After doing some research online I determined that the Honda Pilot would best suit my needs. Norm Reeves Honda is about 2 miles from my home. I was connected with Norm Reeves salesman Cooper Mugg through the internet search. Also I was contacted by several other salesman from different dealerships. Cooper did a fine job communicating with me and we reached the best price over the phone and email. I had a vehicle to sell but didn't want to go through the hassle of selling it privately. With Coopers help I received a very fair trade in price for my car. The finance department got me in and out in a timely manner.A great car buying experience and I highly recommend Cooper Mugg and Norm Reeves Honda!!!

I first "met" Cooper over the internet. I had been to two local dealers that were at least 40 miles closer to my home, very unsatisfied with both. When emailing Cooper, I knew exactly what I wanted... and as the cars were just arriving for the new model year, I later discovered there were only three in all of California at that time, one at the dealer I had already rejected. Cooper said he had what I wanted. So I drove to the dealership, because they were friendly, helpful AND gave me a VERY good price. Well, when I got there the car I wanted wasn't there, they had one that was 95% or better the exact same. I didn't have to fuss as to not wanting to accept the one they had. They made a dealer trade which is when I found out there were only three. It must have been difficult to negotiate the dealer trade with that scarcity, but they did it!!! AMAZING!! I have recommended Norm Reeves Irvine, hope my friends have been paying attention and will shop there!!

After being a RSM for my last 3 vehicle that I leased, when the time came to trade my car again and get an additional vehicle for my daughter I did not get the deal that I was looking for and felt that being a repeating customer did not count. My daughter was anxious about getting her first car so she pushed to stop by Norm Reeves Honda where we met with Meysam Kaed and I made it clear for what we are doing and if the deal is right we will be getting 2 cars. Meysam did not played the car salesman game and got down to the bottom line a deal on both car without the run around and sure thing we got the two cars, went in at about 730 PM by 900 PM closing time we already signed and pick them up.As they say it was a team effort between Meysam, Joe and finally Sony at finance who actually made the signing process a world braking records with my help.So yes if you need a Honda that is your team to make it happen.

Recently had a car accident and went to Norm Reeves Honda, my regular car service place, in Irvine, but to their Collision Department. I got excellent service. I am very satisfied with the repairs. Their charges were acceptable to my State Farm Insurance broker, so clearly they were not over-charging. Repairs took two weeks from the time I delivered the car to the time I picked it up, but this time factor obviously will vary with each job. Rental car - a nearby Hertz office- brought me the rental car and allowed me to leave it at the Collision Department to be picked up again. Very easy. While I hope not to need their services again, were I to need body work done, I would again return to the Honda location and would recommend it to my friends/family.

My service advisor Sean Osborne explained what a B1 service consists of which was reassuring because I thought it might be a major service. He said the passenger air bag part for my 2011 Pilot was in and they would fix the recall issue. I couldn't remember if the passenger air bag issue was fixed on my 2004 Pilot, so Sean printed a certification that showed both the driver and passenger airbags had been repaired. Now, my wife will stop bugging me about this. My front brakes were pulsating at higher speeds. The inspection revealed that the front and rear pads needed replacing, but that is was probably the rotors that needed resurfacing. Sean said they will turn the front rotors and test the vehicle. When that fixed the problem, he said they would not have to resurface the rear rotors, which saved me money. I told him that I had a very slow leak in one of tires. He said upon inspection, the technician found a nail in two tires. Both were in the inside shoulder of the tread and by California law, couldn't be repaired. I told him I would buy replacements tires the next day, so he had the technician put the tires on the right front and right rear so the tire shop wouldn't have to look for the damaged tires. Now, I feel completely safe with my new brakes, two new tires and repaired passenger airbag.

Even though I didn't have a formal appointment, they were very receptive and I didn't have to wait. Best pricing on new CR-V I could find in OC or San Diego, yet they were still competitive on my trade value. This is probably my 8th or 9th new vehicle purchase in my lifetime, and none went any smoother than this one. Bryan went above expectations to secure a 2016 Civic Touring from another dealership that met my color requirements. Also, being able to get internet pricing (which by the way was a GREAT price for this car) directly via phone/email was a huge plus - no haggling required like the typical walk-in customer. Bryan kept in touch after my initial inquiry, but not to the point of being a nuisance - just the right amount of interaction. I would highly recommend calling Bryan if you are interested in a Honda vehicle purchase - just ask for the internet pricing.

I was in the market for a 2016 Honda CRV Touring model. I contacted Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine to get an estimate. I spoke Sales Consultant Alex Nazer. Alex provided me with a great offer and sent me an email (with the details) so I would have it in writing. I drove to the dealership and met with Alex. Alex was polite and courteous, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I test drove the car I wanted to purchase and then sat down with Alex to talk about my trade-in. I had done some research prior to driving to the dealership and had an idea what my current car was worth. I was provided with an offer that I believed was about $1000 less than what I thought my car was worth. Alex did not pressure me to take the offer and suggested that I take my car to Carmax to see if they could do any better. I knew at this point that I was dealing with a true professional who had integrity. Alex wanted to make sure that I received an offer that I thought was fair. I drove to Carmax and they were able to provide me with an offer that I found acceptable. The only issue I had with Norm Reeves was that they did not have the interior color of the car that I wanted to purchase. This is where Alex's exceptional customer service began to shine. Alex told me that he had found the car I wanted at a dealership in San Diego and would personally drive down there and pick it up. Alex not only drove to San Diego to pick up my new car but he also picked me up at Carmax when I sold me current car. I purchased my new car from Alex at Norm Reeves. The price of the car was exactly as he had promised and the transaction was seamless. I would highly recommend Alex if someone is shopping for a new Honda. Alex is professional and someone who can be trusted. I've purchased numerous cars in my life but this was by far the best car buying experience.

