I live in Staten Island, NY and traveled over 60 miles to purchase a Used 2016 CPO Porsche Cayenne from New Country Porsche sight unseen.When I called to inquire about the vehicle, I was directed to my Sales Ambassador, Fred Adler. Fred is the consummate sales professional. He went over all of the vehicle's details over the phone with me. Plus, he initiated the pre-sales process over the phone.Upon meeting Fred in person, he is professional, friendly and engaging a pleasure to work with. Fred went over the entire vehicle with me to my satisfaction. The car is perfect in every way, absolutely no issues and Im a nit picker. Also, Fred was also able to get me a fair price for my trade-in.I am very pleased with Fred and the way that he handled the whole process from pre-sales to delivery of the vehicle. I highly recommend Fred.Thereafter, Fred introduced me to the Service Manager (Rafael Almonte), Used Sale Manager (Rich Del Mazzio) and to the Business Manager (Noah Davis).Unlike other dealers where one has to sit and wait to be handed over from one person in the process to the next, New Country's process is slick, streamlined with no wasting of time.The entire process is efficient and quick. Also, being 69 years old, I really appreciated the no pressure to buy what I don't need or want in the way of add-ons.I have purchased three Porsches in the past from different authorized dealers in three different states. New Country is by far the best and worth the trip no matter how far away you are.I will definitely buy from them again.

I have purchased more than 20 cars, it may not be the most, however the New Country Porsche of Greenwich was the best experience of all the cars I have purchased. The sales person, Aldo Camara, understood our needs and during the test drive time, showed all the benefits and performance of the vehicle we eventually purchased. I first met Patrizio when buying my first Porsche. The new Cayman S deal he posted on the Internet seemed almost too good to be true: I did some shopping around, and nothing else came even close. "Check this, this and that," another dealer at another shop told me. "If it is as written, get it before it's gone." I checked -- it was. That was two years ago. Cayman S was a fantastic car -- but for every good car there is a better one, and then there's GT4. I was lucky to get an allocation, never mind the build date was not until 6 or so months ahead. Patrizio stayed in touch giving me monthly updates, until the car was finally here! The transaction itself was as easy as buying a loaf of bread (albeit a pricy one). Noah was as helpful, efficient and professional as a business manager can ever be. The paperwork didn't take any more time than it took me to finish my cappuccino. I don't intend to part with my GT4 any time soon, but if I'm in the market for another Porsche, I know where I'll come shopping for it. Oh, and did I mention their mechanics are great, too?

run from this dealership! ,,,,totally unethical customer experience,,,they sold me a car for over $30,000 with a faulty transmission that broke in less than 30 days. When I emailed them to notify them -- they asked me why I was asking them ???? they only want your money -- never been treated worse by a dealer in my life ,,,I am notifying the consumer affairs and the state attorney general so other customers don't get ripped off by new country Porsche of conn.,,,,they are a very sad representation of Porsche brand and I am writing to Porsche USA and Germany to notify them of this unethical dealership !!!

Very professional and very easy to deal with. Rich introduced himself and thanked me for the purchase, this is not normal at most dealers in my area. Patrizio was helpful in showing my wife what he new about her new Range Rover Sport and recommend a great restaurant for lunch. The purchase was simple and done in no time. Noah had all the paperwork prepared for our 11:30 arrival and we were completed by noon and on the road to home.

I found the car I was looking for online and emailed inquiry. The Sale person called me the next day. Within an hour of back and forth via phone and email correspondences the deposit and paperwork was done. The finance paper in the office was done in less than 10 minutes super quick and friendly. We have looked at the Cayanne GTS for sometime now and did not want to pay over $100K for a car. I have been watching the Porche certified used car list nation wide and would have no problem flying to what ever state had the car of our dreams. When this GTS came up on line we went to look at it and Aldo was our sales person. He was very informative and did not pressure us. We came back to rest drive a week later. We fell in love with the car and though the car did not have all the options we wanted we loved the car. We negotiated with Aldo and his management and was hoping to get a great deal being the end of the year. We did not get a deal but felt it was a fair price. The day we saw Aldo for the test drive was his last day before his vacation. So as we finalized the deal his associates had to take over. We were impressed how well Noah and Bill handled financing and delivery of the car. It was seem less. i was introduced to the service department which reviewed the service records of the car and informed me when next service was due. We also met Jack in parts who was wonderful helping us pick out some needed Accesories. Could be more happy with our purchase and plan on being in the Porcge family for many years to come.

