I came with my husband to buy Murano at 1 pm after 30minutes, we choose a car, they did the credit check and we were about to talk with the financial guy. We were seating for about 5 hours. Upset, we left at 5:30 Pm because we had something else to do. We came back on Sunday 20th 2016 at 2pm, it was worst. The Sunday Manager is arrogant, don't respect customers, don't care about your feelings, just want money from your pocket. We left a 4pm for nothing finally, we decided to check with another dealer

Walked in to view a car listed on the site with a pre approval from capital one. Capital one has everything listed with estimated taxes and fees. That was not good enough for the crew at this Nissan. For car under 7,000 they felt it would be wise to add on 3,000 worth of fees not including taxes titles and registration. Donnel states he got rid of the fees and we will be moving forward until the sneaky salesanager came over and said he can't get rid of the fees. Not to mention when asked to explain the additional fees they were not able to explain! Once they stated every used car has to be inspected after the sale. (the car already had a brand new inspection sticker) The sales manager comes back again after sending to capital one and states that he sent financing and states that the prices is 7,800on the car and the interest is 2 Percent higher. Which is not what is disclosed by capital one on their end. After this we left and decided to call back the manager ends up informing us that the car is already sold and essentially we have to beat the original person's prices hence the addition of fees. What crooks.

I arrived at the dealership near opening and was told it would take about an hour to diagnose my issue, which was (my car shut off during my use while driving, in addition my shifter will no longer move without using a key in the shift lock insert) I explained that I have visited 4 mechanics in the last year of the one year and four months I have had the car. I explained that I have been very afraid to bring the car to a dealership because of other experiences people have had at dealerships but after the car shut down during my last time on the road I was too scared to continue with the previously unsuccessful mechanic visits. I waited from the time I arrived around 11:00 a.m. until the dealership closed at 6:00 pm and was told they don't know what is going on, and they will need to keep the car. I work in customer service and I understand what it feels like to have a tough customer so I did not complain I just asked what would be done, they told me I would have to rent a car and as far as what was wrong with the car they stated that they would be taking care of three recalls on the car and they believed it might be the transmission and that that would be covered under my powertrain warranty. A few days later I was contacted being informed that it was the transmission and that they would have to replace the transmission and this would resolve all the issues. However this repair would cost $3,000 or more because I was 331 miles outside of the 60,000 mile warranty that they stated I had previously. Even though wrong expectations were set I was not upset I just asked if anything could be done, they told me to contact corporate and proceed from there to see if an exception could be made. So after calling corporate they said they would cover it with a $500 deductable I agreed and called back the dealership and asked to have the repair completed. I could not keep the rental longer because I could not afford it so I asked to drop it off, I told them I get off work at 5:00 and would come right after if that was okay and I could be there by around 5:30 - 6:00 and they said "yes as long as it is before closing". I arrived the next day at 5:40 to drop off the car. This is when it got really bad! I walk in and cannot find Maggie Martir who was the person who worked with me so another lady was there, I asked the lady if I could drop off the rental and I was told "I have somewhere to be so I'm not sure what you are going to do?" Shocked I asked if I was correct in that they closed at 6:00 p.m. She stated sarcastically "yes but I have somewhere to be so...." I didn't know what to do so I asked if that meant I would have to pay for another day with the car because nobody was here while they appeared to be open and I called before coming in. She said "who did you work with?" I said Maggie and she stated "so Maggie is not here so I don't know what you are going to do." She then got very irritated and said "just go over to the receptionist because I don't have time for this, and give her the keys with the paperwork." He receptionist couldn't find any paperwork about my car or the rental and frustrated the lady said "just write your name on a piece of paper and leave he keys and we will call you tomorrow" i asked if I would be charged with the appropriate amount of days and she said "we will call first so yes" low and behold the next day I received NO PHONE CALL and yet a charge on my card... Again I did not complain... Lastly I was out of town so my father whose name is in the title with my name went in to pick up the car after I called to let them know about this. When they went to pick up the car the lady accidentally charged them for the repair and the rental again. And so they asked to be refunded the rental cost and the employee said yes but they needed manager override, Michael J. PERISCO JR. Came over to help with the override and asked for the receipt for the rental, the employee stated that it was her mistake but the manger insisted for the receipt, and said he would not give them back their money without it, now we were outraged because I was not even called or given a receipt only charged without being called so now this was out of hand, eventually he gave the refund after some arguing. Now the icing on the cake that has me more angry then ever is that the issue is persisting, the car is jumping again and I am afraid it will shut off again, and there appears to be a part that was forgotten to be placed back in the car because I can now hear the engine very loud in the passenger cabin as if there is a covering or something missing. However I am so angry with my experience that I do not want to go back to this place, please help me. I almost never want to buy a Nissan again and if I am honest I am using these feedback channels for now and if this doesn't work out I will be contacting the better business bereau and the media about this transmission issue specifically and this dealership in new Rochelle.