I went in thinking I would get an old crappy car but no, I got a nice 2014 civic ex with all the bells and whistles and a great monthly rate. We just left Riverside of Honda where we had the worst experience with customer service. At Riverside Honda the F&I promised a car they didnt have, tried to force us to buy aftermarket add-ons, and they kept sending us to different people to speak to. It was the worst experience. We ended up leaving and through our Costco Dealer Program sent to Honda of Irvine. The appointment was set and Michael was there to greet us. I already knew what car I wanted so he took my dad and I to the lot. He took the time to show us the different models, compared the price, and to our surprise no aftermarket add-ons! I ended up purchasing a different model than expected and that was because Michael took the time to show us the vehicles. Compared to Riverside Honda where their actual words were if we can get the $950 off, will we have a deal? There was no let me go talk to my manager or let me go talk to the F&I, Michael had the prices and was friendly but direct. We trusted him and we knew he had our best interest in mind. To conclude, Michael offered a five-star service and I am very happy with my 2016 Honda HRV-EX purchase!

I worked with Mike P and Sean and they were both honest and reliable. I liked that neither of them were pushy and allowed me to make up my mind. I was there for almost 6 hours total because waiting for the financing took over 4 hours and this was not the fault of the sales team. In fact, Mike P. was my advocate and inquired several times on what the hold up was. I had a small child with me so this was stressful for me, but Mike P tried to help me keep my child entertained and that was kind of him. My finance person was very polite and fast (Rick Acosta) as it was almost 10 PM by the time we left the dealership. He tried very hard to get our deal done and as fast as he could. I wish there was fresh baked cookies or something for the prospective buyers. I went to the vending machines a few times with my toddler, but having something else would have made the wait more tolerable.

I had a great experience here. I started online and after selecting the car I was interested in (2016 Honda Civic) I was called and was able to quickly schedule a test drive. The lot didn't have the color I wanted on the lot so they found it for me at another lot and transferred it over for free. I was worried that I'd have to wait for a money transfer to hit my account before I could take possession of the car but they were ok with holding onto the down payment check and let me take the car home that day. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed through the process. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I called up Norm Reeves Honda Superstore of Irvine and was surprised at the price of the 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. I had called or submitted an internet request from 15- 20 different Honda dealership. I visit 6 different dealerships within a 3-week period looking for a new 2016 Honda Pilot Touring. Mike was very helpful over the phone and also when I arrived at the store. They actually sold me the 2016 Honda Pilot Touring the price they quote me over the phone/internet. They actually gave me a fair price for my trade in. I did not get everything I wanted but coming from someone who has brought around 30 to 40 cars for family and friends at different dealership I must say this was my favorite dealership of all time. Garret is Mikes Manger, he was also helpful in closing the deal when I was difficult/challenging to work with. I wish I could go on about this wonderfully dealership but I think this is good enough.

In and out of the door in under 2 hours. I did most of my shopping by email and over the internet. Bryan Kerr was straight with me and provided the information I needed without much hassle. Other dealers would not provide me the details of the lease without having me "come in" first. The price here wasn't the absolute lowest. I received a quote that would have saved me $7/month from Spreen Honda but that required a long drive and I didn't particularly like their service. I would go here again for my next Honda.

I was extremely doubtful that Mike would be able to do anything with my lackluster trade-in, so doubtful that I didn't even clean out my car prior to coming in because I was convinced I'd be leaving with it. He was very friendly and easy to get along with and was very knowledgeable about both cars I'd been interested in. When the 2016 models were no longer an option with my budget and what they offered on my trade-in, Mike bent over backwards to go through any other option he could think of to get me out of Ford and into something safer and certified. In the end (after 5 hours, poor guy!) not only was he able to get me into a Honda that day, I was able to get one with Gap Protection included thanks to Sonny in Finance! My monthly payments are higher than I originally wanted, but not by as much as I'd feared initially. Overall, there's a reason both my wife and I have purchased cars from here in the last three years; these are the helpful Honda people you hear about!

Drove 80 miles twice to dealer to be told the vehicle I wanted was sold as soon as I pulled up my pre-approved offer from my lender. I was called by their finance executive to come down and work the paperwork not to worry that the car is pretty much mine and on hold. When I finally arrived, I show them my pre approved loan and said to wait that everything was ok. However after waiting couple minutes and being told that everything is being worked out their finance executive said the car just got sold. Why they dragged me back a second day I don't know, how it's discouraging they can do that while they preach we are the helpful Honda dealers of Southern California, from what I've experienced today forget about buying a Honda. For everyone buying there, make sure to sign fast because if you don't they will sell the car while they run your credit just Be Ware!

In March, I purchased a 2016 CRV from Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. On Friday of last week, I called to make a service appointment at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine (the dealer from whom I was referred by Costco) to get my oil changed as I was leaving for San Francisco on the next Wednesday. Oh, by the way, I did purchase the extended service contracts that covered oil changes. I was told that the earliest appointment for oil changes was on the next Wednesday. I explained that I was leaving on that day. I asked if I came on Monday without an appointment would they be able to fit me in. The lady said that it would be a long wait and that I might even have to leave the car overnight. I asked her what my alternatives were and she offered none. Granted I perhaps should have called earlier for an appointment. I was somewhat surprised that she did not suggest that I go to another Honda dealership, I knew to do this. I called Honda World in Westminster/Huntington Beach and was able to get an appointment on Sunday at 8:30 am for an oil change. I checked in at 8:30 am and received a call at 9:45 that my car was ready. Needless to say, my Honda dealer of choice for service will no longer be Norm Reeves Honda "SuperStore" in Irvine. Long at Norm Reeve's Honda is the man, as the title says, this guy has gone out of his way at every turn to provide excellent service, he's been honest, he's inspired trust, and he's NO BS. I bought a new Honda Civic from Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine and was assisted by Joe Khair, Sale Consultant. My last 2 Hondas I leased from Busna Park but since Irvine dealer was close to my house, went there instead. At first, Joe was providing good service, the deal was to pay off last 2 payments of my last Homda and no money down! Although I got this deal, Joe really didn't spend much time explaining all new features of car, dealership didn't check the gas tank and gave me almost empty tank when I left and NOW I come to find out almost 3 weeks later they HAVE NOT PAID THE BALNCE IF MY 2013 lease!!! I'm very disappointed and angry. Norm Reeves Honda you better not ruin my credit and pay what we agreed upon OR I'll send you to BBB and make sure no one I know buys from your dealership !!!

We recently purchased a new vehicle from Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. My husband can no longer take care of our vehicle needs because of poor health. Cooper Mugg was so understanding of our situation. He took care of all the paperwork by phone and even delivered our new vehicle to our home. Cooper was friendly, respectful, and a truly nice person. He set up the Bluetooth so I wouldn't struggle with it. He truly is a "Helpful Honda Guy". I would recommend Norm Reeves Honda and Cooper to anyone considering a new car. We love our new CRV, but will definitely look for Cooper when we're ready for another new car.

