THE WORST CAR EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! THE CAR I BOUGHT IN NOVEMBER IS NOW TOTALLED. THEY WON'T FIX IT. THE ENGINE IS BLOWN AND THE TRANSMISSION IS SHOT AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS INITIALLY TO FIX IT. THIS 7,500 DOLLAR CAR NOW NEEDS 4,000 IN REPAIRS! THEY WONT DO ANYTHING! WE ARE SCREWED. I CAN'T EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW AWFUL THIS EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN......

Great experience purchasing my vehicle here, the staff were very friendly and helpful and made the process easy and stress free. I felt reassured that I was getting a quality vehicle at a fair and reasonable price. The car was immaculate when I picked it up and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the purchase. I was very pleased with the service I received purchasing my son a used Ford (F 150?).. I think please don’t tell my son lol. However things went very smoothly everything was completed for me in a reasonable time frame and the car was cleaned and detailed to my son’s liking. The truck sounds and look good.. mind you the young sexy sales person wasn’t so bad either. So if ur looking for a used car I highly recommend checking the place out!!

I mistakenly purchased a vehicle from New England cars, and since day 1 it’s been a hassle to get things fixed. I was told certain things were replaced they weren’t Only masked up. I brought it back and left it for 2 weeks With a list of things needing repairs, I trusted they were done but since discovered they were not. Including shocks and air conditioning. I have been trying for months to get ahold of the manger zack but he keeps avoiding me. Won’t return my calls, in fact last time I called he was the one who answered but told me his name was Jeff I called today and confirmed there was no Jeff that works there. He’s never there when I go by. The salesperson has been very helpful and he is stuck in the middle because he answers the phone. I do not recommend this “business” for the reasons stated above