Saw an add for a certified Rogue on Cars.com and the dealer website. Went in to see car and when came back for test drive was told the price didn't include dealer fees. These often run up to maybe $200. At this dealer they asked for over $3,500 more !!!!! I have never seen anything like this. Among the fees were a reconditioning fee of 1,880, a $995 pre-delivery fee (for a car that was on their lot), a $500 sales commission, a doc fee of $75, $290 of non tax fees plus standard registration, plates and tax. Anthony Panarella, you need to check your managers. To lose a customer for $180.00 is not good business.I had problems with my GPS, I had to come back 3 or 4 times, for time slots, because the part hadn't arrived. The last time I went in they told me to leave the car and they would have it in a day. I told them that I could install the antenna. I went home and did so. It made no difference. I rebooted the car and everything was working fine. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR. When I returned to the dealer asking only for the part and eating all of the "diagnostics".Phil the service agent was nice enough. He should have warned me that I couldn't bring the part back. To me, it was understood that it was a possibility. I bring the part back; it's clean as a whistle. Mike the service manager is intransigent about refunding my $186.00. I am in for $360.00 and 5 visits to Nissan of New Rochelle. Then he tells me that he knows about a note I sent by email. So Mike knew the whole story and was just jerking me along. I will never step in Nissan of New Rochelle again. I warn anybody who will listen to stay away from this Scam Mill. THERE WAS NEVER ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR. You think they never heard of a reset? I think they have. Service Manager Mike is an unapologetically arrogant. Never once said he was sorry.

I was bringing in my old lease to get another lease i did it through a broker (which the broker wasn't the issue) once the car was delivered to my house and they took my old car i was told i had nothing else to worry about everything was handled. two weeks later im getting billed for my old lease turns out this dealership didnt ground my old car till i called them and told them i got a bill for it. after several calls to Nissan directly i found out the dealership never reported that i qualified the loyal customer program so i got hit with almost $500 of fees. again after I spoke to with Nissan for several days i took care of the issues myself. The problem here is that i was told i didnt have to worry about anything and two weeks later all this suddenly becomes my concern. BUT it doesnt end there. a month went by i get a call from this dealership again letting me know that the registration i had doesnt match my license plate. I was never supposed to get new plates this was someone they decided to do on their own. so the women asks me if i can come pick it up? is she serious? asking me if i can come and waste my gas my time to correct your error? She then said she would mail it out. it has now been almost 3 weeks. still no registration, still driving with the wrong one. i called several times today spoke to 5 different people. NO ONE HELPED! Voicemails are full cant even leave a message.like i said if i could give this place 0 stars i would. never have a i dealt with people so unprofessional. Its better to drive out into NYC and go to another Nissan than to deal with this place. you'll be saving a lot of stress, time and headaches.OH AND MAY I ADD....BE VERY VERY VERY CAREFUL WITH WHAT CAR YOU GET. AS I WAS PROMISED A CERTAIN PACKAGE AND THEY FOOLED ME GAVE ME ONE PACKAGE BELOW FOR THE SAME PRICE. EVERYTHING THAT THE ORIGINAL CAR WAS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE WELL IT DIDNT!

very dissapointed and angry with this dealership (Nissan of Rochelle). I supposed the old saying, "if it sound too good to be true, it is." I was interested in a grey 2015 Nissan Altima (VIN 1N4AL3AP0FC585071) listed for $13,989. Coming from Connecticut, I contacted the dealership on availability in three different occasions and spoke with three different staff member and each confirming that the vehicle was available. I called about an hour before traveling to see the vehicle and was assured the vehicle was in stock. Once I arrived and spoke with a sales rep, and was told that the vehicle has been sold even as write this message, the vehicle is still listed in their inventory as available. To add insult to injury, my sales rep quickly tried to interest me in a different vehicle.

Something about him shouted that he's an honest person-- a quality that you see not even rarely in most salesmen (I'm sure you know how most are: chatty, braggy, too many repetitions, annoying vibes.. but none of that here). Everything was adequate. He was calm and professional. He told me all about the car like anyone would, its great qualities, safety features, and more, and then proceeded to show me the car. Great car, great guy. Even after the business, he kept his professionalism. You don't see that much often nowadays. Find Donell. I would go back to get another car in the future, and I would recommend this place and Donell to my friends who wants a Nissan. So, find Donell when you go there. Make an appointment in case he's already with another customer. I got lucky running into him as I was looking for someone to ask if the place where I parked was okay.Can't say much about the repairs, but based on how they're doing, I'm sure it's just as great.

The staff in general were friendly. When i was having trouble contacting a previous dealership i had dealt with, my sales rep called the dealership to get the info that was needed. When that didnt work he took me to the dealership, which was located in the bronx and we worked everything out. The entire staff that was involved was dedicated to making sure that either i was in the best place to either get a new car asap or further down the road. I thank Donell Joe and Sid for great customer service and for getting me in a brand new car.

