I was charged $600 for a scotchguard backed by Allstate. Other dealerships let this be an option. I talked to three other dealerships and it's an option you can add. I noticed I was charged for it so I emailed my salesman at Nissan of Gadsden , and he said it's not an option, they put it on all of their cars. So you automatically pay $600 more for your vehicle if you buy from this dealership.

Jeremy was wonderful about helping me find the right car to fit my needs. He helped me find a good deal on a car that was actually a class above what I was looking at. I did end up with a monthly payment that was a little more than what I originally intended, but with the 0% interest I got, it's still a great deal. Best part: no one was obnoxiously calling to keep me interested. I had the freedom to think things through without getting a phone call all the time about buying from you guys.

Went there for routine prepaid maintenance which was already paid for got home and checked my oil and it had two quarts to much found a cigarette butt under the hood mashed out inside hood latch assembly and a few weeks later my 2014 Altima wouldn't crank had it towed to another dealership and air intake hose had not been replaced properly at Gadsden Nissan which they were the last ones that were under my hood and air filter is one of the point checks during the maintenance I had done so that resulted in car loosing vacume and not cranking now I drive fourty extra miles to another dealership for maintenance Im afraid to trust my vehickle in the hands of such an irresponsable maintenance department

From the first contact via email until the signing of the papers, the team at Nissan of Gadsden was helpful. They made the whole process seamless. I took my truck in for routine maintence, as I like to always have the dealer service my vehicle. But EVERYTIME I go here, the maintenance dept treats me rudly, adds surprise charges on my bill, or charges me a difference price than quoted. This last time was my last visit to this dealership though, I've had to take my vehicle in twice after my last service (they kept it a total of 4 days) because they didn't fill my transmission back up and it was slipping gears, and then because they didnt flush my coolant system properly and my heater wouldn't work. They are incompetent, as well rude, and slow. Beware...

My wife and I were shopping for a specific color/style Nissan Juke and this dealership had what we wanted. I found this dealership on Auto Trader, and we worked directly with the internet manager, Brian Jackson. Since we lived almost 4 hours away, I was very pleased to work with Brian quickly and easily to negotiate our price, ( I did not have to speak with anyone else to finalize the deal - and early on we were simply "texting" back and forth in the process). There was "no pressure" at all. When it came time to pick-up the Juke, Brian waited to near closing time on a Saturday for us to arrive, along with the Finance manager. I'm not a big fan of going to a car dealership to trade/buy a vehicle. It turned out to be a pleasant experience, however. Brian Jackson was very helpful and informative in my decision on which car to buy, explaining the differience between a pre-owned and what they had to offer as far as incentives to buy a new car. I usually get leather seats, but they had a deal on the scotchguarded seats that they can be replaced for up to 5 years if a stain gets on them that cannot come out. I purchased a SV Altima with a sunroof. Brian explained how to use the controls on the car before I left the dealership. It began pouring down rain and he gave me a couple of bags to get things out of my trade in, and transferred them to my new car. It rides very comfortably and the gas mileage is great. Can't beat the 0.9% financing I got, as well. I am on my 4th Nissan (Maxima X 2, Murano, and now Altima. I think the Altima looks more sporty (got the spoiler also) than the Maxima's do, and the gas mileage is much better. With the 2.5 L engine they still have plenty of pick up and go and good response time - good turning radius. Second time I've purchased with Nissan of Gadsden. The first time the salesman came into the dealership on a holiday! I live in Birmingham, but returned to Gadsden, as they are so easy to work with.

I had not purchased a car in 12 years. I had looked online and came to the conclusion that I really wanted to look at and drive the Nissan Rogue. A lot of my friends and family drive Nissans and always say how well they handle and how reliable they are. I came in the lot with the intention of looking at a used Rogue but ended up leaving with a brand new one! At a better price! When I first moved to Gadsden, as a long-time Nissan owner I took my Altima to this dealership for service. I had previously serviced my Nissans at four other dealers in four different states, and the service departments there had been reliable and honest. This dealership, assuming I knew nothing about cars, tried to sell me a whole host of unneeded services. Unfortunately for them, I know my Nissans, and had in fact sold them for almost a decade. I have not returned since, and have bought additional Nissans elsewhere. In addition, my one contact with the sales staff was not a pleasant one.

Bought a used Ford Explorer from the dealer with Terry Upton as the salesman. All was very thorough and professional as they had even left the previous owner's maintenance records in the glove compartment, a big plus. I enjoyed how all the staff is very up front, no gimmicks and the buying process is quick and smooth. I'd definitely buy from them again.

This dealership excelled in all areas that were important to me. I had to drive for 2 hours 20 min. to get there, and I did not expect to drive away in a car, but that's what I did. The salesman coordinated a time to meet, and when I arrived, the car I was interested in was ready. He and the rest of the staff gave their full support in every way. They were genuinely courteous, knowledgeable and timely, and the product showed well and was ready to go. I also had a car to trade, and the buyer/driver at the dealership was very up on car values and quality. My salesman was interested in my thoughts, my needs, and my budget. And in the end, we struck a deal. The paperwork was done accurately and efficiently, and while this was being done, they had the car washed (again...it was already clean), and they put gas in it as well. Before long, I will be shopping for a replacement truck for what I have now, and, not withstanding the long drive to get there, my wife and I have already committed to visit this dealership. It was that good.

