I am very pleased with this Nissan location. Despite the fact that I have to return and have the work redone the professionalism and kindness the team demonstrated was amazing. I believe it was Mike that checked me in and managed my work order, he was amazing and extremely patient with me as I was in a hurry. I was worked in and they made it a priority to get my work done as fast as possible.

We just bought our new Rogue from here and the service was excellent. Abram was helpful and knowledgeable. There was no hard selling, just helping us to see the great features of the car. When we decided to go ahead and buy the car, he took the time to show us round the servicing area, booking in our first oil change. He walked us through the online services, getting set up with the app. There was little we didn’t know when we drove out with our new car.

My experience at Nissan Of Rivergate is always pleasant and is the reason I’ve bought not one but two vehicles here. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick with any requests as well as answering any questions. At every oil change - I’m always walked thru any alt recommended options, never forced which I appreciate. And as for my most recent service Dakota was superior to say the least. So helpful, so nice and respectful. Thank you so, so much!

The issue was an air conditioner compressor had to be replaced. They did not have the part, so I was without a vehicle for the entire weekend. I had asked about using my Car Shield insurance to cover the work, and I was refused. The repair was over $1,600.00. Since the technician did not talk to my insurance company as requested, I have no idea if I will be able to get reimbursed or not, because of this I will not be using Nissan of Rivergate in the future. Even though, I purchased the vehicle from them.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else! We live about an hour away and have our own Nissan dealership there however we don’t mind the drive for the exceptional service. I have bought 2 cars here now and my mother has bought a car here, our sales person Nikki Wallace is the absolute best! The finance department was amazing and everyone was friendly. The service director Rick also reaches out to remind you of appointments and is always very thankful for your business. A+ business!
