I bought a used truck that I was shown the car fax on. It showed to be clear. It was a Nissan, so I felt confident that everything was good. After less than a week, the check engine came on, and I reached out. The initial service was exceptional. However, the updates became less and less. They told me they would return my call before the end of the day, but it didn’t happen. Not once. I know they are busy, and mean we’ll, but should have did what they said. My truck has been there for 5 days and I still do t know when the parts may be coming. That said, they did provide me with a loaner vehicle, and I really appreciate that. I do believe they are trying. Communication is key.

I received the best customer service ever from Mrs. Evelyn Brown!!! She went beyond and above excellent customer satisfaction! Any questions I had, if she didn't know the answer, she found out for me. It was pouring raining with a tornado warning in the area, but Mrs. Evelyn still went out to retrieve different models of cars for me to test drive until I was completely satisfied! She even put my paper tags on my new car in the rain! She got me the deal and price that I was satisfied with! How many dealerships let you pick your price? Nissan of Silsbee will! I felt at home while she set out to please me. I even got free pizza! It is more than a job and selling cars for Mrs. Brown and Nissan of Silsbee.
