012 S550 that we had seen online. We searched for over two months for the right car, and while we found several cars at several dealers, we couldn't find a dealer we trusted on several levels, until we found New Country. The experience here was outstanding. The showroom, the staff, and most significantly our sales associate, Staci Davis (and Sales Manager Kristi Williamson) were absolutely amazing. I have probably purchased over 30 new cars in my life, including 2 other MB's before this S Class and I have to say these young ladies are in a class by themselves. I put them under extreme pressure to make this deal in a short time line, (so We could catch a ferry back to Southampton, NY---- Yes, we went to great effort, expense and time to go to New Country as opposed to the 6-8 dealers much closer to me on Long Island and NYC). The decision was simply due to the manner in which Staci Davis handled me via email and phone before we planned our visit- A remarkably responsive, professional and knowledgeable young lady- (and lovely as well) The showroom is amazingly well represented as well. Over the years, I've been to probably every MB dealer in the tri state area, including several in Florida and can confidently say that none come even close to this operation. I have never been in a dealership with more activity, a more comfortable vibe, and a more pleasant staff. There were probably 5-7 sales associates (Most of whom we're dealing with potential buyers of their own- this place moves cars!!) , and 6-7 other assorted employees, and each one treated us as though we were their own customer. Professional, well dressed, clean and very personable. This truly was a one of a kind car buying experience for my wife and I. I have already decided that we will continue to trek to New Country for all our future service needs (as expensive and difficult it is for us between ferry's, travel time, etc,) and I can't imagine even buying a car anywhere else in the future- ( Hopefully Staci will still be there in 2-3 years! In fact MBUSA should use this dealership to school most of the other Benz dealers in the tristate area. One tip when buying CPO- this was the first time We didn't buy new- and I was lucky to avoid a major mistake! Make sure you understand the difference between a manufacturers certified pre owned classification (and extended warranty) from an authorized MB dealer verses a generic dealer's version. There is a VERY significant difference and other dealers will lie about warranty coverage through MB! PS- I put 1,500 miles on the car thus far- and there isn't a single flaw I can find in or out! An Amazing Vehicle!

I would like to state how happy I am with the sales and service team at New Country. First I would like to thank Billy Tsikrikis, my client advisor who took me from day 1 and continues to be of great help to me. I had to also have some service done which New Country stood behind the Certification when there were a couple of small issues that were unnoticeable until I had a the car for about a week. The customer service I received from John Thompson service advisor was how it should be everywhere friendly and knowledgeable in keeping me current on the my cars one day stay with the privilege of a loaner car that was brand new. My car was improved by its service but the key thing is on the surface you could not tell it had service. The quality of repairs was top notch and caused by a previous person. I thank them for just doing the right thing in replacing the parts with new ones. The facility is immaculate, the buying process was not adversarial but reasonable including options that the car did not come with as part of the sale. I can honestly say that they will continue to receive my business in service and sales if I can let this BMW go to one of my children. I chose the Used Car Certification rather than going to the used car dealer down the street do to the extended service agreement I was able to receive, which covers so many things it would take a long time to mention them all, but I can say briefly it covers oils changes, engine, transmission, brakes, rotors etc. up to 100,000 miles. If I went to the used car dealer, never mind about their lack of expertise in BMW's but you get a basic 30 day 1000 mile warranty. It appears based upon the above 5 star system that 5 is the high score but I would still give it a 10. I never felt worried with this purchase from when I walked in the door to now. I would also like to thank the numerous other employee's behind the scenes as it takes a full crew to keep up the high standards New Country has set for themselves. Everyone that I saw had a hello or can I help you in a kind and courteous manner. It has been a pleasure.

