All Good. Prompt oil change for my new Ranger. Called that day, took me right in and done in a jiffy. Good communication with texts to let me know they were done. This was my free first oil change after purchasing my vehicle. Also no extra charge for full synthetic oil, which was a pleasant surprise. Thanks!

I would buy a car from this place any day! Everyone is nice here. Our salesman, Randy Stormes is the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. And, this dealership is not marking up the price on vehicles due to the shortage like other dealers are! That alone makes them more trustworthy in my book!

I recently bought a 2021 Ford Escape. Norbert was so great! He let me test drive the couple cars I wanted and helped me purchase my vehicle. He is very informative and has a lot of knowledge about the inventory. After my purchase, Norbert helped teach me all about the car. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I understood everything the car had to offer. He also helped set up my phone to the car and with the Ford app. Vito helped with the financial side of my purchase. I went in with a percent I wanted to stay under and he made it happen! Randy was the manager who kept checking in on us to make sure we were happy customers. I can say I am very happy with my purchase. After such a crazy last year, it was so nice to have pleasant and helpful people to work with.

I wanted a new AWD vehicle so I walked into Nielsen Ford. I was greeted at the door and was given all of the information I needed. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
