Unfortunately the last vehicle I wanted to buy was rare enough that the transaction had to happen through a dealership. My wife has bought her last four vehicles through the Niello dealerships and has told me how amazing the experience was for years. I am now a convert to the Niello experience because of Raz at Niello Audi. Raz is a true Audi lover, which makes him the ideal person to sell them. He was able to demonstrate what the RS5 can do from a place of true understanding, rather than just being a salesman giving me a pitch. He is clearly an Audi fan, which makes him the ideal person to shepherd new buyers through the process. The financing process was smooth and easy with Nicole and everyone stayed late to let us finish up, get the car detailed, and show me the ins and outs of the car. I especially appreciate Niellos second delivery process, which takes into the account that trying to learn everything about the car the day you buy it is unreasonable. You come back a few weeks later and they give you a more in depth introduction to all of the systems; it also gives you the opportunity to ask any questions that have come up during your first few weeks of driving the car. Thank you Raz and thank you Niello for redefining the car buying experience.

I bought my CPO Audi S5 from Stan Barney and Niello Audi, and wanted to give a shout out to both Stan and Niello. I avoided buying a new car for several years because previous dealership experiences were painful, with long waits and lots of games. Stan and Niello have completely changed my view of the car buying experience. Stan was incredibly friendly, knowledgable and patient from the first time I stopped in to test drive the car and I bought it several weeks later. I never felt any pressure with Stan -- the relationship was more like having a trusted advisor or friend help me make the decision that was right for me. The buying experience was so simple - four texts negotiated a fair price on a Friday night and it took about an hour on Saturday morning to buy the car! It actually took longer for Stan to deliver the car to my wife and me after we signed the papers! Kudos also to Nicole in Finance. I have since had two service appointments, and my experience with David and Eric and the rest of the Service staff has been just as exceptional. I should also add that the dealership itself is beautiful and impeccably maintained and everyone is also friendly and helpful. The Niello folks have all the big stuff and details nailed down. Bottom line, this is my first Audi and the first German car I have owned since 1989, but after this experience I am a dedicated Audi owner and Niello fan. When the time comes to replace my S5, I will be driving straight into Niello and asking for Stan Barney! Thanks Stan and everyone at Niello for a fantastic experience!

I scheduled routine services at this dealer through their web site recently. As the web site stated that free shuttle services provided for customer within 40 miles from the dealer location, booking of the shuttle services was also placed. On scheduled date, after check in, we were declined to have the shuttle services as the destination was 23 miles away and was considered too far. That obviously mismatches what web site stated and deceives customers. This dealer doesn't care customer's need and concerns.

I decided to upgrade my 3 yr oldA6 to a new 2015 A6...saw a vehicle that met my configurations / options and color choices and contacted Kyle Fazelian of their internet sales team..first, I must say how impressed i was with his ability and efforts to get quickly back to me by either email or personal phone to answer my questions and help formulate a deal which I considered to be very fair in price and competitive...we were able to decide on a lease payment over the phone and all of my paperwork was pre -processed before my arrival and the car held for me in good faith until I could take time to drive down from my home to complete the purchase at end of week....this is how internet car sales should proceed.....after arrival, I found the facility top notch and the paperwork process of purchasing the lease for this vehicle was quick and concise with the exact amount on the final financing unchanged from Mr. Fazelian's earlier estimates...I was most impressed by the time which was allotted to me after paperwork completion in order to be educated and instructed on how to use the many new safety technologies on the new A6.....this was roughly a 2 and a half our exercise on a busy Saturday when Mr. Fazelian could have easily rushed me thru to serve other potential buyers but he chose to do the right thing and "complete" the purchase to make certain that I was satisfied and fully able to use my new car accordingly.....after the sale he has been in contact with me several times to answer a few nit pick tech question, found all of the answers for such queries and never waived from his duty to make me satisfied..this type of attitude is unique for most car dealers and especially for the purchase of a new Audi for which technology is king..a salesperson needs to make certain that his customer "get it" in regards to using their new purchase optimally..for this, I am very grateful and will return to their dealership for more purchases in the future

