Absolutely the best experience I have had working with theses guys. They started as jeep builders and become a dealership and are killing it. I was able to get to your the shop and they build some crazy stuff. Everyone is so friendly and know there stuff. They had a car show going on when I drove up 2hrs to pick out my new truck and got to hang out and enjoy the show after I bought my truck. If you need anything I would highly recommend. My salesman was Elliot and was absolutely amazing. Thanks again guys for the awesome 2014 Ram 2500

I would like to personally thank Dan with NFI Empire for doing whatever was necessary to facilitate and work out a deal out that should have been thrown out the window weeks ago. Long story short I got into an accident that totaled my previous truck I used to get back and forth to work with. I needed a new vehicle. I found a Ram I liked and inquired about it. Dan Called and was willing to show the vehicle mind you i was 500 miles away. Dan unfortunately told me the following day that the truck sold. Dan offered trying to help finding another vehicle that i would be interested in. At the time i wasn't interested in any of their inventory. The following week I texted Dan back inquiring about a f350 they had that was the only one 500 mile range away from me. Dan got videos and pictures of all my requests. Now this is where NFI really Stands out and Delivers Commitment to the customer. I work extremely long hours compared to your traditional 9-5 or your typical 8 or 10 hour days. My day usually consist of sun up to sun down 6-7 days a week. Getting to a bank was a difficult task between the doctor visits the MRI and working extreme hours. It took time to get to the bank. NFI Empire extended customer support to a new level and understood the condition i was working with and was willing to go out of a traditional way to commit to making a deal. Under the circumstances of the whole situation i would say this has been the worst sale ever in my life. This is only due to the circumstances that life presented. Yet, NFI Empire Stood out with a helping hand ten times overs which i appreciated greatly. Dan and Shea with NFI Empire went out of their way to help finish the most unorthodox sale ever. With every issue that was encountered they where willing to work around those issues. I appreciate everything you guys did. Thank you for everything.

What an interesting experience it was watching our gorgeous blue 1983 Silverado leave us on a tow truck and travel almost 200 miles away to be sold. Talk about a leap of faith!! If it weren't for Dan Hodas' patient, personal, professional reassurance we may not have proceeded. So glad we did! Although it took a bit longer than we expected for our truck to have its photo shoot and hit the Showroom floor, it sold in just 9 days! Things moved smoothly and the sale was complete. No complaints here!! Thanks NFI EMPIRE!!! We hope the new owner is as happy as we are!

We had a great experience with NFI. The 1983 Chevy K-10 was exactly as advertised. NFI made the entire process from sales to purchase easy. We would not hesitate to purchase from or recommend NFI.

I really don’t like leaving a bad review, however I feel the need for people to know the situation I went through. I called one day about a particular vehicle but there was already a deal on it which is perfectly fine. The dealership knew I was looking for that specific make and model so they reached out to me a few weeks later when another came in which was great. My issue is how everything unfolded after that though. I told them I live out of state and that I would put a deposit down to hold the vehicle until everything was done (vehicle going through the shop, title came in, etc.) however they insisted I had to come out there or else they would list it online and sell it. So now I end up taking two trips out there because the title didn’t come in for another week. Then the salesmen I had knew there were a few issues with the truck and I was told the vehicle went through the shop and everything was taken care of, only to find out after purchasing it and driving back home that none of these issues were resolved. You can tell the only thing that was done was a quick detail job to make it look “presentable”. Long story short I would not be willing to do business with them again after this poor display of business on the dealerships part.
