I recently bought a used car with low miles from Newman. The sales staff was pleasant and professional. They did not use any pressure tactics during the sales process. They were heplful! The interior of the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. We only made a few visits and took one test drive before making our purchase. Newman agreed to fix a small cosmetic problem and they were very reasonable and accomodating about doing so. They return phone calls promptly. I would recommend Newman Chevrolet to anyone.

I recently decided to finally take the plunge and lease a 2014 Chevy Cruze. I wanted it with specific options like color choices and AJ took the time to find it for me. AJ was great in answering all my questions and I am very happy with my new car. He even took the time to have me come back in to go over all the options and functions in my new car like working with the nav system so I know how to best use all the settings. When it's time for me to get another car, I know I will be back to Newman because of AJ Laporta there! Thanks again AJ :)

My mother and I love the excellent service/sales department from Newman Chevrolet. We have purchased 2 vehicles in the last 6 years and we couldn't be more happy than we are today. The service department very nice and Richard Warren our salesman went above and beyond to get us the 2014 Sonic that they didn't have in stock in under 24 hours by doing a dealer trade with another dealership , not to mention Newman Chevrolet is a beautiful establishment and very clean and appealing, we will continue to come back to Newman Chevrolet for as long as we are alive. I was a first time car buyer and Darryl worked with me to identify what I wanted most in a vehicle. The Newman team sourced a car that fit my requirements. I felt very well taken care of at Newman. Buying a used truck from a dealership can be a hassle and unfriendly experience. This is what i Did Not Have Buying from Newman Chevrolet. Darryl Heyden the sales consultant work though the process with me and we got the process completed in a very short time frame 3 hours from test driive to signing on the dotted line and drivng off with my truck. Went to Newman to buy my first car! Never bought a vehicle before, as I just graduated from college, and so I was a little anxious about the experience. I am SO glad I went to Newman. The sales staff were helpful and kind and they got me a great deal on a used 2011 Chevy Cruze! It was clean during my test drive, but it was BEAUTIFUL upon delivery. Car buying can be a challenging and stressful experience however working with the Newman team was an absolute pleasure. Our sales person Rich Warner and business manager James Spors were very professional, knowledgable, and accommodating. After finding the vehicle on-line we were able to "reserve" it for a few days until we were able to make it to the dealership. The vehicle proved to be just as advertised and the purchase/financing options were great. Definitely worth the 90 mile drive from Appleton to Cedarburg. Purchased 2 vehicles and had intermittent need for service over the past 11 years. Service has always been great, but what makes me recommend them is trust. You may not like what is broke on your vehicle, but I trust them in getting it fixed and being truthful about what is broke and where the repair is headed. Tom Hickey is a great Service Manager. Just bought a new 3500 silverado from Tony Pirlot, first experience with him. Went to 2 other dealers first & the Costco buying program. No one knows Silverado's better than Tony. Most of the dealers hovered around invoice, but my 2003 Silverado trade greatly varied. In the end, the process and deal at Newman was great. I am 55 years old and have purchased 8 cars, and until I found Newman, I dreaded the process.

I would highly recommend this dealer. I have been going to Newman Chevy for over 20+ years and they only seem to be getting better! Just bought another used vehicle for my daughter there yesterday and they went above and beyoned to work with me on over-viewing (including putting vehicle up on lift at my request) the SUV to make sure I was completely satisfied.I've had several of my vehicles serviced there as well, and am always happy with the competitive rates and the quality of the repairs. They get it done right, the FIRST time! The staff is very knowlegeable and courtious and the newly remodeled facility is spotless and comfortable. I'm sure that all these things together is the reason that people keep returning back to them for sales and service.

I have purchased 4 vehicles from Newman Chevrolet and am leasing my most recent endeavor to try something new. I have purchased other vehicles from other dealers in the past. This is the first dealer that I have gone to more than once. My first purchase was a new 2003 Silverado. The atmosphere and personalities of everyone was just my style. They talk to you like a person and could answer any questions I had. Even the Big Bossman will stop to say hi and shake my hand when I stop in. Some times I just stop in to say hi and see how everyone is doing. If they're not too busy, I'll even sit and chat for awhile. It's just a great,friendly atmosphere with fast service and everyone is knowledgeable. My salesman is well informed on the vehicles. So is the service desk, talking to them is just like talking to the mechanic themselves.

I have been a second generation customer with Newman Chevrolet for approximately 5 years, but have known the dealership for longer. Each time I call or visit, I am always greeted with a handshake and several hellos. Whether it's the service manager, service writer, or a salesperson, each time I visit I am asked how I am doing personally first, then it's about the vehicle. The Newman Crew understands they need to respect their customers if they expect a return visit. In regards to sales and service experience, I cannot complain of any of them. I am very familiar with cars/trucks and have the hands on experience to maintain my own vehicle. That being said, I can understand what the service techs, and salespeople, talk about. I have never been pushed into a vehicle, nor have I ever been pushed out of a vehicle. I know what I want in my truck, and they accept that. They will go through the work to find a vehicle for you. When my truck has been in for service, there is no "beating-around-the-bush." All the service writers, manager included, get right to the point. They know how long it's going to take and how much it's going to cost when they call to update you. I couldn't ask for any better service, pun intended.Overall my experiences with the dealership as a whole are very positive. I know I will be going there for my next vehicle, and my service needs.

Tony went above and beyond the sales call in making sure everything was done to my exact liking. If there were any issues I wouldn't hesitate to contact Tony to correct them. Newman has always been a great dealership. Customer service is a notch above the rest. They know me by name and if I am trying to get my truck in for service they accommodate me even though they may be full that day.

