I always enjoy excellent service here. One small glitch this time. When arriving for my service appt. I told them I had email coupons and was informed they no longer accepted them per their service manager. I was miffed. However, upon completion of my service, the usual gentleman gave me an extra coupon, he had. My only complaint is let me know you don't accept email coupons ahead of time, or don't send them

Check in was a breeze. Krishna had a smile on her face and was very efficient. Service was done quickly while I drank coffee and read a book. Great experience at this dealership.

These ppl made buying a truck waaaaay to easy! I am in North Carolina working but live in Mississippi, I went in with a very odd combination of what I wanted, (specific color, 4X4, V-6, long bed, extra this and that) not only did they find an exact match, they took care of searching thru loan provider after loan provider and found me the best rate possible and they also took care of all of the paperwork with the title, tags and taxes. Now when I go home my truck will already be registered in my state! All I have to do is enjoy the feeling of a new ride! I give these guys (and gals) a triple A+ rating. Loved doing business with them!

I actually came to the dealership because I won a free car wash and detail at a business expo. Even though the staff knew I was not going to be making a purchase, they were still incredibly accommodating to my schedule and very friendly. Next time I am in the market for a new vehicle, I will definitely be coming back to Nissan of Roanoke Rapids.

Wonderful services, excellent attitudes from staff. They explained everything to me in a language I could understand. Cheaper prices than in Virginia. They treat you like family!!!!!

We were driving down the interstate when our Titan started making noise. My wife looked up closest dealership on her phone and found Nissan of Roanoke Rapids. It was in the afternoon and we thought for sure they could not help us out that late in the day. I was telling John that we are on our way south to see our daughter and really needed to get back on the road. My wife was very upset, but John worked us in and the Titan had a exhaust shield that was making a noise around the muffler. They just adjusted the shield and tightened it down and we were back on the road in 30 minutes. Thank you John for working us in and getting us back on the road!

I emailed the dealership for information on a new Altima. I received an email back almost immediately and Sheri called me to answer questions that I had. After answering my questions she gathered information from me and set up a time to come in. When I came into the dealership she introduced me to my salesman Marcus. Marcus had the Altima I asked about already parked in front of the dealership and ready to drive. During the test drive Marcus answered all of my questions about the car and didn't rush me to get back to the dealership. When we came back to the dealership my information that I gave Sheri over the phone was ready and Marcus just needed some additional paperwork, but I was surprised how easy it was. While I was waiting for the finance department Marcus showed me around the dealership and I met and was given business cards for service advisors, parts manager, sales manager, finance, and the internet sales manager. Marcus took his time showing me the Altima and really took his time to make sure everything was covered. I went into the finance office and Al went through the paperwork fairly quickly. After everything was done my Altima was waiting outside and they even took a picture of me and my new Altima for my Facebook page. I will recommend this dealership to my friends and family. They set up my first service appointment when I met the service department and look forward to seeing everyone soon.
