We encountered some issues with the bank approving the loan etc. but Paul went out of his way to help us out and make it happen. Overall just a great experience.

My first ever experience at Norm Reeves Honda was just absolutely amazing with Ramon Cano!!! I wanted to lease a car and that's just what I got. I felt like I was in and out before I knew it! My second experience at Norm Reeves Honda was not as pleasant because there was a Sales Rep who was awfully rude. I left the dealership very upset but decided if I were to go back, it was going to be with Ramon. And yet again, Mr. Ramon does it again! Ramon explained each and every number to me thoroughly and made sure I got the best deal. I got a 2017 Honda Accord LX, and WOW did I get a deal on it all thanks to Ramon! I can't emphasize it enough... if anyone wants great treatment, thorough explanations, and a wonderful car buying experience, go to Ramon. All I know is that if ever in the future I buy another Honda, it's going to be with Ramon no doubt about it!

They harrass you until they get their sale then want nothing to do with you. I got a lease from them. then they continue to harrass me by phone and email. Then when I actually need their help. They pretend they have no idea what I am talking about and proceed to tell me "I need to read the contract before I sign the paperwork". they thing is I have a question about my contract. I did not care about the payment. That is fine. But I wanted to know if I could get a package removed and someone else there told me that I could I need to talk to my sales rep. But these guys are telling me that they have no idea and told me to talk to someone else. They just want you to buy stuff from them and thats it. Once your out the door they dont want to deal with any issues after that to help you out.

Our salesman Roberto Arteaga was very friendly, helpful and went above and beyond for us. Went in to look at the deals without planning to buy a car that same day. We let him know what we were looking for and our budget. Got an estimate on a car we were interested in. After finding it was outside what we wanted to pay monthly, went home. A couple mns later got a call back from Roberto saying he had gotten us a good deal. We got a new 2016 Honda Civic on lease, with the payments agreed, and no down payment! I had very good experience with the dealership and would have given 5 Stars but.... When they did a credit check I was told that I had no credit rating and the car loan would be at 11%?!! Wow! I knew immediately something was not right because I have very good credit and the only debt I had was my house. In less than 3 years the house will be paid off. Also I have zero balance on my credit card bills too. Well I looked at the paperwork they have done on me and found out that they put the wrong date on my birthday. As soon they corrected it and did another credit check, I had a credit rating of 828 with a approved loan of 1.9% for 4 years. After that everything ran smoothly and I was only there for 4 hours. Now that might sound like a long time but it wasn't compare other times in my past when buying a car took almost all day. My advice is to go in the morning before 9:00 am and make sure you bring all documents and paperwork that might help speed up your time there. I am so happy with my Honda Ridgeline RTL-T and planning to keep it for a long time. I would recommend this dealership folks. Just make sure that all the information for your credit check is correct and you will be fine at Norms Reeves Honda folks.

my three year lease was up on my Honda accord. that meant turning in the old one and the dreaded negotiations with some slick fast talking sales person........ I contacted kim Kelly-lujan by phone. she is the AAA sales mngr at norm reeves Honda in Cerritos. kim was friendly and helpful. she provided pricing and payment information that was much better than my prior lease. I agreed to an appointment after providing some basic information. upon arrival I was greeted by kim and the paper work process took no time at all. the next thing I know my old lease car is turned in and I'm on my way to pleasant dinner in my nice new ride. thank you kim Kelly-lujan for turning a dreaded chore into a very pleasant experience. 10/15/16...This was the day when Me and my Husband Noli decided to just drive by Cerritos Auto Center to do window shopping for a New and Used Cars...Unplanned to buy! at first, We're unable to get a parking space then tried one more turn back to the packing lot, for some reason, we asked 2 gentlemen standing in the corner and 1 approached us...I asked, Is there available space to park in? then He replied, Are you going for Parts/service or looking for a New or Used car? and we said for a Car! then with His hand gesture and word "follow Me" got parking space...then from there He did introduced Himself...Jerry Gonzalez and same name on the Honda Uniform he's wearing. We made a mistake of buying 1 car from weir canyon Honda. Honestly they will rob you. Honda norm reeves not only knows how to give you the best deal and get you the car you want they also will make sure you get the best service. Susanna our current sales person was awesome. She gave us best service! I couldn't believe how hard she works. I've got emails from her at midnight letting me know that she's was still working on the price .Also at the time of purchase she was there till 11:30 making sure we got our cars ready to drive. As I was leaving I had an issue with the loud noise of the navigation system. She was willing to work with and go thru the manual to find how to lower the volume. It was so late that I just wanted to go home so I told I'll figure it out. As I was driving home I got call from her that I didn't pick up. Next day I listened to my message from her. It was about how to lower the volume. I couldn't believe it. I still get messages from her asking if I need any help with anything. Not only I highly recommend them I would also advise not to waste your time with any other Honda dealer

