I don't think I've ever been to a place where we couldn't come to a good deal and I haven't been upset. Unfortunately the numbers didn't quite work in my favor, but they were still the BEST around! Nate and Marvin are some if the most professional and extremely respectful people I've ever met. The deal only didn't fall through due to my own finances, but these gentleman are FANTASTIC! Highly recommend!

I am so impressed by the team that works here. I was merely a by stander, driving a friend to pick up her newly purchased vehicle at this location. I had also purchased a car recently from another dealer and had a few concerns about my own car. While I was there I had asked Ivan about a rattle that I heard from my car. He took interest and took a quick look at it. He discovered that the screws that held the heat panel in tact were rusted off, causing the panel to shake. He went above and beyond by having his techs replace the screws for me which was completely unexpected since I am not a customer. He even replaced the battery in one of my keys. I am so thankful for Ivan’s help with all of this. It was 100% amazing customer service, a total class act. This gesture goes to show how much they take pride in their job and truly care about helping people. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle or have their car serviced.

I want to thank Jose and Manny for the great service. When I started looking for a new vehicle a very good friend of mine recommended that I go to Nissan 24. When I arrived at the dealership I saw and fell in love with a 2016 Nissan Titan XD. When I went back to the dealership can make my purchase the vehicle was gone Jose and Manny when online to search for the color that I was looking for they stayed in touch with me while I search for the vehicle and promised that they would find it it happen for me by a certain day. Walked in and spoke to Jeff "Tiny" Theodat but He was very professional and spoke to me a car rather than selling me on a car. Asked me what I was looking for, color, size and all and then found a great fit of my description. Very well versed and knowledgeable about what was important to me about the Vehicle and even though I did not walk a away with a car, I walked away knowing that he's the guy to talk to about Nissan which may come in handy on my car search. I honestly wish he would be my liaison through out the entire purchasing experience but, oh well.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima. We originally purchased a Nissan Sentra and some difficulties with it. We were encouraged by a Nissan sales associate, John Spadea, to attempt to have Nissan buy the vehicle back. They did just as John said! After the bad experience we had with the Nissan Sentra my husband and I were close to leaving Nissan all together as it was our first time buying a new vehicle. John Spadea completely changed our opinion throughout the process. With out his customer service skills we undoubtedly would have left Nissan and chose another company. He made us feel like family and we often joke how he was more like an uncle to us because we felt so comfortable with him. Not the typical salesman at all. John Spadea should be the standard every sales associate should try to meet. We must also mention that the financing associate Charlie was unbelievable as well. We were quoted a car loan from USAA military bank and Charlie beat that quote by more than half the interest rate. If you are a Veteran, as Charlie is, go see him and if not still go to Nissan 24 you won't be let down. I highly recommend both John Spadea and Charlie if you're in the market for a new vehicle and a fair deal!

Visited this dealer to purchase a used Highlander for my daughter who just relocated to Boston area from CA. After much research for the right vehicle I found a Highlander that seemed to fit our specifications. We drove 21 miles on Labor day Friday afternoon and they had the car sitting out ready for us to look at. One glance made us want to run. It had so many dings, tears, bruises that were not disclosed during our initial phone conversation. Then I discovered the miles were 9k higher than advertised. With additional internet research while on the lot, the Carfax miles were higher than the miles on the car. Buyer Beware!

I had an issue with a rattling noise coming from under my new 2016 Nissan Altima SL. Bryant Hernandez in the service department made sure that I was updated on the status of the issue in a timely manner. It took a few days to find the issue, but it got resolved. He got me set up with a service loaner, so I wasn't inconvenienced while my car was being serviced for the issue. He always puts the customer first and makes sure that everything has been completed before returning your car to you. I always ask for Bryant when getting my car serviced at Nissan 24. You can tell that he wants to make sure that you have an excellent customer service experience. I will admit that I am sometimes not the easiest customer to deal with, but he remains patient and understands

After spending some time at another high volume Nissan dealer in Quincy and feeling totally abused we went to Nissan 24 were we purchased a used Nissan in 2011. There we ran into Jeff Theodat aka Tiny. Jeff was awesome to deal with very friendly and knowledgeable and with in no time we had or Lease at a price we were happy with. I had been looking at online inventories of area Nissan dealers for a deal on a leftover 2016 Maxima, and had narrowed my search down to a few specific cars. An email to Nissan 24 put me in touch with Sarah Janczurewicz, who was very pleasant to deal with. Nissan 24 seemed motivated to make a deal since their initial quote was pretty competitive, but they were pretty firm on pricing moving forward. At that point, I was satisfied with the price and verbally agreed to buy the car. Next I was handed off to salesman John Spadea to complete the process. I found John to be pleasant, straight forward, and accommodating. He made sure the car was prepped and ready to go with my insurance company and the RMV and kept me informed throughout the process. The car was ready to be picked up when he said it was and as I drove away I was pleasantly surprised at how smoothly this purchase worked out. Ive had past car purchases that made going to the dentist for a root canal seem pleasant by comparison, so this was an unusual experience for me. If I had one complaint, it would be the large selection of extras that the finance person relentlessly tries to get you to bite on, but I understand that comes with the territory. Overall, I didnt sense the typical sleaze that the cynic in me has come to expect from a car dealership: no deception, no trying to get me to overpay, no playing fast and loose with the numbers. How refreshing.

So I decided to buy my first new car and I know a lot about business. This being said I am good at negotiations and getting the deal I want. We didn't spend a lot of time on the song and dance... I gave them a budget and gave them an idea of what I wanted the first car was not for me.. Then they brought in the 2016 Nissan Sentra I was like OK!! I could get with this.. Then talking with financing was typical but I got what I wanted.. The next day I had a car and a full tank of gas, plates, no hastles. If you are going to Nissan 24 See Cley.. I essentially love to ask many questions, Mike answered each question passionately, with a smile; unlike the first salesman that I worked with the month prior. He didn't answer my questions, came off as if they were bothersome. I love the color of the 2016 Altima, I am driving. Thank you Mike, without even knowing he read my mind. (You just don't know how happy that made me) Shadow Blue, is a much better fit, than the grey one that Manny, had picked out the month before. (although the color was nice, I absolutely love this color much better) Mike, was very well knowledgeable on the features, of the vehicle, if he didn't have an answer he quickly found one. Very organized, returned all phone calls. Delivered my vehicle, completely inspection sticker intake. (As this is my second go round, with the Sales Team at Nissan within a Months time) Manny the Sales Manager, always goes the extra mile for the customers, always has a smile, (I don't think he ever gets mad) even when were not so nice. Manny, in Finance, with the 100's of papers, he is able to multi-task, without an error. I need to learn, some office skills from him. The Team at Nissan 24; is Awesome! We walked into Nissan 24 unsure if we were going to buy. We had just started the process of looking around. I had always had a Hyundai and wanted to check out other cars. Cley met us outside and was very eager to show us around. He took the time to ask what I liked in my current car that I would still like to have (ie: gps, navigation) and what wasn't so important (moonroof). He came up with a car that he thought would meet our needs After test driving a standard Rouge, we felt it was a little small for my 6'7'' husband so he had us try the SV version. Perfect. He answered all our questions and if he did not know, as he is fairly new, he quickly got the answers for me. The day I picked it up, he went over everything I needed to know about the car. I highly recommend Nissan 24 and ask for Cley if you go!