Not only did Cherif at New Country MB give me the best deal on the whole East Coast, he blew everyone else's prices out of the water! With the most incredible customer service I've ever witnessed, he made the buying process fast, simple, and definitely as enjoyable as it should be. I'm from Brooklyn, New York so traveling there was a problem for me. But not for him. He got my new baby cleaned, detailed and inspected, and not only did he bring it to New York, but the car came here on a Flat-bed Truck!! No extra mileage or wear for me to worry about! Two weeks ago I took delivery of a 2014 BMW 328i Sports Wagon from New Country BMW - my third car from this dealership. The first two were M3s so Im familiar with the 3 series generally. The 328i Sports Wagon handles beautifully. This is my first BMW with automatic transmission; its so responsive that I havent used the manual mode yet. I enjoyed working with Chris Sizer who is both personable and knowledgeable and helped me choose the right package, and the options to build the car I wanted, then patiently talked me through the 13-week wait till it arrived, and took the time to follow up after I got the car. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Chris Sizer and New Country BMW!

My wife and I had the best car buying experience we've ever experienced at New Country Motor Cars. I've owned probably 15 cars, nearly all Toyotas. This was our first time visiting a Mercedes dealership together. Our salesperson, Cherif Diouf, was helpful, thoughtful, courteous and kind. He listened to what we wanted - and carefully guided us through our choices. We purchased a pre-owned certified 2011 E 350 sedan. We drove two cars - and decided the room, comfort and performance of this vehicle was exactly to our liking. Cherif never pressured us - just led us through the process - and stayed with it from our initial visit to our purchase three days later. Cherif took time for us on his day off to make sure that our insurance and other details were taken care of. Our overall experience was pretty much seamless. If you're interested in buying a Mercedes I'd have to say check out this dealership, and definitely ask for Cherif Diouf to be your sales advisor. Great job. Hope it's the start of a beautiful relationship.

Can't say enough! I was so impressed with New Country and my sales consultant, Cherif Diouf, who went above and beyond that I would never go anywhere else! I am a very particular customer and shopped at various MB dealers in the area, but none compared to New Country! New Country has such a warm and welcoming community. From the start, I was treated with the upmost respect, professionalism, and customer service. As a young, new, and first time MB buyer, I was had many thoughts and questions. We have purchased two cars through New Country Mercedes. Silvio is a great guy and salesman always going out of his way to help his customer. The parts department is always helpful with the special requests and is always pleasant to deal with. Where the dealership really shines is in the service department. Everyone is excellent to work with. The cars are always serviced quickly and competently and returned in prestine condition. There is always a clean loaner ready to go. We recently purchased a C300 from New Country and we dealt with Cherif. He was by far the most relaxed, caring, professional car salesman we have every dealt with!! He never pressured us and made it perfectly clear that our satisfaction was job #1. Shortly after we bought the car, our other mercedes needed a repair that could have been costly. The service department, Brenda, created an appointment on the spot and took care of the issue in a couple of hours. They went out of their way to assist us and were more than fair about the cost of the repair. This dealership really focused on our satisfaction and have our utmost loyalty at this point. We like Mercedes because of the quality and are willing to make the stretch for that reason. When calling to book service appointments I always ask to speak to the Customer Care Manager, Julie Paiva. Julie has always been great to speak to and I feel she honestly cares about the customers and is never too busy to listen to any concerns. She has always been understanding of my crazy work schedule and has always made scheduling a service convenient. I can understand why New Country gave her this tittle. Quality customer service is hard to find these days and has drastically changed with technology, it is refreshing to deal with Julie's pleasant manner instead of a recording or a person who obviously does not want to be bothered. Our experience all started with an internet special on a used truck & a phone call to Nelson Daswani this past Friday. Even though we live 3 hours away in New York Nelson surely made this transaction a very simple and easy one for us. We were able to meet with him on Saturday at 9:00 and we were on our way back to New York by Noon with our purchase that we are very pleased with & then some. Even though we were there for three hours our experience was outstanding with all of the kind & caring staff that we met at New Country Motors. I put in an urgent call to new country motors at 4:15 pm when I realized that my cigarette lighter was not working, meaning I would not be able to use my GPS the next morning for a trip to NYC. I was frantic. Always there to help me was Mike Conlon, my service rep, who had me bring in my GLK for service at 5 pm! I was 45 minutes away. Mike had it fixed in no time and I was on my way! I drive one hour for service at New Country Motors, but it's worth every gas dollar. Mike goes the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is taken care of. It is very reassuring to know my car is in excellent care. I cannot say enough.