Great dealership experience! Tony Pirlot was very easy to work with and went out of his way to work with my schedule. The support did not stop at the point of sale as Tony has been very helpful with follow up questions that I have had since the purchase. I highly recommend Newman Chevrolet for sales and service. This is not the closest dealership to my home but I will definitely be coming back to them for my next purchase.

Ive been browsing for a car at several local dealerships, and the staff at Newman is by far the best I've ever dealt with. The salesman, Wally, really listened to what I had in mind, and showed me a couple different options. I didnt quite have the money to buy anything right that day, and Still did not feel pressured to buy anything immediately. I was even offered more than I was expecting, if i were to trade my current car in! I will definitely start at Newman, when I buy my next (several) vehicles!!!

I brought our Malibu in for some body shop work. I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me and was kept informed of the estimated completion date. When I returned to pick up the car, it looked brand new inside and out! The repair work was flawless and looks fantastic. The inside of the car was completely detailed and on the front passenger seat was a neatly stacked pile of all the treasures they found while cleaning out the car. Given, this is the car driven by my teenagers, the detailing done on the inside was no small task! What a nice surprise! Thanks guys for a job well done!! I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!!

Wow! I brought our Uplander in for repair on the tailgate and they not only did a great job on the body work, they detailed the interior of the vehicle as well. The vehicle seemed as good as new. My wife was so impressed as well. You need to understand that we're busy with elementary aged children and the interior was fairy disheveled when I dropped it off. When I hopped into the car there was this cute little pile of books, toys, coins, and misc items on the passenger seat that made me laugh and shake my head in disbelief when I saw it.Thanks Guys!

The salesman was incredibly helpful! The entire staff was very friendly and professional! I contacted Newman Chevrolet while I was deployed overseas and they were able to take care of all the paperwork electronically and via phone calls. The salesman kept in constant contact with me always updating me with the build status of my car. I would definitely recommend the team at Newman Chevrolet if you're looking for a professional, friendly, pressure free atmosphere. I only wish they were located in Arizona! Thanks Newman Chevrolet!

Scott located a new 2010 Camaro SS for me at a time when these were heavily allocated, plus were being sold at well over MSRP. I flew from Riverton, Wy to Milwaukee to pick up the car. Newman picked me up in Milwaukee and took me to their Cedarburg dealership. I paid MSRP, no extra, and was treated with every courtesy.I cannot comment on Neuman's Quality of Work, since they have not serviced my car.

This dealership is recommended by me because of their superior sales manager (Scott) who is more than willing to give you ANY information on a Camaro purchase, regardless if it was from him. He never hid anything about the purchase and even recommended all the discounts possible for my 2010 2SS/RS Camaro. I've never met the guy in person, never seen the car, but knew that this dealership would go above and beyond to get what I wanted. In fact, I already knew that I wanted a Black 2010 2SS/RS Camaro with a sunroof and he didn't have this car in stock. He searched for over a week at all the area dealerships to find the prized car (Car was bought in Dec '09 before the New Year because there was substantial discounts available only if purchased before Jan. 1st, which Scott made very clear to me). He even hooked me up with a awesome price on a truck-ride from Cedarburg, WI to Minnesota, over a 7 hour drive. Even gave me dealer price on a car cover. The compliments are endless for this dealer. There is no reason NOT to decide to purchase a car through them. If you were to buy a new car this is the dealer you'd want to work with. While other dealerships charge MSRP or higher on new Camaro's, Scott charges far below MSRP. What more could you want?

Ordered a car from Scott before the 2011 model was available. Scott kept me up to date while the car was going thru the order process and being built. Then additional updates as to when the car was to be delivered. Since I was coming from out of state to pick up the car, being on time and having all the paperwork in order was critical. When I arrived at the Dealer the car was sparkling clean and it didn't take long to go thru the paperwork and financing and I was on the road home. I highly recommend Scott for his product knowledge and attention to details to help the customer.

I live in Florida and was searching the dealerships in my area in 2009, Everyone of them could not order, or where not able to work with me on my GM discount. I found Newman Chevrolet on a list of best dealers, and was accepting the GM discount. Soon after finding them I placed a call to the dealership and spoke with a man by the name of Scott Volkort, and from that moment I new I was doing business with the right people. In fact they are so good I would have given them 10+ on all the questions. I have never had a dealer or a salesmen give so much and expect so little in return.The Optional question below is definitely not for this dealership, you get so much info it feels that you can go and build the car in your garage.

I was extremely happy with my buying experience at Newman Chevrolet because my salesman knew more about his product than I did. This cannot be said about 2 other Chevy dealers I visited when shopping for my Camaro. He showed me how to track the status of order through the entire build process. The setup department went above and beyond to get my Camaro ready for me to pick up within hours of the truck pulling onto the lot. I have had some minor warranty issues and the service could not have been better at getting these problems taken care of in a timely manner. They too are very pleasant to work with.

I had been eyeing the 5th Gen Camaro for a few years and had looked around with my local dealers in the Chicagoland area in 09'. I was disappointed with the lack of knowledge on the new Camaro and more frustrated with the deals being offered.I decided to go outside IL for a dealer that shared my passion for the new Camaro and willing to help me out on a fair price. I got in contact with Scott Volkert at Newman Chevrolet in Wisconsin and being in my late 30's I recall too many bad experiences from past dealers... Newman's made me feel like family and I never had a problem with reaching Scott or having any of my questions answered. The 2 hour trip to their dealership was worth it, I got a great deal on the price and everyone at the dealership were so friendly and genuine. Dealership refused to return our deposit when we couldn't get financing. Their response was telling us to sue them for it! Wouldn't recommend this dealer to my worst enemy! I even took the county sherrif with me to their dealership and they still refused to give me a refund. I am now going to all the local tv stations to complain about them!
