Was skeptical about buying a used car for my daughter. Test drove it twice and Alex was very confident in the sale. Rightly so. We bought a Nissan with high miles. I don't think I've ever seen a used car resold in such good condition. Very satisfied.

Good place to buy a used car people are very nice and helpful had no problems with the car they even help me with oil changes after I bought the car the owner is a really nice guy

DO NOT buy from this dealership. Customer service after you buy the vehicle is non existent. First of all, I got several calls after I bought the vehicle, almost in a panic, asking me to return to resign paperwork “ASAP”. I had to leave work early in order to get to the dealership before they closed (costing me money and my time). When I got there, turns out they failed to include the lien holder on the paperwork and the DMV rejected the paperwork needed to get the tag. While there, I told the owner that my tag was to expire 9/19 and I SPECIFICALLY asked him if my tag would be mailed to me before it expired. He said “Yes, no worries”. Today 9/17, I called to ask them to follow up on my tag because I had still not received it and the temporary tag was expiring in two days. They told me that I “needed to go to the DMV and pick up my tag because they cut me a deal and only charged me a $18 tag fee instead of the $35 fee. If they had charged me $35 it would have been mailed to me”. At NO POINT during the TWO times I sat in the dealership and did paperwork did ANYONE tell me that they were “giving me a good deal” and that I would have to pick up the tag at the DMV. If I had KNOWN that, I would have paid the extra SEVENTEEN dollars to have it mailed to me. In fact, a good and reputable dealership would have eaten the SEVENTEEN dollars to make their customer happy or taken it out of their $299 document fee. Now, I have to take off work AGAIN and go to the DMV and get the tag when all of this could have been avoided over SEVENTEEN dollars! Instead, I am, yet again, losing hours at work…which is money…and my time. And on a side note…which is completely unprofessional…when we picked up the vehicle it was on empty and we had to stop and get gas in order to even make it home. I had specifically asked them to fill the tank up prior to picking up the vehicle. Every car I have purchased in the past came with a tank full of gas. So, BUYER BEWARE! Get a car from somewhere else!
