Its hard to believe other reviewers are reviewing the same dealership. I consult on the customer experience and I am going to use the service at Nissan of LaGrange as a model for what a WOW experience should feel like.I dropped my Infiniti off overnight for some unanticipated repairs caused by a pothole. John, the service manager was in touch both by phone and text throughout the next day to keep me apprised of the situation with my vehicle.He gave me a time the next day the car would be ready (had to order a part) and the car was ready an hour before the scheduled time. I arrived later that afternoon to pick up the vehicle and John immediately recognized me by name, escorted me to the cashier who was waiting and within five minutes was escorting me to my vehicle...which they detailed immaculately I might add.Before driving off, John ensured they had exceeded my expectations and when I hopped in the car there was a handwritten note on a notecard on my dash. Wow!!!I have recanted this story to anyone who will listen which goes to show you A. what a lost art great customer experiences have become and B. what type of residual effect a great experience can have.I commend John and his team for understanding the value of the experience and would literally drive from Florida to purchase a car here...I may even drive for service...it was that good.Share review

I went in to test drive a Rogue & inquired about current manufacture incentives...I was told they would need information to see if I qualified...I SPECIFICALLY asked that a SOFT inquiry ONLY be completed as I was still in the preliminary phase of car shopping & was simply trying to gather more information as to what my options would be...I was assured several times that there would be NO HARD inquiry & was even asked to include my husband's information. I signed nothing--later that night, I pulled our reports only to discover a HARD inquiry had been done on BOTH credits. Since then I have attempted to contact customer service numerous times where I am always put on hold and told they can take a message. No thank you Nissan of LaGrange...

The buying process was super easy, and I got the best deal available on my 2015 Rogue. After researching and inquiring at several dealerships Lagrange Nissan offered me the best price. I recently took my daughter's 2014 Altima in due to a recall notice. Although the car wasn't purchased in the LaGrange area, you would have thought I was one of the dealership's best customers. Ron made the experience totally painless. Here is a service manager who obviously takes excellent care of the public. I don't recall ever being treated better by any dealership any where. Ron has the kind of personality that makes him perfect for his job. If everyone there treats people like Ron does, it's a great place to do business.

Hey,I am not much of a reviewer but after the experience I had at Nissan of LaGrange I just had to write and let you know how awesome of a team you have at your facility. I came on Wednesday evening for a oil change. I drive a 2008 White Nissan Altima. I was immediately greeted by Greta and she took my information with a smile. I told her I would return in a few and to take my number just in case she finished before I returned. I walked a couple of blocks and headed back. I took interest in a Nissan Maxima for a moment,I can't tell you how bad I want that car. Anyways,as I headed back to the service department I was stopped by Drew,a sales associate,he has the most charming personality. If I was in the position to get a new car he would have definitely sold me one that way. He promised to keep my informed on the release of the newest maxima coming soon,make sure he keeps his word. Moving right along,I came back in a met big country,he made a copy of my quote in my windshield tell him that's what keeps me going on the days I don't want to be bothered. Last but not least I met you. Immediately as I walked in a noticed a fishing expert and Georgia bulldog fan. I must say I am a fan myself. I never knew in high scool I would be watching my classmates on ESPN. But overall the customer service is through the roof. I was happy with my car service from Mike Hicks and the rest of the staff. My first visit to Nissan of LaGrange was great! Not every dealership can service a GT-R and I was delighted to find one closer than Atlanta or Birmingham. Ron, the service director referred me to Tom, their GT-R EXPERT, who took the time to review my questions regarding the one-year performance optimization process. In addition, I had a pesky rattle that they took the time to address and I am happy to report that they repaired the issue.(Caused during a previous service visit to ANOTHER DEALER whose tech forgot to tighten several bolts!) The car purrs and I would recommend this dealer to everyone, especially GT-R owners in need of service. Tom is diligent and a great asset to this dealership. Ron and his staff are great to work with. Highly recommended!

Bruce Spradlin did an AWESOME job!! This had to have been the easiest and painless car buying experience that I've ever had. They worked fast, were super friendly and gave me a great deal. I picked out my truck on my lunch break, went back the next morning and they were already waiting on me and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! Just ask for Bruce Spradlin, and he will take care of you!

My experience was probably the best car buying experience ever. The salesman (Mike Foster ) did a great job of explaining everything about the Pathfinder,I never once felt pressure to make a quick decision, and the finicial officer was extremely nice, and explined every detail in the closing process.

My wife and I had one, if not the best, experience at Nissan of Lagrange! They did a fine job not pressuring as that is one of the biggest issues we have when buying vehicles in the past. Our salesman, Mike Foster, was knowledgeable and courteous the entire time. We went initially just to look at a couple of vehicles and it did not take long for my wife and I to agree that we could work with these guys. All that I can say is thank you to all of them for a good experience!