I commented yesterday on the service I received from the New Country Mercedes Dealership in Hartford CT. I went above and beyond and contacted their corporate office. I received a call and was told corporate will be calling the service manager named Bill. Few minutes ago I received a call from corporate - everything Bill said to them was a complete lie. Bill when did we not bring a loaner back in time? I am beyond disgusted. He couldnt even man up to tell the truth. He had to lie to cover for himself and his staff. So basically corporate finally said there is nothing they can do for us. I was mistreated, lied about, my husband was ordered around like a 3 year old while he was waiting for an alignment and corporate didnt even have the decency to ask New Country Mercedes Service people to apologize to us for the nightmare they put us through yesterday morning. All I wanted was the loaner I asked for when I originally scheduled an appointment for an alignment. I am shocked that we dont even get an apology. People what happened to customer service? What happened to people being nice and honest and understanding? What happened with companies such as Mercedes to put customers first? This was supposed to be the most simple service appointment ever. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an alignment. I asked for a loaner. It was confirmed that I can get a loaner for a simple service such as an alignment. On the day of the appointment 3 different people from the dealership confirmed that I should get a loaner since it is mentioned in the computer. Brenda said "NO" b/c obviously she is blind and cant see what her fellow co-workers see. My husband was waiting from 9:30am - 2:00pm for an alignment in the waiting room. And Bill covered everyones butt by lying that they no longer trust us with their loaners b/c we never bring the loaners back in time. Dear people reading this, there was never a time when we held a loaner or received a call from the dealership that we kept the loaner too long. We never damaged or trashed or did anything else of the sort to any loaner or any rental. I am happy to pick up our SUV GL550 as soon as it is fixed. My SUV is the most comfortable for my family and I b/c my 3 yr old quietly sits and watches his cartoons in our GL550. I still dont know the real reason Brenda did not give a loaner to my husband. 3 different reasons were given - 1) It doesnt say in the computer that we asked for one. 2) They made a mistake and they dont give out loaners for simple appointments such as an alignment and 3) m favorite one - we never bring their loaners back in time. -

Had several awful experiences with service. Today's appt was my last. I will drive out of my way to get better service. Husband and I purchased brand new tires and had Mercedes put them on and do an alignment. A little over a month later my husband notices the back tires are losing tread fast. The alignment was not done properly. I make an appointment for another alignment a week ahead and ask for a loaner. I was told at that time that an alignment takes about two hours or more and therefore, a loaner is appropriate for this type of service. On the day of the service, husband calls me from the dealership- we are expected to pay for this new alignment and he is not getting a loaner. I made 20 phone calls to try to rectify the issue with the loaner as my husband had several errands to run. Brenda Sostre, our adviser, told us we are not getting a loaner and that is the bottom line although 2 other people from the dealership told me that they can see in the computer that we are supposed to get a loaner. He was sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours. I called corporate and filed a complaint. I want paperwork showing the alignment was done properly first time around and if it was not then why should I pay for it again.....but no one knows where the paperwork is. Tires are 2 months old and are ruined. These tires cost an arm and a leg. Brenda tells my husband it is normal that you are losing tread fast...it is because you have large rims. THEY ARE ORIGINAL MERCEDES RIMS BRENDA!!

Mirela's first question was "who is the car for?" Instantly impressed with this. We spent the whole morning with her and her knowledge was fantastic. They allowed us to take the car to an independent mechanic to look it over. Once we got the results from our mechanic, she pulled out her reports on the spot. Her professionalism and help made this an exciting venture! We will be a repeat customer, for sure!