We bought a CPO 2014 Porsche Cayenne from Patrizio. Over the course of two weeks Patrizio answered all my questions and educated us on the car, Porsche brand, and the CPO warranty.By the time we entered the dealership, all the details had been ironed out, we took the Cayenne for a drive, Patrizio went thoroughly through the car, and we were out of Greenwich in 45 minutes. I had numerous problems with my 2013 911 C4S, and on several occasions I had to bring the car back for service for the same issue two or three times. I switched to another dealer, who was able to fix everything. The other dealer also looked at a 2011 Cayenne that New Country had serviced, and noticed improper work that had led to oil being splattered all over the inside of the hood. I expect much more from a Porsche service center.

I was in the market for a used car recently and found that New Country Porsche had one of the best prices in the nation on the one I was interested in. I contacted them by phone and was routed to Rich the sales manager. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions within a very short period over the phone and via E-mail. Being from out of state I was concerned with how the transfer would work. He was too and had to go through a special approval process with his management. Once this was cleared the transaction carried forward without a hitch. I was able to process most of the paperwork remotely and would have been able to process all of it but decided to fly in and pickup the car instead of having it shipped. Ed from the dealership picked me up at the airport and drove me to the dealership. Once there Noah spent 10-15 min with me filling out paperwork. Ten minutes later I had the keys and was driving off the lot. The transaction was painless. They used a 3rd party company to process the title, registration, and plates for the out of state purchase. They collected all of the taxes there and passed them back to my state's DMV. That too was a very easy process for me. The plates and title arrived before the temp tag expired. In all the whole transaction process and the vehicle itself exceeded all of my expectations. The dealership is easy to deal with and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

And I walked the sales floor and the newer Turbo caught my eye. My salesman, Aldo, explained the new technology, and I was intrigued. I have a Porsche Dealership within five miles of my house but literally can't stand the attitude of the sales people. At New Country of Greenwich the treatment is first rate. On both occasions that I visited the showroom the vehicle was waiting to be driven and on both occasions the weather was less than ideal but the car was sparkling. Fred, the salesman was friendly and thorough in helping me to understand the features of the car. Hopefully this experience will lead to the purchase of a vehicle from this dealership. Even if it doesn't I would highly recommend them.

One of the best buying experiences I have had. I bought a 997 turbo sight unseen and the car was everything that the team at New-Country said it would be. Everyone made sure that all of my expectations were met 100%, and if there were any questions they were there any time I had them.After the sale, they made sure that the car was everything they said it was, and when there were any deviations to the smallest detail to that, they made it right. I can't say enough about this place, no pressure, good negotiating, and great customer service. I will deal with them again in the future.Special thanks to Sajjad, Noah, and Rich! Even dealing with 3 different people, I felt like each of them had the same goal and passion in what they do. After dealing with quite a few dealers looking for the right car and having multiple salesmen not return calls, flake out, etc... My sales experience in Greenwich was a stark contrast. Patrizio promptly returned my call, I came down and test drove and purchased same day with zero issues. The price was very competitive. They really went the extra mile even though the Cayenne turbo I purchased was most likely one of the lowest priced vehicles on the lot. Patrizio will be the first I contact when I get enough garage space for a 911!

I recently bought a certified previously owned Boxster from New Country Porsche. Rich Del Mazzio was my salesman. Having purchased many cars, new and used, over the years I was not prepared for the pampering I as about to receive. The car they had was the car I wanted at a price i was willing to pay. That part was over before I drove into the dealership. But I had never driven the car and needed to make sure I was making the right choice. Rich spent a tremendous amount of time with me showing me and explaining to me every feature the car offered. Giving me insight into what my ownership and driving experience would be like. He introduced me to all of the dealership people I would deb dealing with. By the end of my visit I was ready to buy. But, I decided to sleep on it rather than act impulsively. In other situations thats exactly where the pressure would have been ramped-up. No salesman wants to see a ready customer walk out the door without closing. But Rich could not have been more understanding. When I returned two days later to close the deal Rich took even more time with me. By the time we were done the car was set up for me and I was very confident in my knowledge of its operation. Rich could not have been more helpful! A few days later when I was having difficulty linking my garage door opener to the controller in the car I called Rich. I don't think he was at work, but stayed with me through the whole process until everything worked perfectly. For some sales people it's all over once the deal is done, not with Rich. I know he will be there whenever I need him. This was truly the best customer service experience of my life!

