Matt and team at Nick Mayer Ford represent my “Best ever” experience at any car or motorcycle dealer…or private party. I live in Texas (which makes it even tougher) and bought my forever truck from Matt. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and always available. Today was our 2nd time buying a vehicle from Nick Mayer! Honestly, we will never go anywhere else. Not only do we love the vehicles we've bought but also the sense of security knowing theyre coming from a great dealership and staff. That feeling comes from continued great customer service and long lasting vehicles we've received. But what it really comes down to is our sales Rep. Serge. He is truly amazing and honestly the #1 reason we continue to come back. We've never felt so at home at a dealership. He always makes sure we are getting what we need. Not just what we want. He's so low pressure it's what my wife and I look for in a dealership. Not only do we love our cars. But we love Serge.