Thomas Bulchand, the Internet Sales Manager, was professional, knowledgable, no pressure, and incredibly patient as we test drove several vehicles. Devon Fields was great! My husband and I were terrified on our way to the dealership since this was our first dealership experience and we had heard so msny horror stories. We were instantly greeted by Devon, and he immediately directly guided us to what we came for-used Civics. He explained the differences in the years and let us take our time. I really appreciated that he didn't try to update us into something we couldn't afford. Financing was also very fast and stress free. We were also satisfied with the amount we got for our trade in. We will definitely come back to Norm Reeves in the future and look for Devon.

We walk into the dealer ship just to see the cars and knowing our old car had given up but not in a rush to find one quick. We meant Sam at the door and he ask us three questions and dirrectly he went and showed us what he had available. Once we decided test drove a car and boom husband decided to go inside and see the magic numbers after 2 1/2 hours sitting across Sam trying to make those magic numbers appear to our satisfaction and happy ending. He was great to get where we wanted even though we brought our two kids which he was great with too. Thank you Sam for our brand NEW Honda Accord we love it.

We are a true Honda family and we already have two Honda(S2000 and CR-V). We went to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos to see Kash who sold us our CR-V four years ago. He took his time and shows us all the different models and explained the differences in prices, gas mileage, performance and options as we test drove. My wife and I could not agree between the Accord EXL or Sport model. Kash told us to go to lunch and talk it over. He was right! When we came back we agreed on the EXL which suits our family the best. Our teenage son is getting his license soon and we'll be back to get our fourth Honda. And then again Kash would be the man! "The Honda man!"

After having a couple bad experiences at some other Honda dealerships, I settled on Norm Reeves Honda Not only did they have a larger inventory of used cars, but the service I had gotten on a previous visit was stellar. I dealt with Cee King, one of their internet sales reps, and she was EXCELLENT. Even though I didn't go with the original car I wanted a quote on, she helped me choose the car I did end up buying - a 2013 Honda Civic EX - to replace my beloved 2000 Civic EX that had gotten totaled in an accident.Cee was very pleasant and personable and never pushed me into something I didn't want, and throughout the process was understanding and helped make what I was very very nervous about much less difficult and even fun. She's got an infectious personality and it really helped me relax. Overall my whole experience here was great - I can't recommend this dealer, and Cee King, enough.

I want to share the great experience I had in getting my first Honda, new 2016 Honda CRV, from Norm Reeves Honda -Superstore in Cerritos. I needed to get a new car but could not decide and did not like going through hours of back and forth negotiation and being pushed. I had my eye on a German car and just stopped by to check the new Hondas and did not plan on making a deal that day. However, the sales representative, Said Naghizadeh was professional, friendly, experienced, informative, and straight forward which made the decision making and transaction much easier. we did test drive three Hondas and he helped me pick the right car along with the right options that fits my needs. As far as price negotiation part, it want quick, he presented to me their offer, I gave him a reasonable counter offer and he tried hard to make it happen. I also like to thank the Finance Department and the Management that worked with Said and I to close the deal. I strongly suggest visiting the dealership and consulting with Said Naghizadeh, Sales Representative before making your final decision or deal. I love my new Honda CRV and the deal I got.

After a few exchange of calls, I could tell that Ted Suh was looking out for my best interest.I requested a car in a color that was in high demand and almost always out of stock.He gave me a call the very morning it was available in the warehouse, meaning he was constantly on the search to make sure his clients get the best deals in the shortest amount of time.I had my papers signed later with Peter Balint and drove the car out of the lot later that day.Great experience over all and would highly recommend this center. Ibrahim is a great salesman to work with. Before I met Ibrahim, other salesmen from different dealerships would have me wait for more than 30 minutes after giving them my in tial offer, and to make matters worse I could see them joking amongst the other salesmen. Ibrahim is the complete opposite of that. All of his attention was focused on the sale and made sure my time was not wasted. I left the dealership in less than an hour with the car and price I wanted. On top of that Ibrahim filled my car's gas tank again when I came back to drop off a check. We shopped a couple of Honda dealers for the new car we were purchasing and found Norm Reeves to give us the best deal in the most efficient way. We test drove the car and then were given numbers for the cost to lease it. After leaving, we changed our minds and were interested in a different car model. We just called our sales rep and he gave us numbers over the phone. We didn't have to wait around for a long time and didn't have to haggle with the sales rep. Everything was on the up and up and done well. When we went in to purchase the car, Kevin Harris helped us quickly and made sure we were aware of everything the car had to offer. He showed us all its features and walked us through finance. Everyone here treated us with respect and kindness. Would definitely shop here again!

