Service department where great , gentlemen name Andrew help me with my E90 . Very knowledgeable / polite and made everything easy and welcoming. The only thing I would pay little attention is the cashier seams like there where not present or awake. The customer lounge area very clean with nice big screen playing soccer was awesome. R

Had an amazing experience during purchase of a 2021 BMW 330i after originally coming in to find something similar our Salesman Curtis worked around the information we gave him from an admittedly standoffish attitude we came in with since having a poor experience earlier in the day with a competing dealership. Joe in finance made our terms easy and understandable while saving us money in the long run. Trade in value was extremely fair also, have no complaints.

Customer service has always been exemplary at Niello BMW, whether in the showroom or service department. Christian D. in the service department has always provided great service. He responds to inquiries quickly and is very pleasant. I live closer to another dealership, but I prefer to travel a bit further to Niello because of their consistent customer service. Keep up the excellent service!

I recently purchased a Z4 from Niello with Tony and Mhel handling the transaction .The entire transaction was very smooth and professionally handled. Questions regarding the engine of the auto were promptly answered by the service tech. Tony and Mhel made the entire experience almost pleasurable and are a great asset to this company.

I was sent to pick up a car for a customer, that she had got online and was going to load it onto my trailer. When I had finished my report and gave it to the manager to sign, he said that i wrote that there were a lot of scratches on the car and chips on the windows. He wanted me not to write the damages on the Bill of Landing. The owner bought the car online and is expecting to get a car without damage. These guys are CROOKED and NOT telling the customes about the damages to the car. And If i didn't write the damages on the Bill of landing i would have to pay for them, cause the customer is expecting to get a car that is newly but used without damages. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU GUYS TO BUY ONLINE!!! GO IN PERSON!!!So called Managers Mark Swartz -General Sales Manager Since June 1999 Ken McEntire -Lot Supervisor Since October 1991

Had a deal made through internet sales over phone. Called back and said had to take deal off table because of a mysterious scratch on front fender that now needed to be repaired that was going to increase there cost. Asked him to send pic of scratch and he sent it through Snapchat, so as soon as you look at pic it is deleted.. Did not even look like same car. Tells me it is off to the body shop to be repaired. Calls back later same day to say it has miraculously been fixed and if I wanted to get back into the bidding at $500 dollars more than what we originated. Meanwhile, I now see the car all over Craigslist and other sites at Original asking price. It was like they where trying to keep me on the hook while seeking better offers. They whole experience at this dealership reeked of stench. Very crooked!!!

Bought 750Li from them. Mike is a good honest salesman. Now the service: AWFUL. I called after more than a year for the regular service and was told they should have notified me early but did not. The service was very short, oil change and wiper blade. I brought to their attention a battery charge issue but was advised that the battery is fine. Few days after the service, I kept getting messages that my car is due for service. Now if you call them to speak to someone, your chance of getting the President of the United States is way better. The receptionist answers and forward you to a busy line in service; "Leave a message and will get back to you". You leave a message and they assume that you are waiting beside the phone for their call back for 24 hours. They call back whenever and they leave a message returning your call. You call back, same thing. Kid you not, at least ten times with notices in between saying your car is due for service. All I wanted to say that I have just did and if there is something else or should I ignore it. Luckily, one call back happened when I was available. I informed the lady that I had service few weeks ago and she apologized that no further action is needed. Guess what, the same messages kept coming that my car is due for warranty service and the call episodes repeat. By the way, the battery issue did not go away either. After six months of frustration, I took the car to Roseville BMW since it is under BMW warranty. Sure enough, there is a lot that was supposed to be done which the service department should have done when I brought it in and the battery was faulty. The service at Roseville including the prompt answers on the spot by a technician was excellent. The service was done. By the way, I still get weekly reminder from Niello that the car is due for service but I don't give a SH>>>> anymore. My advice is if you buy from there, don't use their service or go to Roseville for buying and service altogether.