I recently requested a true car quote from new rochelle nissan. I noticed they tacked on destination charge for 895 and a pre inspection fee for almost $900. I decided not to pursue car but i received a call from nissan of new rochelle telling me i would be in a VIP program and i should come in anyway because best deals are done in person. After a long commute i took the time to travel to new rochelle nissan to only find out that the 15500 car was really 19600 with taxes, dmv, salesman commission and dealership fees. Dealership would not budge on destination charge which should only be charged on a new car and never on a used car. Do not recommend if you are looking for dealership to work with you

Came in for the now common transmission issue with my pathfinder. Received a damaged rental car and the dealership filed an insurance claim against me. Very shady, since a vehicle inspection was not done (my fault) and I alerted the dealership the same day when I noticed the damage. Rental was dirty, did not have full tank of gas, and was not inspected. It was returned 15 minutes prior to me renting it. Since a dispute erupted due to that claim my car has been sitting idle as I have been given the run around as to why my vehicle is not being repaired. Corporate Nissan has been no help what so ever. Nissan of New Rochelle does not return my calls and I can not get a definitive answer as to when my vehicle will be ready. This is my third Nissan but let me just say there will not be a fourth! I have been told the part was on back order, followed by the dealership is short staffed, to people taking days off due to nice weather. I am at their mercy waiting for my vehicle but vow never to buy Nissan or return to this dealership period!

The Salesperson was knowledgeable and very respectful but the facility is so small you really have to make an appointment to see the vehicles. When I walk into a showroom. I expect to see the vehicle of choice in front of me or assessable on the premise. Because my intent was to buy a car...I am not coming back.

So, I saw all these bad reviews about this dealership and I decided to check them out myself to see if it was true. Man were they right. First I picked out a used car on line from their website. Let's say the car was priced at $21,000. I walk into the dealership and asked to test drive this car. Sales man asked me how did I find out about the car and I told them I was driving by, which was not true because I looked it up online on "their" website. I test drive it, several issues with the car but after all it's used. I could live with that. Once back at the dealership, I asked how much for the car, took 10 mins and came back with a break down, they wanted $26,000 for the car, almost $1,800 for a "reconditioning fee". Mind you it's only a $5 car wash because the tires were done, brakes were singing to me, curb rash, scratches inside and electrical problems. The total was about $30,000. The car also had carfax issues as well. Told them I wasn't interested and they offered a discount. Guess how much, $1,000 more then the advertised internet price. So the moral of this case study is, don't trust these people. Shop elsewhere.

Through Kelly Blue Book online, I input my car for an "instant cash offer" Nissan of New Rochelle which is 40 minutes away from my home, was listed as the dealer. After I drove down and they inspected the car, (only externally not even in the garage), they finally made me an offer that was THREE THOUSAND dollars less than the online quote. When I asked what could possibly lower the price so much they couldn't even come up with anything solid. He said you have 50% wear on the front tires and some small scratches, (less than the size of a dime). He admitted that he couldn't say the car wasn't in great condition, but that was all they would give me. If they had found something mechanically wrong, or I did not disclose a legitimate damage, I could understand. But this was obviously a ploy to get people into their showroom. I will never recommend them to anyone. I have also written a complaint to Kelly Blue Book and Autotrader.com

Do not go here! We got to the dealership at 6:50 on a Friday evening after work. After looking around at some cars outside we decided to come into the dealership to ask for assistance. After we saw a female employee that was already outside we asked her how did get inside so quickly (as she must've used a side door) hoping to strike up friendly conversation. Her immediate response was a rude "We're closed!" She didn't respond to our comment of coming in quickly and we DID NOT ask her if they were open or closed nor did we ask her for assistance. At the front desk there were about 3 people talking (all who ignored us on our way in). We asked at the front desk on our way to the door of they were open and they again said no they were closed after looking at their watch and let us walk out the door without so much as a have a nice evening. Which shouldn't have been expected as we weren't greeted on our way in either. We left and went to Teddy Nissan in the Bronx the next day and purchased a 2015 Murano and my father in law will be purchasing a car with that awesome team on Monday.

She was very courteous in her approach and very helpful in giving me information on the altima and maxima. I am a little guarded when dealing with sales people, however I felt that I could trust her ( don't believe I said that). Went there after I saw a posting on there online site for a 2014 Sv Altima Certified and with only 4500miles on the OD. for 16995. So since I was looking to replace my current auto I figured why not. Sat down with the sale's rep. to talk numbers and that's when the scam started to where it's ugly head he tell's me that the dealership has other fee's that needed to be added to the price but was taken out for some reason when they posted it online. So the number on the car that was 16995. is now close to 21,945.00 with out sale's tax's or tag's added and I should consider a new car instead so I ask what fee's ?? a recondition fee of 1650.00 a bank fee of 500.00 his commission of 300.00 and if I wanted the car certified for 7yr's a additional 2500.00 would have to be added. A total time waster

I got a car three weeks ago. And I realized that they never gave me a breakdown of the payment. They only put a total amount in the loan but never explained how they got that amount. They I came back and asked for a copy. It has been two weeks and I've been calling every single day. No one has responded yet. I suspect they didn't put the right amount as we discussed. All the people who are in charge are avoiding my calls.The customer service ladies keep promising me they will send me a copy or return my call, but no one did. I am deeply upset with their service. I can't believe how irresponsible they are for their customers. Avoid.