Was promised they'd beat Truecar.com prices and they did! They worked hard to find me the exact car I wanted in the right colors. When we got to finance with George Habib, we found that the alarm was not included on the car but NO ONE told us that ahead of time. That is important. I would prefer the salesmen say upfront, "add 1k to price to include the sounding alarm because without it, there is no alarm. There is only an engine kill so the car won't start if someone breaks in."

This place either has to terminate some of the employees or shutdown the store itself. JPakeer (a.k.a Tony) Internet Sales person, is the biggest liar and pretender, who agrees for the deal initially and asks to meet personally, then says "how come it's possible, no, sorry" when you meet him directly. Not just once, he played with me twice and made me to overpay after 7 hours of wait time approximately during each individual visits.Anthony from parts department is one of the rudest fellow who doesn't even think what he is speaking, but just follow his company's rule book irrespective of the customer likes or dislikes. 0% courtesy on customers.No respect to customers.Money eaters.Bunch of liars.For future buyers, its really a wrong decision to have expectations when you want to buy a car here, instead of just paying what they ask. Even if you pay what they ask, still you wouldn't get complete satisfactory service from them once you sign to buy the car and get out of the store.

My brother needed a car and asked that I go with him. The person who he initially dealt with was off that day. In comes Billy, we told him what we wanted and he went right at it looking for the model we wanted. He made my brother chose the color available from the inventory, sat down and talked about price. No later than 30 minutes we came to an agreement. We had to come back the next day as I left my drivers license at home. Was greeted warmly by other staff and promptly called Billy. Billy sent to finance soon after he git a copy of my license and insurance information. Mucio was just as pleasant as Billy. We were out of the in no time. Best possible experience one can have in a dealership. We even got a lower monthly payment than originally agreed upon.Like I said it was hassle free and pleasant.Would highly recommend this dealership. For last couple days I was crazy shopping a CR-V for my husband. He drove a 16 years old Honda, which he absolutely love, but it just constantly break down in this hot weather. I went to true car get couple of the dealership gave me a OUT THE DOOR price. I was very disappointed at couple dealership that, they promised a low price and you only find out when you get there, the model they promised you with is not available. And you have to purchase the model with upgrade currently in stock...Tony gave me the OTD price which he truly have the inventory. He been nothing but honest and friendly. We looked through couple different parking lots to make sure we got to see all the color options before we made the decision. and he was there the whole time walking through the whole process for our purchase. We purchased a 2014 CRV at Norm Reeves and needed a question answered by finance department and called 7 times to no avail (never a call back)! Then we went for an oil change in which we made appointment at 11:00 - got there around 10:45 - waited till 11:30 before they came to sign us in and did not get out till 2:30 - we will not go back to Norm Reeves again & they have absolutely shown they "do not care" because they have enough business to not care!!!!!!!!! . We have leased/purchased since 1995 from (Harbor City Honda, Carson Honda and Torrance Honda which all treated us very kindly and truly showed they cared unlike Norm Reeves. The reason we went to Norm Reeves is because we now live closer to this dealership now.The reason for going there in 1st place was because my 2004 Honda Pilot was totaled in an accident and we needed a vehicle so we were in rush to get a car. We also wanted to go thru our credit union but they said it was better to go thru them -- wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way more expensive for us. Now we have to take another hit on credit to go through the Credit Union!!!! We had explained our situation and were still dealing with the accident and wished they were a little more understanding and helpful.