Noticed a lot of Honda CR-Vs on he road and was curious to know why they were so popular. Did an internet search for Honda dealers in Irvine and found Norm Reeves Honda.. Browsed their web-sit for information about the CR-V and found it to be very complete and informative. I then went on-line to AAA for car buying assistance and they sent me a discount certificate for Norm Reeves Honda. The same day I received a call from Michael an internet manager who set up a test drive appointment for 3 days later. Prior to the appointment I went back to the Norm Reeves's site to look at the available inventory of 2016 CR-V's and found A Burgundy 2016 CR-V SE that I liked.. The day before the appointment Michael call me to confirm and I gave him the stock #. He said he wound have it ready for the test drive. The test drive convinced me that this was the car for me. Everyone I met were extremely helpful.

You guys had the car I wanted and I drove 50 miles to get it. I don't think you guys knew what the car really was and that's OK, I won out. The model HHR I bought from you is actually rare and only a limited number were built. To find one in the great condition this one was in blew me away and for the price - here's the money! It's worth more then I paid and have already had offers to buy it for more then I paid. As fair as the help making the deal happen with the few people I worked with; Very professional and personal a great combination for a salesman.The only real issue was the things you said would be corrected didn't get fixed before I picked the car up. That being the Tire pressure sensors, they were not cleared, I had to do it the next day - really not an issue for me because I like working on cars, but if you say your going to do something - DO IT! Integrity is everything to me, even coming from a salesmen.

Dan is an excellent salesman. We researched through Costco Auto, and we were contacted by Dan. He provided us more information and made it easy to go through the purchasing process. However, when it came to the financing process, we felt rushed and not given an opportunity to question and or read fine print. Sam, our financing person, also pushed for us to increase our warranty and to add the GAP that he claimed could not be priced matched with our bank nor would our bank offer it. It should be mentioned that our bank was the financer on our car loan. After adding the items that Sam pushed, we decided to check with our bank and discovered that their GAP offer would surpass what Honda offered and had a better priced warranty with more amenities. Other than our experience with the financing process, this dealership is good. Dan never pushed us to purchase anything. He was honest and friendly with us through the whole process.

To this day I am still having issues with them harassing by calling me at work, sending threatening texts claiming i owe them money when we did business 10 months ago. I was recently contacted by them this past month after 9 months of having my car and claiming i owe them money back. I'm sorry Norm Reeves, i do not and please stop harassing me while I am at work. I upheld my end of the deal when we closed it last Aug 2015 and now you want to reach out to me 10 month laster and say i owe you money. I am not a fan of being bullying, harassed or threatened so please stop. This is only the first part of my story.2nd part is when i originally leased the car, they never upheld their end of the deal by paying off my lease with Ford like they said they would which resulted in me receiving multiple calls from Ford saying my credit would be hit (which it did, dropping it about 100 points). i contacted Norm Reeves over the phone many times with no call back and when I went in person I was told the check was in the mail. After 4 months of no progress I asked to see a copy of the check and only to find out that it was dated the day I went in to verify it meaning they never paid my lease off in the beginning like they said they would. Fast forward 6 months, now i am receiving harassing phones calls saying I owe them more money. I am a hardworking father and husband who pays all my bills on time and tries to provide for my family. For Norm Reeves to have the nerve and call me and theater and bully me like they have is unacceptable and poor business practices at its best. I have gone to the BBB as well as other agencies to share my story. I encourage anyone who has had to go through what I have please email me and share your story. The more detail the better such as date, who you spoke with and what had happened. Norm Reeves, enough is enough. Please stop contacting me or i will be taking legal action.

If you go into Norm Reeves Honda, just go in and ask for Rashid Bezzan. You won't need to go into any other dealership no matter how good any other car is. I had the best experience and it was all due to him. Rashid is the only salesman I will ever work with. He not only completely listened to everything I had to say, he made me feel in every way that he was doing everything he could to meet my needs with the budget I had. I will highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda because of this guy. Drove 3 hours to the dealership to see a Toyota TRD Pro 4runner that was advertised online. The sales manager said that there was no such vehicle on their lot, so I showed him the ad. I felt that this was the old bait and switch tactic. I do want commend the effort put forth by Sebastian Kavoosi to find the vehicle on all of the lots. He took the extra time to help. I never received an "I am sorry for the mis-representation" from the sales manager. I had spoke with someone prior to leaving Yucaipa to verify that the vehicle was on the lot, she said it was.......3hr drive....not happy....

Talked to Bryan Kerr online and settled on a price. He responded quickly to email inquiries, but communication with him towards the end wasn't there, likely due to him going on vacation (which he informed me about).I was handed off to Cooper Mugg and he was excellent with assisting me through the sale process, he was great to work with: direct, quick, and easy going guy to work with. They didn't have the exact model and color on the lot, but Cooper when and grabbed the car I wanted from a different dealer while we went going through paperwork. I thought it would happen the next day, but it was a pleasant surprise to have it done on that day and save me a trip. Cooper was a definite pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anybody going to Norm Reeves Honda Irvine.Sam Abdel in Finance was easy to talk to and great to work with, he did the usual thing is selling extras (did a great job), but I wasn't interested, so he quickly got me through the finance process.As for financing, they matched the same rate I would have gotten from my bank (excellent credit), so it saved me time, but not more money. There was a bit of a surprise at the end since I live in LA county and had to pay extra 1% sales tax that didn't match the out the door price I negotiated for, but nothing we can do about that (either me or the dealer would get screwed by the gov't). Sam noticed this and quickly had me redo some paperwork and it was done.All factored in I thought it would take about an hour less than it actually did, but everything went as smoothly and quickly as possible.

He was neither artificially friendly nor rote in his assistance. He's a regular guy. Thanks Bryan. Suggestion for buyer: ask at the outset about the types of insurances and warranties they will offer at the end, during the finance/signing time. This should give you time to examine and decide what you need before you are presented with multiple two-sided pages requiring numerous initials and signatures.