This is my second Porsche and my first experience with New Country. I worked mainly with Rich Del Mazzio and Sajjad Bhuiyan and found them both to be professional, knowledgeable and personable. However, as Rich did most of the heavy lifting, he clearly gets the gold star for his efforts. Rich always listened patiently to my questions and took me through a comprehensive answer. I explored various scenarios between a new Cayman or Boxster. From beginning to end I felt welcome by the staff. I went on multiple test drives and reviewed pricing on a potential lease. The sales staff was very supportive and never made me feel like I was bothering them with multiple test drives. In the end, a beautiful 2014 Cayman S was just traded in with barely any miles on it. New Country put a great deal together for me and I am very happy with the transaction. I liked that I was very informed yet was not pressured into any particular vehicle or accessory. As a result, I ended up with a car that was right for me and at the right price. I would recommend this dealer, and buy from them again.

After 20 years of buying Porsches around the country, I believe you might find a dealership as knowledgeable, but not one that deals as professionally, fairly and honestly. Everything related to my purchase was conveyed clearly, truthfully and in precise detail. Matt, Sajjad and Noah are consummate professionals, bar none. The car I purchased performs as promised and it was delivered in absolutely immaculate condition, commensurate with the price of the car. Aldo was great. very knowledgeable and personable. Noah was very efficient in the closing.love the car.only comments are that the cost of the add ons for dings, dents, tire/wheel replacement, and interior/ exterior cleaning is a little pricey. The cost of the lease is a lot more for a similar priced vehicle from a competitor is considerably less. however, both Aldo and Noah explained to me the reasons. finally, would have liked to have the abililty to initiate phone calls handsfree or having to use Siri on my I phone. still, very happy with the Porsche. there is no substitute.

Rich worked extremely hard and knew how much I wanted a Macan. He worked and followed up during his paternity leave, even thought I said I could wait. And has followed up since. My entire experience with the many visits to see Aldo, and seeing Noah a few times was always pleasant and professional. It was a great experience, and I hope to do it again, although I am treating the Macan like a new born baby, and only drive it on nice days. Aldo always had the answers to my questions during the waiting period, and when i put the deposit down in September he said it would be built in April and delivered in May, and that is what happened.

This was the 6th car I have purchased from the Greenwich Porsche dealership . If it was not for Rich Delmazzio and a exceptional service department i would have left to purchase from another dealer. I felt that Rich was was truthful, honest and showed integrity. Several times prior to this purchase I came into the dealership and Rich took time to answer my questions and review pricing on several cars when he was not even my salesperson . Getting me into the right car was more important to him then making a sale. Rich earned my trust and put me into the right car after listening to the issues I had in the past . He went out of his way to help me even though he thought someone else in the department would be getting the sale. He is a nice guy who is an asset to your company , I had alot of issues with my 2008 Cayenne Turbo after it went out of warranty. James Kennel did an excellent Job explainig issues and recommending work to be done . Steve Edmond went above and beyond all expectation when he worked with Porsche to split some of the cost for items that should never have failed on a car with 60,000 miles. Steve is the best service manager you ever had there and Jimmy always goes the extra mile. I was a customer of the dealership when it was still owned by Pray. My experience with Porsche of Greenwich and my sales person, Rich Del Mazzio, was terrific. Rich was very focused on making sure I purchased the car that fit what I was looking for and served as an advisor vs selling me. He was always willing to spend time with me to test drive the car, answer questions, discuss the various features, etc and was very knowledgeable. I built a car to the specifications I wanted and Rich was proactive keeping me updated on the status of the car. Additionally, the delivery process in terms of the paperwork, license plates, etc was very easy. I have owned several BMW's and Range Rover's and this is my first Porsche and the overall experience could not have been more positive. I highly recommend Porsche of Greenwich.

Visited the showroom thinking about trading in my Jag XKR for a Porsche (I also own a 1990 Porsche Cab). Rich DelMazzio introduced himself and was extremely helpful. Looked at and test drove a few different 911 configurations, eventually buying a S4 Cab -- with a stick, of course! From my first visit until my fourth visit to pick up the car, Rich was just great. By far the most professional and pleasant dealership I have dealt with- from sales to service to the receptionists. Usually dealing with dealers has a lot of snags or annoying aspects to it. Here there was nothing that was inconvenient. From the purchase of the car right through the service appointment. Everything was handled as if I was the only customer. They were extremely flexible and made sure they took care of things based on my schedule, not what they had open- they made sure they fit me in as needed. Clearly you are spending a lot of money on these cars, but it was very nice to be treated accordingly and unlike any other dealership i have dealt with in the past.