I met Mr. Rafael Messen at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos in 2013 when I was shopping for a lease. After consulting with him during that time, I found him to be a subject matter expert on leases, explaining the agreements intricacies in full detail from start to finish. Considering there seem to be few Associates possessing this valuable skill, I kept Rafael as a professional contact, and stayed in touch with him.Fast forward to July 2016, I visited Norm Reeves Cerritos Service department one Saturday morning to have them inspect a possible oil leak. I checked in, was told it would take some time to have the vehicle checked-out. In the meantime, I thought Id pass some time by saying hi and catching-up with Rafael on the sales floor. Luckily he was working! After exchanging social pleasantries, I explained to him the reason for my visit. He suggested I take a look at some of the new vehicles on the lot while we talked about my current lease agreement. After discussing where I stood with my current lease, he walked me through the benefits of renewing. I liked what he had to say, and within an hour I was meeting with Adil in Finance to sign my new agreement. Adil was patient, yet efficient. He took the opportunity to share some of the supplemental services that might help reduce my vehicle maintenance expenses. Both, my vehicle and my fiance's were stolen last month. All of this happened while we were in the process of moving from L.A. County to Orange County. So I called Diego and, once again, he was extremely helpful in helping me find my next vehicle. He helped me with my previous purchase and my fiance's lease in the past and I developed a trusting relationship with him. The mere thought of being present in a car dealership always gave me anxiety. Growing up, anytime I would accompany my parents to purchase a new car, I usually sensed a lot of tension and pressure in the atmosphere between salesperson and my parents- it's not hard for a child to observe that. So, naturally, walking onto the Cerritos Honda dealership this past weekend, I already had my radar and defense mechanisms ready to go in the event I needed them. I couldn't avoid it, my high school car had finally called it quits on me and I needed a reliable vehicle to get to my new job in LA.My parents knew of Lito Bayas from a few years back, when they were looking for an Accord. Although they ultimately purchased from the Buena Park dealership (for no specific reason), they recalled his friendly manner and requested his help again when they accompanied me for my car shopping. From the get-go, Lito was very friendly, easy-going, and hilarious. He knew I was a first time buyer and was completely honest and helpful with my questions. Because he gave me my space, I was able to decide on which vehicle I wanted rather quickly.When it came time to talk numbers, I was happy to find out that Honda would contribute to my down payment because I was a college graduate (bring a copy of your diploma with you to save time). After discussion back and forth and number crunching, I was able to settle on a realistic payment plan. Next I sat down with Spall (whose name is not listed on the checklist as I understand he recently transferred from Toyota), who patiently explained my warranty, security, etc. options....he was very calm when answering all my dad's questions (which usually tend to be the same question, just presented in several different ways haha). Overall, I had a very pleasant experience for my first time buying a car. I fear that I have been spoiled and that no other dealership will be able to replicate that for me. I love my 2016 Honda Civic Coupe Touring!!!!!

Contacted Norm Reeves honda's internet sales dept for a quote on an Odyssey. Replied with a very fair price in an hour and beat all the local honda dealer's prices. When I tried to have my local dealer match the price, the sales guy said "they are lying. if that price is true i suggest you run there and buy it".so I did. paid the exact out of door price as quoted. whole process took 30 minutes and zero attempt to tag on "dealer installed packages" or "alarm system". took an hour and half drive but i saved hundreds and zero hassle. Sales guy answered all questions quickly over email/text without any of the "We have to make money. nobody will sell you at a loss" BS. Now the local dealer is trying to call 3 times a day. the last message is "we will call daily until you reply". Thank god for google voice and caller ID. Next time I will save my time and go straight to Norm Reeves. No wonder the other dealers won't ask you to review them.

Interesting story. Most of the people you deal with at the dealership are amazing, like our sales rep Michelle Villanueva. Wonderful. But then, you get to deal with the disgusting manager, Mike Porter. Amazing. There was a small mistake with our loan to the tune of $65. I called and spoke with Mike who said that he would work it out and throw in a cargo tray. It was a done deal. Then my wife shows up to get the part. Mike is the typical sleazy guy that you despise at car places. He lies about the discount. Lies to the employees and we get to fork out another $30 to get the part. So I would say 90% good but the 10% that is Mike Porter is the part you will want to avoid if you go here. HE COMPLETELY RUINED MY 5 STAR REVIEW THAT IS NOW 2 STARS. Way to go Mike.

Mr. Ty is not pushy and takes the time to show you the vehicle. He came on his day off to help me buy my car so I would not have to miss work. He is patient and took the time to show all the features of the car to my son. He really made the process very smooth. He gave us the best price on the car.The finance guy was another story, I will never do business with Ramsay. He left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to Honda Reeves because of him. I felt cheated by him and felt my requests were not met. He pushed me to make decisions against my will. I had to miss work and return 2 days later to do the whole contract again. I felt locked into keeping the alarm as I felt if I refused it , he may tamper with it in retaliation and may ruin even the factory alarm. He gives you the feeling that he is your best friend but in reality he tries to do things without your knowledge. He sent my finance paperwork to a different bank and messed up the application for the bank I requested and wrote a higher APR on the app but told me otherwise. Take your time to read and look at all the numbers because he will try to hide stuff and make you sign. Because of the finance I am not going to return to Honda Reeves as his work reflects on the dealership.