I just went to Niello this past weekend for a new car, surprisingly I didn't purchase an Audi but a 2013 Prius IV. I had a black 2010 Prius IV that I was looking to trade in; I wanted a newer Prius IV in the blizzard white color. I stumbled across Niello Audi from Cars.com; they had the exact Prius I was looking for and it was priced $3,000 under the Kelly Blue Book price. I sent Niello an email; I received a prompt phone call and email from Cain Carter the Internet Sales Manager. When I arrived the car was parked out front ready to test drive! After the test drive we went into the office, I gave him my information which he quickly entered into the computer to generate an application (no long paper application process!); I reviewed the information and signed the application. The deal was perfect, per my request he was able to give me more for my trade, my new interest rate was 60% less than what I was paying for my old car and my payments were less than my original request. We shook hands; they gave me (and my husband) an Audi key chain and an Audi tote bag (to remove any of my belongings out the old car). I met with the Finance Manager who was very respectful and considerate as I didn't feel any sales presure. We went over all the paperwork; I signed, paid my down payment and was done. It literally felt like I was in and out of there. Everything was clear, concise and transparent. I understood everything about the transaction, overall it was very pleasant experience. My appointment was at 10am and I was out of the dealership by 1pm, which includes the test drive! If you know what kind of car you want, like me, working with Cain is the absolute best option.

Niello Audi did not disclose previous service records showing tires having burn marks and brakes, rotors, calipers being replaced at 1552 miles. Service notes went on to state that appeared as if car was driven on a track. Most llikely car was abused with burnouts and launch mode starts that Niello Audi hid from me. The service report was mailed to me 2 weeks after purchase of car. Niello Audi dealer said car only had routine maintance due to being over a year old. This kind of deceipt is unacceptable.

have used niello several times 4 service. 2 perform basic service it took over 5 hrs. 2 get me in and out. everytime! i live 2 hrs away this consumes most of my day. my last service was supposed 2 be free, they tried 2 charge over$ 600.00 4 this free service,i even had mailers saying it was complimentary. don't trust these people.

Once in a million 19 Apr 2013 I was perfectly happy as I was leaving the hardware store on the 19th of March until a speeding vehicle hit my cherry 2001 Acura CLS and totaled it. I was going to drive that car until the wheels fell off, but I thought that dream ended before the last piece of chrome hit the pavement. I was wrong. A few days later the insurance matter was settled and a check was on its way. I had not given a moments thought to the replacement car. But as I sat in front of my computer I Googled to see what was out there and started with a search for a 2001 Acura CLS. As incredible as it may sound the first hit on my search was a 2001 Acura CLS, less miles than on my old car, with a price slightly less than the insurance payoff, placed on the market just a few days ago and it was located less than four miles from my home at Nello Audi. First thing in the morning I was greeted by Tammi Chance and lead to the car. It was identical to my totaled car. Same color, inside and out, same accessories and in cherry condition. After a ride Tammi lead me through the paperwork with the attention and professionalism one would have expected when buying a new Aud i. Within a few minutes my dream returned. I was going to drive a 2001 Acura CLS until the wheels fall off. The total experience with Tammi Chance, the financial office and the service department was exemplary. I just have one challenge and that is deciding if I want to have Nello Audi or Nello Acura servicing my car. I will make the logical decision when time comes and I do look forward to having some fun with Nello Acura on the next routing service explaining how my car has a different VIN. A very Satisfied Customer of Nello.

my car is audi a6 2012 has a salvage title. I need to reprogram my new interface Gateway on the car, and i found that only audi dealers can do it(special PIN required). I made an appointment and explaining everything what happened with the car. When i brought the car to the Niello dealership they told me that they don't deal with salvage cars and send me to another audi dealer who told me the same thing. I know that should be solution from this situation, but i just want to point that i received absolutely unprofessional service from tech guys in Niello Audi dealership.

