It all started with a phone call to Dave Oknaian to see if you had a certain model and color in stock. From the moment Dave said you in fact had it to the completion of my lease in literally a day, Dave was there for every step of the process. He is polite, attentive, reliable and hard working... pretty much everything you would want in a sales person. I have never had as easy and straight forward an experience in buying a car as I did with Dave and Nissan City.

Nissan city had a car that I was interested in seeing. I called the dealership and made an appointment. I made sure that they had the car I was interested in in stock and I told them that that was really the only car I wanted to test drive. I even went so far as to say please do not bait and switch me. I was very sure this was the car I wanted and I was going to have to Drive an hour to see it. I even called an hour before leaving to double check that the car had not sold and they promised me it was there and ready for me to take a test drive. True to their word, when I got there the car was in fact unsold and ready for me to test drive but the price that they advertised was in fact $3000 less than the actual price of the car. We even pulled up their price on the Internet together and they looked at it and said oh I’m sorry that is a typo. The car is in fact $3000 more than we are advertising. What a waste of time. They offered me nothing. They admitted it was a mistake but what could they do. Didn’t even try to find me another car that was close to what I was looking for. Beware of this dealership. As I write this two days later the car I was interested in is still showing on their website and still showing at the erroneous price. Do not trust them!! I took my business to another Nissan dealer and found a very similar car at a very similar price. These people are liars don’t believe the reviews. Please note the response below. We did look at YOUR website not a third party site and you have the same advertised price. Do not blame others.

I understand that Nissan City is now under new ownership and management but they need to do better. I called regarding an oil change and was told that I would receive a call back because he had to help a customer, never received a call. When I did drop my car off, I explained to the employee that I had to run an errand and will return. He never communicated to me that they close at 1. When I returned, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes so they could find my paperwork which they never did. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and I have never received such poor customer service. Everyone is rude including the mechanics. They need to have way more training in order to keep up with the exception all service from the previous years. We need the old staff back ASAP!

I have leased two other Nissan vehicles previously with two different dealerships in the last 6 years, (Mt, Kisco & Bruce Bennett, respectively). By far, this was the best experience I have, had with a Nissan dealership and is what persuaded me to lease again with Nissan and not switch to another car company altogether. This is totally a result of the experience I had in dealing with Steven Vazquez. He was prompt in responding to questions, quick to present me with options and in general, refreshing to deal with, even responding to inquiries on his personal time. He is professional, friendly and most importantly, fair. Even dealing with the finance manager, Dave, was a painless experience, with no hidden fees or last minute changes/charges. I'll happily return to Nissan City at lease end.

My car was scheduled for service on Monday. I had an issue on Friday which required towing my car to Nissan City. While there, they found the trouble and gave me an estimate. I left the car then thinking that it would be worked on the day of my appointment. They called me on Saturday to tell me that the problem was fixed and that they did the other work which was scheduled for Monday. This way I would not be without a car for the weekend

I loved the attention to detail and the attention to the customer. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a Nissan location. John Brown, the Service Consultant, treated me with great respect and went out of his way to communicate with me as often as possible. Very professional. I had these irritating wheel safety locks, that I could not remove when I had a flat, so I had my car towed to this dealership. When I told them that I did not need these wheel safety lugs and to please replace them with regular lugs, they did it using their master key on all 4 wheels, put on my "donut" and did a thorough check of my brakes fluids and pipes.

I came into the Service Center around 3:30 or so because I just got an alert on the dashboard that my tire had low pressure. This is not something I feel comfortable doing myself. The Service Manager did not hesitate to take the car and within 15 minutes all four tires were corrected - not just the one that had the alert. I also then mentioned that I should have had my oil changed. The Manager and Technician said "no problem. we can do that as well". The team never turn away walk-ins as some other Service Centers do. Their technicians are very experienced and are a pleasure to work with.

I recently bought a used car from this dealership. In less than 24 hours, the car needed to be serviced. The way the salesman Joseph Sposato handled it after I let him know was extremely poor. Also, he never gave me the temporary insurance card for the car even after I went back to have the car serviced. He was reminded 4 times and still has not given it to me!!! John & Don in the service department show exemplary customer skills and will stop at nothing to ensure the customer is happy. My wife loves her Nissan Quest (sometimes more than me I think!) and when we were told her car needed some expensive repairs (expensive for a 7 year-old 110,000 mile car) and my reaction was to replace it. The guys at Nissan, especially Ozzie one of the co-owners, didn't push to try to sell me a new car, they saw my wife loved her car and worked with me to make sure it was back on the road, safely and within my budget, spacing the repairs out over time on an as-needed basis. Can't say enough good things about our recent experience with the gang at Nissan City. It started on a Tuesday with Steven Vasquez who gave us a very competitive quote on a 2014 Rogue via email. We were looking for a new car for my son, and he was not yet home from school, so I was doing the leg work via phone and email. When we went in for the test drive the following Sunday we found that the quote was for a Rogue S and we really wanted a Rogue SV. Steven was unavailable, but the Sales Manager, Brian Armstead, was able to pick up where Steven left off and provide us with a new quote. A quick check with a competitor in the area assured us that the deal quoted by Brian was outstanding. On Monday morning we went in to start the paperwork with Steven, and by Monday afternoon our son, Ben, was in his new car as Justin (the Business Manager) took care of the paperwork. Steven spent a lot of time with Ben going over the features of the car, and wasn't satisfied with the sales experience until Ben was happy. As we were leaving the dealership Ben said, "Dad, these are some of the nicest people I've ever done business with. I can't imagine doing business anywhere else". It's not difficult to find, in Port Chester NY not far from Greenwich CT. They have a lot of certified used Nissans on their lot, so if you look for a common car like a Maxima like me you will have plenty of selection to choose from. I never felt pressured, and the car has been great. I've already stopped by service, and service is a breeze, too. Very nice people. The sevice dept would not warranty a broken strut repair on my 2006 Altima with 17000mi. The part broke suddenly while pulling out of my driveway. I did not run over or hit anything for this to happen. The service dept is accussing me of hitting something and will not warrant the repair.