I just got my new car form Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. I live in Burbank, but drove all the way to Cerritos because my co-worker recommended this auto dealership. He spoke so highly of a specific Sales Manager that he had dealt with in the past and whom he had endorsed to more than a dozen of his other friends and relatives. As soon as we walked in the show room, we were met by Susanna Yim. It was almost 9pm and you would think that Susanna would be in a rush to make a sale so she can wrap things up and go home, but no, she didnt care about the time. She stayed late and made sure that I was getting the car that I wanted. She assisted me from the start to the signing of the contract. Her service didnt even stop with the contract signing. I got a call from her the following day to check how my drive was from Cerritos to Burbank and how I liked my new car. Susanna Yim is a perfect example of a sales agent who would give a client the best customer service without pressure selling. I think, aside from selling cars, she should be giving lectures and seminars to other sales agents on great customer service.

1st time Honda Buyer (NORM REEVES HONDA Cerritos), and i can attest that this by far was the smoothest and headache free transaction compared to my past transacrions with other dealerships. Jorge Ruiz....our salesman was prompt in answering any of our questions, also Frank Wong from finance made it more flawless and easy transaction. We were not pressured, or feel pressured in purchasing the vehicle. We have been to other dealerships in the past where we stayed and kept for hours negotiating, that was not the case here. I went in last month to buy the 2016 civic. It was my first dealership purchase. The service was great and Brian was quick to help me out despite being busy on a saturday afternoon. Brian was so nice, high energy, and very respectful to my parents who were with me. He worked with us on our budget, which was great! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that I wish he would've spent more time explaining what colors the car came in. My heart was set on a black interior but I was under the assumption that the base model only came in grey or tan so I was disappointed when I found out that the Dark chrome cars came with black interior. I was also frustrated with the financing dept. Since it was my first purchase, I was getting confused with some of the info and the rep that helped me seemed to not have patience with me. Overall, I think Brian's high energy is what made my experience a more positive one.

Jose Magana, is hands down the BEST and most knowledgeable sales representative at Norm Reeves. (He is like the Kobe Bryant of the dealership) My experience was easy, headache free AND FAST! I am from las vegas, nv. I have purchased many vehicles in the southern California area. This time, I had contacted about 30 Honda dealers for a price on a 2016 Honda pilot ex-l awd. I filled out an online form and was contacted within a few minutes by ty trieu from norm reeves Honda in Cerritos with a price for the pilot. Of the 30 dealers I contacted, about 20 emailed back with an msrp price. No discount at all. No contact from 3 dealers, and the others sent offers of between 300 and 500 off msrp. Ty kept in constant contact with me. Every time I emailed about information, he would email back quickly, with the correct info. I needed. I also got a call from alex and we agreed on a final price. I gave him our credit card info for a deposit. The next day I arrived at the dealership at the appointed time and Ty was waiting for me. The paperwork was a breeze, the car was detailed to perfection and I was driving home about an hour and a half later. Of all the dealers I have been to in this area, this one had a very knowledgeable staff, answered every question and delivered a perfect vehicle to me. I have only praise for all the employees that I worked with at this dealership. I am also looking to purchase a new Honda ridgeline. Norm reeves is the only Honda dealer I will contact for this vehicle and/or any new Honda vehicle I purchase in the future. many thanks to the staff at this dealership. toby

Was there at the dealership last week and it was the worst day I had. I was there for a total of 4 hours trying to purchased a Honda Certified Vehicle. Previously I had purchased 2 new vehicles there, but last weekend, I felt that I wasn't important to them as far as a customer.I test drove the car and noticed stains in the rear seats as well as the door panels. I informed them that this needs to be taken care off in case I decide to purchase it. They said they will.We went to get approve as far as financing it but, I got the run around. They came with this outrageous APR and I was about to walk out when they brought it down to a reasonable APR. I know that my credit wasn't as good as it was before, but I hate those tactics that dealership uses.Then went to Finance which took half an hour to get help. Went through and signed the paperwork. As we were completing this, my car was almost done as far as detailing it.Ten minutes later, car was fine and went to inspect it. My first place to check was the rear seats and the door panels. They were still stain and felt they did a rushed job.Then I noticed the front passenger door which had a scratch as long as 12 inches. I brought this up to Valerie and she brought Terry ( Customer Service Relations ) Manager. They both stated to give them time to try to correct it by bringing the car in another day. They made it clear there wasn't any guaranty that the stains nor scratch could be removed. They will do their best to removed them. I told them that it's unacceptable. I got to be assured that stains and scratch will come off. They said no and I informed them I can't take the car unless they lower the price. They both went inside to speak to upper management. Ten minutes later, Valerie came back and said they can give me 2 complementary oil changes which in total was three that I was getting. I said no, and the contract was voided. Had to call my wife to bring back the extra set of keys she took due to that my son was sleepy and cranky.I ask Valerie if speaking to the General Manager will change anything, she said no and that was the best deal they can give me.On Monday I sent and Email to Vince Marquez (General Manager), but he never returned my email. It's sad and I felt it was unacceptable that he didn't even had time to reply to a loyal customer.I appreciate what Valerie, Terry, and Brett did, but I felt that upper management lacked customer service.I will never or will refer anyone to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos.

