I went to the dealership to have my CIVIC checked for some possible issues with a recall. The Dealership went through great lengths to ensure that I brought the car in for inspection and it was very easy to make an appt. I bought my car from this location and I have been back a few times for maintenance reasons. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and the process is always painless. I continue to be very happy with my choice of purchasing my vehicle from this location and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market!

I talked to the Internet Sales Agent (Mark Mansfield) over the phone and I outlined my parameters for the sale for the car they had listed on the Internet and I came in and he got it done smoothly without the long waiting that I have experienced in the past. He was kind, polite, and professional. It was a 1 1/2 hour drive for me, but I would do it again.

Was car browsing for a Ford Focus, sent an inquiry about the car. Norris contacted me, met with Joe Hamilton, who helped me all the way till I bought the vehicle. No pressure towards any vehicle. It was all about me and my interests and worked out an amazing deal for my 2015 Ford Focus SE. It was almost a 2 months past before I made my car buying decision and again with no pressure, there to answer any question I had with honesty, not with what I wanted to hear. I would buy more vehicles from here best buying experience yet!

After looking at many dealers and finding a really great price for a F150 we decided to look at our last stop because it was the closet to home. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as we met our sales man, Zach Tolley. Unlike most of the salesman we met on our journey he was genuine and caring. The experience was very personal and he worked very hard to get us a great deal. Since we had already found a great price at another dealership we wanted him to at least match this price and we would buy that day instead of running around town again. Zach did so much better than that he showed us a new upgraded F150 and was able to sell it to us for an incredible price. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and truly showed excellent customer service from Jeff his manager, co-workers and financing. Throughout the conversations with Zach you could tell he was truly concerned with the welfare of his customers, which I in my opinion is rare. For example we had to come back the next day because the financing office had closed and he came in the next day when he was off work. I asked him was it difficult for him if deals do not go through when people have bad credit, to my surprise he said yes, but it is most difficult for them. They may really need that vehicle and are unable to get it, so I offer them advice on how to get their credit better so they can come back one day, overall it benefits me because they may use me again once they have the chance. Buying a car is something we do almost every 7-10 years and we will not forgot our experience with Zach. I look forward to coming back to Norris and have already recommending several friends and family to them

Great car buying experience. I was trading my old, paid off Toyota for a new Honda CRV. Everyone was very friendly and I didn't feel any pressure. My salesman John explained all of the different models clearly and I was able to do a thorough test drive. They allowed me to take as much time as I needed to think through the decision. I got a good value on my trade in. They also had a great selection so that I could get a model that had everything I wanted.

Took my 2011 CR-V in for warranty repairs to the transmission. The young shop foreman diagnosed the problem and fixed it properly. Picked it up and it runs great. I have bought 3 Honda's from Norris in the last 5 years and had a good experience all 3 times. Getting ready to purchase a Pilot within the next 2 months.

I have a 2003 Ford Escape. Paid Norris Ford 104.95 to explain why I was loosing power. I was told that I needed 3 catalytic converters, 1 plug and a coli pack. Estimate was 5,400.00. I took to another mechanic and needed 2 converters 6 plugs and 3 coil packs and paid 2,200.00. My NEW mechanic charged me nothing to diagnose the problem! Car is running great.

Melissa replied promptly to our email with more than the Honda template. Being previous Honda owners, we didn't need to be talked into a Honda, but she did not let the customer service coast. When it turned out that the car we wanted was out of state, she had it to Norris in less than twenty-four hours. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and most of all, fun. I've never had such a good time buying a car!

This young man took the time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the new technology this vehicle had to offer and explain it well. There was no hassle about price and did not have to talk to the manger not once about price. Which was good for me Tyler took care of all the negations. Mr. Smith was very sure that I had the best offer from Norris, and did not stress me about going to other dealers. This was very important and was one of the main reasons I choose Norris Ford. Working with the staff at Norris Ford was for the most part a seamless process. Even though I went the day before Easter, I was still accommodated, and never felt rushed. It was even recommended that I return the following Monday, because the manager Bill was certain that I could get better terms on my loan if he had the chance to communicate directly with the bank and not just electronically. They could've given me whatever the bank presented, but went above and beyond to make sure I got the best terms possible. That's almost unheard of in this industry! Thanks, Norris Ford!!!