I was original very happy with my purchase. Then I asked for a breakdown of my payment, because they never showed me how they calculated the total amount. I have been calling for two weeks, and no one seem to be responsible. Finally the guy who sold me the car picked up the phone today and promised me he would send me a copy by today, which I still haven't received. I now suspect they ripped me off. Deeply disappointed. Be careful.

Usually I don't write reviews, but today I had horrible experience with this dealer. I was planning to sell my used car which was maintained very well. I got a a quote online on auto-trade and they gave an estimate of $1250. I went to this dealer where an agent told me that my car was only worth $300 because I had an accident with my car before. He showed me the worst attitude I never had before. Come on with one minor accident my car was worth only 300 dollars? If so why you gave an $ 1250 estimate? It is totally a waste of my time driving there. I would rather donate my car to my friend than selling it to these blood suckers!I would rate them minus(-100) if there is any chance. Horrible!

I must say being a long time Nissan customer in a different location which was good, I decided to try out this new location which is under new management and owner to return my 2013 murano for the newer version. I must admit after reading certain bias reviews I was afraid but still gave it a try. Upon entering I was warmly greeted and welcomed by Stephanie at the front desk which made me feel more at ease, once all my questions were answer I was then paired up with marcos Rojas for my car buying needs, marcos Rojas is unlike any other salesman I have encountered, he was very patient knowledgeable and understanding throughout the entire process, during my sit down with marcos I met the new owner anthony panarella, his presence felt welcoming like family which is something I always look for because I don't feel comfortable or trust easily when I'm pressured and to get the owner to come to you means a lot, he cares about his customers and his business, I was told of the up and coming plans that will take place soon, making it a more than great Nissan establishment. Once we decided on everything I needed in the car I was introduced to my finance manager Bruce green. Bruce green was also patient and caring in the process, he made it quick and easy for me specially not having the best of credit, I was still able to comfortably afford my new vehicle and have all the "if's and but's" answered. Finally I was officially the new owner of a 2015 murano and sirens and bells started going off and during the commotion everyone on the floor huddled together surrounding me and shouting Nissan Nissan..which surprised me , I was not expecting anything like that. I was congratulated on my new vehicle by everyone one the floor, I even got the occasional congratulations from other customers, I am very happy with my experience and will be recommending others.

I want to start by saying that I originally went to Teddy Nissan had a not so great experience and walked out. Then I gave Nissan of New Rochelle a try, WOW what a difference in Professionalism, Customer Service and genuine care for people who walk through their door! My Salesman was Khalil, this man was a pure gentleman but at the same time he gave me the facts and didn't try to pull typical salesman routines. The Sales Manager, Marcos, is another pure gentleman, who did everything within reason to make the sale of my 2015 Sentra fit my situation and allowances!! And not just make the "payments right" but the overall cost of the car. Marcos and Khalil together made this whole process seem like second nature to them while caring for me as an individual not just another "customer". Last but not least Stephanie - our Sale Rep. This woman is ridiculously awesome at what she does! She makes transition between departments and people move FAST!! She calls you back when she says she will and wears all day! While me and my wife were mulling of details, Stephanie gladly entertained our 2 year old daughter for us!! My daughter absolutely loved her! This team of true professionals will not disappoint!! I am happy to say to anyone the I got my 2015 Nissan at Nissan of New Rochelle where I felt like I was dealing with close friends and family not the typical sales team!

Nissan of New Rochelle is an excellent dealership for buying a new car. Mario Diana is an excellent salesperson, he is always willing to give a good price. I have been working with him for almost 20 years and have bought six cars with him. All of my car purchasing experiences with Mario have been outstanding. I cannot recommend enough working with him to purchase a new car. He was willing to go above and beyond to find a car in the colors we requested, with a beige interior, even though they are really hard too find. The outstanding customer service from Mario Diana is what keeps me coming back to Nissan of New Rochelle to exchange my vehicle for a newer model. He is truly a great salesperson.

When I walked into Premium Nissan I met Roland Riley which is one of the sales associates. I explained to him that I currently have 3 more years left of my car note but I was trying to see if I can do a trade in and see if I can get a lower interest rate. Roland showed me the cars they have available. I test drove them all and I finally found one that was perfect for me. Roland was able to get me approve for a loan with a much lower interest rate. I gave them my car and drove away into the new car. I could not believe how easy the overall experience was and how they were able to get me out of that high interest rate. When I last wrote, I was very disappointed by the mysterious disappearance of an advertised car. Within moments of my complaint being made known to the manager at Premium Nissan, he called very apologetically and offered to work with me to find a suitable alternative in the same price range... with some extra value thrown in. I ended up with a 2012 Altima with only 4000 miles at a VERY attractive price. Couldn't be happier now, and am delighted to revise my previous review of Premium Nissan by saying: Thank you so much! We love the new car!

