Travelled from Houston to buy my latest RX350 and had the best car buying experience! Said Cantu initiated everything over the phone and they were ready for me when I arrived on a super busy morning! The dealership is beautiful and Jacob and Ian rounded out the team that helped finalize the sale! Enjoyed the coffee bar before hitting the road in my new car! Purchasing a car from North Park Lexus at Dominion with their salesperson, Said, was the easiest shopping experience I've ever had for a car. I never felt overly pressured to buy the used vehicle, but at the same time, Said did a good job pointing out features of the car I appreciated. They let me put a refundable deposit down to hold the vehicle while my mechanic came in the next day to inspect it, and everything checked out fine. The icing on the cake was when they drove the car to me all the way in Austin and picked up my trade-in. Everyone there was pleasant to work with. I will shop here first the next time I intend on buying a car.

My son's car would not start and we took it in. Rico made everything so easy and simple for us. He helped us every way he could, by communicating with us by text, and by phone. I was astonished by the video he sent me telling us in detail the problem with the vehicle, and the condition of the car under the hood. Recommendations of what needed to be changed and the positive things as well. Such detail! All I can say is WOW 👏! I WAS TRULY pleased by the professionalism of the team. Definitely a lifetime customer now. Thank you to the technician of the review of the car as well. Great job!

We recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 from North Park Lexus of Dominion. Our original plan was to go thru our banks car buying service, but at North Park Lexus of Dominion we found the exact RX 350 that we wanted (colors, features, options, etc.) We had expected that the prices would be much higher than competitors. WRONG! We were able to get a better price than the car buying service offered -- and, from a dealer much closer to home.Our salesman, Frank Pace, was very professional and accomodating. No pressure, etc., which made the car buying experience extra special. Frank ensured that our requirements, desires and needs were met to our satisfaction and then some. An extra nice touch was the gift of a basket of goodies -- a touch of class! Frank was excellent at following-up to ensure our experience was positive in all respects.The facility at North Park Lexus of Dominion is absolutely First Class! Viewing the photos of the facility on the web page does not do justice to seeing the facility in person. Not many superlatives (e.g. rustic luxury) can accurately capture the appearance and ambiance that one experiences while there.