I leased my 2nd Car from Nissan 24 and must say I am completely satisfied by this dealer. I met with Ed Mccarthy for the second time in the last 2 years to lease another car. I searched him out because of my previous experience leasing a car from him. He was able to come in on his day off, sunday. and help me. I feel this was a very nice thing to do and above what anyone should expect. He was able to make the experience easy and stress free. Charlie is the finance person and he was great also. He answered all my questions, even the stupid ones. It is nice when you leave a dealership happy. I have bought or leased about 9 cars in my life time from 6 different dealerships and by far Nissan 24 is my favorite dealership. I would encourage anyone I know to go there to buy or lease a car. They do not pressure you and they treat you well and with kindness. I also have used the service department for the last 2 years and they are great also. Always helpful and do above what is expected.

I was iffy to buy another car but when I first walked into Nissan 24 everyone was so cheerful. I was introduced to sales consultant DJ and his special financing Manager Jennifer Tracy. I had a great experience working with both of them when it came to finding me the perfect vehicle as well as going through the financing part. I got a great deal on a beautiful Toyota Camry and everyone there was so helpful and a joy to be around. I highly recommend everyone go to Nissan 24 to purchase there next vehicle!!!

i walked into the Nissan Dealership with skepticism because of past experience with salesmen who are nice as pie when trying to get a purchase but their attitudes change once the sale is completed.(Who are you attitude?) Arthur Crisafulli changed my whole outlook on salesmen. He was the nicest salesman you could meet, very pleasant, polite and professional throughout the whole process and remained that way even when i called with questions days later. Thank you personally Arthur, your a great guy. I also want to give a shout out (smile) to Manny Rodriguez, and Andrew Gill who also displayed professionalism with a great sense of humor and a smile. I purchased a new 2016 Murano from this dealership this March. They were the only dealer in the area to have the exact car I was looking for and I indirectly had a previous purchase from them and a recommendation of the salesman I should work with. All these together had the makings of a perfect buying experience as well as a future service relationship and it turned out to be anything but! I allowed my desire for this specific vehicle to cloud what I knew in my gut was not a good situation. This is not about price either, although I may have done better, this is about service and dare I say integrity. I am not sorry I purchased this vehicle; I am sorry I bought it from them. There is absolutely no follow through either from the salesman during the process or the general manager after the purchase. I have bought many vehicles and this dealership is by far the "smarmiest". To outline every specific would be monotonous to you the reader but I will say this; know the answers to your questions before you ask them and know them twice over. I thought I did and boy was I wrong. Do your homework and find a dealer you can be comfortable and confident with; this isn't the one. In the words of the finance person at this dealership "I know we are just xxxxxxx car dealers" . This was and is not my attitude about car dealers. You only become a xxxxxxx when you prove to me you are.

But my bad luck changed, the day I met DJ Desmornes,, Sales Manager Manny Ribeiro, and a financial woman named Leanne, whom I felt as though I had known all my life. I had told them bottom line what, I could afford, and to me it just really seemed impossible, but they were tenacious , and just worked it, and worked it, until , I felt a hand on my shoulder and then a hand shake, and then a HUG. The lady I dealt with via email Cat made this process so easy for me I literally sent her all my info went in on Saturday and got my car ooh and they sent someone to pick me up as I didn't have a car like that type of service is unique. The sales guy I had Derrick was so nice and made me feel super comfortable he NEVER pressured me to buy anything. They need to give other dealership a tutorial on how to treat customers!!

Agressive sales style. The salesperson didn't know the car he was selling. E.g. he didn't know that Maxima S comes with navigation. Another sales representative in Nissan24 was very pushy about selling me pre-paid maintenance plan for $700+. When I refused to buy, he started telling me that he is wondering why people choose to spend more on maintenance by not buying prepaid plans. Also he used few other tactics to put me under pressure like asking questions: do I think that all salespeople are liers? If not, why I am not buying the maintenance plan... It seemed to me these guys tried to take advantage of me as much as possible as I would be only one source of their income. Summarizing, I signed a lease in Nissan24, but it was not very pleasent experience. I do not recommend this dealership.

There is no going back and forth on the value of your trade and they give you the best price around for a new Nissan. My salesperson this time was Mike Lajoie and he was excellent. I was looking to lease a Nissan Pathfinder and Nissan 24 responded to an online request very promptly with the best offer. I went in to the dealership to get the paperwork started and the offer was still the same, no bait and switch. That was the easiest car buying experience ever. As I signed the papers I was introduced to the folks in the service department and had my first complimentary oil change appointment scheduled.On the day of the appointment I showed up on time and was immediately seen by the service advisor Andrew Gill. Being new to the Pathfinder I had few questions that Andrew was eager eager to follow up on for me. As I waited, the service was done very promptly and by the time the vehicle was fished Andrew had all the answers to my questions.This the fist visit, and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Found on-line that they have a 2012 Nissan Murano SV with all equipment in a fair price. Drove 50 min to the deal to see car. The sales man pull out the car, but telling me that is a S model without any equipment. Are they just put a lure to hook me up, or have poor management? Even no apologize followed up. When I got there , Nissan 24 has a service door that you drive in . You never get wet . My name is Gino Cadet and I just bought a 2015 Rogue from Nissan 24 and my sales person Mark Zurlo was great. I wanted a new Rogue with leather because I have young children and the cloth gets ruined very easily because of them. Unfortunately, the SL was way out of my price range. Mark suggested adding leather in my rogue select so I got all the options I needed (bluetooth, back up camera, USB) and leather! Not to mention the quality of the leather was great too. I am extremely happy with my new Rogue and cannot express enough how great of a job Nissan 24 did. Mark himself was outstanding, and really knew his stuff about the Rogue. I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle.

My daughter was in the market to purchase her first new vehicle and she asked for my assistance. After extensive research, she narrowed it down to the Rogue S AWD. When we entered the showroom we were greeted by Vladimyr Jean-Charles. Vladimyr was friendly, but not pushy. He listened to and answered all of my daughter's questions. Vladimyr explained the difference between the models, but at no time did he use high pressure sales tactics to get us to upgrade to a higher model. We quickly came to an agreed upon price and interest rate. Vladimir was instrumental in getting my daughter the incentives that she qualified for. He was also able to get her a lower interest rate than what was first agreed upon. The paperwork went smoothly and her vehicle was ready for pickup on time as promised. We were impressed by the professionalism and courtesy shown to us by the whole sales department. We were informed of all the options that were available to her, but again no pressure tactics were used for purchase. We couldn't have asked for a better "new car shopping/buying" experience.

We saw a car on line at Cars.com. It had a good price and some of the features we wanted. We set up an appointment to see the car the next day. We met Mark and he showed us the car we saw on line. It was as advertised and at the price shown. We also saw another car on the lot we liked more. It was newer and had many more options. After a test drive we decided to take the newer car. It was a 2014 Altima in great condition. Mark gave us a discount because we had used Cars.com which was a great surprise to us. Throughout this entire buying experience everyone we dealt with at this dealership was great. They handled all of the paperwork, the registration and title transfer of our old car, provided an inspection sticker and a full tank of gas. All this and more - it was an excellent experience.

Our most recent service took place on January 26th, 2015. Along with having a synthetic oil and filter change, we had a tire problem and a funky smell inside the car. Catilin as well as the service guys, takes good care of us. They explain what the situation is, how they can fix it and how long it should take. They make us comfortable while waiting, are friendly. The reward program has come in handy more times than I can say to save us money. We would recommend this service center and intend to return when necessary.