Diego Cruz was our rep for this experience. He telephoned us and made us an offer we could not refuse. When we arrived, and during our time in the leasing process, he was always there, and always helpful. When we had a problem of any kind, he was there with a smile. He showed us a number of cars to help us make our final decision, and was friendly and smiling through the whole process. We needed his help in recovering paperwork that we had left in our trade-in vehicle. He retrieved them promptly with a smile. The whole purchase/leasing process is way to complicated and time consuming. It is paper and labor intensive and could be dramatically reduced. Having someone like Diego to smooth the way probably saves lots of sales. I was very close to calling it off. He saved our sale.

I've been out of the new car market for a while.I researched for weeks to see if there was an affordable deal on the car I wanted, Honda Civic Touring, (and my backup car was another manufacturer) I told the salesman Brett Gringhouse the numbers I needed to make the deal. He called me back and told me he thought he could make it work.I am juggling some family health issues and it was a hardship for me to make the 1 1/2 hour trip across town.I took the step of e-mailing local dealerships Brett's deal to see if I could avoid the long trip and they all could not get close! Allen and Ty are the sale men that I was dealing with. Both of them were lie to me for sign the credit application documents while I am want to pay off by cash. At first, Ty told me that I need to sign those applications for DMV verification (????) , and then Allen told me that I have to sign those credit applications for the IRS verify for my cash (???). The reason that they trick me to sign for those credit applications was for financing so that they can charge me the interest. Because they can't increasing the price with the charged for destination & handling charge (they promised me to match with the offered that I got from the other dealer which is including the destination & handling charged). People who are not understand English and familiar with the legal documents will fall into their trap of the higher price for car. So, please watch out and more careful to deal with both of them

Susanna Yim deserves her plaudits because she simply gives the best price with zero nonsense and she hustles faster than anyone else. Sorry everybody else, but the reason Susanna got my business and others didn't is because she understands customers don't want to come in and waste their time chitty chatting all day to get a deal. We texted and she was very responsive (another thing that most other salespeople don't do and should- texting is the way to go) and gave her best price in writing and I went over and bought the car and drove it home. 5 stars.

We are very happy with our recent car purchase from Valerie and Michelle. Valerie was in a training when we contacted her, she tried her best to reply to us quickly. She was very easy to work with, she was honest, put everything upfront, no hiding, no gimmick and not pushy at all. Valerie informed us that the color we wanted was sold out the night before we planned to drive over to make the purchase. But we still decided to drive to Norm Reeve because of the super good impression Valerie left us over the phone and all the work she has done so far to buy a different colored one which is also acceptable to us. At least once daily while driving my 1998 Toyota Corolla, I would hear about the "helpful Honda guys" on the radio. Honestly, I really thought that those stories on the radio were fake and that Honda was really trying too hard to attract new customers. I initially ended up in Cerritos auto square because I was interested in a KIA. However, I ended up in Honda and it was then that I realized that they really were not kidding about how helpful the Honda sales agents really are. I was blessed to get Ibrahim Ahmed Bendary as my sales agent and George Habib as my finance agent. Buying a new car was a huge step for me and I really did not know much of the process, but Ibrahim was able to explain things with such ease and with a great attitude. I could not have asked for a better agent to help guide me through the car buying process, he even went as far as getting me a sandwich when I got hungry. Ibrahim took it upon himself to show me that he really cared about my business and until this day I still get calls from him, as he wants to make sure that all of my questions are answered and that I am truly happy with my purchased. As I walked into the finance agent's office, I really did not know what to expect as I not an expert on on car insurance and or protection security of any sort. However, George was able to explain things to me with such great attitude and patience, that I was really able to grasp the information given. On March 20,2016 I became a car owner for the first time and I owe that to Ibrahim and George who really took me under their wing in order to leave the lot that day with a car. As a Toyota fan, it was hard to make the change to Honda, but I know that I choose the best car for me, one that will be as reliable as my Toyota corolla. I really would like to thank Ibrahim and George for their support and time, this would not have been possible without their assistance.