After having a bad experience with another car lot, Nissan of Gadsden was just what I needed to restore my faith in dealerships. We were very pleased with the customer service at Nissan of Gadsden. The salesman who assisted us was Steve Praytor. He was very professional and knowledgeable of the car we were interested in. Ours was basically a decision between trim levels on the 2011 Nissan Rogue; Steve outlined in detail the differences in accessories and price, and exhibited patience, not high-pressure sales tactics, as we made our decision. I had visited and test drove at 7 other dealerships in the two weeks prior to my purchase and many of the salesmen I dealt with seemed to have limited knowledge of the vehicle/trim levels I was interested in. I guess that is what set Nissan of Gadsden apart from the competition for me. I would highly recommend this dealership!

I have been a Nissan owner for some time. In fact this will make me my third one second Maxima. Everyone at Nissan of Gadsden were extremely helpful. From the General Sales Manager Eric Hedges to the business manager Mark Brooks. I received the best deal in Alabama and Georgia, how do I know? I shopped seven different stores. They say what they will do and they follow through as opposed to many of the other dealers.

We drove up from Alabaster, AL after visiting the Nissan here in Hoover, AL. We found the dealership very neat and clean. We were greeted before we went inside to see the New Nissan that had been located for us. The process of Financing and Delivery was completed within the hour after we arrived.

Why? Overall every aspect of my purchase was great. Eric Hedges was great on working with me on price and telling me about the car since I was over a hour drive away. Also appreciative that Eric had me finance through Bank of America which turned out to be a better deal. Nissan of Gadsden,I was more empressed with the character of your salesperson Mr. Glenn Pemberton than I was with the product or services you offer. The product can be found at any location. The service may vary somewhat, but the individuals you have who represent you are the core of your success. He is quite the gentlemen and was extremely kind and met all our expectations of what a costomer should expect in a sales person. Our purchase was made at your dealership primarily based on his performance. We had visited other Nissan dealerships and found the same product and services available for us, but found the sales team to be pressuring. Upon our first words with Glenn, we were met with a friendly, calm and courteous personality, who gave us the opportunity to shop at our own pace, make choices that required his footwork and yet his demeanor never faltered. Terry Upton the Salesman for Nissan of Gadsden was very friendly & accommodating!! My mom and I were trying to purchase a used car with a budget and Mr. Upton took the time to find us a great deal that fit our budget. Mr. Upton could of let my mom and I walk away without a purchase but he negotiate with us like a true salesman never being too overbearing or pushy. I will defintley purchase my next car at Nissan of Gadsen and recommend someone!

Blake was a very nice, great guy. He made us feel right at home and I felt very well taken care of. He gave me a great deal on a new Sentra and I am very, very pleased. I never felt like I was being pressured into a decision and he gave me the time to really think about what I needed. I would absolutley recommend him to my friends and family.

My overall experience with Nissan of Gadsden was wonderful! They were very friendly and understanding about our needs and what we were looking for. They were cheaper than other dealers in the area. After we decided to purchase the car they had it cleaned up, full of gas and ready to go the day we picked it up. They also had our paper work ready for us to sign so that we did not have to want long after we arrived to pick the car up. :)

I drove 280 miles to purchase this car. Great Car, Great Price, Great Experiance. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I found them going the extra mile to earn my business. This is hard to find this day and time however, these guys did it!!

We purchased a 2010 Nissan Cube for my grand-son as a Christmas gift. The entire experience was pleasant and for the most part a rewarding time with the entire team. GOOD JOB! I remember a time when retailers were eager to please their customers. I would never have dreamed that good customer service would have a rising cost with the changes in the economy. Here is our recent experience. We purchased an excellent used car, from Nissan of Gadsden, a month ago. Admittedly, we made the choice to opt out of the extended service agreement. Low miles on a highly reputable car did not convince us we needed to pay that added cost. (Hindsight is always 20/20). Exactly one month to the date of purchase, a major gearing issue arose, and the car was stranded in our own driveway. We have paid the expense of towing the vehicle to an authorized service shop, and will pay the $1700 in repairs. We knowingly did not purchase the "plan" the dealership likes to use as it's power word, and without arguement, will pay the repair costs. This also leaves us with one car for the week with a busy family of 4. We went to Nissan of Gadsden and asked them if they could lend us a hand and help us out with a loaner car for a few days. Because we did not "BUY" that particular plan, they would not help us. I explicitly clarified with the Manager, TWICE, "So I can leave here knowing that you sold us a car with a major problem, one month ago, and because we did not PAY for good customer service, you can not help us out". He clearly said "Yes, that is correct". He also agreed that a loaner car would have no cost to them, but because we did not PAY for that service, we can not have it. I need to add that we have excellent insurance that covers any car we drive. We made that clear too. I am so disappointed that the extenuating circumstances are bound by such black and white guidelines. A lending hand on such a fresh sale would have spoke volumes. Having one car for the week is no big deal. We can manage. Friends have offered their extra cars, or we could rent one at our own cost. This is about customer service. It now has a sticker price.
