Needed a new car and was having issues with other places then my friend told me to see Honda Herb in Port Charlotte so I went. The whole experience was as pleasant as car buying could be. He was good at explaining the process and everything that goes into it. This is only my second car purchase and I am a woman so I appreciate not feeling put down or pressured into anything. He was very kind and knowledgeable about everything. My friend was right I love my new car. Ask for Honda Herb and you won’t be disappointed.

Robert Smith helps us with our purchase of our Honda Civic. He was patient, understanding and very easy to work with! If you are looking for a car anytime in the future, he’s your guy! The service department was great too. We went in a couple days after getting our new car to have the oil changed on our CR-V. The people were polite and quick and very professional. Overall, best car buying experience I’ve had! And the service is second to none!

I did a lot of research and knew I wanted a Honda. I reach out to many Honda dealers on line. I was very impressed with Ethan Godwin. He answered my e-mail promptly and professionally. We were torn between 2 cars and Ethan was very patient and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed to make our decision. I felt like he truly cared that we bought the car we wanted, no pressure. Impressed by his honesty. Our original plan was to shop around but Ethan and everyone there was so nice we decided to buy that day.. I asked a lot of questions but everyone was great. Best sales experience EVER. The car is amazing.

I was very fortunate to work with Honda Herb while searching for a new car! He was courteous, polite and very knowledgeable! He wasn’t pushy and I didn’t feel like I was being sold a car I felt it was my choice and I was able to move freely with no pressure. My last few experiences at dealerships I felt like I was being preyed upon but Honda Herb put my mind at ease! This is my second purchase from Norm Reeves Honda of Port Charlotte. Robert Smith, my sales person was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He meticulously walked me through the sale process and worked to ensure I got the best possible deal. When the sale was finalized he took me to the car and demonstrated the new features. He helped me to sync my phone with my car and showed me how to safely access the numbers I was most likely to dial while operating my vehicle.
