One of the best no pressure experiences I have had with any car dealership. John Maldonado is a fantastic partner and nothing is too much trouble for him. He assists his customers in making well informed decisions. From the minute you walk into the dealership, you’re welcomed by the team and treated exceptionally well throughout the process. Such a great experience! This company has engaged employees who are truly happy and love what they do. Every single person I encountered acknowledged me and offered to help. Robert Munoz was responsive, informative, personable, and incredibly helpful. No hidden charges or pushy sales tactics. When we’re ready for another car I will absolutely go back here!

I always have a great experience anytime I have to bring my vehicle in for service. Starting from Mark M. my service advisor all the way down to the team servicing the vehicle. They always answer any questions I have in a timely manner showing they care about you and your vehicle as well as your experience. I am never disappointed in the service I get as a customer. I would greatly recommend North Park Lexus to anyone needing their vehicles serviced. It’s even better now that they added the video showing your vehicle getting a 360 inspection so you are able to view any issues the inspector finds on your vehicle. Awesome new feature! I am extremely satisfied with the service provided! Thank you guys for all the good work! Keep it up.

Erica was my concierge and greeted me promptly. My car was in for regular maintenance. They check quite a few systems and they video parts of it. They were done in a reasonable amount of time. Coffee and cookies to enjoy while you wait. (We also have a Chevy truck and you may call for two days before service ever picks up the phone!) I definitely recommend this dealership!

I just purchased my fourth Lexus; however this was my first from North Park Lexus of San Antonio. This was hands down the best buying experience I have ever had! We did the whole transaction online and by phone as we live on the coast in Texas. Jay was very responsive and helpful! We were thrilled when he said they would deliver the car to our doorstep at no additional cost! Thinking it could not get any better, the icing on the cake was Elaine! She delivered our new car with a full tank of gas, at 9pm with a huge smile on her face after driving four hours to get here!! Even though this was my fourth Lexus, Elaine took far more time than anyone else ever had explaining every feature and set up our phones to Bluetooth as well as setting up our garage door opener. She was friendly, patient, and thorough. Once she made sure we were totally comfortable with our new car, she left smiling for another four hour drive home. We will never again buy another Lexus from anyone else other than North Park Lexus! They are the BEST!!
