I was very happy when I decided to buy my first car. And I found the car, which was the dream for a long time. This Audi 6 sedan. I pay cash 4700. The seller said that he was to clean and check my car. To do this, he needs a few days. It was strange, but I was too happy at this moment. A week later I call again and ask when I can pick up my car. The manager said that he needed another day or two. I deliberately drove past the manager's office, where to buy my car. My car stood still in the same place with a table sold. I was very surprised and upset. I understand that the manager to do noting this week. Finally I got my car. A week later, there was a downpour. I saw that inside my car in right side the water. I was upset, but I'm cleaning. Then the next rain, I saw that my car have water again. I realized that my car leak. Only then I learned that the car guarantee only three days. Those. within three days, I can to return my car. Now late. I had to cover my car constantly in the rain, in order to somehow save her from the rain. Autumn soon. And I decided that I need to repair the machine. In addition, the lock broken on the door. This is a month after the purchase of the machine! When I drove the car to a mechanic, he told me that the repair will cost at least $ 1400 (the door lock and the car leak). The next day I took my car. I urgently need to go to work. Then the indicator in the car light up "Hot" and went to white smoke from the front. I was just in shock. I'm a new driver. And I bought the car it is here, because I thought it was a good seller. I thought that I would be easy to go on my machine at least a year. But now I had to call a tow truck, and to give my car mechanic again. He said that I have to pay $ 2,500 to use the car again. In total, I have to pay for the repair of $ 4,000! Are you joking? No one should not deceive people !!! It's just awful. You can not sell the car, if in a month things start to break down !!! Do not make my mistake !!! Do not buy a car HERE !!!

bought a 2010 Subaru Outback, I knew in advance about the accident/repair status and the price reflected said title status. There was a couple of parts we were waiting on and it turned into a small complication, Cory kept the communications open and seemed genuinely concerned , I drove from Lansing to Grand Rapids to get my car, and they gave me the option of bringing it back or sending the parts. I decided to have them just send the parts and topped off my gas tank and sent me on my way. I was happy topay for the shipping on the parts and to my surprise they paid them for me, I was very pleased with their professionalism and the way they seem to go out of their way for their customers. Thanks guy's

I baught a used (05) subaru outback.Test drove and all seems ok for a short drive up and down Division Ave in Grand Rapids. After driving home with the car, found out the radio did not get any am/fm recep. Then the electric door locks did not work. Then I notices after driving a bit a heavy smell of burning oil and especially when stopped. Then when home and looking further there was no tools to change a spare tire. It did have a spare though...I called Joe and he aggreed to have his mechanic look at things. I really had to laugh when he told me to put the recirculation button in so I would not smell oil burning. How stupid!!His mechanic did fix the radio, I fixed the door lock (corroded fuse). He replaced four sway bar end links because of a know at bumps. I DID HAVE TO PAY ALL PART FEES.Now come to find out it has blown head gaskets which he says he wont help anymore as I have (in his words) "offended him". THe moral of the story is he is the typical "used car salesman" just buy it but don't expect everything to work. Be sure to check EVERYTHING out before you buy from this guy.He also told me he'd get me a couple key fobs but now says he won't. :((

Purchased a 2001 Audi A6 way under book value. Found the car to be a great value. Was hesitate to ask to bring the car to my mechanic but was encouraged to do so after I ask. My mechanic found two small issues ($350) and Niewiek Auto offered an additional discount or repair the items at their shop, I choose the later. All and all a very good car for the money even though its 12+ years old. Very impressed!

This guy tried to sell me a Passat with broken turn signals, shakey brakes and an engine that was blowing lots of white smoke for $3,000. It was an '01 with 222,000 miles. He tried telling me that "there's nothing wrong with it", and offered to cover any repair costs - if I paid to go get it looked at. I didn't need it to be looked at to tell that it was a lemon. He tried saying it was "turbo blowby which is a normal thing". Turbo blow by is a sign that the turbo seals are bad, letting oil from the turbo leak into the intake. And it would burn blue, not white. I said it's more likely a head gasket, because the smoke poured from the head, and from the oil dipstick tube, and the coolant looked dirty (it was at night so I had to use my phone flashlight).Long story short, this guy wouldn't move an inch, and tried his hardest to get us to purchase this vehicle at full price with obvious problems. Very bad vibe.

I bought my first Subaru from Joe in 2006, 2 years and about 25k miles later (174,xxx total) I had some engine troubles. Joe was so nice and processed all of my warranty claim for me, and I only had to pay $100 of the almost $1600 claim! Then in the fall of 2010 I handed down my Subaru to my daughter, And purchased my second one from Joe. Just as easy as the first one, and still running strong. I have read a bad review here, and all I can say is people bump heads every now and again right? Regardless, I know that I will continue to recommend Niewiek Auto to friends and family.

Super really. I promised to write this review before I bought the car, because the other review really scared me. Joe did what he said and I got a great value!! The car did have a few problems when we first look at it, but what 2400 car would not. We worked together and fixed what we needed to make it a great value.

They claim the car has no problems, or that they will fix items you point out, before you pick it up. They do not do it. Their warranty (that you pay for) forces you to use THEM to fix it and they take weeks or months to do it. They take advantage of college students - which are plentiful in Grand Rapids. They act very friendly when you are looking at cars and the second you've paid for it, you are on their 'do not answer the phone' list. I will be reporting them to the BBB and suing them as well for breach of warranty.