From accommodating my very short notice request for a test drive to responding to my follow up in queries to the final negotiations Patrizio was a pleasure to deal with: responsive but not pushy, assertive but not aggressive, courteous and knowledgeable.The lease rate was quite reasonable and exactly as advertised. Another dealer who should remain anonymous tried to convince me that the lease terms were too good to be true but true they were. From the first time I spoke with Patrizio Torregiani on the phone, I realized he was passionate and knowledgeable about Porsche cars. I immediately got the feeling I wanted to buy a car from Patrizio. He is straight forward, respectful and patient with his customers. When I decided on the car and gave him a call on a Friday evening to confirm, Patrizio was as happy as I was. From that point on things were handled quickly and smoothly via email. I never returned to the dealer until delivery day. Noah Davis took care of all my paperwork by email and the car came sooner then we anticipated. It was a pleasure working with Patrizio and Noah. I had a few requests regarding no mounting of the front plate, and no washing of the vehicle, which they noted. The car was delivered to me in the condition I had requested. I found the dealership and the sales personnnel including Patrizio, Noah and the general manger very helpful and most accomodating.What I did not like was the Porsche Financing "Customer Loyalty" program. I came to the dealer knowing about the offer to, for want of a better worrd, "pay off" my old lease if I entered into a new lease. What I learned is that the leasing transition needed to be done on the precise day of a month before the next payment was made in order not to be penalized by mandating an overlap of double payments. If it were not for the efforts of the sales team at the dealership contacting Porshe Finance in order to accomodate this significant defect(or misrepresentation) in the program I would have walked away from the lease rather than double pay-even for the 3 week period that would have been required. As it is I have double paid for a week. If the program is willing to "eat" 3 onths of payments why does it not provide for a seamleass rollover from one lease into the next?

It turns out that the toughest part for us was selecting the car we wanted. Can't express how re-assuring it feels knowing you're spending a lot of money on a luxury vehicle to have been treated so well. The car is spectacular but the service is right there with it. Rich Del Mazzio went above and beyond working within my budget, simplifying the process and taking extra time - before and after the sale - to make sure I was comfortable and understood how to operate all the features. I know I didn't buy the most expensive car at their dealership, but they made me feel like my business was highly valued and important to them. Feels good knowing I have an incredible car that was not a one-time transaction. I now also have a comfortable relationship that I can depend on for any help I need with the car moving forward. The best sales experience I have ever had. I was not rushed Rich and Todd went over every little detail with us. When we picked up the car Rich sat with us in the car and went over everything in it. Looks like we will be driving Porsche for a very long time.

I was in the market for a new vehicle. No more SUV's, kids off to school so I wanted something just for me. Something sporty yet classy. After looking into the Panamera 4, I pretty much knew what I wanted. I went into New Country Porshe and as soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly by Mr. Rich Delmazzio. Before I knew it I was on a road test and I was sold. Upon my arrival to pick up my new"Porshe"I was introduced to the general manager, Mr. Todd Bullock, who made me feel as if I was part of the family. Kuddos to Rich and Todd for a hands down, top kotch job. I will be letting my family and friends know what wonderful experience I had.

BEST IN AREA1 This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with in buying cars for over 40 years. Their pricing is competitive and better than other Porsche dealers in the area. Their staff is alert to your needs with no pressure and have always tried to get what I wanted in a timely and cost effective way. Their service department is excellent. They are highly skilled and very accommodating. I am greeted like family and treated accordingly.

UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! My car burned to the ground under their watchful eye while getting service. Story made the newspapers. Months later still no settlement. Still without a car. Much more story to come.

I own 7 porsches, 6 purchased from this dealer. They are way overprcied as is typical of a Greenwich dealer for any portion of the service. Huge reluctance to give out loaners and when they do you get a lousy Toyota Camry. Rude near abusive phone manner, faliure to deal with the most common issues in a sensible manner. Will push unecessary service options every time. Cannot be trusted in any way. Renegaded on a legitimate order and deposit for a 2010 911 GT3RS. I know because I am a buddy of the guy who eventually got MY car!
