Best car experience ever and I'm a senior. They were professional, patient, and pleasant. What more could you ask for? How about that they do whatever possible to meet your price. Or that closing goes both quickly and smoothly. So, yeah, five stars. Six, if they had them.

Kayla Longshore was my salesperson, and she made my experience wonderful. She was very friendly & also knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. She also made sure I received the best deal! I am so thankful that this dealership chooses not to mark their vehicles up 10-12% like the others and also still honors the GM Employee Discount.

I bought my car from there a few months ago. I worked with Julie who was absolutely wonderful. She took me to see the car and test drive which was a 2019. I had concern over a noise it was making and she set it up to have the service team take care of it immediately. The service manager said it was just the type of tires I had and that they would be loud unless I chose a different tire. I purchased the car and the sound got louder. I took the car somewhere else and they show me where the alignment was off and there was 2 inches of cupping on the inside of the tires. I had to get all new tires and alignment. That was obviously not cheap and not a great deal on getting a practically new car. On top of that I have a late bill for unpaid registration on the car I traded in. I did all the right paperwork there so that was another issue I had to deal with. Also if you do not live in the county plan on more annoying steps of getting your car registered correctly. I have tried contacting the dealership on the tire issue but have not had anyone reach out. Update they told me to call. I did and they never returned my calls. Worthless.

I requested a test drive late in the afternoon for the following day and Jack contacted me promptly to verify. Everyone was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. I will definitely refer friends and family to them as I will always look to them for my next vehicle. Great team!!

Nick Mayer service guys are the very best! they always go that extra mile to make my experience perfect! Thank you Cory for bringing me to work while my car received its maintenance, and for taking the extra time to personally detail my car. John and Shane are always right on top of things making sure that I am always happy with the service. The fellas always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed.