From the start, from emailing us the price to test driving a car which lead to purchasing my brand new Honda Fit. Not once did it feel like he was trying to mislead us or persuade us throughout this process. Actually, he was so cooperative and helpful and I received my car for a great price. He also, explained each process of purchasing my car and all of the specs, buttons, etc. before I drove the car off the lot. He was extremely nice and helpful, very patient all along, he asked me questions and what types of car i like and what kind of features is important to me. And one of the best thing is that he could really help you if price is the issue. He worked his magic and lowered my interest rate for a HUGE amount of percentage and saved me A LOT, as a full time student and part time barista, I don't make a lot, but the price he finally worked out was affordable for me. He is not just the regular salesmen who only wants to sell you the car for commission, he is on your side and do everything that's on your favor. And I got two free key chains and a hat. This is my second time buying a car from Norm Reeve's Honda through the Internet sales department. The experience for my daughter was great last year, that I knew I would return for my next child's car. However, when I found myself in need of another car, for myself, I called Linda, and got started with the pre-approval paperwork, and within 24 hours, met with Phil, and rode out the dealership with a 2016, Honda Accord. The price was right,! The customer service was super and the knowledge base of my salesman, Phil, was great. He took time with me. We test drive several vehicles, and this experience was like having a friend with you to help your with your car purchase, instead of a salesperson, "just trying to make it happen." I always felt in the "driver's seat." He was personable. This is the mark of personal quality. The wisdom and confidence that he inspired, helped me to arrive at the decision for me. The finance department experience with Edwin, was awesome as well. This is the place that make you feel like "being yourself," is enough to seal the deal. Went in on 3/15/16 Looking to buy a new 2016 Honda Accord Sport. I've been looking at other dealerships before i got to Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos, but Norm Reeves just offered a better quote for my car. I read the reviews online, just to see if this place was actually worth the trip. Mostly every review i read was POSITIVE! Wich i thought was great since i'm a first time Car buyer; it made me feel more relaxed about the whole idea of buying a new car. Anyways, i went in and i was immediately greeted by Billy Acebron. Really friendly guy by the way. I told him that i've been looking at the Honda Accord Sport for a while now and i wanted to negotiate the price for the vehicle, he said okay. He took me to see the car from the lot, i took a few minutes to inspect it, told him if the price is great i'll be willing to purchase and drive away today! So we proceeded to negotiate the price for the car in his office. After an hour or so later, we met at an agreement. I got a deal for the car that i was extremely happy with! He was willing to work with my price range. Like i said before, he was a really nice and friendly sales person. So if your looking to buy a new Honda anytime soon, Go to Norm Reeves Honda of Cerritos, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!

Saturday 3/05/16, my wife and I were at our wits end with our existing vehicle but over the last few months had been shopping around for a new car. We tried Honda World in Downey, but their internet sales/text support team were less than helpful, responding once an hour and you would ask them 3 or more questions per text, while they would only answer one of them. Bad service. We decided to try the Norm Reeves website and got in touch with their Internet Sales Manager Susanna Yim. Not only was she super responsive on text, but she was equally pleasant in person. She was extremely patient with us while we jumped back and forth between the Honda HR-V, CR-V, then we jumped to a sedan, the Honda Accord. After so much good feedback from both neighbors and online ratings/reviews, we set our eyes on one. We landed a great deal and they gave us a truly acceptable trade in value for our trade in. Susanna was patient, not pushy, not someone trying to quickly scurry you out the door so that they can move onto the next potential customer. No, she seemed and was truly genuine with you. You can quickly tell when someone is being legit with you vs. trying to make the world sound like you want it to sound. Susanna made us feel welcome, did not rush us in any way, and answered every single question that we had with intelligence vs. guessing. Four years ago I purchased my Honda Civic from Jose. It was a lovely experience and he made the process enjoyable. You always hear horror stories of the car buying process, but we had a great time.After needing to replace my Civic I immediately e-mailed Jose to schedule an appointment to test drive some cars. Again, he made the process SO enjoyable and easy. He always answered my questions with a direct answer, not how some people dance around the answer and try to point out something else.His calm mannerisms help ease the stress of the experience as well. The whole experience was pretty incredible to the extent that is was actually fun. This is the third vehicle that I have gotten from this particular location. And each time I have gone, Jose Magana has been my go-to guy. I met with Jenny Viveros. She quoted me a good deal over the phone. Everything seemed fine and gave me a definite price including destination fees. I trusted her and took time off to go see her and take a test drive. When it came down to the numbers, I was transferred to another guy who said I must pay additional destination fees. The destination fee was already part of the quote I insisted from Jenny. He also said I needed to buy additional accessories that I did not want which would have added up to $2000 to the price. This was classic bait and switch tactics. I confirmed with Jenny over the phone that I would only come in if she can offer this specific price including destination and documentation fees, which she agreed. What a waste of time this was. I took time off just to come in only to be lied to. Never will I go back to this dealer or recommend it to anyone else.