I had a recent break down, and had my Nissan Xterra towed Nissan 24. In dropped the vehicle off via tow truck. A part had to be ordered and my extended service warranty company contacted. Nissan 24 was able to do this and complete the repair ahead of their estimated time to fix the vehicle. also, the car wash go rid off all the salt from this horrible winter, go Nissan 24

I just purchased a 2012 Hyundai Elantra, and I could not be happier with the services I received during my entire buying process with Nissan 24. I worked with Miguel Santana and he was able to deliver fantastic customer support, along with the rest of the sales associates and finance team. I recently visited Nissan 24 on a fact finding mission about the new Nissan Altima. I ran into a sales person Mark Zurlo who was extremely pleasant. He demostrated the vehicle I was interested in and out of all the different models helped me decided which one was the best fit for me. I was impressed on the amount of information he provided me with about the vehicle. He made the experience very easy. He turned my fact finding mission into me leaving with my new Nissan Altima that day. If you are every in the market for a new Nissan, please do yourself a favor and go see Mark Zurlo. He is great at what he does, he does not pressure you and is extremely easy going. Great kid!

I recently lost my car to a very unfortunate and unexpected incident. The staff at Nissan 24 did a fantastic job of getting me back on the road. Gerald and Jessica not only worked with me financially, they also made me feel comfortable and appreciated. All staff were friendly. Each time I was at the office multiple staff walking by offered me a drink. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to have me as a customer. The people here changed my bad situation into a great one, putting me into a beautiful 2013 Nissan Altima. The next time I am in the market for a car I will definitely come back here. I will also suggest this place to anyone who is shopping for a car.

John the man in charge of their collision dept is great I brought my Toyota tacoma in to fix a dent I had on my tailgate he and his son did the best they could on my tailgate and didn't charge me any thing. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a used Nissan Leaf that was so clean you could have eaten off it. Had one issue w/ antenna after purchase and their Service dept. took care of it w/ no problems. I came in just to look at prospective vehicles, after having been to Toyota and Hyundai dealerships in the past few days. Christopher Logan asked what we were looking for and was very accommodating. It was a much better experience than we had at the other dealerships, which were very aggressive. Chris was well informed and let us look at a variety of cars in our price range, and within a few hours we were driving off the lot in a new car! we will defiinitely be buying cars here from now on!

When I walked into Nissan 24 I was met right away and was introduced to Jose. Right away Jose was very welcoming, laid back (in a good way). I was in a reallly tough situation that I didn't think anyone could help me with. I looked at 2 other dealerships before Nissan 24, but just didn't feel the comfort and understanding of what I really needed. Jose worked with me and found a car I fell in love with. I was driving a 2007 nissan altima. I will be picking up my 2013 Altima on wednesday. Thank you so much Jose for all your help. Rick who did the finacing for me gets a thumbs up also. Very professional, friendly dealership. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new car.

I called Thomas Ronan on Tuesday, 12/24/13 to inform him that I had a flat that needed to be replaced. He apologized about not being able to fit me in as they were closing early (due to holiday). He assured me he would call the warehouse on Thursday morning to order tires and could have me come in at 9 AM. Upon arrival on Tursday morning, Thomas informed me that he already had the tires in. After evaluating my car, it was determined that my front right tire tread was wearing thin, an alignment would be needed along with an engine belt. When I asked if a loaner car could be given so I could go to work, I was told no problem. Thomas even went to retrieve items I would need. However, unfortunately, my license had expired so I could not borrow a car! Thomas offered to take me to the RMV, but I was having a bad hair day!!As a courtesy, Thomas replaced my right break light for free. Not a great day but this dealership, knowing I make my living on the road, prevented me from having more problems.

Went to Nissan 24 service center to have a headlight repaired on my daughters Maxima. They stated it not only needed a new bulb which we purchased for $214. but that when they tried to replace just the bulb it flickered which meant it needed a whole new headlight replacement kit which would bring the cost to $569 plus about $150 in labor. I thought $700 was a lot to repair a headlight so I purchased just the bulb and did not have them do the work. I took the vehicle over to Copeland Toyota where i have my other two vehicles serviced and they replaced the bulb for $11.57. They said it was a very simple repair. Do not trust this service station!!!!

We have bought 3 cars from Nissan 24. We cannot say enough good things about their customer service. A year and a half ago when we bought my vehicle, I was very picky. They had to go find the car I wanted at another dealership. They did that AND delivered it to my home on my birthday! This year, we had to trade that vehicle in and were in a bit of a bind. Damon and David worked with us and got us into a new vehicle in a matter of hours. Our experience buying this vehicle was the best car buying experience I have ever had. This dealership is well worth the time to visit. Everyone there is more than helpful and willing to do what it takes to make you happy. This was my first time at Nissan 24. I must say that before I walked in, all I had was a budget and no specific model that jumped at me, but an idea of what I wanted. Upon my arrival, I was promplty greeted on the sales floor by Mark Zurlo, and so began the sales process. He was attentive, patient, not overbearing & above all else just very genuine. Before buying at Nissan 24, I had a couple of very bad experiences with a couple of other Nissan dealers in my area. I was about to give up on Nissan altogether until I gave one last chance to Nissan 24. Needless to say, I approached them with great cynicism and skepticism. However, they not only regained my trust in Nissan, but exceeded my expectations altogether.From my first contact with Lead Coordinator James Anderson, who was so welcoming, and professional, I felt a level of comfort to proceed with another try at Nissan. He was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, despite my cynical approach. He put me in touch with Sales Consultant, Chris Logan, who was equally knowledgeable and accommodating. Chris was knowledgeable about the Nissan products I was interested in, and dealt with me without pressure or any impatience. He was truly up against a skepticism from my recent experiences with competitor dealers, and that was something he did not deserve. Horrible customer service skills. I set up an appointment to see a car, and when I arrived on time, after driving over one hour, they are showing the vehicle to a different person and all I received as an explanation was ..."I am sorry, business is business.. first come, fist serve".. from the sales manager, who referred to my wife and I as ..."these people"... No remorse, all excuses and no direct answers when I asked for one. "what if I drove 5 hours?" I said...their answer was ..."well.. I don't know..." Basic customer service rules will tell you to try to calm the person down...try to offer a different car, maybe take my info, see what I am looking for.. what do I need...NOTHING!!!!! looked like I was trying to take a car for free.... their main goal was to get us out of there ASAP... that is how they made us feel... like a rat. I am an proud member of the US Armed Forces and I got to say, I did not deserve such treatment. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

We were greeted by Ally who was a very friendly internet sales coordinator. She introduced us to Armando. Once again very friendly, and extremely helpful. He had to deliver some not so good news. My car was SOLD, and not only sold but it just left the lot one hour before we arrived. I was not a happy camper considering the drive and excitement all to find out it was gone. Armando definitely gave it his ALL to find me a car that I would like the same. I had my mind set, and if it wasn't there than I didn't want it. Two days later I was checking my voice mail and had 2 missed calls from Armando. You could hear the excitement in his voice. He was calling to tell me some FABULOUS news. The car was back in business. The previous buyer fell through. Woooo Hooooo! I was so ecstatic. My husband and I drove right over to see it. When we got there I saw it right away and I was overjoyed. Armando came outside to meet us. He had the keys in his hand, and was all ready to slap a plate on it so we could test drive it. We arrived back, and I told him "that is MY car!!!" We ran all kinds of numbers, playing back and forth. We weren't quite where we wanted to be. They were not giving up. They had the GM come over and we kept negotiating. They were very considerate of our time spent, and were very appreciative that we made the trip back to give it another chance. We finally got to the magic number, and we all walked away happy. Even though it was past their opening hours they never once rushed us along. They took their time, and made sure we were fully satisfied. I just hope their dinner wasn't too cold. :) And to top it off even with him having other personal obligations to tend to, he came in on his day off just to make sure that everything was all set with my car. He called me to confirm it would be ready for pick up the next day. WOW!! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal, a great vehicle, and fantastic service. Thanks soooo much guys!!!

