i just bought a used dodge truck during their sale week. just after days of driving around ii found a few bugs. i took it back and talked with the service mg. Joe . he took care of the bugs at no cost to me. 2 weeks later the radiator started pouring out water. went back to talk with Joe. At no cost to me he replaced the radiator with a new one. thank you Newaygo Auto .

My family bought a 2010 Chevy for $13000 a week later the transmission went out completely. Stranded in Fremont Michigan. Told to tow the car back to Newaygo Auto Sales where it was purchased. They refused to pay the tow. Then we were told to tow it to a Chevy dealership because it was still under warranty(thank God). Again they would not pay tow fee. Rip off , horrible customer service no honor or care for the customer. Go somewhere else.

I am a business owner in the Newaygo area and when possible I like to shop local so when it came time to buy a newer/ used vehicle I went to our local used car lot. Every vehicle I test drove had a engine light on to start out. The vehicle I ended up buying had the light on as well and I requested they repair the vehicle if I purchased it. They agreed. First off Joel in service is a horrible manager! I was told my car needed a camshaft position sensor so they replaced it.... I get down the road and the engine light came back on. I return the car and leave it there. They never called me to tell me it was fixed... I always had to call them! Everytime they claimed they fixed it the darn light came back on! They finally sent it off to a dealership to find the timing chains needed replacing. During this ordeal they gave me loaner cars that were less than adequate, one left me totally stranded! After a month of dealing with them they claimed the timing was replaced and I was good to go. I picked up my car and yes the check engine light stayed off!! I noticed soon after however that I still felt what I will describe as a miss when driving. Now remember they claimed they replaced my timing chains and all components when I bought my car in October of 2013. So here I am in April of 2015..... Not even two years later and I have just spent over 1200.00 on the replacement of my timing chains.... Again!!! I did bring it to a different local shop and they said they don't believe the chains were replaced the first time. I know car sales shops have their ways of "tweeking" things to make them work for awhile, I worked for a car sales shop years ago so I know first hand about making things look good on the surface. I would never recommend this place to anyone unless they like being ripped off. I don't know how they are even still allowed to be in business!

Buying my used truck from Newaygo Auto Sales was a great experience. The process was painless as Doug Silvers took care of every detail of the transaction to its completion. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the financing options available. Any concerns I had regarding my vehicle were addressed by the service department in a timely manner. Loaner vehicles are available if needed.I have had my truck for two months now and it's running like new. I will refer friends and family to Newaygo Auto Sales. We have purchased many used cars from this used car dealer and they have always sols us what we wanted for a good price. They are always courteous and willing to help. I would highly recomend them to friends and family.

Just not a good place to buy a car.... they take trades and put very minimal money into them selling a "lemon" with out a warranty.. When you drive off a lot and the service engine comes on finding that their are many problems with the vehicle at that point and they wont do anything about it... This dealer has alot of enemies in the Newaygo area...
