I brought my vehicle into North Country Ford for a part recall and everything went really great. Jeremy was a great point of contact and let me know everything happening with my car and even went the extra mile to replace another part that was being recalled as they already had it in stock. I've purchased a few vehicles from NCF and have been using the Service Quick Lane there since 2013. I've had great experience with them and have been treated respectfully, they don't try to sell me on service I don't need, and they have fair prices. I also buy my tires there and will soon buy the third set - prices are same or lower than other services (tire rack, discount tire) and the dealer techs are trained on Fords and torque correctly (tires, alignment, etc.). This last time was for oil, transmission fluid, and rotation - Brett, the advisor, did a great job, techs did a great job, vehicle runs better. The visit is consistent in quality of work and customer interaction that I'm accustomed to and have experienced from the Quick Lane over the past decade or so...

I always take my Ford Fusion to Ford. I know I get the best service to keep my car running in top shape. Everyone is always very professional and courteous. Oil changes are comparable to other garages , except Ford includes tire rotation and all system check. It’s a win!

My experience at north country ford was amazing!!! Even though they were short staffed jack and his team made sure that I got my car back as soon as possible. Not only that but it was cheaper than my original estimate! Jack's customer service is second to none and would highly recommend this service team! Thanks guys!

My first time at North Country Ford for an oil change and tire rotation was a breeze. Their online scheduling for service is a very nice feature and is super easy to use. Upon first arrival they seem really on the ball. Someone came right out to me when I arrive and was nothing but helpful the whole time I was there. Waiting area is clean and comfortable. The service was done in under the time estimate they told me... awesome! Prices seem right on par with other dealerships. Great job and thanks for making it an easy experience.
