Everything about my car buying experience was exceptional from start to finish. The cars are well cared for and well priced, and the customer service can't be beat. This was my first experience with a dealership and there was NONE of the typical hassle - no pressure, no nonsense fees, and no feeling like you're just a dollar sign. I am very grateful for Layne and other staff for making this such a great experience. This is the second car purchase from my family and we will keep coming back and urging friends and family to do the same!

An Amazing place to buy a car. After much research, we found the car we were looking for at this dealership and drove from Tallahassee to check it out. Called and set up appointment and from the time we stepped on the lot we were treated with kindness, fairness and respect. We had the pleasure of working with the awesome and very knowledgeable salesman, Gerron Miles. He made us feel welcome and offered any assistance we needed without being pushy or trying to change our mind on the vehicle we wanted. In addition to Mr. Miles the rest of the staff were kind, and even though were were not buying the most expensive car on the lot, they made us feel like we were. I was also impressed that they met my needs financially. I did my homework and knew exactly the amount that I would not go over and their first draft agreement was almost exactly what I was going to ask. A little discussion and we came to a fair and very good agreement. Another shocking surprise was the lack of hidden fees in the agreement. Overall, I will hopefully be doing business again and would recommend Mr. Miles or any of the team at Nissan of St. Augustine for future vehicle purchases. Thanks Again Mr. Miles!!!

Went for an oil change this morning. I got there at 930 and wasn't done until 12 noon. I was made aware of a recall that would take an extra half hour to check. There were 4 other people who had oil changes completed that came in after me that left before me. I was not made aware of any delays and eventually had to inquire when my car would be ready. I was also offered services that I didn't need (we took care of them ourselves). Its obvious they never actually checked the maintenance items, just used the mileage chart for suggestions. Never mind the screaming clutch that is excruciatingly noticeable as I pulled in. Didn't say anything about that. I paid more going to a dealership in good faith that I wouldn't be taken advantage of. This was not the case.

Our sales person (Miles) and his helper (Justin) were truly outstanding in their service to help us with the purchase of a new 2020 Rogue. They left us with such an overwhelming level of trust and customer service that we doubt we will ever buy another vehicle anywhere else. Every dealership I ever visited made me feel like they were hiding info or pulling a 'fast one' or pulling the wool over your eyes. Not here!! Got that down home family feeling and have already begun to steer friends their way. Kudos for a job well done!!

I always hated going to a dealership and being “ascended” on by car sales people. Not that way at Nissan of St. Augustine. David Zachary was kind, considerate, informative and not at all the stereotype of the car salesman. I was so at ease there. David made me feel like I was the only person in the showroom!! Ladies if your looking for a car, go see David. You won’t be sorry you did!!!