Found a great sounding Altima through CARS.COM and drove down to Premium Nissan to take a look. Unbelievably, the advertised car could not be found - I kid you not -could NOT BE FOUND or LOCATED by your salesperson. After waiting around forever, we test drove another - more expensive - used Altima for comparision and left waiting to hear about the original missing car. No follow-up from salesman, no reasonable explanation, and then upon checking today, was told unapologetically that the supposed car was sold. Bad bad bad business.

As both a business owner and someone who worked in a auto dealership for years I can say that I unequivocably HATE having to go buy a used car. That being said, I did my homework, decided on a price, make and model and features I had to have. I found a Toyota Sienna XLE limited that fit my budget but was 5 hrs from my home. I called and initially spoke to one of the salesman. Had a HUGE HUGE issue with him as he tried using some deceptive and unprofessional practices with me. Fortunately, I waited an hour then called to speak with the general manager to make them aware of the practices the salesman was using. I had no intention of moving forward with the transaction but the sales manager made it right - immediately! I would have given the whole experience 5 stars if it wasn't for the first salesman. After a 5 hr drive, my experience from the moment I stepped through the door was completely professional, well handled and went far above any other dealership I have had experience with. I had interaction after that with both the sales manager, finance manager, a different saleman, a mechanic and a car prep person. All of them straight forward, friendly and above all, professional. I wouldn't hesitate to drive another 5 hrs there and back in the future for another car and highly recommend checking the dealership out if you are looking for a vehicle.

This is my feedback on my buying experience... Per the ad, I called Junior earlier this morning to make an appointment to inquire about either a 2010 Rogue or 2010 Altima and we agreed upon an appointment time. We arrived a few minutes early and was introduced to Junior upon entering the sales floor. Since this was my first time purchasing a car for myself, my brother tagged along (he also purchased his Altima from Premium Nissan). Junior was very welcoming. He asked how much I wanted to spend and what my desired monthly payments were. He was able to meet both expectations with not much hesitation, and with a "little break"! He was beyond patient, allowed us to look at the cars a few times because I was so confused on my selection. Let me put it to you like this: We walked in at 12:50pm, made a decision around 1:30pm, processed paperwork and was told the car will be ready by 4pm. Came back at 4:30pm, cleaned out my old 04 Saturn, signed off on the new car and drove out of the lot with my 2010 Altima by 5:15pm. Don't hesitate if you're thinking about visiting Premium Nissan and definitely ask for Junior!!!

I went to several other dealerships before this one and felt like I was being pressured to buy as I drove into the lot, but not this place. I was happy with my salesman Junior, because I felt I wasn't being hassled or pressured to buy on the spot. He was friendly, informative and patient as we went over the details of the car with ease. After test driving the car I was interested in, I made my decision to buy the next day and have not regretted my decision. I've had my car for 5 years now and go there for maintenance as well. When I need my tires checked or brakes changed, I go straight to Premium Nissan because I know the job will get done right and I know my money is being spent the right way. I will be there soon again to buy my son's first car because of the trust and great experience I had with Premium Nissan and salesman, Junior.

Since being a first time buyer I was confused about a lot of things and he calmly explained what I was insure of and made me very comfortable with the process. His finance manager was also very friendly and helpful with alllll of my questions and helped me feel comfortable during the process. Also, they don't give you the run around or lie about prices like other shops I have visited when looking for a vehicle! I bought a 2011 CPO Nissan Maxima from sales manager Junior. After 2 months and driving 3000 miles, I went for oil change at Midas. The midas told me all 4 tires need to be replaced as the threading was 3/32". I checked it myself and wash shocked. I called Nissan and they asked me to bring the car to their service center for checkup. They told me the thread is 4/32" ( I disagree as I checked it myself) and the tires will last for couple of months. I told them that it does not satisfy the CPO condition which clearly states that car tires should have 50% tread life left. I was asked to speak to Junior. I called Junior and he spoke very rudely to me and said I have bought a second hand car and car tires only last for 15,000 miles. I have already driven over 3000 miles and the tires can go bad. He refused to acknowledge that CPO cars are suppose to have 50% tread life left. I feel cheated as I need to spend over $ 1100 to replace them. I read that this is a very common practice among some dealers ( they are aware the that tires need to be replaced but still sell it as CPO car). I would not recommend anyone to but car from this dealership and especially from Junior.

We came in not expecting to buy a car, but Gary found us a car that not only fit all our criteria, but gave us a deal that was right on the money for what we were looking for. In addition, he went out of his way to deal with a rather complicated insurance and titling situation, then, even though it was past closing time, went out and got us a half tank of gas on the dealership. I think Gary did all this work not because he was going to make money (though of course he did) but because he is an honest and hardworking person. Highly recommend him as a dealer.

