Everyone was very nice there, allowed me to test drive the vehicle the pictures were a bit deceiving but it ran fine so I purchased the vehicle. Two weeks later it dies in .my driveway not a problem, I purchased the extended warranty only to find out it was never sent out .okay I have my copy I'll just fax it to you and we can get the claim started. No good they couldn't read it , it was too light. I go back and forth with them until I finally find someone who was willing to take the time to help me out. Yea , I put the vehicle in the shop they start the claim only to find out it is not covered. Beware of what you purchase from there,it may cost more than you wanted to spend.

These guys seem to be a family operation and the customer service standard is very good. I was immediately provided with keys, access, and answers for the cars I was interested in. Both salesmen I talked to were very friendly and attentive to my needs. And because this was for my daughter and we were on a budget I really appreciated their keeping the cars they told me were in my range, actually in my range. There were a lot of nice cars on the lot and a good selection in several range. I'll likely be back for my own purchase. . I had a set amount I was willing to spend on my daughters car, and I stayed within it. They worked with me on the price, and were very competitive and fair. But honestly the prices here are already very fair and very good. You can negotiate a bit if there are reasons or concerns, but the base prices are reasonable. The purchasing process was probably the quickest and most painless I have ever experienced. These guys know what they are doing, and the quality of the prescreened cars on the lot is pretty nice. They all work, from the bargain beginner car up to the luxury sportscars, I highly recommend this lot for used cars. Databyter
