My husband and I went to New Motors looking to purchase our first new car together. Seth was very helpful in assisting to help us understand the different features of the Forester and answered any question that we had regarding the Forester. Once we decided on the vehicle we wanted, Seth sat down with us and we were able to negotiate a good deal that was in our price range! We got the car we wanted (with some extra features!) for the price we wanted. Then before we left Seth went over everything about our new car with us so that we knew how all the features worked. Overall, Seth was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend that if you are looking for a new car you go see Seth! On the financial side of things, we worked with Nicole. Nicole was very helpful in helping lay out different scenarios with us and ultimately helping us get the loan that was right for us and our budget. She even called us back after we had left to tell us she had found us a better deal. We were very impressed by her determination to ensure we got the best financial deal possible. My husband and I will definitely look to New Motors in the future!

We were at New Motors for routine service on our Crosstrek. As I always do I start looking around. My husband saw me talking to a nice salesman and says "no, don't talk to her". You see that is how I ended up with my Crosstrek. I was there for routine service on my Legacy. Mike was vey helpful answering my questions and my husband just said let's talk numbers. They didn't have quite what I wanted but was assured they could deliver. They did. I now have a Forrester and Mike and the whole New Motor team makes buying a car effortless. I love my Subaru. When I shop for anything especially cars I also look at the service department. New Motors has one of the best, in my opinion. I have dealt with other Subaru service departments and New Motors wins hands down. Their upgrading of showroom and service waiting area shows that they are invested in pleasing their customers. Thank you New Motors.

We had taken our Cross trek in for routine service. And I start to look around. My husband told salesman no don't talk to her. LOL That is how I walked out with the Cross trek. Well long story short traded in for a Forrester. This was on Friday afternoon and picked up new car Following Wednesday. They didn't have what I wanted on the lot but was able to locate one for me. We could have picked up earlier but Wednesday worked for us. Everything went smoothly from the finance to the salesman explaining everything about the car. I have been very satisfied with the dealership and their service department. I have dealt with other Subaru dealers and this one is a winner.

This is our fourth Subaru, three with Shane Harney whose enthusiasm for the cars and the dealership really do the "selling" for us. New Motors has always taken good care of us with fair pricing and easy negotiating as well as great service and customer consideration. Our new Legacy seems to provide all we could wish in performance and safety - plus it's really nice looking! Now we just have to learn to use all the great extra features.

I went to New Motors to look at Subaru Foresters. It had been over 10 years since I'd bought a new car and I was a little nervous about going through the process again. Keith immediately put me at ease and could not have been more friendly and helpful. When the specific car I wanted wasn't in stock on the lot, he was able to locate a vehicle for me and the keys were in my hands in five days. I felt the price was fair, and the financing process was painless. I am thrilled with my new Subaru, and highly recommend New Motors to everyone!

I consider myself an informed buyer. I do as much research as I can before I make big purchases. I went to 3 separate dealerships on one day to test drive 4 vehicles. As soon as I arrived and walked in the door at New Motors Subaru I was greeted very personably...it wasn't a 'in your face' greeting...it was a pleasant, friendly experience. Tony was a delight to deal with from start to finish. No pressure sales. Answered all my questions professionally. Seth Murphy seemed to understand my concerns correctly. Other than a few quips and jokes from both sides, it was mostly all business and as I said above- no humbug, no nonsense- Seth was professional and helpful. He made me want to buy which was also what I wanted to do, of course. Not once did Seth deviate from the business at hand, nor did he divert me from the business at hand. I am certainly glad I came to New Motors and I am particularly happy I met Seth. I am also very happy and pleased with my new Forester. Wow...just left New Motors and had THE MOST RUDE EXPERIENCE with a salesman named Kyle. My stepdaughter asked him nicely to not laugh at her offer for a car...he just looked at her and did it again and made some snide remarks. I worked at Gary Miller some years ago and we NEVER talked to a customer like that....especially one who was going to write a check for the whole amount and close the deal right then. If you shop New Motors....steer clear of Kyle!