Perfect example of why dealerships aren't to be trusted. They'll tell you one thing, make you wait hours to wear you down and send your name to more than a handful of banks even after having told them your credit score is low. Apparently with these people, you can't change your mind about a car you signed for. Even if this happens the very next morning! Took about a week of arguing, constant phone calls, and trips to this dealership to get my deposit money back. Lots of hidden fees and price changes that you don't think about until the next morning or drive home.

Sales reps don't seem to know their products very well. Had the sliding tool box added to my new truck purchase on the basis of the description that it had 6 inches of space between the bottom of the box and pickup bed, but there's less than 2 inches of clearance.The rep also said it could be easily slid out; it can't. I like the truck, but the box severly limits the usefullness of the bed and i would not have had the box added had description of it from the dealer and Nissan accessory brochure been accurate. Also wasn't very impressed with how the new vehicle was prepped for delivery; the interior could have used a vacuuming. It's this kind of stuff that ruins the buying experience.

This Salesman was extremely rude and they have shady business practices. 3 years ago my wife and I purchased a 2008 Nissan Altima from Nissan 24. The salesman (I wish I could remember his name) was extremely rude and our whole experience dealing with him was not pleasant, but we put up with him because we liked the car and thought we were getting a good deal. During the process of negotiating I asked him if the vehicle had ever been in an accident. His answer was "it doesn't show any on the CarFax", which it didn't. Now mind you at the time I knew very little about cars and didn't know what signs to look for that the vehicle had body work done. Fast forward to present day, my wife and I decided we needed a bigger car and over the weekend we decided to trade in the Altima and buy an SUV at Nissan of East Providence. To our surprise, the dealership pulled the CarFax and it showed that our car had Structural Damage reported a month before we purchased the car and that it greatly decreased the trade-in value of our car. After speaking with them about this they told us we overpaid for the car and the Dealership definitely knew about it and should have told us. My assumption is, I was looking at an old CarFax and did not check the print date. This is something you would expect from a local neighborhood used car dealership and NOT a Nissan Dealership. Thank God in the end everything worked out for us. Nissan of East Providence, knowing we were upset by the situation, gave us a decent amount for our trade (obviously not what it would have worth without the blemish on the CarFax) and gave us a great deal on the new SUV. I would highly recommended Nissan of East Providence, both the salesman Adler and Manager Jim were professionals and made our whole car buying experience really pleasant.

Ali Lewis the internet sales person helped facilitate the front end of the deal and is simply incredible. John Spadea in sales is a true professional always going above and beyond to make the entire process so enjoyable. My daughters 2011 Nissan Sentra was totaled in an accident in January 2013. We had to get a vehicle right away and the folks at Nissan 24 were able to get us a leased 2013 Sentra at a great price. Visited Nissan 24 at the suggestion of a relative for leasing options. Spoke to Ed Kardon and Mark about our objectives and finances. They were very accommodating and listened to our needs. Asked us questions to further determine their proposal which is a Nissan Sentra. We were skeptical at first but after explaining that the Sentra was recently enhanced and after test driving we agreed. The lease payments were reasonable and were within our parameters. We decided to lease the car and have been very happy with its performance and mileage. We want to thank Ed and his staff for listening to our needs and proposing a vehicle that suited us in all aspects of the sale.We will recommend Nissan 24

This was a great dealership! Mark was so helpful and honest with us. They gave a such a great deal on a new 2012 Nissan Rouge. They were the best deal around and saved us almost $2,000. They were helpful, honest, and really made the entire sales experience very pleasant. Even though the dealership is about 45 minutes away from my house I will absolutely be back there for my service as well as to buy another car when the time comes!

Bought a 2009 rogue. Had some detail issues -wiper, sensor, etc team fixed every issue. Good price decent people. They addressed every concern and any complaint I had. Honest dealership. Im sure 99% of the time everything goes great but I was in the 1% that don't...but that's where good customer service does or dosen't happen and in this case it did. At the end of the day they truly did a dress every concern.

The whole process took much longer than I was told, I didn't get my car until 2-3 days later than the expected date. The car I originally came for was sold to another party, however they were good at finding me a better deal which I appreciated. Price was very reasonable and they cooperated to most of my needs. I came with a bad impression but left quite satisfied.

Do not go here.. Terrible service! Liars, sketchy, I had less problems with my first car from a junk yard. They sold me a car with illegal tint with out telling me, lied about the price which my mom later found for way cheaper posted online. My car had a random leak in it, had to go back 2 seperate times for them to try to fix it. they treated my mom with the most disrespect! Overall I hate that dealership, go somewhere else!!!!

Brandell was very helpful, he wasn't a pushy salesman and really went out of his way to help meet all the needs of my vehicle purchase. I would defiantly go to him if you are looking for a new car. I did run into some issues with my Murano, some parts needed to be fixed but they were all helpful and made sure it was all taken care of.

I went to Nissan 24 looking to lease a 2012 Altima. First of all they're prices are so high and the sales person, Jeff, claimed I wasn't going to find pricing any lower. I was quoted 289 a month here and 189 a month at Coastal Nissan in Norwell. Norwell ran out of 2012 so I stopped here. I really wanted the 2012 so I accepted the 289 a month and put $1,000 down. Only to find out the bank didn't approve the lease. Nissan 24 then proceeded to check my credit 5 TIMES!?! Absolutely unnecessary. It should have been checked 2 maybe 3 times. Once at the dealership then once by the bank, 2 depending on where they sent it. BUT 5 TIMES!!! Without my permission they submitted my credit to banks for used car loans, which I did not ask for! My credit monitoring app immediately notified me that they did this. Absolutely disgraceful. I did not ask for a used car.Then trying to get the $1,000 back, that a whole other story! Kim originally told me I could come in any day before 5 to get my refund (I paid by debit card). I go in on a Saturday and Jeff tells me the woman who "works the card machine is only here Monday-Friday." RIDICULOUS! I then hounded them with 5 phone calls on Monday checking on my refund. My first call to Jeff was answered with, "I haven't checked it yet." So I proceeded to call Kim, which she never answers. I get a call at 2pm Monday telling me my refund was being put through. It didn't go through until the next week! Are you kidding me! Talk about horrible customer service. Once I told Jeff I had already purchased a car I was treated like dirt, especially on the phone. He would hang up before I could even get me next word in. So rude.BEWARE. Do NOT use this dealer. Do your research.

