I had the best experience from the time I walked in the door till I walked out with my new 2021 Jeep Cherokee Lease! I’m a Jeep girl through and through! Roberto made it so easy, he explained EVERYTHING to me, made me feel confident that I was making the best decision! I had such a different frame of mind this time, I think COVID had me worried about so many things, but in the end I made the right decision! I also can’t say enough about Steve in F&I, my fellow Aries!!! I really enjoyed the painless process of signing, from explaining all the extras I can get to standards that I’m excited about with my car! And also a big plus and exciting for geeky me, was leaving with a flash drive with all the paperwork, saves a tree or two!! Thank you Roberto and Steve, can’t wait to work with you again and I’ll be sure to tell anyone looking to come see you!!

I highly recommend Norristown Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram dealership for your car purchases. The energy in the enviornment was very warm and welcoming. My sales representative Mr. Dennis Willis took his time to listen to my needs and was able to point me in the right direction. I walked in knowing what I wanted and left with exactly what I wanted and more. I was introduced to the staff in the service department staff who were all welcoming as well. Last but not least. I met with Mr. Steve Sangerman in the finance department. He sealed the deal and let me know what other benefits I was eligible for. Both gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Social distancing and masks were displayed by all. Thanks again Norristown Chrysler! 😁🙌🏾🎉