Jose was not at all like the typical dealer who ponces on customers and pressures them to make decisions. Jose was very respectful, patient, answered all my questions thoroughly. He explained the entire process and all my options. He listened to what I was looking for a car and that is exactly what I drove off the lot with. After feeling dirty and scammed when I bought my last car, I went into Norm Reeves with my guards up. My car had just been totaled and my search for the perfect used Fit Sport had been long and competitive. When I found my Fit at Norm Reeves, we immediately made the journey to Cerritos from West LA at rush hour (yes, I wanted it that badly). The whole process took less than three hours (the last time it had taken me eight at a different dealership). Tony and Murat explained every step of the process to (a very hesitant/guarded) me. I knew what I was signing and why they needed the information that they asked for. Neither of them tried to upsell me on any extra parts or convince me to take their loan over my own.I'm super happy with both my Fit and the overall experience!

Knowing I wanted nothing but a Honda Pilot I traveled to Riverside initially and bought a used 2008 model. As happy I was with my car I knew my eventual goal would be to move up to a new model. Last October it was time for my car's service visit and, just before it was time to pick up, I wandered around the lot. Mr. Abdeh Mazen met me and asked if he could be of service. I informed him my car was being serviced and was wondering if they had any used models "just to look at". He showed me a couple including a VERY NICE 2013 Touring model (my dream car :). He said "Well, lets go check some numbers" (the usual statement you hear). Walking with him I very well knew this couldn't happen as my finances were in no current shape to get a car much less the top model. I still cannot believe Mazen actually made it happen. I calculated to myself how much more a month I would be able to afford and, even though we had a couple of 'back-and-forth' sessions, it actually happened and I drove off the lot with what I still consider my 'DREAM' car! It was absolutely the best 'service' I ever received! Even the young lady who assisted with the paperwork to service my 2008 model texted me with congratulations! Again, VERY unexpected BUT VERY HAPPY!!! To me, Norm Reeves Honda (Cerritos) is THE BEST! They have always been the most courteous and friendly people I have ever dealt with.

I had been looking for a new car for about a month, doing my research online. I had narrowed my search down to a Mazda 3, CX3, CX5 or a Honda Accord or Civic. On Saturday, I was at the Mazda dealership across the street and looked at the Mazdas. I decided to look at the Hondas at Norm Reeves on Sunday. The first thing you will notice if you compare Honda dealerships is that Norm Reeves has a lot more inventory than other dealerships. The Honda Accord Sport model is a pretty "hot" car and they had quite a few in stock in comparison to other dealerships.I arrived at Norm Reeves around noon and walked the lot. There was no pressure, no salesmen approached me allowing me to roam freely. I really liked the Accord Sport, so I went into the office to ask for a salesman. I was assigned to Hossain Ahmed. He was very laid back, again no pressure or hard sell tactics.Nobody likes to be "held hostage" at a dealership, so time was the most import to me. I never like to haggle, as long as I get a fair deal - I am satisfied. I explained exactly the terms I was looking for and was satisfied with what they had to offer. I'm sure I could have gotten a better deal if I pressed, but again, my time is more important to me than saving a few dollars.I was in and out in about 3 hours. Ziggy in Finance was a pleasure to deal with, very personable.The only negatives I would have are the same things you will get at any dealership. Trying to upsell added coverages and services is a little annoying, but I understand they have a job to do.All and all, a very painless experience. I would recommend Hossain, Ziggy and Norm Reeves to anyone looking for a new car. Take into account, I am not a high maintenance customer, so your experience may vary :)

I wanna start off by saying that the service at this dealership was phenomenal. I'm a full time student and work part time, so I was alittle hesitant of buying a car yet alone a new car. I arrived at the dealership with my family and the first person to come to us was a gentleman by the name of Billy Acebron. Let me just say that Billy is such a kind and honest sales employee and would defintiely recommend him to any new buyers or students because he definitely works with you one on one. He explained everything to both me and my family and made sure not to move on to the next step without everyone being on the same page. Not only was he able to to sell me a brand new 2016 Honda Civic that I can afford, he made sure that everyone was well attended and made everything possible to work numbers that satisfied both me and the company. I had a terrific experience purchasing my car. This purchase was for my teenage daughter - her first car. The sales agen made the difference. Luis Gomez took his time showing us in detail the options without any pressure. He definitely made my daughter very comfortable and educated us on the best option for us. He went out of his way to get us the car we wanted, which required him to drive a long distance very late at night to get the car so my daughter can leave happy. Furthermore, he not only drove to get the car but also delivered it to my house the same night. I had been there before and did not connect with anybody as we did with Luis. His quote for a brand new 2015 civic was even better than other preowned options, so we drove the new '15 civic home!