Went to Nissan 24 to look at two 2009 Nissan Altimas that was on their website. Unfortunately, both these cars were sold the day before. I went in there with no money down and good credit. I only wanted to spend 14,000-14,500 on a 09 or newer altima with under 35k on it. Which is under book value but i saw some advertized around that price with a few more options that the base 2.5s. Smitty, My salesperson was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. We looked at about 4 cars but unfortunately most of them just had too many miles or too many paint chips. We found one with 35k exactly, base 2.5s with no additional packages on it, the asking price was 15,800. I loved the car but was upset about the price being well over what i wanted to spend, especially since they sold two similar cars the day before with more options for 14,000. I made an offer for 14,800 on it and ended up paying 15,200 for it, about 400 under kbb book value. There were about 4-5 dings on doors which dealer had removed and came out perfect. I wanted to include sales tax and end up at about 270/month for 6 years. The sales team worked with me well to achieve this. I highly recommend dealing with them because they really do work with you on pricing of the vehicle. Once I got in the finance office to sign papers I was offered gap insurance, which also i said ok.That's very important when putting no money down to cover you in case of a total loss. Then was offered a 3 year 36k warranty.I said ok to this. All of a sudden my price was 304.00 per month. A little more than I wanted to spend. I asked how much the warranty was? Leanne in financing explained it was a nissan factory warranty and could be used at any nissan dealer around the country. The price was 1800. I had paid 1100 through quirk for a warranty for 5 years 48,000 miles on a previous vehicle. However, this was not a nissan factory warranty. LeAnne Explained alot of warranty companies go out of business and alot of times when a car is out of warranty things will go. I decided to accept the warranty though I still think it was a ridiculous price. LeAnne was very courteous and friendly as well..Overall I do recommend this dealer ship because they had great customer service skills, they made the car look flawless, they got an extra key made free of charge, they detailed again after having it for a few weeks for free because of lingering odor. I was able to negotiate what i feel is a fair price for a nice car.. I wish I could have spent 1000 less, but couldnt find anything similar at other dealers at the time and needed a car. My big and only complaint is the price and duration of the warranty. Before you go in the finance office you have a number in your head and by the time you get out of there its 30.00 a month more, which doesnt seem like alot but over 6 years is.So even though i recommend this dealership, its always good to shop around. also if you see something you like on the website and see the price suddenly went down, dont wait! go get it before someone else does.I made the mistake of waiting about a week on a car the same as mine but 1000 less. It's all about timing, if the dealer has the car longer they drop the price to get rid of it.I plan on paying extra a month for this car and keeping it a little past warranty and then trading it in (3-4 years) I will probably return to nissan 24 or consider coastal nissan in Norwell.Overall a good experience. Pro's: Great Customer Service, friendly staff, willing to negociate on pricing. Went above and beyond to make sure interior smelled perfect,went above and beyond to make sure dings went out, Great service department.. Picked up car same day. Cons: High price for warranty,Website not being updated daily, and took a little too long to process paperwork and make deal (was there for 4 hours, but got car the later that day.I was a previous customer of quirk. Their prices are much higher compared to book value than this dealership, paperwork fee is about the same, warranty is less money and more time, but not "factory" and wait time to process deal was about an hour.

I went in this dealership because I found a great deal online. As I walk in I am greated by a sales man and I tell him I have found a car online and wanted to see it and test drive it. When I tell him what the car is he did not even know they had that car on the lot. Whatever, not a big deal even though it took him a few minutes to find the car and whatnot. Then we test drive it and everything was fine and I wanted to take it to my mechanic and have them look at it. He said thats perfectly fine but I have to sign a contract first(weird!) and put a deposit down. I said I could put the deposit down no problem but I was not signing anything and we literally argued about this for almost an hour and I wanted to see a manager. He went to get the manager but came back alone and said the manager wanted him to handle it on his own. RUDE. When the manager finally came over they were saying it was procedure (the paper said PURCHASE AGREEMENT, which I had not even agreed to purchase the car yet!) Manager snatches the paper away and says fine she doesnt have to sign it and just walks away. Rude again. Next day I take it to my mechanic and within 20 minutes of him looking at it he notices the body work was clearly re-done, badly. And discovers it had been in an accident. I take it back and tell them about this and demand my deposit back. After a day wasted I waited about a half hour to get my deposit back. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!

The experiance I had with Nissan 24 in Brockton, was an absolutely over all excellent as well as a pure pleasurable experiance to deal with this dealership. In particular the gentleman/Salesman I dealt with while I was there, Mr. Kelsie Machesi was fantastic an would and have recommended other friends, family, and co-workers to go and see. Mr. Machesi, was an overall a great salesman he put me in extremly comfortable state and made me feel as though I truly did matter an tried to work with me on each vehicle I was interested as well as being knowledgeable on each vehiclde that I was interested in. Which I found to be a really unique experiance with this dealership compared with other dealerships in the general area, I had been to prior Nissan 24. I found the dealerships I went to before Nissan 24, they would just gave you an uneasy feeling at times and almost a "pushy" at time feeling, and unless they knew you were 100% interested in buying a car that day they didnt give you their full attention or which made any sort of comfortability level almost impossible. I personally feel that even if your buying a car that day or just price shopping you should be a given out of respect for any possible client who walks in the door that common courtesy and respect since it is your money your spending, thats just my opinion and I feel should be always be shown an expected. When I went to Nissan 24, and imparticularly while dealing with the salesman Mr. Marchesi I received his full attention the entire time, answered all my questions without hesitation and was always upfront and direct with his answers an was honest with particular cars or models I was looking at, So due to my experiance there and with Mr. Marchesi I would recommend Nissan 24 over many if not the majority of dealerships in the area.Mr. Cabral

I have been looking for a Pre owned Frontier i live locally and drive by everyday. I met Kelsie Marchesi back in march when i made my first stop at the dealership when i was next door at the gas station getting gas. At the time of my first visit they did not have any pre owned frontiers but kelsie called me when the dealership took one in for a trade in so i made a trip down and was greeted by Kelsie right away. I let Kelsie the Salesman know that my credit is not good but is also not the worst. He treated me great he even bought me a coffee. Unfortunately i did not end up buying the frontier due to my own financial issues but i have every intention on buying my next vehicle from Kelsie no matter what. I had been to a few dealers prior to going to nissan 24 and as soon as i would explain that i am a little credit challenged they treated me like i was a nobody, but not Kelsie he's a great guy and i will be sending anyone that asks me where they should buy a car to go see Kelsie at Nissan 24 the service was great even the sales manager Alex was a great guy and treated me with nothing but respect. My wife and I both highly recommend Kelsie Marchesi and Nissan 24 if you want to be treated rite.

This dealership knows how to treat repeat customers with respect. Everybody says it but even the finance manager remembered us a few minutes into signing the paperwork. We went in a few years back to purchase a Nissan Quest and had a smooth purchasing experience that time. The second time around was for a used car for my son. The dealership came back with a price that made us feel great about buying the car which in my opinion rarely happens. The sales manager John was a pleasure to work with and never felt advisarial despite a wide gap to bridge in the initial offers.A+ for no pressure and fulfilling everything without hounding them.My son loves his 04 Sentra that we purchased a couple months ago but probably would never have wanted it if not for the salesman Matt Sorgman encouraging him to get out and actually giving him an awesome lesson in driving a standard. He had NEVER driven one before but after a few minutes of encouraging lessons my son was feeling confident enough to seriously consider driving a stick. I didn't think it would take my son too long to pick up on it but feel everyone would be a better driver for having learned how to drive a standard. That was made easier that day for sure by some easy going salemanship/driving instruction.My son is loving this car and having the stick shift encourages eyes on the road instead of on a cell phone!I would, and do, recommend this dealer to people I know.