I was connected with Niello BMW of Sacramento through the Costco buying program when I settled on the BMW X1 as my SUV of choice (I was specifically looking for a small SUV). I worked with Jeff Ball and he was excellent. He was very thorough in explaining the features of the X1 and took me on a very helpful test drive. Jeff was very respectful of my time and my research. He answered e-mails promptly and made several excellent suggestions. I ended up buying a certified pre owned 2015 X1 with 6,000 miles on it as it had all the features I was looking for at a significant cost savings. Jeff was very helpful throughout the process and I will definitely search him out if the future if I am in the market for another BMW.

Bad experience with Niello BMW, purchased 750LI pre certified. Did all the homework online due to Niello's so called reputation and sales over the phone (Mark Cornell). The sale only took about 45 minutes. Once the sale was done. The vehicle was washed and Mark Cornell a service rep and myself noticed a chipped window and several nasty smudges on the paint. Was asked to return another day from Fresno CA. I did thanksgiving weekend, to say the least smudges are still there and windshield is still chipped. Mark Cornell and group wont even return my emails and or phone calls. if your looking to buy a certified BMW Niello is no better than PAUL BLANCOS used cars! Mag Magallanes Fresno CA

Bad Experience with Niello, purchased a certified 750LI. Most of the conversation was over the phone due to Niello's so called reputation. When I arrived from Fresno CA the sale only took approx. 45 min(Mark Cornell). Once the sale was over the vehicle was washed and Mark Cornell a service rep and I notice several nasty smudges on the paint and a chipped windshield.I was asked to return on a later date , thanksgiving weekend. Needless to say the smudges are still on the vehicle and the windshield is to chipped. I sent several emails and made many phone calls no one has responded to this date!Niello's used car program is not better than PAUL BLANCOS down the street.

I had to have my BMW towed from the freeway to the nearest BMW dealership. My car was towed to Niello BMW in Sacramento. I don't usually have my car serviced at this service center, so I was nervous about how I would be treated and what kind of service repair I would receive. I shouldn't have worried. I received outstanding service! My car was repaired the next day, for less than I was originally quoted. My service tech was Jeff Hanks and he did an exceptional job. Jeff kept me informed of what needed to be repaired, the cost, and the time frame for the repair, even asking me if he needed to send a shuttle to get me to pick up the car!Monique, the cashier, helped me the evening before when I dropped the key to my car off, and remembered me the next day. BMW always gives exceptional service, but this was even better than the norm!

Had minor accident and took my car to Niello Collision Center to have the experts repair it. One month later as the days got hotter I turned on my AC. It blew only warm air. I took it to a mechanic (who does high end cars, higher end then BMW even) and was told my Freon was gone. He re-charged it and it blew cold now. He asked if the car was in an accident and I mentioned yes, a minor one. He stated this was the issue, it was either missed when repaired or was damaged my the collision center when replacing the front bumper (he guessed the second one). I took it to BMW on Fulton where they called the collision center to get authorization for the diagnosis. The collision center refused to authorize this work. I was told by the service writer he had no pull as they are separate companies. It does not show that on their website, shows all are owned by the Niello family. I asked what the diagnosis fee was that everyone was refusing to authorize and was told $350. Just to look at my AC that we already knew what the problem was- leaking Freon. My other mechanic even put dye in the Freon line to assist with finding the leak. I refused to pay the $350. I called another BMW dealership in the area and was told they charge $69.95 to do the diagnosis. That is a far cry from $350!! Needless to say I am going to get my car back and take it to the other dealership. This is the worst experience I've ever had with Niello, but not too surprised as I was quoted $800 high on a brake job there a few months back as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid these price gougers who also don't stand behind their work!!

Scott gave me a timeframe and quote that was abolutely precise. He explained all parts and service well without talking down to me. Jen was very professional with the loaner. she was able to assist me with my specific loaner need. Both employees are truly assets to be proud of. Sincerely, Jeff.