I helped my daughter buy a used car last month. The energy in the showroom is a nice balance of relaxed and energized. The salesperson, Orlando, was genuinely friendly, quick, super efficient - and the best part is that when it turned out that there were problems, they immediately told us to bring it in. Just got word that the car is ready for pick up, and the service is free for us. One would hope so; however, with used cars like hers, there is no warranty, and the dealership wasn't bound to go this 'extra mile'. All in all, we are very impressed. To all those prospective car buyers. I was on the hunt for a car since March. My previous car was a 2002 Honda Accord, with over 250k miles!!! The maintenance was getting more than what the car was worth... Instead of putting in more money into my trusty Accord, it was a smart move to go car shopping and purchase a brand new vehicle that will take me another 250+ miles. The only reason why I went to Honda again, was because they make a durable, quality vehicle and they TRULY ARE HELPFUL HONDA people. :D The gentleman,Joe Khair , who helped me let me test drive all the cars I fancied and he also did some price comparisons for me. I wanted the 2016 Honda Civic, but for what I can afford I wasn't able to get the 2016 fully loaded. He had the last 2015, no miles, fully loaded on the lot and made sure I saw it! I got it basically for the same price as the 2016 model without the bells and whistles. Now, two weeks and 1k miles, I feel confident to share that I'm Truly and Exceptionally Happy. As well as I feel safe driving around in my zippy Civic -- nothing beats having a reliable mode of transportation. This Honda dealer almost bends over backwards in their assistance and they really want to make you happy. Everything from buffing out a little scratch to the most important --- GETTING A GREAT APR!! Posted a yelp review, but I will make this a little shorter. With Fladaboe Honda, it was nothing but lies and xxxxxxxx. With Norm Reeves, they gave me the bottom line, and no pressure to sign up for extra. In fact, Alex my sales guy told me some things would be a waste of money if I didn't want/need them. That was very refreshing. Even though I was only there for a test drive, they offered me such a great deal I left with a new car! And I love it. Honda Ridgeline is everything I hoped for. Steve in the fiance department was fast and friendly. Had all the paperwork done in 5 minutes with no upselling. As long as this keeps up I will continue to do business with them. Of course if the Helpful Honda people can get me on a zamboni for a Ducks game, I won't complain :)

My husband and i we change us Honda pilot 2012 for a Honda pilot 2015 my husband never testing the car because it was a car behind the Honda Pilot that we interested and he didn't have the key and that's why we didn't see the back sit we took the Honda Pilot when we was in the freeway I notified the right mirror from the pasanger was broken and it was tape around the mirror and 3 days after my husband tried to open the back sit and what was he surprise the back sit was broken We went to Honda to notified them about the problems they don't care they tried us bad and they tell us they can't do anything when is supposed the car is certified is $30,000 dollars car is not far for my family to take a car like this we was so frustrated and disappointed we supposed to be happy with the car but not I hope the general manager can read my complaint and do something about it .

My old Toyota RAV4 finally failed me so I needed to get a new car. I spent hours over several days on a variety of websites (Costco, TrueCar, AAA, Car & Driver, Edmunds, KBB, CarMax, Consumer Reports, US News and World Report,...) reviewing current recommendations and pricing. I wanted a vehicle in the same class (Compact Crossover). Based on the reviews I saw I was leaning toward the Honda CR-V. I had bought my RAV4 using Costco pricing, so I contacted a local Costco dealer, took a test drive, and got the Costco price from that dealer. I also sent requests into several dealers and, to my surprise, I actually got a price offer (via email) from 2 dealers. Norm Reeves Honda offered a lower price than Costco and their price was rated "Exceptional" by TrueCar.I purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V from Norm Reeves 2 weeks ago. My experience at the dealership was very good - a pleasant change from the old high pressure sales tactics. They could have handled the final processing more efficiently but, so far, I am a very satisfied customer.

This weekend I has an incredible car buying experience with Norm Reeves Honda. After some extensive shopping (where I experienced every sales technique imaginable from high pressure to being ignored, even with a pre-approved financing check in hand), I went to Norm Reeves torn between purchasing a used car or leasing a new one. The moment I drove onto the lot I knew this would be a different experience. My sales guy, Michael Poirier, is beyond a doubt one of the best I've ever had in over 30 years of car buying. He was knowledgeable, polite, eager but not overwhelming, and when my wife accompanied me on trip 2 he totally included her in the conversation and revisited all of our preferences and likes - from her point of view. As a sales leader in some high tech companies, I recognize sales talent. A good one will present the product well and keep the buying cycle moving forward until the purchase decision. First of all I just went in to LOOK since my 1914 Accord was due to come up for decision on lease soon. I happened to sit down with Edgar Galindo and I told him why I was there and really did not want to make any decision that day. After talking and talking he found me a 2016 Accord EX that I could not believe. . So we started all the paperwork and the usual that goes on with the lease of a new car. He was very knowledgably and answered all my questions. I was very happy when I leftthe dealership. And yes, my grand daughter just totaled her Mazda that same afternoon which sent me into brain freeze and I had to call Edgar on my cell phone a couple of times on way home because I had forgotten how to start the car. He was very helpful and I was looking at used Civic's for my daughter on Friday while my windows were being tinted. I will recommend that they come and talk to Edgar about buying a new/used car for my grand daughter. That is their decision as my son in law will go where he gets the best quote. Great experience.

I went to Norm Reeves to buy my first new Honda in 10 years. Before I arrived, I called to ask a few questions regarding a couple different models and I was immediately helped by a salesman named Pat Kirby. He did the research I wanted and was very helpful so when I was ready to buy I went in and saw him. I decided to buy a 2016 Civic Ex-T. I loved it! After a couple of hours of decision making, dealing, and paperwork, I was out the door with my new car. The finance manager, Rick Acosta, made it so easy! Unfortunately, 7 days after buying my car I was involved in a 3 car accident. The accident wasn't my fault, and even though we were ok, I was mad my one week old car was toast! The car was determined totaled within two weeks so I decided to buy another car. Again! I decided to buy the exact same car so I went back to Pat and Rick at Norm Reeves. They delivered the exact same car, wrote up the exact same paperwork, and I was out the door in less than an hour. I really appreciated the work and care that Pat put in to get me both cars, the speediness of Rick and his paperwork and the whole staff for helping me through buying a new car. Not once, but twice. Full disclosure, I visited 3 dealerships and test drove at least 7 cars before returning to Norm Reeves Honda. I first visited on a Wednesday afternoon and was pretty sure of the car I was going to lease then. I returned on Thursday afternoon to finalize the deal, however personal circumstances caused me to need to return a third time on that Friday. Got the deal done within a couple of hours and drove away with a car that I'm very excited about. Sebastian was great and super patient even though we left twice before the deal was done.