They have the worst service, dont ever take your car their to get it repair they overly charge....I don't understand why you have warranty on these cars because when is time to get it checked for any light they want to charge you a diognosis fee for every time you go, I never had to pay for them to check any light that comes up on the dashboard now you do very disappointed I would never go back it was convenient for me because I live in new Rochelle but ill rather go somewhere else where they would give me better service and treat me better specially because I have been a long time customer I have purchase 3 different cars from Nissan I don't think I would purchase another

After going to 3 different dealerships I went to Premium Nissan alone and ready to battle, with the mentality that girls alone will get ripped off. I had been looking at the online inventory and thought the prices were great.I knew exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to pay. I had Gary as my salesman and I don't know about the other guys their but THANK GOD I DID. I was so lucky with him, I was upfront and I'm sure a little difficult at first, but Gary wasn't pushy at all. He was patient with me and understood my budget and exactly what I wanted he didn't try to put me in something I couldn't afford or didn't want. I felt very comfortable with him, he was honest (almost impossible to believe or find in car dealerships) professional, courteous, and just a genuinely nice guy, even after the hard time I gave him that entire week. I totally didn't feel like just a commission check. I'm very happy with my car and can't wait to go back in two years when I can afford to trade it up for something newer. I only hope Gary is still there to deal with. I don't think I would ever want to deal with anyone else in sales. There were no extra fees or increase in price last minute. I'm paying less than what I expected to and got a great car! If you plan to go, ask for Gary, you won't regret it.:-) It was a great experience. My brother and cousin have since purchased cars from Premium with Gary and everyone is happy :) I even got a referral fee check in the mail!!! :)

My family and I traveled from Connecticut to New York to view the 2010 Nissan Armada Titanium, the salesperson was very nice, but he really didn't know much about the car and didn't seem overly interested in trying to sell it. We were exiting the building 5 minutes after our test drive. When we left he never asked for our contact information and we have not heard from him since that day. Not a good way to sell cars.

I purchased a 2011 rogue with 21,000 miles and they gave me it with out inspection with bad tires and dirty.. Brian said to bring it back bc they didn't have time to check on it because they just got the car from the auction the day before.. After they "check" everything and say that the tires pass the inspection I got a postal card with coupon saying that tires needs to be replaced soon.. Really? I paid $17,000 and now I have to change the tires?... I've been calling for 3 weeks and Brian never return phone calls, Igor(general manager) is never there and the service manager don't want to deal with it.. Very dissapointed.. Also I called the 1800 number to complain and they can't do anything.

They do not keep their sales promises! They told me I'll get 90 days of XM radio subscription but they have never sent it to me. Whenever I call about it they forward my call to an answering machine that does not accept any messages. The dealer stated that the vehicle will include a blue tooth connection but it was not included. I called Nissan's consumers affairs and nothing is being done. I will file soon a BBB report and will find every opportunity to complain about then in the internet and every possible other media.

I went here mainly to just get information being that my car at the time was slowly falling apart. I told the sales man right away that I wasn't buying a car being I had horrible credit, ect.. Long story short. He got me approved. But I didn't like that I wasn't offered a test drive, he never went over the car with me. My monthly payment changed in a matter of a hour. It went up by $80! I'm sorry but that is a lot of money! Overall it was a ok experience but I didn't feel as though he was personal with me but instead I was just another commission check for his end of month numbers. Double check everything before you leave !!!

I went there in search of a 2009 Nissan Murano and went on cars.com to find a dealer with a nice selection. I came across 4 dealerships that were not too far from me with a nice inventory. After looking up Premium Nissan via google for reviews and BBB rating I decided to contact them for an appointment. The sales representative that assisted me in my search was Junior. He is very courteous and knowledgable. He asked me what features I was looking for in the car and after letting him know my needs, he proceeded to show me a gray murano that I instantly fell in love with upon sitting down inside of it. Junior let me know what extra features the car has and also advised me of the additional warranty that I can buy to be worry free for the next 7 years which is completely optional. Junior told me to take all the time I need and if i wanted to see another car to let him know. When I was finished with playing with the car, I informed Junior that I was satisfied with the car and wanted to buy it. Junior then proceeded to ask me what option was i planning to take the car with, I informed him that I wanted to finance the vehicle with $2500.00 down. He asked me what kind of monthly payments was I looking to pay and what kind of budget i was working with, in which I informed him that I was looking to pay 450 or less. The finance process was worry free and painless. Junior directed me to Shay their finance manager. Shay asked me when I wanted to have the car and I told him no rush. Shay informed me that he would give me a call in the morning after he gets the best deal for me since it was late in the evening and he did not want to rush me into accepting a payment that was too much. The following day Junior called me and asked me if I was comfortable with a monthly payment of $388. I told him that I was fine with that. He said ok and informed me that I can pick up the car whenever I am available. The facility was clean and stress free. At no time did I feel pressured into buying from them and I feel like I made the best decision in buying from Premium Nissan.