I cannot be happier with my experience at Norris Ford. I had researched the car I wanted and had made arrangements over the telephone to be able to get in and out as quickly as possible on a Saturday since I work out of town thorugh the week. I had filled out the paperwork for financing over the internet, so really all I needed to do was sign the papers, turn in my trade and drive off with my new Taurus. I had dealt with Norris only once years ago when I needed a part for my F150 and only they had it in stock. BUt friends and family were insistent that Norris was an excellent dealership, so I went with them. And glad I did. Everything was seamless, courteous and professional. Best of all, since time was the critical factor, they repsected my time and we were able to do the deal in the time I had available. I will be returning as new car needs arise.

An outstanding car-buying experience at Norris Ford located in Dundalk, Maryland. Identified several F-150 pickups at cars.com, made an appointment with Tyler via on-line & telephone confirmation. When we arrived the vehicle of primary interest was waiting for our inspection/test drive in the rain. Negotiations on pricing were direct and heavily discounted, significantly beating everyone's lowest offer, and completed in less than 30 minutes. We had done extensive Internet searching and visited 3 other local dealerships. We closed the deal at close of business on Saturday, put a deposit on the truck, and returned Monday to execute the paperwork, payment and financing. Tyler spent as much time as we wanted explaining the many features of the instrument functions & displays, plus Sync'd our cell phones before we left. Total process was less than an hour on Monday, the fastest I have ever bought a vehicle. Best buying experience, ever!

Good inventory of Honda Accords, which I am about to purchase from them. Very up-front salesman - no high pressure - just worked hard to get me the best price incentives available. I had two test drives, one with the 4 cyl engine and one with the 6. I settled on the 4. Helped make the decision for my wife as to the Coupe or Sedan; we settled on the Sedan. We will complete the deal and take delivery as soon as the new December incentive becomes available.

Purchased a 2014 Honda CR-V and was very impressed with the service I received. John B. was a friendly, courteous and professional salesman in every sense of the word. I did not experience the heavy- handed tactics other car dealerships often resort to. "JB" didn't have the particular color of the CR-V on the lot that I was interested in but within minutes was able to locate one that I picked up from Norris Honda the following day. We were able to close the deal in no time. Great guy, great service and in my opinion, a great place to purchase a new vehicle.

Bruce Skrenczuk took us through the whole process in a very friendly and profesional manner. Two days later, and a little over 100 miles, I thought I was going to have to bring my Ford Fiesta back to have it checked out, because I left the dealership with a full tank of gas, and the needle didn't move from the full mark until 105 miles. Don't know what kind of mileage I will get, but it sure looks promising. Many years ago, after my company closed (Armco Steel), they sent us to a seminar on how to look for employment. One of the hints was to look at the employees of the company to establish if they were smiling, or had unhappy faces. This would tell you how they liked the company they worked for. Every person that I met, during the buying process at Norris Ford, had a friendly smile. I almost wish I was looking for employment!

While emailing multiple dealers in a geographic swath from southern Virginia up to New Jersey, I dealt with Angelo Molinaro via email for a few weeks, discussing my search for a very specific Mustang: 2014, black V6 Premium, Automatic, Saddle, 201a, Comfort Pack and the tough to find Performance Pack. Angelo performed dealer inventory searches and came up with the same results I had produced in national searches using cars.com and Ford's inventory search function: the car I was looking for had not been produced, so it would have to be custom-ordered, or I would need to compromise. When Angelo presented a price that was extremely competitive, I was glad to choose Norris over the other 2 dealers in the running for a custom factory order. Norris had won on price, but almost as importantly, they won on character. Angelo had an unusually sincere approach that was unstained by even the slightest salesman sliminess. When I found out my car's factory build date, I emailed Angelo a few extra requests, namely that I didn't want front bumper license plate bracket holes drilled or a dealer-ad sticker applied. No problem. When I pulled up about an hour before closing time to finally drive the new car home, it had been waxed to a blinding sheen. There were some tough dirt smudges from the dealer's detailer on the steering wheel, and it looks like they failed to buff out a large spot of wax on the hood, but I can live with that. Everything went smoothly, and now I'm enjoying a great car knowing I paid an unusually low price, and to top it all off, I enjoyed meeting the guy who sold me the car. The bottom line: the Norris rear plate bracket is still on there for the time being. Can't recommend Norris more highly.