Before to buy a car, I visited a few dealerships near Irvine and decided to stop at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Irvine. Comparing the first impressions, I choose that dealership because of a big cars choice, both used and new ones, very reasonable prices and very professional service I got from Frank Othman who had met me there. When I with my wife and my friend came back a week later, Frank met us as the old friends, helped to choose exactly the same car we looked for - model, exterior, interior, etc., and offered a very good price. He answered all our question and discussed with us all car options. Then Eric Rodriguez made with us all the sales paperwork. He also was very fast, very polite , and very professional. At last, Sam Abdel finished with financial part of that deal. He also offered some extra options, some of them we accepted and paid for. During the time we spent in office, our new car has been completely prepared for us - washed and even not a good battery has been replaced with a brand new one. Great job, guys! Happy to find a quality used Honda CRV for a good price at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine. We live in Ventura but chose to head south where the better deals appeared to be. We were fortunate to have Christian Genet as our sales agent as he was very knowledgable, courteous, patient and personable throughout the entire process. We were content with the final results after negotiations.Also found Sam Adbel to be very knowledgable, enjoyable, forthright and clear as he walked us through the financing process. Its always important to do your research and home work prior to engaging a dealership in a purchase (esp. used autos). Also helpful if you can obtain pre-approval for your financing from other sources to maintain some degree of control while negotiating for financing interest rates. Overall, we would recommend Norm Reeves Honda, Christian Genet and Sam Adbel.

Mason was very accommodating and went out of his way to help me with my purchase. I had the hardest time finding a sales person (at other Honda dealers) that actually cared about the car I wanted and my buying experience. I sent very specific emails to a handful of other dealers and was tossed around the dealership or given information on a car that I clearly had no intention on buying. Made me think that the "helpful Honda guys" didn't actually exist.Irvine Honda came in at the lowest price and trust me, I did my research. What really drove me to purchase through them though was the customer service. I finally got to see what this whole "no pressure buying experience" was all about. We started our physical car buying experience at Norm Reeves (after extensive internet searching) due to it's being very close to our home. Christian was the first sales person to meet us and he was great about showing us around and explaining the virtues of the cars. My wife immediately fell in love with a used Accord. Since it was our first day of looking we decided to visit a few more dealers.The next week we came back to make the purchase, Christian was very helpful but made one mistake with me during negotiations; after returning from his manager he told me that the used car we wanted was "One of a kind". This is a used Honda Accord we were discussing.The worst part of the experience came when we moved on from Christian to the finance manager. I don't remember his name but it was maybe Shawn or Sean with a last initial K. While filling out paperwork, we declined his offer of gap insurance and declined the security service they offered, he seemed very put out with the fact that we had our own financing from our credit union instead of using his financing and that they were only going to make $200 on this deal (this was mentioned several times during our time with him. He seemed just as happy as we were to be finished.When it was time to take possession, Christian escorted us to their parts counter where he purchased my wife a new key chain, a very nice gesture. We got in our clean gassed up Accord and headed home.

My wife hates the process of buying a new car because, like most people, it can be extremely stressful and leave you feeling like you made a huge mistake at the end of the day. That was not the case with Dan and the awesome staff at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Irvine. It was such a no stress experience and by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. We also had our 2 year old with us which we thought would make things a bit more stressful but the process was so fast that, that was not an issue... they even have a play zone to keep the littles entertained. I was recommended to the Internet Sales Dept at Norm Reeve in Irvine after a friend of mine bought a Pilot. They told me they had a great experience with little drama. I had been in the market for an HR-V for about 6 months but just wasn't finding the best fit. My new car buying was not unpleasant at all. This may be the best stress free and quick purchase I have made in the last 50 years. Am I a happy customer? Yes I am.Why have I not rated Norm Reeve Honda (Irvine) 5 stars instead on 4 stars? There were two reasons:Not to go into too much detail, I did a very diligent research on the value of my trade-in vehicle and the Norm Reeve Honda price low-balled the value by $400 to $600 in value and that is after I balked at their original offer in which they increased my trade-in by $500. The last reason is having to sit down with the finance employee. I ended up getting Gap and Extended warranty. I am not sure if I really got the best price. I did balk the extended warranty and I was immediately given a $500 discount off the original quote. All additional services offered by Finance should by in print and posted at just the lowest discount price that can be offered.

If you want a truly "painless" experience when buying a car, Bryan Kerr is the MAN!!! He was able to match the lowest quote that I received from another dealership and got us out of there in 2 1/2 hours. Steven Nguyen was amazing as well who handled our financial paperwork in less than 10 minutes. 4 Things stood out to me:1. Jim was kind, considerate, and attentive. My wife is pregnant and with 2 kids drove up to look at the used Odyssey and he came out to greet her as though she were the only priority he had2. Jim was honest. He told us another party had come to pick up the van 30min before we arrived. He'd call us if something changed. 1hr later we got a call and he promised to hold it for us as it was just priced to sell.3. Jim was dedicated. He stayed very late and followed me home in order to save me a trip back the following day.4. Jim was our advocate. The next week we realized the AC wasn't working. My understanding was that everything was checked out when we bought it and approved by the dealer so I had no reservations buying as is. He fought to ensure we were made right and we got it resolved in a few days because of his advocacy and follow up.Kudos to the dealership for backing their good people when they are trying to do what is right. We might not have been typical buyers, since we knew exactly what we wanted down to specific features due to extensive research on many SUVs in this class. After sending an email through a third party vehicle search application, Cooper got back to me that same day. Cooper was patient and did not pressure me to come in and see the vehicle. We talked on the phone about the vehicle for about 5 minutes while he gave me some solid and unbiased advice, which I greatly appreciated. I loved that he wasn't acting like a typical car salesman, so I made the choice to buy a vehicle from him at Norm Reeves. I made an appointment that same day and chose a Certified Honda Accord V6. Cooper then ran through the Kelly blue book market value; willing to assure me that their price was competitive. Norm Reeves went a step further by providing a competitive financing option though their dealer and financed more than my original loan offered on an almost identical rate. The paperwork took less than 2 hours total, including financing. Rick in finance was awesome as well. The car was loaded with gas and detailed like-new. I couldn't be more pleased and am happy to have purchased my second vehicle from Norm Reeves and am looking forward to buying my third from Cooper a few years down the line.