This was the 2nd car I've bought from a Niello dealership. Both experiences have been stellar. I love my new Audi and the service from start to finish couldn't have been more perfect. My previous car was a BMW-M3 and I wasn't totally sure what I wanted as a replacement. Rob Davis helped me weigh the "pros and cons" and I am extremely happy with the choice I made. Rob found the Audi-S5 in the color, with the interior and options I wanted, and had it ready for me to pick up in a flash. I was pressed for time 2 days later when I actually purchased my car. Steve Townsley had everything processed like clockwork. I appreciate their product knowledge and friendly services more than they know! Additionally, I had some extra items installed about 3 weeks after purchase. Niello Audi's Service department was just as wonderful and considerate. Erik Carr couldn't have made anything more convenient for me. Niello has a fan in me and I recommend them to others all the time.

We had identified a certified pre-owned Audi A4 as the car in which we were interested, and because Cain Carter had received good online reviews for his Internet work, we went first to look at one at Niello. Cain was very attentive in responding to our inquiries and in setting up an appointment with us, and made our experience at the dealership pleasant and stress-free - a far cry from the experiences we've heard about from others even at a time when so much information previously available only to a dealer is also available to a consumer. Our most recent purchase was at Niello Audi and our salesperson, Rob Davis, was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating. Prior to visiting the dealership I called to see if the vehicle we were interested in was available. When we arrived at the dealership the following morning, the car was ready out front, Rob came out and greeted us, we test drove the car, signed the paperwork and drove off. Easy! If you don like the usual hassle of buying a car, skip the other dealers and go to Niello.

Service Manager: We recently had some extended problems with our 2007 Q7, which until now has not presented any problems at all. There apparently were multiple simultaneous problems having to do with the fuel system. Fortunately, the car was still under the extended warranty. Although the experience was very frustrating, lasting over a month, Niello's response was commendable. In addition to Niello service staff, outside engineers from Audi America were consulted. Scott Bunker, our service agent, kept us continually informed as to status and next steps and arranged for the loan of an A4 (a terrific car) while our Q7 was being repaired. While I certainly hope that this sort of problem will not occur again, I was very pleased with Scott's and Niello's response and concern with the situation. Thanks for the good service. We recently purchased an new A6 from Niello. From the moment we walked through the door we felt comfortable. Our salesperson was extremely responsive to our needs and spared no effort to see that they were met. The "normal" test drive was not sufficient to which they offered for us to take the vehicle overnight. The end result is that we purchased the car we wanted at the price we expected without any pressure. Our salesperson has continued to follow up with us to ensure that we enjoy all the features or our A6.

From a pre buying experience a week prior in which I was made to feel like an important customer, while looking at used vehicles, to the actual buying of my new Audi, the Niello customer service was above my expectations. I asked to see a vehicle with specific features and as there was one on the lot, it was driven up for me to look at and drive. I dealt with two sales people who worked as a team to make this the easiest most unique car buying experience I've had. Zero pressure, zero attitude, just quiet competence and professionalism.

I read all the reviews and technical information I could find and then sent my wife to look at the Audi A7 after looking at Mercedes,Lexus and BMW Sedans and SUVs. My wife fell in love with the sexy lines of the car and test drove it to fully appreciate the sporty feel of the Audi sedan.She immediatly called me and said "Pull the trigger" I had already done online price shopping so I knew what I wanted to pay.I found Niello to be easy to work with,there pricing was excellent along with the sales process. After driving the loaner, an S4, for a week while my 04 Cabriolet was receiving some fairly non-routine servicing, I wished to Stan that I could trade my old,, newly serviced car in for the S4. He was luckily able to locate the only new one they had on site, and gave ne a good deal. It was much more money than I have ever spent for a car, but after driving the loaner I new this was amazing quality and a great investment. Stan and Eric in service, have given great support helping me learn and enjoy more about this fantastically techical car.

As car shopping goes, this transaction was very good. A little haggling on price, but Rob Davis found the car I wanted, at a good price with minimal drama. They stayed late to accomodate my schedule, and there was no over the top pressure to sell me things I didn't need. Overall a good transaction.