I had a flat tire - had run over a nail driving into Farmington - and was rescued by James Blancas who came from New Country Motors and fixed the tire while I waited. We are from the Shoreline and didn't buy our car from New Country but Mercedes sent them out and since I had a return trip to make, it was a big relief to get the tire fixed instead of having to use the spare and then having to go to our own dealership the next day. We love our GLK 350 and must say this last visit on Monday Feb. 18, 2013 was excellent. Mr. Jason Lewis helped us from when we got there at 10:41am, 11 minutes later than what we had planned, but did call and talked with Tracy about being late. Mr. Lewis was very prompt and courteous and notified us of what the problem was with the radio dial. He also told us how long it would possibly take. He did check up on us to see how we WERE DOING THE ENTIRE TIME WE WERE THERE. When he came back to let us know the car was all set, he told us that they had fixed the thermostat in the GLK because it had showed up on their computer. The staff went above and beyond what they had to do. Thank you for your impeccable service.

Overall great experience. Amazingly friendly staff. We came in wanting a specific model and specific color (both exterior and interior). Christopher Langley, Kristi Williamson and Don Salierno all worked together to find us our new car, giving us a follow up phone call and several emails over a couple weeks. We were with our 4 year old and everyone made the visit pleasant for all of us. They covered everything thoroughly, both with the features of the car and with the finances. This was in stark contrast to our experiences at Land Rover in Avon, MA and even at the Benz dealer where we bought our last SUV. Highly recommended.

I had problem starting the car just few days after my service A here for which I paid around $400 for my 2006 Mercedes 2006. I went to the service center with the problem. I told them I have intermittent problems in starting and the message that pops up is "battery alternator, visit workshop". They told me that they checked the battery and alternator and there was no problem in my car. I returned but I continued to have the problem again. I called them and left a message but never got call back.The service director howvere answered to my email about the whole situation and tried to help me to get an appointment again. This time they told me that my car needs a battery and an alternator which would cost around $1700.Either they did not check my battery during the service A and my subsequent visit. Also they told me specifically on my second visit that they checked my battery and alternator and had no problem with them. I do not know how to and what to believe. I now am wondering if they do all other tjings in the servicing properly or not, or if we just pay for nothing. Also dont know if they really find a ny problem the last time or just said it like that.It was a very very bad experience. I was so pissed off that I am thinking of changing my plan I had of buying another Mercedes from this dealer.Also I am never coming back for any service here.

Dealer ignored repeated reports of steering knock, unusual tire wear and related steering/suspension concerns, starting at first scheduled service of 2010 C-300 Sport. Experienced failure of tie-rod and bearing on freeway, with my wife and children aboard. Dealer replaced bearing and tie-rod under warrantee (no cost to them), and refused to accept any responsibility for avoidable tire damage and risk of life. Incompetence and/or lack of integrity?

I just picked up my Smart car 2 days ago. I have not had a new car in years. I was very happy with the down to earth treatment and the process went smoothly. Great hospitality and the car is wonderful. I wish they were a little bit closer to where I live, because I'd much rather deal with them for service rather a closer dealership. We just happened to be in town one day for a festival and picked them out for the test drive. I'm glad I did!

I visited New Country looking to buy a a new GL. I walked in and was not greeted, staff were seemingly looking to avoid me, and when I finally approached a sales person, they treated me as if they had something better to do with their time. As a business owner who is very akin to professional customer service, I must honestly say I have no idea how this dealership can maintain business. I wash shocked at other rave reviews, because my experience at New Country was one of the worst I've ever had at a dealership. They lost my business and recommendations.