As of March 26,2012 Nissan 24 of Brockton has a new look on their internet sight. Let me tell you why. I went there to purchase a used Altima, but was discouraged from doing so. So I was introduced to a new sales person nice guy Kelsie, but wasn't familiar with the Nissan environment. So I left the dealership leaving a $500.00 deposit on a 2008 Subaru Imprezza. Received a call from Alex Glad on Monday, he said I was approved to purchased the vehicle. I went to the dealership Monday evening. The car was sold to me for $14,600. So I ponder on the deal, I didn't have a good feeling about purchasing this vehicle so I went online looking for Altima with low mileage. So I called on a few the said they were all sold. So I looked for the Subaru online to look at all the feature. I couldn't believe it the price online for the Subaru was $13,731.00. I called Alex and Kelsie I was told some crap about all prices online reflexed a $2000.00 down payment but, there was no mention of this on this online. I went to the dealership and dealt with Damon who honored the price online, gave the additional down paymnet and waited for the sale rep to give me a call. I left message for Alex, John and Damon with no luck. I then spoke to Mark who promise he would take care of the matter the following morning. No luck- so I called Ed Kardon I think that was his name told him what happen and how I was treated like I did something wrong. He didn't call me back!!!! It took 7 days and me standing in the dealership demanding to take my vehicle home. I arrived at 4:20 and they made me wait around for over 2.5 hours. My credit was poor, but they knew that before I walked in the door. The whole sales team treated me like I was wrong for looking to get the best deal I could. Buyer beware!!!!

I went to this dealer to purchase a vehicle at first my experence with the place was friendly i signed all documents and i applied for financing got approved asked for a copys never got one i asked four times. Had a bad feeling then i was to come back after the weekend for pickup only to find the vehicle being sold,when i asked to speak with the general manager i got the run around they told me to call back next day when i called to speak with the general manager i got the the sales manager John they were very rude over the phone and i told him i put a deposit down and where is the paperwork he hungup on me it took a week to get my deposit back I would caution anyone financing or buying a vehicle with them to be careful!

Went to pick up new $45,000 truck and had to be jumpstarted twice. Dealership wanted to put on a charger for 60-90 minutes; instead of just replacing. Had to insist and then wait for Service Manger to make a decision. Was replaced but quite the hassle. This was just one of the many issues encountered that had me at this dealership for nearly 6 hours.

My girlfriend purchased a new car today. The experience was great, and the price was far superior to that of Ira Nissan of Woburn for the exact same Altima. The contrast between these two dealerships is night and day. Manny was phenominal, very friendly and knowledgable. Leanne was informative about all of our financing and warranty options. We would absolutely return and recommend this dealer.There was no upsell or games played - go here before you finalize anywhere else.

I went to Nissan 24 unsure of what I was looking for. After test driving a few cars I still didn't know what car I was looking for. Chris remained patient and friendly. He told me to give him a couple days to find something for me. When i returned a few days later he had a 2007 Nissan Altima waiting for me. I took it for a drive and knew it was the car for me. We crunched the numbers and the monthly payments were a little higher then I wanted to pay. However, after a little work from Chris we managed to find a price that was just right. I've had my car for over a year now and loved every mile behind the wheel. I look forward to doing more business with Chris when I'm ready to trade in for something better. I know he will go above and beyond again to find exactly what I want.

Follow up was excellent. Ed was great, no pressure, returned all my phone calls in atimely manner, worked with me to get as close to what I wanted as possible. The gentleman in finance (I believe it was NIck) was fantastic really worked to get me the most aggressive price/payment and interest rate. I had come from dealing with a Honda dealership in Weymouth, that I had leased 5 cars from, fell on some difficult financial times and they were unwilling to work with me. Nissan 24 provided me with the best deal and service for the situation I found myself in. It's a bit out of the way, but I think worth the effort, I plan on using their service center as well.Jayne Osgood

I am writing this with the intention of updating this review with more positive remarks as long as the dealer corrects the sneaky tactics of one of their employees. If Nissan 24 stands by what they told us, and makes sure our loan is reimbursed, I will update this review and reflect that they are in fact a reputable dealer (despite that one employee). I am happy to report that the dealer did in fact correct the situation. I am happy with their sales department, and their customer service. However, I would caution anyone financing a vehicle with them to be careful!

I NEVER write a review on anything but I was so dissapointed with this place that I had to. First I was speaking with them through email, Damon. I told him what car I wanted and he said he would send the information to the bank and see. Because the car was out my price range, Nick told me that they had loads of other Altimas (my preference) in stock for cheaper. So when I walk in not even a "hello" or "can I help you" So I wait until someone realizes I need help. Second once I got there they said my price range for the Altima was too low ok so I moved my price range a month up $100.00. Now all of a sudden they do not have any Altimas in my price range AT ALL, not even the older ones. They tried to sell me an Impala and a Charger, I do not like American cars. Of course they claimed to drive it 6 months and come back to build my credit, and get an Altima. Thats NOT what they told me over the phone or email, they knew my credit score before I wasted my time going down there if they couldnt get me WHAT I WANTED then they should have NOT wasted my time. They LIED and told me if I move up my payments I can get what I want, I move it up and all of a sudden they dont have any. I was told they have cheaper ones on the lot that is not on the website I get there they do NOT have any cheaper. I was HIGHLY upset and would NEVER go back to this place EVER AGAIN. They lied, horrible customer service and tried to sell me something I DID NOT WANT. I have been to HUNDREDS of dealerships, this by far was the WORST! On top of that they did NOT return any of my phone calls or voicemails I left until days later. HORRIBLE.

I drove all the way from Lexington hoping for a good experience and a good deal. I was happy with both. A small dealership in terms of fancy show room, but that makes them try harder to please. Dave Pratt was friendly and greeted me warmly right from the start. I was prepared for pressure and was not going to buy. When David and the sale manager backed off and was willing to hold the Rouge so I could think about it I didn't know how to handle this way of helping me with my decision. I purchased there and then, and have been very happy with my deal. David has called me more than once to see how my new car is performing and if I have any questions or concerns. David, you have my vote for salesman of the year! Nissan 24 has my vote as Dealer of the Year. Thanks for the good experience in car shopping for a change. Bradley

We stopped in to the dealership because we had a vehicle that just was not big enough for our family. Unfortunately, we owed way more than it was worth. We went into Nissan 24 and explained our situation to Ed and within an hour he had several different options for us. I think we got a very fair deal and we are so happy with our new 2011 Frontier. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing to buy a car.

I just purchased a new Nissan at Nissan 24 and I couldn't wait to write this review. This is the first good experience I've had with a car salesman. The salesman, Joseph Theresias, was very professional, knowledgeable and most importantly for me non-pushy. He went after his way to make sure we were happy during and after the transaction. Other car salesmen I dealt with in the past were always very pushy. That was not the case with Joseph at Nissan 24. He's the true car salesman: one who's there to truly help you but not push you. Before i left the dealership with the vehicle Michael went over all items in the car to make sure i was familiar with what they are and how they work. One of the managers also came outside to make sure all was well. Buying a new car can be a trying experience but the people here were helpful and respectful making this an easy deal.

The first person that we met at this dealership was Manny Ribeiro. He is clearly the reason that we stayed and the reason we ultimately purchased a new car. Manny was not high-pressure or aggressive, but was very respectful, very courteous and very eager to satisfy our needs. He took the time to understand our needs and to help guide us in the right direction. Let me repeat - he "guided" us and did not push or use unwanted tactics. We felt an immediate chemistry with his friendly and gentle demeanor and greatly appreciated his sincere and honest approach. He was very knowledgeable about his products and if he did not know the answer to a question, he quickly sought out the correct information for us. We are very turned off by the stereotypical "used car salesman" approach and we welcomed Manny's refreshingly sincere and genuine manner. When it came time to talk serious pricing, a more senior manager joined us - Eric Amoah - and we were equally comfortable with his congenial and affable attitude. We appreciate a sense of humor and he kept his throughout the entire "negotiation" process. He was consistently polite, respectful and open to our opinions and positions. We made a deal that we felt comfortable and happy with and are very pleased with our choice of vehicle. We also met the owner, Ed Kardon, who explained his vision for this new location and we sensed that he was trying to raise the bar considerably. We will certainly recommend Nissan 24 to all friends and family.

