My 2012 Genesis R-Spec was due for a routine oil change. Despite being a very busy day at the dealership, Brandon was able to get me scheduled. I also requested to have a front and rear tire removed so that I could personally inspect my brake pads and see if they needed replacement. My request was granted and I was able to look at the brake pads. The oil change was completed in a very timely fashion. Brandon also ensured that my vehicle was washed.

I wanted to Thank Collin my sales men for helping me with purchasing my new car, he was very kind and generous and was able to explain how my new Venue Mini worked. I also wanted to thank the finance manager for getting me the best deal by not setting for the first bank that approved loan. I came in on a Saturday and drove off in my new Venue the same day. If you are looking to buy a car it’s a great place to come and the warranty is outstanding.

EDIT: Following my own recommendation, I went back to Randy Todd for another lease. Even during these times of low inventory, Randy made sure the process was smooth and convenient. This was probably one of the best car buying experiences we have had in Houston. Our new car sales associate, Marlon Calderon, was very knowledgeable on the new Palisade and had everything ready when we asked him. It was raining and we were able to look through the vehicle and it’s features under the service canopy. The finance department (Anthony) went above and beyond to get us out quickly making this the quickest and easiest car buying experience ever. We spent the last 4 days trying to find the right car/dealership and glad we ended here.

I wish I could give SIX stars, that is how happy I am with Joshua Cortes and North Freeway Hyundai!! Not only were my expectations matched, they were exceeded! My wife and I had looked at 8 different dealerships in total, ranging from Corpus Christi, TX to the handful of Hyundai dealerships in the Houston area. Our first stop was with Joshua at North Freeway Hyundai, but of course with my past dealership employment experience, I decided to shop around for the best deal and who treated us the best. NOWHERE came even close to how well Joshua Cortes treated my wife and I. Well due to some unforeseen circumstances, we ended up at the showroom very late on a Saturday night. As Joshua was literally walking out the front door to go home to his family for the night, I was walking in with my wife and son, and he remembered what I looked like (which honestly surprised me because of how huge the Houston area is). Well he noticed me before I noticed him, and he got my attention, and decided to walk back inside to help me with my car buying purchase. Not only did he stay late to tend to us, he also delivered my new Santa Fe to me at work the following Monday. The entire negotiating process, signing papers in finance, and closing the deal only took roughly an hour or two. Now THAT is what locked me into wanting to do business with North Freeway Hyundai. The fact that he went the extra mile to take care of us, even catering to us as we were waiting for the numbers and negotiating. He never once made me second guess my choice to go with such an amazing dealership! It was also an added plus of how smooth and quick Wes Downey in finance worked with us on signing papers. I HIGHLY recommend Joshua Cortes at North Freeway Hyundai for ALL of your future car buying needs Keep up the great work Sir!