I walked into the dealership on Saturday and had two interactions with Honda associates. When I walked onto the dealership the first salesman to greet me seemed friendly but was still carrying some lunch on his suit jacket. He was helpful and got the process started, but ultimately wasn't willing to get me what I wanted. I ended up leaving the dealership to get lunch and think about the current offer. When I returned to sign the papers my initial salesman was "busy" with other customers and handed me off to Joe. Our recent car buying experience with Norman Reeves honda Irvine has been very good. The customer service is great and even after we bought our car. Jay was the person who showed us the different cars. He wasn't being pushy but very patient since we were almost at their closing time. We originally decided to buy a lower trim but there was another higher trim we wanted but we didn't end up buying because of the much higher price. When we found out the higher trim car price was lowered on the website the next day, we made the situation known and talked to Garrett and Kai. Garrett really listened to our concerns and was on top of the situation and gave us a very good price for the higher trim car. Jay helped us with our test drive again and answered all of our questions. We also had no problems doing rest of the paper work and financing with Sam for the second time, who was nice and understanding. He was very professional and courteous and had a great sense of humor, which is refreshing to me. My sales consultant Alex Nazer, and Don Ancheta made our new car purchase at Norm Reeves Honda of Irvine an absolutely wonderful experience. The price, the service, and overall experience was undeniably the best ever. I have purchased a few new cars, but never was as completely satisfied as I am with this purchase. Don took his time with us and synced our phones with car, walked us through all the fun new toys our Honda has. We had many questions, and never felt that we were rushed or being to "high maintenance" as I'm sure we were. Go see these guys, and you will be amazed!

This place was so awesome, I had to write a review. I purchased a car from Norm Reeve's Honda Superstore in Irvine this past Wednesday. Buying a new car is overwhelming and I was really dreading it. When I reached the dealership, however, my experience couldn't have gone more smoothly. This place has the most amazing customer service. As soon as I arrived, Sebastian Kavoosirad greeted me immediately with a friendly smile. He was so patient, caring, and helpful. He really took the time to make me feel comfortable in the cars I wanted to test drive, and helped me compare one to another with great insight. He's really such apleasant person to work with. I can't compliment him enough.Next, I met with Ed Hassanzada and Steve Nuguyen. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure I felt like a valued customer. They both made sure everything was done right the first time. In late December i went to purchase a car with Norm Reeves Honda and the costume service seemed great but right after it went down hill. Right after i went home with the car the first day i noticed that there was a couple scratches. The next day i went back and let them know they had told me they would call me to fix it when i would get the finishing touches but it took over 3 weeks and i had to call. After that they had told me it would only take 4 hours later after dropping the car of they call me telling me it would be 3 days. Its a new car i should have to be dealing with all these time consuming problems. As well as the financial person that helped me told be i would give my first payment in 45 days, i received it before 30 days. I expected it in 45 days making me have a overdue payment. I would honestly recommend going to another place because they still havent going back to me after trying to reach them one whole day and leaving a massage

We called to make an appointment with the leasing manager, Kevin Marks, and were received as scheduled and pleasantness. He addressed all our concerns about turning in our previously leased CRV-EX and took time to go over all the options of a buy-back for the 2013, buying a new 2015 or 2016 vehicle, or leasing a new 2016. We had privacy to review each option and then were assigned to a salesperson. We want to especially thank Jim Saber, Salesperson, who sat with us for most of the afternoon and went over each option until we made our final decision. His sales expertise and consideration to our needs and specification of terms, were handled very professionally and without pressure. He acquired our preferred color and make, and also facilitated the exchange of vehicles to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend him to others who wish to buy a Honda. The new vehicle with upgrades is beautiful and comfortable, yet we wish that the manufacturer would not have made any changes with the front console. We miss the higher individual armrests and the spacious private cargo hold easily accessible to the driver or passenger in front. The new one is small and too deep. One plus feature is the right turn camera. We hope it gets better mileage too. Of a total experience, we give it an "A."

After finding a Used 2012 Honda Civic on Norm Reeves website, I requested an emailed quote for the car, and was contacted by Long Leho within 5 minutes. After reading over some extra information on the car, provided by Long, I informed him that I would be passing by the lot later that afternoon. Long was generous enough to stow the car in an area that wouldn't attract attention until I got there. After giving the car I small test drive, Long and I worked on an agreeable contract for the car, and from there everything was cake. I was provided with all the information necessary to make a comfortable decision, and was in and out with a new car in under 3 hours. The service was great, and I love my new car.

I was shopping around for a good deal on a Civic, after leasing my CRV. I had been in contact with Ahmed, he offered a great price ,took us on a no-hassle test drive, answering all of my questions. There was never any pressure, and when I decided to buy a 2015 Civic we had contracts signed in under 10 minutes. In addition, this is actually my second time purchasing a vehicle with Ahmed and will remain a loyal client based off of his great customer service. I also had a few finance questions which Kevin was able to answer and take care of. Overall this was a great experience at this dealership.

First time buyer a new car, doing a lot of research online about buying car at dealership. I worked with Bryan online and he gave me a straight forward quote. And it is a final quote also. No games, no hidden chrages. Everything is clearly listed on the quote. We went to the dealership and test drive the car. My wife was pick on some minor things on the car which will clean out after detailing, but Bryan presented another car to us anyway. Then we were in the finance deaprtment. They honor the online quote as promise and there is no hard-sell of extended warranty, insurance, etc. Very pleasant and smooth experience.

