The staff was friendly from the minute I arrived at the dealership for my inspection appointment. My car was taken in on time and completed in a timely manner. All options were discussed with me in detail. The service department personnel were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish!

Told them a week and a half in advance I needed my rear brakes done and emergency brake line replaced. Told me they could do it in a day. Dropped off at 8am. Proceeded to call me at 2pm saying they don’t have the parts…..I guess calling a week ahead is too much of a task to get the correct parts. Or maybe their service tech didn’t want to just do the job and wanted to ding me for additional costs items they didn’t have in stock. Either way, the incompetence displayed for a simple job where they knew exactly what parts they needed and what task they needed to complete, is beyond stupidity. Guess I’ll be driving the extra miles to Bowswer from now on.

had problem with son's new sonic. discussed problem with rob and in 9 minutes problem was resolved. Sons car had touble starting, needed a loaner car so my son could go to work. Talked to Rob Elwood and problem was taken care of immediately. thanks again Rob Great job. Jim Williams