These men will look in your eyes and lie without a single blink. At first they lied about the date when my warranty expired. Then they said that they couldn't pull up the entire warranty file for my vehicle because there computer system would not allow them to do that. After they told me that I called MBUSA and they told me that every dealership has access to it and that they are full of it. After the MBUSA spoke with Bill they told me that I had burnt CDs in my disc changer which broke the Commando system which would cost $2500 to change. At the time I had one cd in the changer which was an original. If you do have your car worked on here request you have another adviser help you. And if anyone from the MBUSA Corprate is reading this I hope you change the people working for you. These people are the face of your company. Thanks to Bill and Mike this is the last Benz that I will ever have.

Hello, I bought my C Class at New Country a few weeks ago and totally love it! I went in for a service call yesturday because there was some hard water spots on my black car and I had a hard time removing them, it happened to be that I was using a bad car wash. Mike Conlon, Assistant Service Manager was very attentive and listen to my concern. Mike along with the Detail Manager not only educated me on the products that should be used but asked me if I had any other questions about the car and any concerns. He also assited me in setting up my garage door opener, which I planned on doing myself but he did it right than and there for me and even provided me with a video of how to. I emalied Don Saliermo on a Sunday night with my concern and Don returned my email within a few minutes. These guys are great in Customer Support I will refer them to anyone, they go above and beyond for a customer. New Country Mercedes shows that they have a great team working for them

We just leased a 2012 MB C300 4Matic from New Country Mercedes in Hartford CT. It is just about a one hour drive from our home in Massachusetts, but well worth it. I called the dealership on Tuesday and spoke with our salesman Dean and determined the specific car we were interested in leasing. Dean had the exact car ready for us when we arrived later that evening. Dean was very professional and courteous during the entire process. It was not what I had expected from a large city dealership and we were pleasantly surprised.The entire process was very streamlined and hassle-free. I had done my homework with regard to the value of my trade and the options on the new MB, so we wasted very little time arriving at a fair price for both. The deal was struck and happiness level had risen to "100%". We met with the sales manager Bob Ewing to discuss our financing and he was friendly and professional as well. He organized the deal and we finalized it a day later. Financing a new car can often be an unpleasant, but our experience was great!We arrived to pick up our new MB and it was prepped and ready to go. New Country had taken care of all the details of registration and inspections (even across state lines). Dean spent time with us to review all the options on the car and ensure that all of our questions were answered.The bottom line is that we will be back again and look forward to working with New Country in the future.Todd and Kimberly Green

I have never had such incredible service. Everyone was extremely nice and went out of their way to make my experience pleasurable. I was immediately set up with a rental car. I was updated daily on the progress of my car. They took care of ME not just my car. Allie was very friendly and Jason kept me informed. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

C300 4matic Mercedes is an awesome car. If you live in CT, ignore other mercedes benz dealer and go to New country mercedes. By the way you can negotiate the car's price :)

Before I got to this dealership, I was already set on buying a smart car. I was making the trip after having gone to the smart center in Fairfield, CT. I did not find exactly what I wanted in my smart and knew there was only one other smart center in CT; New Country Mercedes Benz. When I walked through the doors, I was immediately greeted by someone who asked how they could help. I mentioned my interest in the smart and he said he would grab someone for me. Dean came over and introduced himself to me and 3 others who came with me. We looked at 3 different smarts and compared the pricing of all of them. I wanted the Highline radio system and only one had it; the one I bought. We sat down to do all of the paperwork and Dean asked the right questions to make me feel like I was getting a deal on my trade-in. I received a fair price and was given helpful advice in regards to some modifications I had done to my previous car. This would be the first car I ever bought and I had little credit but was told I would have to wait until Monday to hear the decision, as I did not notice it was past their closing time and Dean never rushed or failed to explain anything! He even took the time to joke and tell us a personal story; what an amazing view Dean!Monday rolled around and I got a call from Dean who worked out a deal with MBF, and approved me for 0% financing and can finalize the sale on Tuesday! After finalizing everything, Dean taught me the functions of the car. He did not have an overwhelming knowledge of the smart car, but was nice because I felt he was genuinely learning with me. I was able to teach him the voice recognition feature Wilma (my smart car) offers. He sincerely listened to everything both my "entourage" and I had to say.I drove off the lot a very happy customer and look forward to one day returning for another car!I can't thank them enough for treating me no different then someone looking to buy a much more expensive car or someone much older then me (22).Thanks for helping me make the "smart" decision!