Philmon Thompson, in the service department was extremely helpful and courteous to me at all times. All were, but I talked to him most. I was kept informed about what my car needed and the cost before the service was performed. I haven't had any problems with the work performed so far, so I am pleased.

Your reply to my original review is completely false. The service manager at Town Center Nissan stated unequivocally after I showed him your invoice that either: 1. you did the repair but did it incorrectly, or 2. you simply reset the computer, which would have allowed me to drive the car off your lot, as you stated in your rebuttal. It was solely your fault that I had to have my car repaired "again" plus incur the cost of a 3 day rental. The problem with my car did not stop after you "serviced it"-I was simply able to drive it off your premises. It never ran correctly.

Quick and easy to drop my car off for the 30,000 miles maintenance. Was told up front how much I would owe. Was called the next day when my car was ready. Service facility was very clean, Philmon Thompson was very friendly and helpful. I have purchased four Nissans in LaGrange and have been very pleased with all of our cars and trucks.

In June, my car broke down on I-85 in Lagrange at midnight. I had my car towed to this dealership and left it there with a note. I live 2 hours from LaGrange. Next day, I spoke with service manager who said my Sentra needed a new transmission but that Nissan had extended the warranty on them so not to worry. The next day, he called me to say that I did not need a new transmission, but that my transmission fluid had been overfilled when it had been replaced and that had caused my car to shut down. He said they would drain all the fluid and replace it with the correct amount. I told him to go ahead. Repair bill was over $330. I drove car back to Marietta, and it never felt right. Car would make whining noise on highway and smell of burning rubber. Money being tight, I waited and finally brought my car to Town Center Nissan in Marietta. They said problem was that transmission fluid had been overfilled! How could that be, since I had paid Nissan of Lagrange to fix that very problem! But indeed-Town Center Nissan said that was the problem. I called Nissan of Lagrange to see if they would make this right, because why should I pay AGAIN for something I had already paid them to fix? They refuse to do anything! They said I could drive to LaGraNGE and they would look at it. So-I'm supposed to lose a day's pay, drive 4 hours there and back, so they can look at it! I even asked them to speak with the service manager at Town Center. They refused. So-I am about to pay to have the repair done-I would say "again", but obviously Lagrange NEVER REPAIRED IT! Horrible horrible way to do business!

While shopping for an suv, Nissan of Lagrange was the last place we visited. Had we known what we know now, it would have been our first stop. We found exactly what we were looking for in our price range, and didn't have to deal with the usual "used car salesman" tactics. I highly recommend doing business with these guys. I wrote a review a couple of days ago about going to this dealership and not getting the price I was told. I called Mr. Buch and told him about my experience with the dealership and he called me back the very same day and told me that he would like to make things right. He not only offered to let me purchase the car at the price they told me but offered to pay my gas and to fill up the car we purchased for our trouble. It seemed as though he understood and wanted to make it a great car experience. I am looking forward to picking up my car soon.

These guys hooked me up with a great deal on getting my A/C repaired. The cost of repair here at the Nissan dealership was lower than estimates I received from three aftermarket repair shops. Would gladly do business here again, especially with "Big Country" Phil Thompson and the other good down-to-earth country folks that work here!

Drove hrs to get to the lot after I was told a price. Got to the car lot and was told the price they quoted was wrong. After driving hours they would not fix the problem. Very unprofessional. Don't waste your time.

My wife and I scheduled a test drive online with Michael Foster. When we arrived at the dealership we were warmly welcomed and Michael took us out for the drive. We decided that we did not like that specific vehicle but still wanted to buy the same make and model. Michael proceeded to ask us what exactly we were looking for. After we had told him all our specifications he asked if we would like him to find a vehicle that met our criteria. Since we had exhausted our search we gladly agreed. Not long after Michael called us with the perfect vehicle, and he still managed to work with our budget. We couldn't be happier with the way we were treated at Nissan of LaGrange. I recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a vehicle whether it is a Nissan or not. We bought a Toyota.

Buying our Nissan was a very pleasurable experience and the service from our salesman, Larry, was outstanding. From the time we entered the building, we felt a very personable and welcome feeling. Larry heard our wants/needs and led us to the perfect (to us) vehicle. We had a very pleasant experience and would greatly recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to purchase a new, or used vehicle. We had the service department install a tow package on our purchase and was extremely impressed with the level of service as well as the quality of the individuals we came in contact with. All we could say when we left was Wow, that was nice.