Unlike other six Honda dealers I contacted about buying a new car, Alex Nazer from Norm reeves gave me exact quote that was $2000 less than Ocean Honda and way less than the others. One salesman from Rancho Santa Margarita Honda said he would Match Alex's price but only for that day, not the the next day. I could not get an exact price that matched Norm Reeves price from any of the other dealers.When my wife and I visited Alex at Norm Reeves, I was ready for the sales staff to deny that low price and try to jack up the price with add ons. We were really surprised when Alex gave us that low price with no add ons or other pressure sales tactics. The only negative was a little pressure from the guy writing up the contract to purchase the extended warranty. We finally purchased it, but he was a little too intense for my wife. But overall buying a car from Alex at Norm Reeves was a good experience

Bryan Kerr at Norm Reeves Honda in Irvine made buying a car fast & easy. We shopped around for a good deal at 22 Honda dealers all around Southern California and quickly came to the conclusion that Bryan (the second quote we got) gave us the best price around on our 2016 Civic EX w/ Honda Sensing-no one else came even close to his offer. The color we were looking for (Cosmic Blue Metallic) was difficult to find but Bryan did his best to find one and then still honored the price we'd negotiated for an on-the-lot model of the same car in a different color. Bryan even went so far as to drive to Cerritos to the other dealer a few hours before closing to pick it up for us.Basically, if you're looking for a new Honda and you live anywhere within a couple hour drive of Norm Reeves in Irvine, then you'd be a fool to not at least give Bryan a call to see what he can do for you.

I was sent to Bryan Kerr at this dealership by the Costco Auto Purchase program. I had shopped at other brands and other Honda dealers already. I wanted to replace an aging vehicle and wanted Accord but needed to decide on trim level and accessories. I also was shopping for best price. I initially needed to wait for 2016's to arrive. Bryan was willing to give me a really good price without the usual haggle. I compared his price with Internet price and received a quote from another dealership where I had shopped. Norm Reeves price was CONSIDERABLY lower than the other dealer. I decided on the Accord EXL-N SENS. Norm Reeves obtained the car in the color I wanted and we went in and completed purchase. Bryan was very patient in showing me all the new technology features and helping to set them up. He has made me feel comfortable to call him with questions or help with the technology. I have had car 2 days and may need further help to learn all the features. I would recommend Norm Reeves Honda and especially their salesman, Bryan Kerr.

Initially used TrueCar to find a new Honda Odyssey, which led me to dealerships in Corona and Riverside for lowest prices. Checked out Corona, which was horrible. Ended up searching for closer dealerships in OC and Carlos was the most responsive to my request and was upfront with quotes for a several different vehicles that were available. When I went into the dealership, Carlos was very efficient and answered all my questions. It was a quick transaction and he was always available for any questions I had even after I drove off the lot. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I was not planning on even looking at Honda cars due a very bad experience years ago with a defective Accord. However, on a whim, I sent in a request for an internet quote anyway and I was contacted by Ahmed Elsharkawy, and ended up purchasing a 2015 Civic. Ahmed is informative, cheerful and completely respectful which I highly value. He made what could have been an unpleasant experience into one that was very positive. Orlando Orogo and Craig Moore, from the internet department were informative, gracious, quick, and most importantly honest. After obtaining many quotes, they were the most efficient to deal with, and kept their word. After test driving the car one day, it was ready for me to do the final paperwork on and all terms were accurate. In the past, I've went to Freeway Honda to buy cars and for service. After asking for quotes on the internet, I stopped by Norm Reeves in Irvine. They didn't have the EX which I was looking for, but gave me the SE for about the same price. They gave me the best offer on my old Odyssey.Although the process took a little bit longer because initially I was only going there "to look around," I wound up buy a 2016 Odyssey SE. Internet Manager Craig Moore was very helpful in explaining everything. The rest of the staff was helpful and courteous.If a buy another Honda, I'd go back to Norm Reeves in Irvine.PS I told a co-worker about my new car. He bought an Accord from Norm Reeves in Irvine last year or earlier this year. He also said the sales experience was great.

Last week I met first with Orlando Orogo and then Hasan Bakir -- two of this dealership's Internet Sales Managers. Orlando and I had exchanged several e-mails in the month preceding our meeting. Orlando was very friendly, helpful and straightforward. He escorted me on my test drive of a new 2016 Honda Accord Touring model and gave me a much lower price and loan interest rate than I had previously received from other Honda dealerships in the area. The day that I came in to the dealership to finalize the purchase, he was working with another customer so he asked his associate, Hasan Bakir, to process my loan application so that I did not have to wait. Once I was approved for the loan, Hasan sent me to the finance department where I completed the purchase with Sam Abdul. Afterwards, Hasan gave me an orientation in my new car and then he followed me home in my old car so that I didn't have to make arrangements to retrieve that vehicle later. Everyone I interacted with at this dealership treated me with respect. I heartily recommend these two sales people and the entire Norm Reeves Honda Superstore staff as a great place for anyone to shop for a new Honda.

Pulled up and Christian came to greet us. I arrived with my Grandpa in tow to help with the process and his advice. Some sales people would just ignore me and go straight to my grandpa with questions. Christian understood I was the one buying the car and made sure I was happy with the test drive, questions answered, etc. After a day of test drives I knew I wanted the Accord Coupe 2016. However, this location didn't have the exact model and color I was looking for. I did find it at another dealership about an hour away. When I called to ask them questions they were very rude making me realize I wanted to buy from Christian. Does not rush your decision and is very accommodating when you're interested in comparing different vehicles. It appears to me that he does everything he possibly can. I was searching for a Silver 2015 Honda Odyssey and could not find one locally here in San Diego since they were all sold out and making room for the 2016's. I knew after all my research and talks with other dealers that it was an excellent price. I called him back immediately to see if the van was still in stock and it was. Both Sabastian and Steve were fantastic and the HR-V I bought was exactly what I was looking for. Other dealers made claims of having the HR-V in stock but couldn't deliver, but just one call to Norm Reeves Honda in Irivne and I had my New Honda 2016 HR-V. They gave me a good trade-in price for my old car and the price quoted on their website and on the phone was exactly the same when I arrived at there dealership. I drove over an hour to buy my new car from Norn Reeves as the dealers by me just didn't have the stock on hand or the models I was interested in. We love Jun! He is respectful, professional, and even entertaining! I was a first time car buyer and I could not be more happy it was with Jun at Norm Reeves. We got a really good deal on a 2013 Civic! We didn't finish all the paperwork until 10pm, and when Jun took the car out from getting detailed he noticed the tire air pressure was a little low. Since the body shop was already closed, he drove it to the nearest gas station to put air in the tires! That just goes to show the type of guy he is! :)

I came with my wife to look at and possibly test drive the Honda Odyssey, and we ended up getting the car. We had a very pleasant experience with our Sales personnel named Michelle Curreri, who I had spoken to some weeks ago and who I had promised to look for when I come to the dealership. We did not set an appointment since we did not think of getting a new car that day, but we liked the car and the deal and Michelle helped us go through the process. She and her manager Ed made it easier for us to decide, and Michelle even came over to our home that day to get documentations completed. Good Dealership and definitely one that I would recommend if someone is looking for a Honda around these parts.