I brought my Mercedes E-320 in for service the day after thanksgiving 2011 but forgot that my work laptop and lcd projector were in the trunk. The dealership performed the service and told me my car was ready it was parked inside the bay backed tightly against the wall so I didn't have access to the trunk. I brought the car home and put it into the garage and didn't discover until monday morning that the trunk was nicely vacumed but my laptop and lcd projector were missing. I immediately called the dealership and was told they would look for my missing items. Later that day I was told that the people clean the cars after service are private contrators and the dealership is not responsible for the stilden items. My warning is do not have your your vehicle serviced at this dealership unless you have removed all items of value first!

My experience with New Country was exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting with a sales rep, by the name of Mirela Cristache. I felt very at ease and comfortable with this representative, and she was able to provide exactly what I wanted. Also, a co-rep, by the name of Scott, provided a very comprehesive education with the vehicle and its capabilites. I am extremely pleased with the service at New Country Mercedes, and will continue to utilize their excellent salesmenship

DISHONEST and UNREASONABLE service department . I brought my Mercedes C280 to this dealership a few weeks ago to have some emissions repairs done. My check engine light was on and was being caused by an oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced. New Country Mercedes told me that sometimes corroded wiring to the sensor causes the check engine light to turn on. I paid them $350 to clean the wiring hoping that this would be a quick fix to the problem. The check engine light came back on about an hour after I picked up the car....hence problem not solved. When I called back to discuss next steps, the service consultant told me that in this particular model, the oxygen sensor is located above the exhaust pipe and that in order to get to it, the exhaust pipe had to be removed. He claimed that the exhaust system was "heavily rusted" and guaranteed that it would break when removed just to access the sensors. This would have cost thousands of dollars between replacing the exhaust and the sensor....at least I ASSUME it would have...after they had my $350, they pretty much completely cut off contact with me and didnt even return some voicemails I left. In the meantime, I went to a local independent non-mercedes mechanic. They told me that there was absolutely NO RUST under my car and that they were actually shocked at how good of condition the car was in for its age. They also told me that the exhaust DID NOT need to be removed to replace the sensors! This mechanic replaced the sensors successfully without removing the exhaust and I have been driving my benz for a few weeks now and no check engine light and it passed emissions. To be honest, I am completely shocked at the utter lack of credibility I discovered at New Country Mercedes from this experience. They blatently LIED to me about the condition of my car to scam me into giving them more business by having them replace additional parts that were in good condition. My independent mechanic that doesnt even specialize in Mercedes blew them out of the water when it came to correctly diagnosing the problem and providing quality service. Since my phone calls were being completely ignored, I physically went to the dealership in person to attempt to get at least a partial refund since the attempted repair didnt work out and I had the problem solved for cheaper elsewhere. The service consultant and service manager were extremely rude, unreasonable, and unflexible to at least give me a partial refund. They refused to give me any money back. I am offended at how I was treated. This dealership has permanently lost me as a customer over this experience. Apparently keeping my measly $350 in the short term is more important to New Country Mercedes than keeping a customer satisfied to retain future business.

I have been in to the dealership several times looking and finally to buy a new vehicle. There has been only one salesman who has dwarfed the rest. Dean DiBella has been on the front line every time I have dealt with the dealership. His efforts to always be on the front line have proved to be effective. While the negotiations have always been extensive they have proven to work themselves out. Even thought some things have always been the same Dean continually tries to change them to make things better. If you are going to go into this dealership I highly recommend you speak to Dean, you will not be disappointed.

