Do NOT purchase a vehicle from Nissan of Paducah. Specifically, the salesman Bruce. I went to Nissan of Paducah on Saturday, August 21st to look at a few Rogue’s. When Bruce came outside, I asked him how negotiable the price was on a specific one and he said “it’s not, the world isn’t what it used to be” blah blah blah and we asked “so does this price INCLUDE tax, title and license?” And Bruce said “Yes.” We then asked if there was still a warranty active on the vehicle to which Bruce said “It should still have the standard 5 year, 60,000 mile Nissan warranty with it.” Fast forward to sitting down to purchase the vehicle, Bruce goes “WOW! This car actually COMES WITH a 100,000 mile power train warranty so you still have about 60,000 miles left on it” and I’m ecstatic obviously. Come Wednesday, August 25th, four days after purchasing the vehicle, my oil change light comes on so I pull out the paperwork to see if there was fine print about things like this because I’m annoyed that they didn’t bother to change the oil and I had only driven it maybe 500 miles from the time of purchase, only to find out that Bruce lied directly to our face and charged us $1800 for that 100,000 mile warranty that he was raving about COMING WITH the vehicle. As well as charging me tax, tile and license fees. I called him on Wednesday, August 25th to express my concerns and see about returning the vehicle because it was a very shady and unprofessional experience. I called the office landline number, he says he has to call me back which he proceeds to call me from his cellphone, I can only imagine because he needed to step away so no one could hear how he was going to address the situation. & proceeds to tell me “I don’t care what you do with the warranty you can cancel it or keep it, it doesn’t matter to me but you’re not returning the car” I said I needed to speak to the manager and he said “call away, call whoever you want, I don’t care, you’re keeping that car”. He never once apologized or showed remorse or anything to rectify the situation or compensate for screwing me out of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. Sure, I should have triple checked the paperwork but I never once thought I was being lied straight to my face while asking these questions. I wanted a Nissan vehicle so I came to a Nissan dealership, expecting professional and honest service which was the absolute opposite of what I received. If I wanted to get the run around, I would have went to a back alley sketchy car lot. This was a stereotypical sleazy car salesman sale. Learn from my mistake and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE.

The dealer sent me a Summer service offer of an oil change + tire rotation for $54.99. Service writer/manager did not no a thing about offer. Charged me $70+ for the service. I had to use my time and gas to come back to dealer to show service writer the Summer offer sent to me in order to get my over charged service refunded. This should never had happened. I may have to look elsewhere for my next oil change.

While working at AQS show in Paducah I locked my keys in my car. Should have replaced my battery in the key fob earlier. After confirming my identity and ownership of the car, they were able to make a key for me that would get me into the car for a very reasonable price. This dealership also gave me a new battery for my key fob! The employees were helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone whether buying or going in for help with their vehicle.

There is NO customer service at this dealership. Absolutely NO fabulous deals. Love my nissan but would definitely recommend a short drive to another dealership. All about bottom dollar to this business no matter how bad they treat the customer.

I love my Nissan Pathfinder however this dealership has not been willing to repair parts covered under the warranty. Would not replace Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors. After I had them replaced at another shop they would not program them. Refused to prorate a Nissan battery. Going to but a Frontier within a year but will not buy in Paducah and will not use them for warranty or service work.

We drove from Louisiana to Nissan of Paducah, Ky to purchase our vehicle and it was well worth the 650 mile trip!! Thank you Harold Schultz, Ken Lang, Joe and the rest of the guys that we had the pleasure of meeting! They treated us like family and gave us an incredible deal on our new 2012 Nissan Altima! I wish they could all see how "Cheetalicious" my new car is!! lol Thank each of yall again! We will be back to buy more in the future and are sending family and friends to yall as well!!

We have been car shopping for several months, frankly I had grown tired of the whole process. We went on the lot just to "browse" hoping they would just leave us alone. We were greeted within 30 seconds by a sales employee of Nissan named "Coach". He was a tall man who was just interested in matching us with what we wanted without being overbearing. To make a long story short, after many months of test driving and lot shopping at prior dealerships, we left the Nissan lot after one visit and one very helpful sales person with just the car I was looking for.. Thanks Coach!

I had been all over the tri-state area and have to tell you that I ended up walking out on several dealerships as I felt that I wasn't being treated fairly. I walked onto the lot of Nissan of Paducah they offered me a fair price for my trade, helped me find the car I was looking for,knocked some off the asking price and had me in my car in no time!