The car purchased was fine except, there was a knick in the windshield, they sent Giant Glass out to repair, they were unable to buff the knick. There is now a visible scratch above and below the knick, initially I was told I would get a new windshield, now it is there opinion that I should just put a claim in thru my insurance company. Second, the brake sensor was lit up on the dashboard, when I asked about it they did send it to Mini to be reset. How did this vehicle pass safety inspection if there was a light showing on the dash? They did not know what it was, i read the owners manual and found out what it meant. They are telling me that they did their best and since the car passed inspection it it safe. The salesman was great, I also purchased an extended warranty, delivery date was 6/14 and yet to receive anything from the warranty company. Not sure I would refer anyone to them. After reading reviews that you already had, I see that with used car purchases, customers seem to be having the same issues that I had. Buy the car, sorry that isn't our problem. Interesting to see what their response is to the Attorney General. Hmmm,

I will never buy a car here again or recommend anyone i know to buy a car here either. Once you buy the car they do not care anything that goes wrong with it and will ignore you or say "nissan isnt going to cover this or that". This place just sucks. Never again and I WILL be sure to spread the word.

I was impressed by the high level of professionalism exhibited by these guys. They worked with me to get a better car than I had wanted at an unbeatable price! I got very objective advice which greatly simplified the car buying process. I felt comfortable and informed throughout the whole process and even the paperwork was simplified and done at my convenience. It was a real pleasure working with Eric and Manny and I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car, especially if it is your first car. These guys are in for business! I had nothing but excellent customer service and that, in fact, is an understatement.

Best car buying experience to date! As a single woman, the car purchasing process is daunting. Walking into a showroom I usually feel like theres a big flashing sucker sign over my head. That was not the feeling I had at Nissan 24 in Brockton. From the moment I walked in and was greeted by John Spadea, he was welcoming, friendly and patient. He listened to my needs and found me the perfect vehicle, no pressure. The paperwork process is never fun for me, but it was clear Leanne knew her stuff, she patiently explained the answers to any questions I came up with, certainly making this part of the process much less stressful. The atmosphere in the whole dealership was very warm, friendly and relaxed, much different than my past experiences in other dealerships. I was introduced to the owner who made a point of personally checking in several times during the course of my purchase to be sure I was satisfied with the way things were moving along. He seemed genuine in his concern that I would leave a satisfied customer, and I did. I would highly recommend Nissan 24 to anyone looking to make a purchase; I found their professionalism, friendly, helpful manner and low pressure approach refreshing.

The customer service that the employees at Nissan 24 gave was superb! They made me feel very comfortable with the purchase, and walked with me every step of the process to make sure I got what I wanted. This being my first purchase from a dealership I feel I got exactly what I wanted. Nothing was pushed on me. I love my car! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Nissan 24 beat my local and other regional dealers out of the water on price. Then on top of that, everyone I dealt with from the salesperson to the delivery driver were all focused on making it a pleasurable experience for me. I have recommended them to all my family and friends and highly recommend them for you as well.

I had a maxima before and wanted another Nissan so I headed to the place where I first bought my Maxima. They changed owners and I was a little nervous of this. I knew the Santilli's (previous owners) and they were great. However, I did get great service from their new and old staff. I worked with Ed McCarthy and he had LOTS of patience for me. I was having a hard time making a decision between cars and money was an issue. Ed was great! He really had tons of patience, went on countless test drives and answered every question. When I went to sign away for a car that I was not thrilled with, he stopped and crumpled up the paperwork and told me he was not going to sell me a car that I was not excited about. He was right, I wanted the Maxima. He was able to show me a used Maxima and got me in it for more than I was initially going to pay for a basic Altima - but I do not mind making the payments with a car I LOVE rather than a car that is alright.Damon was also great, very upbeat and got me a great finance rate. If you have good credit - they will bend over backwards for you and get you a GREAT rate.Entire staff was very friendly and not "car sales" mentality. I went to a previous used car dealer and it was a scene from the 70's where they stuck me in a small room to close the deal. You will not find that here. I would HIGHLY reccommend Nissan 24!!!!

I would recommend Nissan 24 to anyone looking for a car. I went to multiple dealerships and the sales associates at Nissan 24 really listened to my needs and were more a partner in the buying process, rather then trying to rush me or making me feel pressure to purchase. The staff was extremely friendly. I look forward to returning to get any future car maintenance done through Nissan 24 as well.

The reason I went to this dealer is because my fiance had bought many vehicles over the years from Santilli Nissan, doing business with Ed ------ because my fiance worked with Ed's dad in years past. I thought it would be the best choice for me to see Ed who I had also met from years past at the dealership, and was trading in the last vehicle he had sold us. the first man I dealt with asked my name to tell Ed who was here to see him, and he said the wrong name. Good listener there!!! Ed and I then start discussing the usual, I told Ed I was looking for a sentra, a leftover 2010, 5 speed. Money is tight for me. He actually told me they don't really make those in a five speed. I know that Mastria Nissan had 5 on there lot. He asked my to try out the Altima couple. He had me stand outside for 10 minutes, when he came back out he expressed how cold it was, he proceeded to get the car out of the corner it was in , as he rolled by me, I thought he was going to stop and let me get in, and he just drove around the building without me. I walked around the entire building. A salesman saw me, asked if anyone was helping me, and I told him Ed just drove the car around for me to take a ride. Imaging he went to get the plate. Ed walked away from me so many times never saying what he was going to do nor how long he would be, he left me sitting 20 minutes at a time. The next special occurance was the african american man that Ed kept leaving me to talk with, came over to me and talk a little money talk, but then...... that unprofessional ignorant person actually asked me if I had ever dated a black man before. I was dumbfounded. I said no, he laughed, he left for a bit, Ed went to talk with him again. At this point I'm standing Ed comes back over, tells me to sit down, tells me that I'm not having a baby relax. I said my back bothers me when I sit too long. I need to go to work soon. I need to get going. gives me a speel, I tell him I have a small loan to payoff, I need time to see what I can do with that, and we'll talk soon, The ignorant man came back over and said you really haven't dated a black guy before?At this point I don't know why I stayed there as long as I did. Ed called my four times the next day with in a few hours. I don't talke calls while I'm Working. I work in the restaurant business. He left one message statinig, he felt like my redheaded step child, because I hadn't returned his call. I guess I just can't believe the unprofessional behavior. There are more little things, but I've said enough. It was the worsed service I have ever gotten anywhere. They also forgot to give me back my registration. I called back a couple of days later when I realized I didn't have it back in my glove box. I called Ed, left a message letting him know i wouldn't be in the area any time soon, and asked him to mail it back to me, and I have never seen it to this day nor heard from him. It's just as well. So after all of this, I would never recommend this Dealer to anyone. I will recommend highly...The Rt. 44 Toyota. They gave me such an amazing deal. I recommend them highly.

My 2003 Altima had seen better days. At 196,000 miles, it was time to trade in. I loved my Altima and knew I wanted to stay with Nissan... but had never dealt with a dealership before and had my reservations. From the beginning, the team at Nissan 24 was great... beginning with the service crew who worked on my Altima and advised me when it was time NOT to invest any more $ into it down to the sales team who gave me a fantastic price on a 2008 Nissan Maxima. A special thank you goes out to Michael Howard who made the process of buying a car bearable with his kindness and patience. The purchase went smoothly and I would recommend anyone looking for a car to head on down to Nissan 24... you'll be treated right.

