My grandparents trusted this dealership for my entire life, buying every car in my memory from them. After their passing, I inherited the last car they bought, and knew there was only one place to trust to continue the care for my Mercury... North Florida Lincoln has been amazing! They were so kind in helping me sort out some hiccups that come with an inherited vehicle, and have been absolutely wonderful in caring for my truck. Their staff is friendly and helpful, their prices are better than anywhere else, and they are thorough in caring for my vehicle's needs without being pushy or sales-y. They're definitely the only place I'll be speaking to when it comes time to add to my auto family, and happily add to the generations of trust we have in North Florida Lincoln. They've absolutely earned it!

Awesome experience.. This was my families 3rd purchase at North Florida Lincoln. My brother was in need of a newer auto with less miles, a 2012 MKZ with only 35k was on the lot, and he made a great choice. This used Lincoln was a great deal for him. Great service and hospitality. This is the third time visiting to have my vehicle serviced, I expected this visit to be as pleasurable as the rest. For the most part it was. Until I noticed that my washer fluid had not been filled. It seems a little petty, but I was told all fluids had been checked and topped off. Obviously that wasn’t the case. Ill return whenever I need service for my vehicle, I only hope they return this was just an unrepeated oversight. 👍🏾