Niello BMW is a great place to buy a car! Mark Cornell, internet marketing, was extraordinarily helpful in finding an XDrive car for us and making a deal we could not refuse. He was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the long decision process that I went through. His followup after the sale has also been very important to us. There were a few strange twists in delivery of the car and Mark Cornell and Todd Watson, the business development manager, made this process efficient and enjoyable. We could not have been treated nicer by everyone at the dealership. Buy your car here!

I came here with my dad looking to find him a new car. He wanted a luxury SUV, and we had both heard good things about the X5. So, we went in spring when it wasnt very pleasant outside, which to me, would show some amount of being seriously ready to buy a car. We had some questions about one of the X5s, and after some time, no salesman had come out to greet us. This was strange, seeing that a few had seen us drive out and look at cars. So, after going in, one finally came up to us and reluctantly came outside with us. He was not helpful past opening a car for us. He didn't answer any questions, offer a test drive, and had the nerve to answer his cell and have a personal conversation about how his brother didn't come to dinner the night before! We were utterly surprised at his lack of caring. After waiting for him to finish his Personal conversation for a few minutes, we got fed up and left. Audi on auburn was more than happy to help us that day, and ended up getting the sale (a beautiful S-line Q7). I know the service manager personally, and can tell you he runs an amazing service department, so this review is for sales only.

Made contact with dealer about a used car I was interested in seeing. Advised rep I would stop by during lunch the following day to look at vehicle. he said it was his day off but to ask for another rep that he named. When I went in the next the day, the rep could not locate the car and then found out they just sent to car to auction. Nice. They knew I was coming in, but didn't tell me they were sending car to auction house. After that I kept getting emails from the original rep pointing me to their website to look at their inventory. He never asked me what I was looking for or gave me a list of cars that met or came close to my needs. I suppose he expected me to look through the complete inventory list and see if I could find cars that met my criteria. Geez, I thought that was his job??? I purchased a vehicle from them a few weeks later but still kept getting his emails. Really???

This is strictly regarding the Service Dept.I am completely satisfied with Niello BMW's Service Dept. Everytime I have dropped my car off for maintenance service or repair, they have done a great job and helped the best they could.I have taken my Z4 twice for oil changes, once covered under BMW maintenance ($0 out of my pocket) once for $90 with coupon on their website. They do the usual inspection, top fluids (I think), fill tire pressure, and wash the car free.I also took it for some oil leaking once, headlamps not aligned, and brake rotor issues. All were fixed under warranty (certified pre-owned), sometimes free, sometimes $50 copay.Though their service is a bit slow (2hr+ oil changes), service once took 5 days to diagnose a problem, I don't mind as they provide a loaner if booked in advance, and I'd rather have the job done right than to have to keep coming back.I've been going to Chris for 2 years now and wish I could still go to him but I'm moving out of Sac. Hopefully I'll find another good BMW dealer like this.

I went w/ my girlfriend to look at new 5 series sedans/wagons and X5s. her '02 325Ci is over 100k miles, plus she's getting a BIG dog (mastiff). Her 325Ci was purchased in Fresno b/c of the excellent cust service, especially compared to the condescending attitude she received from 3 Bay Area dealership's salesmen. We tried Niello to see if it was worth buying there for the shorter distance from home. Chris came out to help when we got to the lot, and was very pleasant but not helpful. My girlfriend's intention was to get information on the models to help her decision on which will be best for her dog, and based on the treatment from the staff she would decide whether to buy from Niello. Chris asked very early "where are you in the process" so it was obvious he wanted to know if she was buying right away. When we explained the situation, he was no longer interested in sticking around for questions, and politely gave his card, writing the bmw website address in case we had questions. Based on this, she will be going back to Fresno to buy her new 5 series, any future new car, and will continue recommending Fresno to family, friends, and coworkers. Niello lost a DEFINITE sale, and many more in the future.