Made a drive from the north side of Atlanta to LaGrange to see a vehicle at this dealership and glad I did. The overall buying experience was maybe the best I have ever had. Great car, great price but the best part about my experience was just the personal attention that was provided by the people here. Took my car to other dealerships who were not able to find or repair the problem. A friend told me to try Nissan of Lagrange as there were new owners and the service was "Outstanding". Left my car with the service department on Tuesday, heard from them Tuesday afternoon and picked my car up as promised on Friday after they received and installed the required parts. My car is fixed. One of my best automobile service experiences, ever. I will gladly drive the extra 35 miles in the future to have my both of my vehicles serviced at this facility.

The Nissan Dearlership in LaGrange, Georgia has a great staff along with excellent customer service. Even before coming to the dealership, I called the day before and a wonderful salesman by the name of Jonathan Smith made the process easier by beginning the paper work over the phone. Therefore, by the time I came to the dealership, all I had to do was pick out the car. The entire staff were very courteous and inviting. They made this process of picking out a car so much easier than I expected and I personally thank them for doing so. In my opinion, this is best car dealership that I have been to and I would recommend this dealership to anyone in need of a new or used car because they are very kind, competent, and professional.

Will never purchase Another vehicle from here nor recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from nissan of lagrange! They are very unprofessional & don't seem concerned at all! My vehicle has been sitting there for two weeks & is still hasn't been touched, we were told it would be ready for pick up today when they told us it would only take two days to complete from the get go. Nobody will return phone calls or give us any info on when my car will actually be ready. Not to mention our sales person sucked & was hard to get in touch with when we had a question! We are about to make our second payment on the vehicle & it's been broke down since less than a month after we've had it. What a horrible experience! They would not even detail my car for me which I thought with purchasing from a dealership like this it would be have been done but nope!!!!

Dealership provided excellent service. I had a trade-in but was over 45 miles away from the dealership with no to time swing by for a true appraisal value. The dealership gave me a value over a phone, then they hunted down the vehicle I wanted from another dealership since they did not have one in stock. Salesman, Michael Foster, was absolutely excellent and came through on the deal. He got me out of my trade and into a brand new vehicle at a lower price than any other dealership could (within a 75 mile radius). It is a small town dealer with southern hospitality. I definitely recommend them.

Nissan of La Grange is the go to spot for easy business, period. No hassle, no wait and friendly staff. I bought a used truck from here simply because Mike, the internet sales guy, stayed in touch with me while we managed my crazy work schedule. They even stayed late for me while the paperwork processed. I looked all around columbus, GA for a decent deal on a truck and all i got was the same old song and dance, you know the tune: here comes another army guy, sell it hard, fast and fly. Not at La Grange Nissan. Just straight up, here is what i need, what do you have? Here is what we have, which one is right for you? I am pretty sure they all ended up getting steak dinners off my no haggle approach, but who cares when nobody bothers you and your left with options and get the one you want. Again, if you are in the columbus area and do not want to be treated like another green suit-er, give Mike a call at 706-518-9972. I only met the dude for an hour and i was out the door. Thanks for an easy car shopping experience. I would have 5 starred the whole experience, but the building is not as modern as others and there were not any refreshments around for my family to wait. Otherwise a nice place.

I just bought a used car from Jonathan Smith. He went out of his way to get me all the information I asked for. I live in Birmingham, AL and found the car via internet on cars.com. Jonathan sent me video and additional pictures of the car to help me with my buying decision. He was professional and courteous, and most of all NOT PUSHY! I have been taking my car to this dealerships service department since we purchased our first Pathfinder in 2002 and will continue to drive the 30 miles to do so due to their EXCELLENT service department. The name of the dealership has changed, but the personnel have stayed the same and they have ALWAYS ALWAYS provided me excellent service. Being in the service field as well, I rely on excellent service to keep my vehicles running and Larry Rich/Stogner/Nissan of LaGrange have provided me that kind of service for over 10 years now. I like to have a car serviced where I purchase it and due to the type of service provided by Nissan of LaGrange, we will probably purchase another vehicle from them when that time comes. They treat their customers with respect and go out of their way to make them comfortable when wait times take a little longer than expected. We own 2 Pathfinders (both purchased from this dealership) and I cannot say enough how I am greeted when I arrive, it is usually by Mike the service advisor who greets me by my name, takes all the info needed for my service and then keeps me updated on how long and if any additional repairs are needed....as a customer it is very nice to be greeted by your name. GREAT JOB AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MY APPRECIATION TO THE WHOLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT Nissan of LaGrange....you keep my vehicles running...a very satisfied customer!!!!!

Internet experience was great to begin with. I thought I had a great deal with discounts and savings up to $10,000.00 off the sticker price! As soon as we started talking trade in things went from good to pathetic! They marked the price of their Envoy down to $27,690.00 plus tax tag and title, added $6,000.00 for my negative equity and came up with a total of over $41,000.00 financed???? Once I questioned the internet sales manager, she suddenly disappeared and would not return my phone calls or my emails!
