I purchased a car in March 2021 and since I brought that I had nothing but issue me having the car 3 days the car kept turning off and I brought to there attention not once but 9 times since purchased the I ask for the manager to call me several times never got a call back went to the dealership twice the owner was there but he found out I was there he disappeared twice like he was avoiding me from even acknowledging that I was complaining about my car this morning I was driving to work going 50 mph on Dorchester rd bc that is the speed limit and the car completely turned off. I had to pull off the side of the road so fast so the car behind me would not hit me. I called them to let them now what happened they didn’t even acknowledge my concerns at all the first they ask me was when I going to make my payment mind me they had my car for 3 weeks Supposedly fixing it increasing my car payment $125, right after they had my card for 3 weeks. Not only that had to rent a car for through three weeks so that put me behind on my car payment and they’re asking me about my car payment when i almost died this morning bc there car they sold me keeps turning off and u telling me it’s gas when all the times you had my car when there gas in the car. Not only did your salesperson Jeffery, yelled at me over the phone and told that I am going to pay this car if not he is going to hang up I told him that’s was unprofessional and ask for manager and he hung up. Don’t buy a car from them they stealing money from the customers and selling cars that don’t work.

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER!!!!!!! Amazing customer service. Very respectful employees they treated me like family. Amazing people. I've never been this satisfied before, super happy about the car Jeff sold me. He located the car I wanted and got it for me with an affordable deal. By far best dealership experience ever. I will be coming back to upgrade my car and I will recommend you guys to everyone I know. Thank you again!!!!! 💯

Amazing customer service. I had the pleasure of buying 2 cars here and its definitely a go back to place for any future purchases. My last car they didn't have in stock so they found the exact car I wanted 3 days later. Thank Pablo for all your help. Pablo even helped me find a better insurance rate!!!!

I never bought a car from a dealer before so i decided to give it a try. Went to see Pablo at nextcar and told him i needed a car that day. He got me qualified for the car i wanted and had me driving off the lot within the hour. He was also patient and respectful because i am hearing impaired. Thank you Pablo, i love my car.

Horrible rude customer service, asked about a listed price and they said they were taking bids on it, made an offer for fair market value blue book and he laughed at me and then said it was sold and blocked me. Sounds like you need to run an auction yard not a scammy dealership. Run!!!