Found a beautiful Infiniti FX35 on premium nissan website at a ridiculous price. I was hesitant that a price that low was possible on this vehicle. I called the used car manager junior. I asked what was wrong with the vehicle that he had it so cheap? Junior says the car is in immaculate condition. I didn't believe him till I got there at the dealership, by the way he told me also that he would have the car pulled out and cleaned so I was able to test drive the vehicle, junior was a man of his words the car was immaculate and drove like it was new, junior put on a plate on the car and said enjoy your test drive? I asked are you coming he said no, I was thinking are these guys nuts letting a customer take the car on a test drive myself? He said he doesn't believe in pressure sales tactics at premium, the car drove like a dream, and I'm thinking I have a trade lets see if they try to low ball me on my trade, to my surprise they gave me what I was expecting for my trade. Did I mention this was the day after the snow storm we had? I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase if my pre owned FX35. Shay also the finance manager was also exceptional, these guys at premium nissan is grateful to their customer. This was a hard things to write especially when All I have had bad experiences at most all dealerships. If anybody is looking for a car and want to be treated like a human being go to premium nissan! Wow! Exceptional service and no bull. Thanks to you Junior and Shay!

If you are buying a Nissan GTR then this is not a right place to go. They are asking 15k markup price for a brand new GTR and selling a used one for MSRP. They claimed due to the limited production of the car so it is really kind already to sell the used one at MSRP.

I purhcased a Nissan Sentra in 2008. I thought, I had a great deal except that of all my friends who owned Nissan's, I was the only one without an automatic door key. I later learned from having my car serviced at other dealships that the automatic door key was provided to all new customers and it would cost 250 to me as a replacement. I wouldn't purchasing anything from this dealership ever.

After coming in from another Nissan Dealer whose advertised price was $3000 below what the actual price of the car was I dealt with Andrew at Premium Nissan, I told him what I was looking for how much I wanted to pay and the rest was history. I received a fair price for an amazing well kept well maintained 2010 Maxima SV. Even the finance department took time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Decided to search out CPO Nissan Xterra's on the Nissan website and found a 2012 Xterra with low mileage at a great price. I called Junior to make sure the car was still available and then scheduled an appointment to see the car THAT night! Junior was very helpful,knew what he was doing, knew his car and what it was worth. We took the car for a test drive while he worked with his appraisal guy to evaluate our trade in. I must say he really prices his cars well. We got back and discussed figures and he really did try to work with us. We weren't sure at first and wanted to think about it overnight. He he allowed for us to put a hold deposit on the vehicle so we wouldn't have to worry about it being sold within the next day or so. We later decided this car was the car for us. The car was in tip top shape and we were very pleased with the service we recieved from this dealership. The finance manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained what we were signing and what warranties were offered. I never felt pressured or rushed here. I am very happy with my CPO Xterra, the service here and with Junior.

Besides the fact that the dealership was empty, there were no amenities, and the employees were mostly glued to a car auction on TV completely ignoring the showroom floor... before the salesman asked about what I wanted or needed, he was busy taking down the info regarding my current car & lease. When we finally started talking about the car I came in to see, there wasn't one available to look at or test drive. The salesman checked features on his smartphone, he couldn't even show me anything on a monitor because he didn't have a computer. There was no brochure available for the model I wanted, either. The price he scribbled on a dirty sheet of paper was valid for only 24 hours, and when I asked how I was supposed to close a deal without a test drive or even sitting in the car, he offered to let me sit in a customer's filthy car that was in for service, even though it was not the model or year I was buying. Then he showed me a piece of paper (8.5 x 11) with over 30 tiny car pictures and said mine was the one on the top left. In spite of the salesman's pleasant manner, it was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had.

My experience at premium Nissan seemed promising. The salesman seemed decent, and I was (and still am) in love with the CPO Altima coupe I purchased. However, a few days after purchasing the car I noticed NONE of the interior lights worked, a signal light was out, I was missing the driver floormat, and the brakes were squeaking like nails on a chalkboard. When I called service and told them these issues I was told that "service is closed and I would have to call back." I wasn't even asked for my name and number for a callback. That's a big amount of issues for a car that's had a "150 point inspection". And anyone skilled in customer service would know how to handle this issue. If you ask me, it goes to show that their only concern is making the sale .

Purchsed a Maxima from Premium on March 8th, 2012, was given a 30 day transit permitt (since I live in CT) Took them over a month to register my car! When I finally for the registration, it was dated 2/29/2012, 4 weeks after I picked up the car. I was forced to drive unregistered car untill they finally FedEx'd it to me. I called them no less than 6 times over 3 weeks and they kept telling me "you will get it in a few days" BS... Very disapointed if how they run their shop.

I was assured one "final" price at the sales guys desk, and another when the deal was almost done in the office w/ the finance guy. This is where my happy experience and confidence went down hill. My advice here is to research not only the vehicle,but the dealerships as well.Everyone is looking out for themselves in terms of $$$. I work just as hard as anyone else. I may not buy here again, and have learned a valuable lesson, and that is not to trust that someone is trying to give "me" a good deal. The manager kevin is very nice and helpful, and my experience w/ mario was decent...."all in all just make sure you bring your calculator and know your numbers before jumping into any deal...and read every line on the contract, get a breakdown. Luckily, i love my nissan i purchased, and possibly would come back again, if there was a different finance person. It should be about getting what you pay for, and loving your vehicle that you paid for w/ your hard earned money, nothing else or anything more! simply because you never know who is on the other end of your desk.Its important to have a good "team" people can talk you up, or talk you down.