My experience at Nissan 24 was excellent. I was involved in an car accident that resulted in my vehicle being totalled. I explained the situation and was doing some intitial shopping in anticipation of my insurance claim. They gave me all the information that I needed without a high pressure sales pitch. I enjoyed the back and forth discussion and negotation and truly felt it was a partnership. I have since visited the dealership for service and had a tremendous experience. Friendly, timely and just a joy to deal with.

In the begining of 2011 I bought my first newish car from Nissan 24. I have owned many cars in the past, but never actually dealt with a dealership. After days spent searching Cars.com reading reviews and checking carfacts, I made an appointment with Nissan 24 to test drive a used 2010 Nissan Sentra. When I arrived my brother and I were directed to Michael Howard. Michael's approach to selling me the car was amazing! He was honest and nothing but overly helpful. Not one of mine of my brother's questions did Michael leave unanswered. The process of buying the car that day took hours since I had never before had a car loan and Nissan 24 was trying to get me the best interest rate available. So while awaiting bank responses for the loan Michael and the rest of Nissan 24's staff kept my borther and I entertained and even made us coffee. The dealership has keep in contact in the event I had questions or concerns, and made the change over of my registration and plates smooth which was something I was worried about. They even gave me more then I had expected for my junky trade in! I have been driving my car for months now and I'm very happy with my purchase. Nissan 24 and Michael Howard made what I expected to be a unpleasantly irritating experience into a a fun story I have told many times over. I will make Nissan 24 my first search next time!

I found both Michael Howard and Leeanne to be very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the 2008 Nissan Altima that I purchased. Due to the experience that I had I will recommend and also be a return customer in the future.

Buying or leasing a new car is a daunting experience in itself. However I have never been more impressed with a dealership as I was with Nissan 24. They were truly professional in every manner and made this experience for me actually pleasurable, which I thought was impossible.I would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them and have already done so. Ironically I was not familiar with this dealership, which was recommended by my niece, now I know why, she had nothing but positives. I was a skeptic with dealerships in general, and was turned around by Nissan 24. I can't possibly rave enough about them!!!!! Thanks Nissan 24 again. I honestly hope this is a public review. We had a great experience buying our new 2011 Quest from this dealership. The process was pleasant and painless. Melany, David, Leanne, and Art were very polite and extremely helpful. We got the new vehicle at a great price and would highly recommend the dealership under this new management team.

This was the best car shopping experience I have ever had. I spoke to Melanie on the phone prior to going in, so I went in knowing what I wanted and was never once tricked into buying something else by Dave. The paperwork took no time at all, and Leann saw too it very quickly that I have everything I needed to finish teh sale. Everyone was very friendly and wonderful to work with.

We had a fantastic experience when we recently purchased a new Cube at Nissan 24. Not only was the price significantly better than at other dealers we'd visited, but the level of service we received far exceeded our expectations. John Spadea was particularly friendly and helpful, answering all of our questions honestly so that we didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. If I had one complaint it is that the documentation fee (just under $400) was a bit outrageous, but the deal we got made this pill a little easier to swallow.Overall, the experience was very positive and I would reccomend doing business with Nissan 24.

Purchasing my new car at Nissan 24 in Brockton, MA was BY FAR the best experience I had purchasing a new vehicle, this being my fourth. The entire staff made my purchase a pleasant, fun and painless process. Melany, David, Damon and Greg took great care of me and made me feel very welcome. The price of the car was superb but what sets this purchase apart from my others is the great staff of people they have at the dealership ! Each member I met was warm, friendly and down to earth ! NO talking down that you get at many other dealerships ! Melany was an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real sweet lady. David and Damon kept me informed every step of the way as I waited to complete the paperwork process and Greg was very efficient in handling the actual completion of all associated paperwork. What a horrible and disrespectful way to treat potential customers. I went to this dealership on Wed morning and their treatment was disrespectful. My credit is not good, but that doesnt let them to treat me like that. Dont go there and especially dont talk to their Sales Manager who will treat you like dirt ! Stay away there are plenty of other places to buy in this economy !

I didn't end up purchasing a car here, but that's only because it was the first one I test drove and didn't know what a deal they were giving me. They had the best price and were giving me the best offer for my trade (and I'm comparing this to the 5 dealerships I visited). Awesome people to work with and I regret that I missed the boat!

The advisor I worked with was new. I think it was his first day. Matt was very helpful and guided me to another advisor who was able to help me. Matt helped me out of my vehicle and asked me if I needed any help with my stuff. He was over eager to help. Very nice kid. I hope he works out for Nissan 24. My experience at Nissan 24 was exceptional. The entire staff including the GM was very friendly and accommodating. They answered all of my questions and did not pressure or overwhelm me with unnecessary information. My sales representative was very attentive to all my needs and spent hours with me, letting me test drive cars down to the actual color I wanted! They worked with me to find the best payment options and financing. I was able to drive a 2010 Nissan Altima off the lot the same day and couldnt be happier! Will recommend Nissan 24 to everyone! I found the employees at this dealership to be incredibly incompetent. When that was called to their attention, instead of making the effort to resolve the issue, they excerbated it by treating their customer in a rude and demeaning way. I don't feel as if the employees at this dealership are trustworthy and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle there.

Went to dealership because they had great prices. We ended up buying from them but after the purchase there customer service was TERRIBLE. We were told we were getting two keys with the car. Turns out one of the keys only unlocks door, doesn't start car. They would not make us a second key. A key for the car we purchased cost 120. I was amazed they were not willing to make us a key even though we all know it wouldn't cost them 120 to make a key that is just what the consumer pays. Other than the terrible customer service after the purchase they are an ok dealership.

Before going to Nissan 24 I went to Quirk Nissan and my experience there was like routine only cared about the sale. This is the first time I ever experienced a very relaxed(not fake) personal approach with a hell of lot fun. Best way to describe it was like hanging with your family or friends at a party. As grizzled veterans of the game playing world of car buying, my wife and I were pleasantly shocked by the way we were treated. Every single person in the dealership, including the sales manager and the owner himself introduced himself to us and continually asked us if we were being treated alright. The answer was a resounding yes. No haggling on the price. We both were straight with each other and we came to a satisfactory price for both sides. We were treated with the utmost respect. Leanne in the business office did not try to pressure us into financing thought the dealer at a poor rate. She even got us an even better finance rate than I was planning to get from AAA. It was such an unbelievably pleasant experience to be treated as people and not just a checkbook. Kudos to the entire staff.

My experience at Nissan 24 started with financing arrangements with Sherman. My credit is nowhere near excellent and he went above and beyond to get me an acceptable rate I could live with. A great guy, and no we are not related. I was looking at the new Nissan Versa and Chris Logan brought the price down to what I wanted to pay and added extra features not included in the base model. The next day I brought my new car back where they installed the extra features, transferred the registration, and put on the new sticker. They had picked my car up at my place of work, and then returned it in a few hours. Car buying can be a gruelling experience but this place goes out of it's way to make it easy as possible.

My experience at Nissan 24 was amazing. I went in looking for a used car and ended up leaving with a new car instead, mainly because the staff there went the extra mile to help me find a vehicle that fit into my price range. I never felt pressure and left knowing I got a great deal. The sales staff were friendly and not pushy or over-bearing. Chris was awesome and went above and beyond in order to get me into my car (including coming in on his day off and offering to drive to Rhode Island due to an insurance issue).