Forget the old stereotypes of the car buying process! The management at Norris understands that people don't want to be beaten up and abused during the process of buying a car. My experience couldn't have been better. I inquired about a Honda Pilot that appeared on cars.com. I received a prompt, courteous and unassuming response from Jim Rogers. He answered my questions via email, and was a consummate professional when I visited the dealership that evening. Even though Jim was scheduled off that evening, he agreed to wait for me to arrive. More impressive is that I never felt rushed or pushed, which could easily have been the case for a salesperson who wanted to go home for the night. A few short hours later, I drove my 2011 Honda Pilot off their lot. This is my second purchase from Norris (first purchase was from their Acura store in 2010). This is a totally impressive organization. Great service. Awesome financing. Wonderful vehicle that my family will enjoy for many, many years.

don't give out 5 stars easily but I must say I have never been happier with this dealership. I have purchased 5 vehicles in 12 years since I love fast, powerful and rare appearance vehicles. I walked into Norris Ford and walked out with a Country Swag of a truck. Angelo, Stan and William (Business Manager) had to be the epitome of professionalism, honesty and integrity. You will never met a sales team like this anywhere else. Angelo was straight forward, knew everything I was looking for and went out of his way losing other potential customers just to make sure I looked at every truck I wanted. He was patient, calm and truly comical person. Stan helped me sign all my stuff and want to talk about a guy who knows his technology. Stan took himself off the sales floor for over an hour knowing it wasn't his sale and wouldn't being getting a commission but still gave me a one on one tutorial of the SYNC. William, last but not least. William is a old school business manager who has mastered the principles of customer service. William doesn't push you into a car like most dealerships, he keeps it real and makes sure your happy even if the dealership has to lose your business. You can't find that type of customer service like you do with these guys. Although I didn't not have transactions with other sales staff I can say this you will never find a group of happy co-workers. Everyone works as a team and it's like having a team fighting in your corner and not just one person. KUDOS TO NORRIS FORD .... You made my dream truck come true today and will never forget you efforts today. You guys rock!!!!!!!!!

I purchased a new 2013 Ford Fiesta from Norris Ford and the experience was outstanding. The sales representative (Stan Ma) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and low pressure. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Norris Ford!! The Fiesta is very well built and feels of a high quality that you would expect in a much more expensive vehicle. Great car and great Ford dealer.

I have been planning to trade in my Honda CRV 2007 for months, as a first timer, I have mixed emotions, I have no idea how its gonna be but I know how stressful going through buying a car considering everything especially my budget. I have been browsing other brands and car dealer but I guess my heart belongs to Honda. Im not a first time customer with Norris Honda, I have my CRV 2007 serviced with them, superb service and professional staff. While waiting, we use to look for a prospect model, some of the Sales Agent tried to approach us but was not a big help for us Last 8/7 me and my friend decided to go to Norris Honda and browse for possible new car. In the back of my mind I am ready to go through the process of trading and buying car if and only if a friendly sales agent will approach us. True enough the great Mr. John "JB" Burris approached us with a non judgmental manner, we were confused and undecided then, but he opened all options for us focusing on having a good deal that fits my lifestyle. Buying VS Leasing...He patiently answered all our questions with confidence, but yet in a warm and friendly manner, he gave us an ample time to decide, made us comfortable and waited patiently for our decision even if he was busy on that day. If not for his persistence and help, I would still be driving my CRV 2007. Left Norris Honda with a smile in our face, happy and satisfied not to mention that I am driving an awesome Honda CRV 2013 car. KUDOS to Mr. John "JB" Burris, he is a superb Sales Agent and definitely an asset to the company. Norris Honda needs more Sales Agent like him. Me and my friend gave him 5 stars x 2 with a smiling face and 2 thumbs up .

My experience with Norris Honda was an absolute pleasant one. My sales representative Mr. John "JB" Burris was beyond what I could have wanted if I hand-picked him myself. JB was courteous, patient and most of all not pushy in any sense of the word. He made me feel at ease and allowed me the time and space to process my options and come to a informed decision. Eventhough, this dealership is out-of-the-way for me to travel for servicing my vehicle, if the service team is anything like my experience with JB it will be worth the trip. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and after a few days the fuel gauge broke. Brought vehicle to their service center only for it to be transported to dealership to dealership to be serviced. After one week of vehicle being there, nothing was repaired. Picked up vehicle because I needed a car since I hadn't had one for a week. Asked Sales Manager what was going on and if they could fuel my tank. Manager was rude and disrespectful so I contacted the General Manager. He told me he would fix the issue. Haven't heard from him in two weeks. I believe they are waiting for the 30 day warranty to expire so they can be done with me. Ready to sell or trade in this vehicle. Terrible customer service. Never been treated this bad by a company before. Beware.