This place is HORRIBLE! I bought a used car from Junior. He was impatient and rude with me. I finally found the car they wanted and they had the right price so I went ahead and ran my financing after I put a hold deposit on the car. They came back and offered me a low rate, but only if I bought the Security Gold Plus service agreement for another $2000. They said that was the only way they would offer me the low rate and that I could cancel within 60 days and get a full refund to my creditor. I agreed in order to take advantage of the interest rate. I have since found out that it is ILLEGAL to coerce someone to buy the warranty to get a lower rate. I have tried to cancel that policy for months and they said it had been cancelled, but never sent me any confirmation even after phone calls, emails, and letters sent from me to them cancelling. They will not let me out of the policy! To make matters worse, when I was buying the car and filling out the final paperwork, I noticed a mistake and instead of fixing it for me, Junior argued with me about it, said that the manager was gone and to just sign the paperwork, that he would correct it later. When I insisted on him making the change, he was rude, impatient, and actually angry with me even though it is money in his pocket!!! Do not use Premium Nissan! I have heard many many complaints from others who have used them as well. They are crooks!

After completing a quote through autotrader for my used truck that I wanted to trade in I was promptly emailed back by junior and upon arrival at Nissan In New Rochelle, (I travelled from Stamford) I was met by Junior and immediately began to look for a used Murano that we were looking for. After test driving and looking through a few different ones, we found a car we loved and completed a trade in with no hassles and no issues. Car was clean and and detailed upon receipt and a part that was needed was ordered and will be taken of this week. Customer service was not only professional but very polite and caring. I would recommend this dealer and have already done so to friends and family. Prices cannot and won't be beat and after dealing with my old dealer Toyota of Stamford I will never go anywhere but back here. Great Job.Greg

This past weekend, my wife went to Premium Nissan as she was looking for a vehicle. She decided to lease a 2011 Nissan Altima from your dealership, and the service and deal was so exceptional that my father-in-law decided to come and look at vehicles as well. They were greeted and treated with respect, and a great deal of time was spent with them in order to help both my wife and father-in-law decide which vehicle was best suited for their driving needs. He made the entire experience pleasant and simple. When they went to meet with Shay, finalizing the lease was hassle-free, quick and the papers represented the initial offer they were made. Purchased used 2007 Murano site unseen, (I know stupid on my part) on a recommendation from Andrew Goldberg telling me that the car was in immaculate condition. Apparently our views of immaculate are very different from the dealers, the car had a long scratch down to the body and a dent by the gas cap. I live in a seaside community, so the salt air and the rust factor are high. I was assured that this was mint condition, with no disclosure of the damage. Rust is not a problem he told me. How odd. The interior was not detailed, it was simply vacuumed and not well as I found a piece of licorice. How odd. The center console was scratched and dented, apparently again, this is considered mint. Now lets get to the keys. One key had a button missing, but oh, it still works, again, apparently this is considered mint. I did in the end get a $150.00 Credit, how big of them. My advice, buyer beware, try to get in touch with the manager for sales, he seemed nice.

Bought a used vehicle for a great price and had a problem which I later substantiated and had the dealership agree (A few months after the warranty expired) that it existed during the warranty period. I did report and documented the problem DURING the warranty period and was told basically it should just go away. They refused to pay for any compensation after the vehicle later became undrivable (Needed to get repaired locally. I am in CT). It was a very expensive repair and only asked for a small compensation and was told NO because it was such a good deal which is a bad reason and would not have purchased the vehicle if the repair costs was supposed to have been in ADDITION to the purchase price. I asked them if they were concerned about a bad review because it will cost them $$$$$ way more in sales loss than what I was asking for which was more than fair. It appears they didn't think these reviews had any credibilty but I believe different. This is a great forum for the public to share their experiences so they can determine where to spend their hard earned money especially for the family car. I was later offered a very small fraction of what I was asking and never received after asking several times. Same old story, I had all my emails and phone calls returned during the purchase and after that, zero initiative in responding in my inquiries attempting to resolve this. I clearly indicated to Andrew Goldberg who is a very nice personable person to deal with, that I do customer service as a profession and will report good or bad news and let the public decide. Great purchase price -yes, but what if the problem was even more costly? Would I re-purchase from Premium - No.

Horrible customer service. They tell me a deposit was left on the truck I wanted to buy. I then drive by 2 weeks later to find the truck still for sale. They don't care about any follow up phone calls. I had a serious interest in the truck and they don't call me to ask if I'm still interested in buying the truck? If they treat a potential customer like this, one can only imagine what would happen once you become a customer........they'll forget about you, that's what will happen. Oh, by the way, I ended up buying my truck elsewhere and I'm very happy with my purchase. Still, I think Premium Nissan should of made an attempt to call me once the deposit was canceled on the truck that I wanted. I guess making a sale is not that important to Premium Nissan.