I shopped for a month test driving cars. Had a beautiful Lexus Is250 convertible, but going to cleveland for service was a hassle. They will pick up your car but put a lot of miles going back and forth. Tried the Audi...sales was not impressive and the car drove very stiff and soft top was loud. Tried the Mercedes, beautiful car but dealership was not impressed with didn't like how the car handled in the road ...very stiff Loved BMW dealership. Sales was extremely knowledgeable and friendly love the service package...cannot be beat and love the way my car handles. Waited a month while car was on order and they loaned me a brand new 5 series to drive while I waited for my new car... Car arrived the 22nd of December what an awesome xmas surprise. Couldn't be happier no regrets switching from Lexus

We are repeat BMW owners, and continue to appreciate Steve Quinn's expansive knowledge of the product line. He is very pleasant to work with, and does not pressure one to add features that are not suitable for the buyer. We have purchased both from on the lot inventory, and by ordering a vehicle to our specifications. Each time, the process has been quick and easy. We always learn something new about the BMW product when we work with Steve. He contacts us frequently by phone and by email to keep us updated about the process. When we purchase the car, his tutorial about the car is easy to understand, and very helpful. He is willing to program the car to meet our specifications and add our Bluetooth and remote devices. We are very happy with are new X5 SUV. Alan Yingling made the financial process painless, and Mark, the BMW Service Manager, has always provided us with excellent service. Over the weekend, my husband and I purchased a new Subaru Forester from New Motores. We wanted to express our appreciation to all the staff for a very positive experience; especially Tony Confer, our Sales Representative who was wonderful. He helped us explore our option and was a great help in finding the right vehicle for the right price. Tony and the other staff were very professional and the pride in the products they were selling showed. It' been a month since I leased a new Forester. I was impressed with Damien as soon as I entered the dealership. He approached me but was not pushy. When I decided I really did want a new car, he answered all my questions about the models, what was in stock and the changes since my last purchase 4 years ago. He's a fairly new sales rep ( 2 yrs) but was quite knowledgeable. During my visit he repeated a couple things, which I appreciated. He showed me the new features on the car and how to find help in the manual. Damien was patient ( I am 69 yrs old) and made me feel quite comfortable with my choices. The dealership was clean and well staffed. My car has been performing extremely well and I am sure I will visit New Motors and Damien the next time I want a new vehicle.

Service departement is too expensive!. Routine maintenance on a 2 year old Impreza came to $200. They charged $9 labor to replace an air filter-it takes about 3 minutes. Cabin air filter labor charge was to $30-I can change it in 10 minutes. From now on, I will try to do most of my own service.

Steve Dillon of New Motors Subaru in Erie, PA was amazing! He was friendly and very thorough. He knew his product from stem to stern. He was a bit older, as are we, and he took his time to explain things. He had a lot of patience. When we were sold on the Forester, he gave us a very fair deal. He had to special order the color that we wanted, and this he did. When the Forester arrived, he spent 3 hours showing us all of the controls and operation of the SUV. We couldn't be more pleased! He is just a good guy. We give him 2 thumbs up.

I recently purchased a 2015 Subaru Forester from New Motors in Erie, PA. I found Mr. Kyle McIntyre, New Motor's Sales consultant, to be personable, very knowledgeable, and extremely accommodative. Unlike other car dealers that I've experienced that have a "my way or the highway" type attitude, New Motors is very customer friendly. We took a test drive and had everything explained to us regarding the vehicle. Once the deal was consummated, we were given a tour of the facility, the parts department, and the service department. When we picked up the vehicle, Kyle explained every function, knob, lever, etc. concerning the car. I would highly recommend New Motors to anyone seeking a vehicle. He made himself available shoud we have any questions, issues, or problems in the future. All in all it was an excellent car-buying experience.

We purchased our new Jetta from New Motors and bought into their service plan.We took it back every 10,000 miles for 3 years and the service was done exactly what the Volkswagen service manual called for... and this was free service. After we were out of the free service, we took it back for the next 10,000 mile service and asked for the same VW service that we received before. This time, instead of going by the VW manual, they decided to add service that they recommended on their own (just a coincidence when it is our turn to pay) and we were shocked that this service cost us over $500.00, especially when all the book said we should have received was an air filter, fuel filter, oil and oil filter. The car had no running issues. .the additional service was just preventative maintenance according to them. We will not go back.

I should kick myself for going back to the service department. Every time a simple fix ends up taking the whole day. The only excuse that I ever got was a rather angry "Larry sends his friends here for free repairs and we needed to get them out before you sir......" I know waiting for your car repair can be a frustrating experience. I also know for a fact....with the modern equipment available in the shop, there is no way any acceptable excuse for taking well over an hour "per tire" to mount and balance a brand new set of tires.

I bought a certified used VW from New Motors. I was told what a fantastic warranty the car had on it. One year later when I came in for inspection they told me it would cost $800 for the car to pass inspection. After talking to my husband suddenly everything was covered under the warranty that they "forgot" I had! The next year we took the car there again for inspection (due to the warranty). They told us again it would cost $800 for the car to pass inspection. My husband and I thanked them for their time and said we would take the car to be looked at by our mechanic. Our mechanic looked at the car and said that New Motors had lied about repairs needed to pass inspection. The car needed a couple new lights and it would be $80 including stickers to pass inspection. New Motors is awful and I will never buy a car from them again.