My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle. Cain Carter from Niello Audi has been extremely helpful during the entire process. At the beginning of our shopping journey we were unsure of what we really wanted. We started looking at the Audi A4 models. After a lot of homework and test drives we had decided that we wanted something with a little more room. At this point we started looking at the A6 models. The new vehicle was really for my wife and unknown to all of us she really liked the Q5 models. Cain was really great and arranged for an early morning test drive for us before we left town for a vacation. Cain helped us ordered the new Q5 with the exact specifications that my wife wanted and kept us informed of the current status of the car as it worked its way through the manufacturing and delivery process. Cain was even extremely helpful at making the delivery of the car special for my wife. I had visited the dealership before picking up the car and given Cain a Tiffany key chain for my wife. Cain had the key chain waiting in the car for her along with a big red bow on the car. The entire process of deciding what we wanted to purchase, the process to order the car and the final delivery were a complete pleasure. The purchase of our new car from Niello Audi with help from Cain Carter has created a very positive experience. I would completely recommend both Cain and Niello Audi to others.

I own a Lincoln, a new Ford F150, an '08 Audi TT and an Audi Q7 4.2. I drive 20mi. to get my Ford & Lincoln serviced, but I drive 60mi. 1-way to get my Audi serviced. To me having my cars fixed right the 1st time is extremely important to me, also I'm very particular and not a very patient customer. Niello Audi has a state-of-the-art, totally brand new facility, with the most high-tech and modern equipment available. Even Audi passes up several closer dealers to bring their 'Driving-Experience' & 'Racing-Experience' vehicles at Sonoma County's Infineon Raceway to Niello Audi for service and repair. Niello Audi's tecnicians are top-notch and highly rated, but best of all John Garcia, my service advisor, is the best in the business. It's easy to see why he's consistently rated amoungst the top Service Advisors in Audi's Western Region. He's highly professional, very knowledgeable, totally committed to the brand and extremely passionate about his job. He's also very personnable with great follow-up and follow-thru on his committments. Oh BTW, I agree with the previous review, that Scott Bunker is very good as well, 2nd only to John Garcia. If John's not aroung, Scott is the only other advisor I will deal with, he's young and got a lot of growing room left. LOOK-OUT John, that Scott kid is gunnin for you, and he's really packin! Take my word for it, if you own an Audi and you're fanatical about your cars, and want exemplary service + superior attention, Niello Audi is worth the drive. I'd gladly drive double the distance for the quality service they provide.

This dealer is absolutely spectacular! It is the newest Audi dealer and service facility in the area, maybe even in Northern CA, and wow does it show. Not only do they have the largest selection of new and used Audi's in the region, but they are the official dealer that services ALL of the Audis used in the Audi driving experience in the bay area, these include RS4s, S5s, R8s, and even the new R8 V10 (They got 10 of these before the MSRP was even announced to the public!!!). I only schedule service through Scott Bunker in the service department as he makes sure my Audis are in perfect condition when they are returned to me. I have an A8 4.2 and an A6 4.2 and have had no issues where the dealer could not address the problem in a quick and timely manner. I would say the only con about the dealer is that some repairs/services can take a few days to take care of, but the bottom line is that everything will be taken care of the first time. They offer loaner cars free of charge and they are all new Audis (some with less than 1,000 miles), I have had A3s, A4s, and Q7s, all of which had several options installed (nav, leather, heated seats ect) which I find extremely unusual for a dealership to have. Not only is Scott (and the dealer) great at repairing warranty issues with no problems ever, but they will pick up on small things that most people may have overlooked and have those replaced at the same time. I pointed out these small cracks/creases in the leather door panel in my drivers side door on my A6 and not only did he agree to fix it, but he had an entirely new door panel shipped directly from the factory in Germany. If this is not the definition of a great dealership and spectacular service consultant, then I don't know what is. If you are very particular about your Audi and only want the best care around, I HIGHLY suggest Niello Audi. And from what I have heard the they offer great pricing on their cars, and have hands down the best inventory around.

Bad service, took 10 days to do a transmission oil change for $530 on my A6 4.2. Didn't fill it up all the way, 3 QTs short, still got the balls to tell me somthing wrong with the tranny and need to take it apart and find out. BS.<br>Took the car to 16th and T, Paul the owner take care of the problem with 3 qts of oil. <br>Stay away from them VW and Audi.