I don't know who left a poor rating, but the Dealership is outstanding. The Parts Department has been exemplary in comparison to my Mercedes experiences in Charleston, SC and Jacksonville, FL. They are considerate and enthusiastic about what they do. In short, it's very evident that those in the Parts Department like their job.My E Class is getting old, so I did speak with Dean DiBella in the Sales Department about purchasing a vehicle. His personality is well suited for a position in Sales and his demeanor was cool and concerned. I felt as though he was truly listening to "me" and not a "commission." Though I decided to keep my present Mercedes for now, I look forward to dealing withe Mr. DiBella or another associate of his calibar. He represented the dealership in a very confident and respectable manner, and THAT will bring me back to the lot when I do decide to buy a newer Mercedes. Only problem for New Country is that my Mercedes keeps going and going!

Completely arrogant! The other day I went to test drive a vehicle that had taken weeks to become available. Upon entering the dealership there was nobody around to help. I located the manager who asked me "to wait a minute"; so he could finish some paperwork. It was the most sterile environment I'd ever experienced - having test driven 5 cars in the last few weeks that says something. The sales associate was actually worse! He could not have been less interested in helping me. Who trains these people on customer service? No friendly smile. No questions of interest in getting to know you - the CUSTOMER! They gave no compelling reasons to even buy a car from them versus another Mini dealer when I asked. The only item they could list was "we have a good service department";. He was so arrogant and totally unfriendly that I would willingly spend $1,000 more at another Mini dealer just if they sincerely said 'hello'. Bad vibe here! Stay away!

I am an area business owner and was recently in a serious accident, with injuries. My car was totaled, so I found a great private-party deal on a used Mercedes and decided to have it serviced an hour and a half from my home at New Country in Hartford after purchase. I typically have my CLK 500 serviced there, so I was looking forward to the service. As I sat in their waiting area for the entire day, I learned that the spark plugs and wires were broken by the mechanic during the tune-up, which ended up as $600 my cost. I figured that it was a used car, they might have been worn, so fine. At the end of the visit, I went to pay a bill for $2103.25, and since I just depleted my expenses debit account with the recent car purchase (and have other pending bills), I figured that I would write a check off of my other bank account with branches throughout MA. Long story short, the check was not "acceptable" as payment, despite having my bank branch manager call (this was at 5 minutes to 5 pm) to verify that I had plenty of funds to cover such a check. I have never had a payment problem in my life, and they treated me like some low-life, especially a "Julie" and "Ben Frost" the supposed general manager. I have always payed using a check, and I wish that I had known that they no longer intended to accept this as payment from me. I had to leave my car with them overnight, find a rental (my cost, of course!) to get home, and have the $2103.25 in cash the next day in order to get my car back. Chris Langley and Andy sold me many cars in the past, (bought in cash) and despite this, they were not willing to reconsider, merely stating that it is "policy" Another of their colleagues told me later that they were treating me this way because I did not end up buying the car from their sales dept. so "don't expect special treatment!!!" I was not asking for special treatment, but as a business owner, I too take checks at my full discretion, but considering my customer loyalty, many past purchases, and endorsement from the bank manager, I would surely have been comfortable taking a check from a customer such as myself. So why would a reputable business prefer cash only? Oh well, bring lots of paper cash or a credit card. I personally would just stay away from the place, but they are unfortunately the only Mercedes act in town. That is my personal experience in a nutshell. I might even switch back to Audi or BMW if a Mercedes dealership does not re-open in West Springfield. At least Fathers and Sons of West Springfield has some integrity.

I've bought several Mercedes from this dealership and unfortunately had several problems, however they were always helpful and took care of the issues right away. Even though I walked into the dealership at the age of 20 to buy my first one, I was treated with complete respect from day one.I understand cars aren't going to run perfectly, however it's how the issues are handled that is important to me. New Country sets the bar for quality service.