I talked to Brian at the Internet dept and he quoted me a great price where my local San Diego dealers can't even come close to match it. On top of it, when Brian was on vacation, I talked to Long Leho who is a young salesman with lots of potential and drive to go places. Since I didn't have a ride to go to Irvine from SD, he personally drove from Irvine to SD and picked me up. He was so planned that he brought the keys of the car I chose the day before to make sure no other sales people take that car. It was a breeze with the sales process...Some of the SD honda dealership told me that it might be a con job or something and said to be careful with NormReeves...But it was a delight in dealing with the honest and one of the best customer friendly Sales team at NormReeves. Can you imagine walking into a car showroom 15 minutes before they close and walking out with a car in 2 hours flat. We reached Norm Reeves Irvine at 8.45 PM and were met by Christopher in the parking lot. He courteously took us into the showroom and asked us our preferences. My wife hinted that we are interested in a cherry colored Honda Accord. By the time we could negotiate the price and make a final decision on the make or color, Christopher had a Cherry colored Accord ready for a test drive, all washed and decked up. Went to this dealership initially to have our car serviced. The customer service experience was so good that we went back and decided to buy a car for our kids from them. Brian was great, accomodating and easy to talk to, great guy! Todd was straightforward, honest, professional and knew his numbers which made us even more comfortable. I was looking for a new Accord Coupe and had been searching online with various dealers. I live in San Diego, and was only looking within my area. However, I took a chance and decided to go north a little and found Bryan Kerr at Norm Reeves' Honda in Irvine. He was prompt, courteous, and best of all gave me a phenomenal deal. He literally blew all the other dealers away in terms of price, and he wasn't a pest with incessant emails and calls (especially when I asked others NOT to call me).Bryan says that no one else can compete with him because he offers the best deals of anyone. I would have to agree. His first offer was truly the best offer and it's what made me call him and tell him I was driving up to purchase the vehicle only an hour after our initial contact. Despite the traffic and drive up from San Diego, it was well worth it. Bryan was a gracious host at the dealership, took his time to let me select from the colors I was in doubt about, and there was absolutely no pressure from him or anyone else within the dealership. It's been a while since I had last purchased a car, but if all the dealership experiences were like this, I probably wouldn't have driven my car for 12 years! I highly recommend Bryan to anyone - my dad came with me and asked for a couple quotes on cars...Bryan gave him some amazing numbers and now, my dad (who wasn't really in the market to purchase) is seriously considering buying one. As I said, Bryan understands what people are looking for and really gives you the best deal out there. He's not about haggling and negotiating back and forth endlessly. He realizes it's a waste of everyone's time and just gives you the best offer up front. No joke.While I know my Honda will last me forever (just like my first one), I'd be very tempted to buy another car sooner from Bryan and Norm Reeve's Honda knowing that Bryan will give me a great price on a great car. More people should be like Bryan. And more dealerships should be like Norm Reeve's in Irvine. Thank you Bryan.

I had a great experience working with Raffy Navas. He was A+ service and friendliness. He answered all my questions, cared about what I was looking for, and made my experience a good one. I have a brand new 2015 Honda CR-V Lx. You don't find many sales people that email you and call you after the sale. He was very nice and friendly! I will be back someday to see Raffy for all my purchases. Ladies he is honest and informative. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a Honda CRV at Norm Reeves Honda. Cooper Mugg was my sales person and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I felt like he was on my side and really wanted me to get a great deal. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. I would definitely recommend going there and ask for Cooper!!

I went to Norm Reeves looking for a pre-owned vehicle for our granddaughter. I worked with Burt Zokael who went out of his way to help us find the car we wanted. We went on several test drives. We left and came back later in the day and went on a 3rd test drive. Burt was busy with another customer so he actually let us go on the test drive by ourselves. After we made our decision, Burt walked us through the rest of the purchase without any problems.

I bought Honda Pilot 2016 EXLN, and Copper helped me all through the process. He was very through with the specifications of the car and made sure I got the trip level I wanted, even though Honda Pilot 2016 is scarce in California. Compared the Internet prices and Costco prices to the Norm Reeves Honda Irvine prices, and this dealership beat them all. Not only were the prices lower, but Haran Bakir provided great service. He patiently showed us the differences between the models, and was never pushy. We eventually bought the Hond CRV EX.

I have bought more then a few cars over years , but this group isn't far the most unethical yet. I read the reviews on here and see they are written by the employees themselves. If you look up consumer reports there are 29 pending complaints/ investigations going on now.My story is I researched what I wanted and I got pew approved through my credit union. I went there met a nice salesman and we test drove it and played with all devices. I want to buy it. Or wanted to. We went inside the salesman get Jun, his boss to go the next step and he demands my social security number. I Saidi only asked for the " out the door price" that is all I do not want my credit ran by you. He then demanded on a louder more forceful voice my San and that the federal government demands that information and I am breaking federal law.. Yup , now I am a fire chief and 24 years in public service and that is not going to fly , he runs and gets another supervisor Juan a manager demanding my Ssn and I stated I have the money but I also having funding through my credit union but you two have no authority to bully anyone for that info . Folks it is against the law and I wonder how many people give it and how secure that info is with Norm Reeves Honda

Norm Reeves Irvine Honda is the place and Raffy Nava is the guy. This is the second time we have gotten cars from Raffy. He conducted the entire transaction from beginning to end in a very professional manner and we felt valued as customers. He was very friendly and extremely helpful. We never had that awful car buying experience which we have had in other places in the past. We got exactly the cars we wanted at a fair price. Jim was calm and kind from the beginning and had great, no-pressure energy. Kind of like buying a car from a family member.
